Gang Stalking World

United we stand. Divided they fall.

Killing us softly

Barack Obama orders killing of US cleric Anwar al-Awlaki
Barack Obama’s administration has authorised the assassination of the radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a rare move against an American citizen.

The decision to add him to the US hit list required a National Security Council review because of his citizenship.
This story received a great deal of attention on forums and blogs, people seem to get it. The fact that you can not just label someone an enemy and then go out and have them killed, there is such a thing as due process. The constitution allows a fair trial.

In this case they get it, that there is something wrong with the killing of Americans in this manner. They realise that today it could be this guy, but tomorrow it could be them, if the government says that they are enemies, or flags them as such.

What they fail to understand is that within their cities, town, centers etc, is that people are being flagged. Innocent people are being flagged, placed on lists, and systemically destroyed. The deaths are not as immediate in many cases as they would be in the story above, but it’s the same concept. Without due process, without a trial, without notification, many of us have been targeted, flagged without ever knowing why if you will, and are being slowly systemically destroyed because the government has told you that we are bad, crazy, or into drugs, or something bad for the community, when in reality many that are being targeted are being targeted for other reasons.

Many understand why the killing of any Americans is wrong, because today it’s this guy, tomorrow it could be them. But when it comes to Gang Stalking, they fail to understand that it’s the same thing. Today it’s us, tomorrow it will be you, and once listed and flagged, no one will question it, the same way many of you are not asking questions about those that you are following around and targeting. About those being listed by the government.
Proposed updates to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) are prompting many to question whether or not the psychiatric profession itself has gone crazy. The latest additions to the alleged “mentally ill” could include hoarders, people who get angry every now and again, lazy people, and even those who get outraged over things like sex and violence on television.
Also the ones that they are clearing out now, are the outspoken, whistle-blowers, intelligent, people who will stand up for things. Once this cleansing happenings, it will be far easier to get the others that to fall into line, and you will be the one’s to help accomplish this with this network that is now so nicely in place. This network that targets have been trying to warn about, which many of you already knew about, but believe is for your own good. Believe that it’s the states way of protecting you.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1205738832/0
She describes them as “generally very highly intelligent people…” She says that the people her organization deals with “represent a wide range [of] every type of profession you can imagine.”

The women who are singled out tend to be independent, intelligent, & confident professionals. “There’s a heavy predominance of those types of woman in the TI community,” affirmed McKinney. Men are in a smaller proportion, & tend to be non-conformists. They usually have a “sense of self-esteem and pride that seems to invite targeting.” Remember, the MfS was a criminal federal police force that deliberately singled out people exactly like this on a massive scale.

Others that have been targeted include:

Those who have had a bad breakup with an ex-spouse who has influence
Criminals (This program may have begun targeting only criminals)
Those who have reported a crime where the perpetrator was a member of an organized crime ring
Landowners targeted by government or industry for land seizures
Gays, minorities
Inventors awaiting a large payoff
Mentally disabled
Those who have had arguments with neighbors who have connections
Those awaiting a large insurance claim
Convenient targets of opportunity
Those with special talents or abilities
Group members who act in unacceptable ways
Independent freethinkers who are not part of the herd
Those who are perceived as vulnerable or weak
Those opposing the New World Order

The pattern that is unfolding indicates that many targets are people who tend to be emotionally developed, self-confident, independent, free thinkers, artistic, people who don’t need the approval of others, & those not prone to corruption. They’re people who don’t need to be part of a group to feel secure-generally people who are not part of the herd. The financial elite throughout history have consistently hated these individuals. There’s one other type of person that the financial elite hate-truth tellers. They absolutely hate them. This is apparently why whistleblowers are targeted.
By the time this system is finished it will cleanse and remove all that do not agree with it and all those who will not go along with it. That means when it’s your turn there will already be a network in place, primed, willing and able to target those who the state wants to eliminate. The network is connected, as most targets have described trying to move from country to country only to have the flagging or designation follow them. The silence of this program will almost silence anyone who is a part of this program, cause you will not be able to say anything about it even if you are targeted by it.

Ofcouse you feel good and righteous about it now, it’s cleaning the homeless, drug users, molesters, crazy people, people that are not good for society. You are putting them in jails, institutions, driving them from job to job, community to community, causing them death, or driving them to suicide, cause the state said it was ok to. You feel like you are doing something good, oh and you are, you are helping the NWO create it’s army of foot soldiers who will tomorrow be used in the same way. Today you target individuals without question, cause the state told you to. Many of us having no idea why, many of us are innocent. Tomorrow when someone get’s angry over the economy, health care, government mishandling, and those new DSM terms kick in, try speaking up, and out then. Then it will be your turn to be labelled, flagged, followed, and the network won’t question it anymore than they question following us around.

You understand why listing someone without trial, or the right to defend themselves is wrong, many seem to grasp the future implications and long term consequences, but when it comes to Gang Stalking, many are failing to bridge the gap, to understand the equal significance of what this will mean to them.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Media/2010/04/big-brother-pre-crime-quiz-used-on-children/
The British government plans to collect lifelong records on all residents starting at the age of five, in order to screen for those who might be more likely to commit crimes in the future.

In a plan being piloted by Lincolnshire Community Health Services, all parents of children starting school are being sent an 83-question survey that asks detailed questions about their lives and their children’s behavior.

“This is incredibly intrusive and asks questions which, quite frankly, Lincolnshire Community Health Services do not need to know and have no right knowing,” said Dylan Sharpe of the group Big Brother Watch. “Even worse, the NHS Trust has failed to make it clear that this is a voluntary questionnaire. I would advise any parent receiving this to stick it straight in the bin.”
The future is coming, but by bit it is unfolding. They are in every aspect of people’s lives, from the time your kids are born, they want to visit your home, monitor how your kids eat, play act, before they go to school, and once in school, then they want to see which ones need to be medicated, which ones might be more likely to commit crimes? Independent thought will be conditioned away, if not brutally bullied out. A generation of fully biddable, controllable citizens will be raised up.

The internet freedoms we enjoy are slowly being removed, in many cases without a gasp or a whimper.

http://gangstalkingworld.com/Media/2010/04/digital-economy-bill-rushed-through-wash-up-in-late-night-session/
Government drops clause on orphan works but inserts amendment criticised as over-broad which could block sites based on ‘intent’
From Australia to the U.K., and many other parts of Europe, the government wants to tell you which sites are ok for you to visit and see and which sites are not. They have not yet been able to destroy net neutrality, so they are going at it in this angle, and the conditioned people sit back and slowly take it.

People are waking up, that’s great, but if you wake up, see what is happening in from of you and do nothing about it, well you might just as well have stayed asleep.

I don’t like violence like many people, I have been trying to think of what can be done, to fight this, but in the watered-down civil ways that we have all now been conditioned to think. In times past, people turned to civil disobedience. They just refused to ride at the back of the bus, or whatever public action they did not agree with. Greece recently had strikes, which shut the city down. There is a small window before all escape routes are closed off, I think people have to start to use it.
Internet provider defies digital bill

TalkTalk’s refusal to cooperate with ‘draconian’ anti-piracy measures reflect growing resistance to the digital economy bill
I think this is the perfect example of what people, companies, communities can do, should do, and must do to reclaim what is theirs.

Also with the scanners at the airports, many people disagree with it, but are still going along with it, then it will be at libraries, stadiums, etc. Stop it at the airports, file lawsuits, protests, or just don’t go through, but these are the only ways that things will change. The other option ofcourse it to be overwhelmed, retreat into ones self and do nothing.

We each have to try to take individual action to do what we can. I am doing what I can to help targets like myself that are on these charming lists, where we are being systemically destroyed, ironically enough by our fellow citizens, in the communities that we might actually be able to do some good in.

The system works because we let it work, if it actually stops working for us, when we are out of accord with it, and what it does, then and only then will change happen. Till the it will continue to squeeze us and squeeze us, killing us softly, but dealing us a deadly blow, no less fatal than the order to kill Anwar al-Awlaki.

The snitches have no clothes

I have had the chance to observe the informants recently. They are like the story, the emperor has no clothes.

See they are slaves in a system that controls them yet some imagine themselves as free citizens, empowered citizens, deputized, partners of the state. It’s the biggest lie ever.

It’s funny to watch the slaves go into overdrive to defend and protect the very system that holds them bound. Some of them really are mental in that regard, in a frenzied type way.

At one point I thought that most people hated the violations this type of system caused, I mean this is what the Stasi did to it’s citizens, but no, some love this. A generation ago, democratic countries were preaching about the evils of countries who turned their citizens into informants. Watching this system is like watching someone take a young girl, putting her out on the street corner, and watching her brag about the freedom of being a prostitute, and yet that is what I am seeing in some regards.

People that are slaves, but who are proud of their slavery, and will do what they can to defend it. Slavery for the people by the people. We would frown and look down on someone in the example above, and encourage her to end her slavery, and be mystified when she claimed to like the freedoms that came with being prosituted out, but that is what I see in some ways daily, and I am mystified by it.

I have spoken about this system before. It empowers citizens the same way the Nazi’s were empowered against their neighbours the Jews. From the side of some Germans, it was a time of community, coming together, working together, protecting the fatherland, they were helping to get rid of what they saw as the bad element the problem for all their woes. Many wanted to be part of something that was greater than themselves, and so the power, the true power is given away and exchanged for something that looks shiny and effulgent on the outside, but that is truly as dull as brass on the inside, and most citizens do not know the difference, because in this modern day society of the haves and the have nots, most people do not have, have never had, and so they simply do not know the difference.

This is what they have, this is what makes them feel connected, special, purposeful, and the same way some of the Germans worked together, formed a sense of community, is the same way these people work together, to protect the very insane system that controls them all. It’s replaced family, community and God. The system is what they worship, bowdown to, fear and give their allegence to.

Watching it up close and personal is interesting. I really do think this system has some form of mental illness. It’s funny that they try to make targets look mentally ill, but in reality this system is what is unwell, and needs a cure.

This system has more wrong with it than right, but to see those at a ground level who would defend it is truly sad. I see members of society who have so little that they will protect their own slavery, who buy into a myth that they have become a part of something special, worth fighting for and defending, but that’s a lie. From this side of the fence, I see truly insane people, who have so very little, they would fight to preserver their own slavery, because it makes them feel special, connected, powerful, it’s their larger than something.

That special feeling, that having something, and belonging that too many people in society grow up without. I know not everyone wants to be enslaved, but the longer members stay a part of this cult, I think it puts them at risk of forgetting that there was and still is something greater than this cult, this controlled system they have given themselves to.

They act so proud of what they are, yet run and hide in the shadows at the first sign of light being shown on who they are and what they do. It’s interesting. This system does not stand up to the light, how could it when it’s a system of darkness, like so many others of it’s kind, that has been seen before.

Many in this upcoming generation are growing up without, without a sense of moral right vs moral wrong, people complain about pedophile rings, and corruption, yet they roll around and take part, and are a part of the very system that allows such, and is designed to allow such to happen. Those evil things are the sacrifice to this evil system, and those who defend it are responsible in their own way. It’s like those who harass targets, they get in one harassment here or there, but they are never responsible for the whole. They spread it around enough so that their hands do not seem dirty, but their hands are dirty.

Freedom is not free, not the way many have been taught, it’s a lie and an illusion. I am learning a lot on this journey, and it’s interesting.

The first thing is that if you want change, really want change, it comes from within first, and then radiates outward. I think societies enslavement is just comfortable enough that people are willing to trade it off for what might be real freedom, true freedom, but after all what is true fredom, when many have never really experienced it?

So I say it with all due respect, but the snitches have no clothes.

Fits the description

Troubling incident recently.

I have mentioned this before, but I will mention it to targets again, and I would have you be on the look out for this.

I have mentioned that what I believe is ongoing in many cases to keep these so called cases of investigations ongoing are a great deal of set up’s, and deliberate provocations, so let me go over a couple of recent incidents that I have noticed.

What I have tried to do off and on is if I notice a troubling incident, I will try to report it, provided that I am aware of it. I am trying to do this, because I believe there is clear evidence to indicate that what they are doing during these investigations is that they are using other people who fit the description to try to portray targets as crazy, perverts, drug dealers, etc, whatever they are trying to portray you as, they will them if they can’t get you, you get what I like to refer to as doppelgangers to do the dirty work for them.

I use the term doppelgangers very loosely, because these people are not doppelgangers, they are simply what I call fits the description. In other words if you are male, 45, white, 6’4 that is what they would ruffly try to use. The person does not have to look like you, dress like you, or anything else, they just have to fit the description. So if they are trying to get you to look like a pervert, they would use someone like, and have them insult females near where you are, look at them, or watch children etc. It does not have to be you, the incident just has to be attributed to you, and this will keep their investigations going, it will keep the informants who are getting paid to follow you, employed, and it keeps the need for this system going, and going.

So Eg. If you are an Asian, female, 5’2, 25, and they are trying to portray you as crazy, then let’s say that they can not get you to act out in public, they will get a female, who looks around that age, most likely Asian, maybe not, and then they will have that person act out in public. What’s most disturbing for me, is that I have blogged about this before, but I have seen it enough now, to be able to confirm that this is what they are doing deliberately.

I think you get the idea. What I have seen lately on a few separate occasions are that they deliberately have targets who fit the description crossing my path, (I use this term very loosely, because they dress nothing like me, and hygiene wise they look very unkempt, and I would say crazy. One Saturday as I left the house about 4 weeks ago, I had one cross my path who was talking to themselves and carry some bags in their hands, seemingly mentally unwell, but that has to be determined. Eg. I have seen informants, pretending to be crazy, I mean literally sane informants, who are pretending. In this particular instance, I do feel that the person really was crazy whoever, just by appearance, and unkempt manner, but there is no way to tell.

They were going in one direction, and I was going in another, but the thing with the informant force is they do not seem to be required to comment on appearance, or state of dress. Eg. I am always well dressed, never unkempt, and for the most part pretty polite. Except if I am making sarcastic comments under my breath, or commenting on the snitches. This happens very rearly, but I am guessing that these are getting used as well, as oh target was disturbed and talking to themselves.

The other incident recently involved someone who was in my opinion clearly disturbed and talking to themselves, the person was much much older looking, very unkempt in appearance, and clearly not looking anything like me to any sane and rational observer, yet I passed this person talking to themselves and telling people off, I left the location where this was happening, and walked not a short distance.

Within a short space of time, I had the street theater begin. Eg. People trying to run into me, etc, they were doing things to try to provoke me. Now I was in a pretty good mood, so just ignored them. What was disturbing however was there was a woman with a baby stroller, she was deliberately oncoming in my direction, in my direct path without making any attempt to adjust where she was going, and as I adjusted, she adjusted to keep in my path, from a far away enough distance that there was no reason to that I could see, however, and this is what’s disturbing, but I am reporting it, because I believe my observation on this is sound. She looked behind her to the side, and made eye contact with the cop in the car that was right near us both which I had not immediately noticed, and even though I could clearly see that she really did not want to aim her baby stroller at me, after looking behind at the car for instruction, she continued to do that, the look on her face was clear, she did not want to be doing that, she was clearly being instructed, and from what I could tell it was by whomever was in the cop car, whom I assume was observing the deliberate incident. It happened fairly quickly, yet it felt like it was in slow motion, because I had enough time to see the exchange with her and the person in the car, so all I could do after seeing this, was smile at her, and encourage her to do what she was doing, while moving out of her way, the best that I could, because she kept a direct path at me.

I was so sickened, but not for myself, I mean what kind of a society is this, where you get a young mother to pimp out her kid like that? What if I really was a dangerous and crazy person, you were willing to gamble that the brave officer sitting in the car would get to her, before an incident happened with the baby? I am not wrong in my observation of this, but shocked and disgusted. I don’t know why I am disgusted. I have an idea of how the Stasi worked, I know with these community policing programs they work similar, I know people are being asked to do things like this, but when you see it like this, it’s gross.

The thing is if that really had been me having a bad day, they were trying to provoke an incident. See when something is happening like crazy person talking to themselves, the snitches start to put in their little reports, so I don’t know how long the crazy person had been set up and in position.

I do know that this is happening and the best thing that I can do is report what I have been observing. Now I have had the neighbours watching and leaving when I am leaving, and we have the snitch force trying to chart my way from when I leave my home, to work and back etc. Since I am clear that I don’t require the babysitting, I don’t appreciate it. What’s interesting is that when there are people around that I know, I have never seen one of these little incidents happen, but when it’s people that I do not know, suddenly these incidents happen. So I have no way of knowing how many of these incidents that I am not aware of are happening and being attributed to me.

Shy of my baby stroller incident that I reported, and handing out flyer’s about a year ago, which I have also reported on these blogs, these people in my opinion are continuing to stage incidents, using the doppelgangers and the fit’s the description reporting. We do not have a moral society, we have a Stasi society, and the corruption that when on there is what is happening here. I believe the incidents are in many cases staged, set up’s, I believe the motivation is to portray the target as whatever they see fit, and I believe that it’s also to keep these programs going, and the informant force employed. Much like a lot of the fake hate posting online are designed to keep up the appearance of a threat to society, I believe these incidents continue in the same way. Eg. Jiverly Wong was reported as a drug user who was going to rob a bank by an informant, there does not seem to have been any validity to this, but after his death, thanks to the police, these details made it into every paper across the nation.

I find that these little incidents tend to happen more when I openly talk about the fact that we have informants in the city, or identify one of their citizen informants as such. I don’t know why they care, it’s not like most of them are not informants anyways, I guess gangs are like that however and don’t like their members identified as such.

As I pointed out before, legal action is I believe effective, but only if you can afford to do so, and second if you can find a law and lawyer that would allow you to do so. As for me, I refuse to be followed around the city like a child, the only disturbed people that I have seen are the people that have to take part in these programs, I find it very disgraceful, that citizens are being at times forced to do such things. I think it’s one thing to volunteer to go along with something like this, there are enough bottom of the barrel people to go around, but what I saw and witnessed today was fear, and cohesion. The female should not have been used in the prescribed manner I described above, I think it’s wrong, and again I would not take the time to report this, unless I sure the observation was correct. It’s also not the first time that I have seen something similar, with citizens being coerced by cops in similar manners. To serve and protect, who’s interests?

What I can tell you is that this society is what has become paranoid and disturbed, with good reason, because when you are a Stasi state, you will have people in disagreement with you, and it’s sad to see something that I though was good, as something that is not. I don’t view the citizens the way I once did. They are still the very polite people I once thought, but what is behind this is something that is quite scary. A Stasi society is apparently a polite society. It’s also a society where activists, and dissidents are portrayed as enemies of the state and are dealt with by being made to appear as mentally disturbed.

Italian Earthquake
I have decided to title this document Italian Earthquake because there are events happening in society that could be prevented, just like the Italian Earthquake tragedy that claimed 90 lives, when it could have been prevented.

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/reuters/090406/science/science_us_italy_quake_warning_1
An Italian scientist predicted a major earthquake around L’Aquila weeks before disaster struck the city on Monday, killing more than 90 people, but was reported to authorities for spreading panic.
See this Italian scientist had reason to think that an earthquake was likely to happen, and he did everything in his power to warn people, but the police said he was just spreading panic, and they made him remove his warnings and stop talking about it, and instead of being warned so that they could escape the coming quake, or even prepare for it, people did not get that chance.
Vans with loudspeakers drove around the town a month ago telling locals to evacuate their houses after Giuliani, from the National Institute of Astrophysics, predicted a large quake was on the way, prompting the mayor’s anger.

Giuliani, who based his forecast on concentrations of radon gas around seismically active areas, was reported to police for “spreading alarm” and was forced to remove his findings from the Internet.
Was this person thanked for trying to save lives and make people aware, no, instead someone took the time to report him to police, and so instead of issuing vital warnings like he was doing which could have saved lives, he was shut down, and over 90 people are dead, who might well have been saved.

The same thing is true now in the Targeted Individual community. Some of us are helping to make people aware of what is happening in society with gang stalking, and other forms of harassment. In some cases our sites are mislabeled as conspiracy or extremist websites, when many are not.

In other cases people are being targeted for handing out flyer’s, it’s being said that they are getting people worked up for nothing, but this is not the case. Some are being harassed with the mental health act.

http://www.vcgtimes.com/NC/0/355.html
”He’s scaring people,” said police Chief Doug Huber. “It doesn’t make any sense, it’s unsubstantiated and it’s frightening some people.”

Patrol officers and detectives have questioned Raffaele on several occasions. One detective asked him to stop handing out the fliers.
Recently there was another shooting, one of the many that we have seen recently, but the difference here is that the shooter might well have been a target of these types of harassment’s. It appears that he could not handle it anymore and decided to turn to violence as a way to resolve what was happening.

http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/04/06/binghamton.shooter.letter/index.html
What follows is details of Wong’s beliefs that undercover police had taunted him, tortured him and spread rumors about him wherever he went. The police, he said, forced him to leave California, where’d he’d lived from the early 1990s until 2007, and were trying to force him to leave the country.

They entered his room while he slept, he said, watching him sleep, touching him while he slept. And 32 times, he said, police drove in front of him and abruptly stopped. But “I never hit the car,” he said.

At the end of the letter, Wong complained that he cannot “accept my poor life” and that he assume the role of judge and “cut my poor life.” He demanded that an “undercover cop” be held responsible for whatever happened and ended with “You have a nice day.”
This is not the first time something like this has happened and these types of tragedies will likely continue to happen, while you paint the perpetrators as completely unhinged nut jobs, who believe paranoid theories. The problem is with so many in various countries reporting the same thing, is it not time that these concerns be taken seriously?

We saw the same thing with workplace mobbing, and people going postal, and society trying to paint them all as vindictive nut jobs, and then finally someone took a closer look at workplace mobbing, and realised this is what is involved in most of the workplace shootings. The same was true for bullying and school shootings, until people took a closer look and realised that bullying was involved in most of the school shootings.

These abuses were happening, the people were not crazy, in some cases, but driven to the point of no return, and the ones who did not kill themselves, ended up taking up arms, and committing horrible acts, which we would like to believe that only mentally unbalanced individuals could commit, but what we learnt or should have learnt is that society is fully capable of creating it’s own monsters.

There are many out there that are aware of the informant system, some of you are fully aware of the abuses that are taking place, the day in day out community harassment, or Gang Stalking as I like to call it.

There are those of us who are trying to do what we can to raise awareness that this is happening in society, just like others raised awareness about workplace mobbing and bullying. The problem ofcourse is that many are not allowed to speak out openly about it, but as a society can we afford the silence?

If this man really was being harassed in this manner to the stage where he choose this path of violence, then should there not have been some entity he could turn to, or people around him that he could turn to, to get the official harassment stopped? Instead what is happening is that people are being driven to the edge, and when they don’t push themselves off, get locked away, or put in a mental ward, they are choosing paths of violence, and it’s unfortunate, but then society has duty to help prevent this, by shining a light, and helping to bring awareness to what is happening.

Our media is suppose to be looking out for us, but so far they have not brought this to the forefront as much as they could, they have not brought this to the forefront the way bullying, and workplace mobbing was brought forward, and until they do, these problems will continue, and yes you can write these people all off as mentally unhinged nut jobs, or you can truly look at the societal factors that might truly be contributing to some of these shootings.

The way the Italian Earthquake tragedy could have been prevented is the way some of these tragedies could be prevented, there are some of us out here, with our loud speakers, trying to warn people trying to help make people aware, and some are being discouraged or shut down the same way, and that can not be allowed to happen.

To those in the know I ask you what is your true duty? To protect this secret and let these casualties continue, or the help break the silence that is allowing much of this to continue? For those who really don’t know, isn’t it time you looked into the real possibility that these abuses, these harassment’s might be happening and they might be what’s behind some of the recent tragedies that have happened?
The US vs John Lennon

I was really surprised after watching this movie. I know about the Beatles, and then I knew some things about John and Yoko Ono, but I had no idea about the full extent of his harassment by the US government.

This was a really eye opening movie. During my research into Gang Stalking I realised that John Lennon was just one more person who had complained about some of the things that Gang Stalking targets complain about. Wire taps, harassment, being followed around in public overtly by strangers, but I had no idea how much he was harassed.

I mean you think that he was famous, rich, etc and so he could avoid these problems, but that’s so far from the truth. When you watch this movie, it’s nothing like that, and the movie really humanizes him.

Apparently he became a real anti-war activist during the Vietnam war. That time period is a lot like this one except people protested back then, and we still protest now, but not as much. Music was allowed to have an influence, and now if you read the book “the covert war on rock,” it does not have that same chance that it once did.
He fought to stay in the US for 5 years. Apparently his very simple and innocent anti-war stance upset then president Nixon and he got the political machine in gear against Lennon and sought to destroy him. Like this machine constantly does, it looks for vulnerabilities and came up with an immigration rap. Sounds familiar. They were really trying to kick him out of the country for 5 years of his life. Finally he got fed up and he sued them. His lawyer thought that he didn’t have a chance in hell, but he was able to prove presidential interference in his affairs.

Then the Watergate scandal broke, Nixon resigned, and then him and Yoko and Sean had a semi normal family life, then he was assassinated.

The movie is pretty self explanatory and it matches the pattern that has been seen before. It’s really eye opening, because you think that people like Britney Spears, and other stars would be untouchable to things like this, but this just shows that they are not.

In many ways they are average and vulnerable like the rest of the population. I think we know that on some level, but this movie really put things into perspective.

Here are a couple of quotes from the movie that I found interesting. There are a few more, but these were interesting to me.

{One more thing about John Lennon, it seems off topic, but he reported that he saw a flying saucer, sounds out there, but in reading about other events that have been under surveillance, there was also another report of flying sauces over a rally that was most likely under surveillance, where they reported the same thing. He thought it was a something positive at the time, but it’s just something interesting to note.}
Direct quote from the movie.

“His activities were being monitored. He says that he thinks that they wanted him to notice. He was scared paranoid.”

“He believed all of his telephone conversations were being monitored.

He believed that he was being followed  around New York City.

He believed that friends that he had thought were friends were secret Informants for different intelligence communities. ”

“Another effect of the Sinclair thing was it probably further alerted the FBI, John Mitchell, Holdermin,  ?, and Nixon that something needed to be done to neutralize John Lennon. ”

“When it gets down to having to use violence then you are playing the systems games. The establishment irritates you, pull your beard and flick your face to make you fight, because once they have you violent then they know how to handle you. ”
It’s interesting that Markus Wolf takes credit for perfecting the concept of the Romeo Spy, but even as far as back then, it was not above the American government to implement the same techniques. Just a thought.

Anyways the movie is really good. The music in the movie really shows his progress as an artist. I understand a lot more about him now, and it’s a real eye opener. It shows that things did not change that much, they in fact seem to just have expanded the techniques and methods to others. It really puts things into perspective. At times when watching the movie, you could not help but juxtaposition what was happening in this era with the wars from that time period, Vietnam and Cambodia and anti-war movement, just interesting.

I had forgotten this, but even back then there was governmental cooperation, between Canada and the US in regards to spying on citizens. Along with the FBI, the RCMP in Canada were also spying on John Lennon.
The RCMP advised U.S. officials the radio programming was intended to help promote the planned Mosport event. The Mounties noted the venue had been vetoed by the Ontario Municipal Board and “at the present time it is not certain whether the ‘festival’ will proceed at some other location.”

The ambitious musical event collapsed under the weight of organizational disputes.

Lennon’s rabble-rousing activism of the early 1970s drew the attention of the FBI, which like the RCMP spied on numerous left-wing individuals and groups suspected of subversion.

A memo to the FBI director, noting enclosure of the RCMP correspondence, carries the subject line, “New Left – Foreign influence – Canada.”

The FBI records were released under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act in response to a request from California history professor Jon Wiener, who waged a long legal fight for disclosure. Some material in the FBI file remains classified.
attention.

Maybe all these countries did was invite more players to the game with their community policing programs and anti terror laws. The movie is worthwhile watching.

Areas to consider when researching Gang Stalking

In researching Gang Stalking there are many factors to be considered. It’s not a subject matter that should be studied lightly. Also the average psychiatrist if not familiar with some of the other issues that are affecting members of many communities might not be able to make an iron clad assessment without looking at several factors. Here are factors that I think should be considered.

Areas to be aware of when studying Gang Stalking.
Workplace Mobbing.

It’s our nearest and dearest cousin on an emotional and psychological level. The methodology used in workplace mobbing are some of the same that we see happening with Gang Stalking.

http://mobbing-usa.com/

Awareness is slowly growing in the U.S. and in Canada about the darker side of work and the devastating effects that mobbing and bullying can have on the self, health, organizations and society. Our colleagues in North America, though still rather few, do their part to contribute to the growing interest. For example: Three conferences on the topic have been organized in the U.S. since 2000, in California, Massachusetts and Iowa; the Department of Environmental Quality for the State of Oregon has established the first anti-mobbing policy in the U.S.; efforts to add new anti-mobbing legislation are under way in California, other states and in Canada; and several new Internet self-help and advice groups and websites address specific professional groups or aspects of incivility at work. In the aftermath of the Columbine and other school shooting tragedies, the media has increasingly discussed bullying in the schools, thus also raising awareness of adult bullying/mobbing in the workplace.

The Snitching system

Websites such as http://www.November.org are doing a really nice job of showing the world the other side of snitching, and it’s true affect on society.

Also Alexandra Natapoff has done some wonderful research into the wider and more impacting issues of the Informant system and how it’s affecting members of some communities. In some areas over 50% or more of ethnic communities had been inducted into becoming police informants. Both men and women.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mav9tOvmWcQ
http://www.lls.edu/academics/faculty/natapoff-snitching.html
From what I have seen, the numbers are higher than this and it’s no longer limited to the communities focused on in her research.

Community Based Policing

This method of policing is changing how societies think, react and interact. It’s basically turning our communities into societies like what they have in China, had in Russia, or East Germany. There is a U.N. agenda called 2020 that seeks to adapt this model for every country in the world by 2020.
http://www.albionmonitor.com/9711b/policing.html

“Ruling the community with an iron fist. “Savvy law enforcement types realized that under the community policing rubric, cops, community groups, local companies, private foundations, citizen informants and federal agencies could form alliances without causing public outcry.” Covert Action Quarterly, summer 1997.”

http://www.newswithviews.com/Raapana/niki4.htm
http://www.newswithviews.com/Raapana/niki2.htm

American communitarians promote the same kinds of surveillance and neighborhood informants the communists used to control East Germans. Americans are slowly being taught what East Germans had to learn very quickly. Today the KGB trains “community” police all over America. Our friendly neighborhood cops are saving our communities from criminals and terrorists.

Crisis Centers

When I tried to follow up on some of the research that “Norma” over at gangstalking.ca had done in conjunction with crisis center I found out that these are some of the places that targets were turning to for help. Before the Gang Stalking websites were available, woman and to a much smaller extent men were calling the crisis centers, more specifically the Rape Crisis Center to get some help, or to find anyone who knew about Gang (Organised) Stalking.

See what some of these psychiatrist do not realise is that before the websites were available, the beliefs were not going away. People were not accepting the false explanation that they were delusional. This was in many cases, too, real, to obvious, and far too life impacting. So when the police failed, doctors, psychiatrists, etc. They were calling the crisis centers.

Online before the Gang Stalking websites, they were visiting Mobbing, Conspiracy, Bullying, and mind control sites. These were the only places that were close to having any information, shared stories, or experiences that might help the target to further understand what they were going through.

Systemic Corruption.

Before his death Tim Fields who shed some much needed light on the Bully phenomenon also saw a very obvious pattern of collusion amongst the targets that were seeking help. He started to research it and then passed away before he could get further.

http://www.bullyonline.org/action/obstruct.htm

Many targets of bullying report that they seem to be obstructed every step of the way in their pursuit of justice. The management refuse to investigate, or use an untrained investigator, or whitewash the case. The union refuses to help, or initially shows interest but suddenly changes sides. The solicitor initially shows interest but then starts acting in a manner which suggests they have the other side’s interests at heart rather than yours.

The employer’s lawyers apply for, and obtain, adjournment after adjournment, then obtain a pre-hearing review which the tribunal chairman handles in favour of the employer. In the tribunal, favour is shown to the respondent (employer) and you get the impression that the verdict has been decided in advance. Your solicitor, the respondent’s lawyers and the tribunal chairman seem to know more about your case than you think they should.

After the tribunal you’re left with no option but to privately sue the employer, the union, and your solicitor, and appeal the tribunal decision, but by this time you have no job, no income, your savings are gone, so is your health, maybe your marriage too, and there’s no prospect of ever being employed again, especially in the professions.

Sound familiar? If so, you might be surprised to realise how often this happens. Mostly it’s in cases from the education sector, although it may happen in any public sector case, for example the NHS. Occasionally, but less often, it happens in private sector cases, and in rare cases from the voluntary sector.

Although there’s never any substantive proof, it seems that all the parties arrayed against you have been colluding in secret. The question is, what allegiance binds these individuals together, and where could they meet such that the normal rules of confidentiality do not apply? What fraternal obligation places their duty to support and protect each other above the moral, ethical and legal obligations by which the rest of us are bound?

Tim Fields is not the only person to have noticed this type of systemic corruption when it comes time to finding help for issues of Bullying, Workplace Mobbing, etc but he might have been the one to shed the brightest light on it, had he lived.

http://www.harassment101.com/Article5.html

Unchecked Surveillance

The unchecked surveillance that is happening to many private citizens all across the globe. We live in a new reality, but the diagnosis is the same. Think you are being followed around? Must be paranoia. Yet had the family in this article gone for help, thinking they were being spied upon, they might well have been diagnosed as paranoid, when in fact their concerns would have been fully warranted.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-559130/Why-didnt-just-knock-door-ask-couple-tailed-weeks-council-spies.html?printingPage=true
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/columnists/article-559123/Why-earth-Stasi-state-spying-families.html

This wasn’t just a cursory background check.
The details of the three-week surveillance operation read like an MI5 logbook: “Target vehicle pulls up and parks.”
“Female and three children enter vehicle.”
“Curtains open and lights on in premises.”

This very average, unassuming family were spied upon, 24/7, followed around by (Informants) Covert Human Intelligence Sources, had their play by play activity recorded, all because someone thought they were falsifying the school district that they lived in. This is just a glimpse at what our societies have turned into and how these laws and unchecked surviellances ae being used and abused, to the unchecked power that has been handed out to many branches within society.

Lastly is the concern or question of wither Gang Stalking website help to enhance, or feed a delusion, and can these website prevent someone from seeking help for an illness?

It’s a great question and one that no one can answer definitively. If someone believes that something is wrong and traditional points of reference are not providing answers or a solution, they will clearly look towards other points of healing. This is what was happening with Gang Stalking.

Before the websites were here, the beliefs were still held by individuals. When the websites were not here, people were still desperately seeking help and assistance. They were using outside sources which at times could not always formulate a basis of reference for what they were experiencing, but they were still using those points of references, because it was the best available at the time.

If someone goes to a mobbing website and it confirms a belief that they already have that co-workers are out to get them, then it’s up to the individual how they further choose to use the information. The same is true with someone using the bullying website who believes that there is collusion within the system and that is what is happening to them.

The Gang Stalking websites are here, just like mobbing, bullying, etc and they are providing information, research, and shared experiences for the website visitor that chooses to review and consider the information provided.

The reason I am not a snitch.

The reason that I am not a snitch. Someone recently reminded me of how important it was to start snitching. Yes in crack world maybe.

However in my world I am not a snitch and do not choose to be, because I am already too busy being a witness. I am too busy out testifying to the evils that are being committed. See I don’t need to be a snitch cause I am already a witness, but what’s the difference you ask?

http://www.sssw.ca
Witnessing teaches society to do what it has always been expected to do. Be a good neighbour, watch out for those around you. Protect them and care about them like you would for yourself. It’s all about freedom to stand up against the oppression of criminal elements in society. Being a witness does not bound and entrap, it’s about being free and helping out those around you. Witnessing shows that you care about your friends, family and the society at large. It’s noble because the goal is to protect, assist and keep our community safe.

Snitching advocates the fact that you do not have to respect the laws of society, you just have to be willing to snitch when the time comes. Snitching does not foster moral or social responsibility for criminal actions. It fosters a lack of community trust, and shows that law officials will willingly turn a blind eye to the crimes of snitches, and let them walk free in society, or have reduced jail sentences. It’s used to help criminals set up and inform on other criminals, and sometimes on the innocent.

Witnessing does not stop the police from doing their jobs, in fact it fosters community corporation because the community sees criminals being put away. There are no dirty under handed deals enslaving members of their communities to become informants and so it fosters a sense of trust with the very people who citizens are suppose to be able to trust.

Snitching destroys families and communities. It does this by making the young men and woman in those societies untrustworthy. It encourages backstabbing and betrayal of friends, family, strangers. It’s puts societies that are already strained into even more strained circumstances. Snitching creates mental slaves, who willingly or unwillingly sell their souls to the system for reduced sentences, or freedom from iron prisons.

Witnessing allows the police to do the work that they were hired to do. It puts the proper amount of power back in the hands our legal justice system.

Snitching allows police and prosecutors to get into a vicious and relentless cycle of dependency. It teaches police an addictive reliance on criminal informants for the conviction of other criminals. It teaches them to be lazy and to trust the untrustworthy. Most times to the detriment of the very societies they are sworn to serve and to protect.

Witnesses help and keep society safe and like wise they should be protected by the community they risk their lives to keep safe, and by the law enforcement persons assigned to those communities. These are the people that should be getting immunity and full protection from law enforcement. This form of community corporation is helpful and it fosters good will in society. We learn to trust that wrongs will be made right and those that commit crimes will pay for them. It’s a cohesive force that holds society together.

Snitching is being used to destroy the moral fibers of society. It’s being used to put criminals on the street with full immunity from crimes they might commit or have committed, because they are snitching on others. It’s a devious dragnet that is creating and endless army of slave informants for the law enforcement community. It’s causing devastation in some communities, and it’s doing more harm than good.

When a society sees that criminals can be put back on the street and protected for their past crimes and future crimes, it erodes the morals of that society. People learn to not trust or respect law enforcement and they also learn to not corporate with law enforcement, cause how can you trust someone who employs the services of paid criminals?

Witnessing is all about liberation and being free, snitching is mental slavery that leaves individuals owned and trapped in a perpetual cycle that hurts society at large. Cases are being solved, but at what cost to the society, morally and ethically?
See people think that snitching is really doing society a lot of good, but as I have blogged about before it’s no such thing. Snitching is ruining society and many communities, but very few people have brought the issue into the forefront.

What has been said before is that people who get caught in criminal acts, murder, rape, pedophiles, drug dealers, etc are getting sweet deals and they are getting off, or getting out early, they go back out into these communities and commit high rates of crime, thus people get scared and they want the police to do something to help them. These criminals do not get arrested again, because they are police controlled informants, and so they often end up terrorising these communities, driving up the rates of crime in a society. It then creates a need for these Citizen Informant Programs and gives people the impression that snitching is a good thing. Being a good neighbour is the only thing that has ever been required.

I am doing that, I am being a good neighbour, when I see something that I don’t think it right, I write about it, blog about it, talk to people about it.

https://gangstalking.wordpress.com/2008/09/11/conspiracy-of-two/

If I saw someone hurt in my community I would look out for them, and my community. That is what I do, that is my responsibility. I however do not need to be part of a snitching system to do this, and if society has brain washed some members into thinking that is what is necessary to feel safe, then I feel truly sorry for them.

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
Benjamin Franklin,

And they shall have neither. In the end you will be the vehicles of your own enslavement and you will have no one to blame but yourselves. Be good citizens, look out for each other, respect and care for one another, if you see something that is not right do your duty as a citizen, speak out, testify, but you never have to be in a controlled program to do you essential human duty.

I am too busy being a witness, whistle-blower, light, town crier, etc. I am doing what I am meant to be doing, and I never have to be a snitch to do what is required of me. These lessons use to be taught in the schools, when we use to let God into the schools, they were the most basic lessons, do unto others as you would have done unto you. Basic morality use to be taught, and I think it use to make us more free, more human, more decent to one another, but I have not see that for a long time.

Therefore snitch if you want to snitch, but as for me, I will serve God.

The side you don’t see.

The side you don’t see.

What targeted individuals have to understand is that there are two sides to the story. I still don’t understand this at times, but I have come to a place of acceptance.

There is the side that we experience and then the side that some of these Citizen Informants experience.

As I have documented before, Citizen Informants are told something very specific, and they are often acting this information.

Remember last summer I did some field work. I slipped by confines and was able to be away from the Snitches for an hour or so. When I was walking, based on where I was walking, and the time of night I was walking a funny thing happened. Several phones in a row started ringing at about the same time as I moved down the street. It was summer and the windows were either open or the phones were just really loud. They rang one right after another, as I moved up the street.

As I walked I heard someone answer one of the phones, it was on speaker. I heard the person on the other end, explain something to the extent of the fact that they were looking for something along the lines of a mentally ill person who might be in the area.

Now I have mentioned that I found out the reason I am allegedly being stalked is because I am suppose to be mentally ill? I have never had any kind of interaction with any mental health professional “that I am aware of”.

So I decided to walk back to where I live. Now I was not trying to be paranoid. The phone call might have had nothing to do with me, but since I had slipped my snitches, I was fairly sure that it did.

I returned back to the area, at that time of night there should have been very few people out, there were dozens. The dog walkers, police cars, etc. I passed two as I came closer to home. It was creepy, it was like watching the neighbourhood Gestapo or something, with the dogs.

I was still walking past them all, then as I came closer to my home this guy comes up to me, stops right in front of me, and calls in my description. He calls in gender, race, approximate height, and says something to the effect of yeah I think we have em. He really didn’t care, that I was right there. It was like I was not human or something. I could have stopped him and asked him questions, and taken it further, but it was field work and I had yielded more than expected on that expedition.

This event was something of an experience. That is just one side you are not seeing in most cases. Some of these people are not bad, some actually believe that they are doing something good.

Picture this you are a home owner, part of some community watch. The phone rings, they tell you that they are calling from Stasi central, I mean community central, and that there is mentally disturbed, or pedophile, or rapist, drug dealer etc, you want to protect your community, cause you assume it’s true. This was the first time I had any clue, what actually get’s said on these calls, and what the community at large must really be thinking.

Remember I have never been openly evaluated by anyone that I am aware of for this kind of a determination to be made. I have also never had any opportunity to defend myself or tell my side of the story. Yet my life is being disrupted this way, and I am being labeled, as are many other Targets.
Remember they get a description of our race, age, gender, for example if you are white, male, 6″4, age 45, that is what they will be told. We have a white male, 6’4, age 45. Is an emotionally disturbed person, and is sensitive to keys jingling. So they will try to track the target from home, and they will use this information. The foot patrols and cars use the hand signals and others use audio ques for where to go, with directions on where to go.

So along the path, they will jangle keys at targets that fit the description to see if they have the correct person in sight at all times. That’s some of the info they get in their emails.
The second scenario. I was on the train, and this was shortly after I learnt some of the Stasi like signals. Before this I just always thought that it was people trying to provoke me, and it had worked on a few occasions, because you are so aware of the harassment.

I finally tuned into the fact that it’s not that simple. There is always a conductor. (These are names that I give for the people carrying out the roles.) The conductor in my opinion tells people where to go, and when to carry out actions. They do this via the hand signals.

There is the observer(s). There will always be other people looking to see what your response is. These people will watch you closely and look to see if you react, what the reaction is.
Then there are what I am calling the agitators. They carry out a specific action. Eg. I always thought people would randomly irritate me, and then do it in sink with each other. This is not exactly the case. Depending on how many of them were able to get on the same train as me, and get into position to run the skit, there might be one or more agitators.

They know what to do ahead of time in some cases, but most often they are acting on the signal of the conductor.
Eg. If your sensitivity is keys jingling, the jingling is not random. What I observed was this is done when the stop is called out. It’s very specific.

You as the target you will never understand this. Now let’s say someone jangles keys and we get all upset, well people are watching and the reaction is going to be observed and reported back.

So they jingle keys for about 5 stops. We have two agitators, one sitting right beside you, the other right behind you. You know that people are going out of their way to annoy the hell out of you, and have been doing so for the last 6 months straight and you have no idea why?

So finally you get angry, and you flip out a little bit and tell them to knock it off. Well they keep doing it. As far as they know, you are a disturbed person, and they are just following orders.

Meanwhile the conductor is watching this, the observers. They are going to be complete strangers, who report back the outcome of the skit.

They see a 15 minute to 30 minute skit. They don’t get to see that you did not sleep last night, or for the last 5 months because someone is electronically keeping you awake. They did not see you walking to the underground, and that people kept banging into you, as they jingled their keys. They did not see the guy who almost tripped you, while jingling his keys in your face. By this time you are pissed, you know that you are being deliberately provoked and have not a freaking clue why?

So the skit happens. You are human and finally flip out a bit and tell them to knock it off, hit the keys away etc. Well that whole skit and your reaction to it has just been observed. They never get to see the behind the scene production. Their role was a short 15 minutes, and why would strangers lie and say that you had flipped out? Seemed dangerous?

Cause they never see the full picture of our harassment.
So how can someone have another person declared crazy if they are not? Well depends on who is doing the observation. If you are a perceived danger to society or to the public’s health, under some of those laws I was looking over, they can have you investigated.

If you deliberately sensitized like I was and many other TI’s, you won’t have a clue that it was deliberate, and you won’t know why. I now know that my original harassers tried to sensitize me to a few things. One took the others did not, but when I got to my next job, they tried using all of them to see which ones had taken. For me it was just harassment and that is all I saw felt and experienced at the time.

The little twit that sensitized me had some sort of military link. He did something on the weekends military related, or something like that. I think it’s fair to say, he knew what he was doing, and I had no idea at the time that he was deliberately sensitizing me.
This is the side that you don’t see. You don’t see this well rehearsed, coordinated effort by our civilian spies. Some of them truly think they are keeping the community safe from a dangerous person. Others are there to agitate the target, so that they will flip out and get them committed. In other cases as Mark described he had parents setting little kids in front of him, who then stopped looked shocked and then ran the other way. No doubt to make him look like a pedophile and his reactions would have been observed the whole time. The same is true for any other lie that they are trying to pin.
The side they don’t see. Us being tortured day in and day out. They don’t see the provocations, well some do, because they are deliberate agitators, but they are as the Nazi’s like to say, just following orders.

Some of them understand that there is something not quite right happening, others do not and really think that there is something wrong with you.

In the case where they upset a target so much the target flips out and hurts one of them, then the target get’s arrested or taken away, they feel that they have done their job, cause the person clearly was crazy. On the other hand you finally get upset after a billion years without sleep, you think they are evil, godless, vigilantes or whatever, and you never see that side of it, and they never see your side.

The only one that sees what is really happening are the people pulling the strings. (Well a bit dramatic, but not far from the truth.)

Also the snitches that move in beside us, some are there just to piss you off, they want to keep you awake, if they can get you to flip out, it’s justification for these programs to keep running. You can flip back to my post called hypothetical.

https://gangstalking.wordpress.com/2007/08/10/hypothetical/

There are two sides to every story, but in this case there might be three. Our side, the Informants side, and then the big picture, the side those in charge see. The side that has to ensure justification for these programs and therefore funding for them.

I hope I have given both set’s of readers some insight into the side that they don’t see.

The structure of our oppression?

The Structure of our oppression.

The following article will try to put into perspective some of the societal structures that are most likely responsible for the targeting some of those in the Targeted Individual community are experiencing.

For years Targeted Individuals have been saying that they are being followed around, stalked, monitored while at home, and out in public. They have complained about a system that is capable of 24/7 surveillance, able to harassment at home, work, in the community, and even while traveling abroad. For several years there has been a great deal of disbelief that such occurrences could even be possible. The follow article, will try to explain referencing sources already available and documented how this could be happening.

The following article represents the views and opinions of the http://www.GangStalkingWorld.com website and does not necessarily reflect the views of any other person, or website in the community.

It has long been a widely expressed view that the monitoring is being done by various groups of citizen informants, members of various community policing type programs. Based on recent research conducted it seems most likely that the people being used to follow Targeted Individuals around are what society and the government in some countries refer to as, “covert human intelligence sources”. They can also be known as own as Citizen Informants. Another slang terms that is often used to describe these individuals is the term Snitch or Snitches.

Covert human intelligence sources

A recent article came out in the London Telegraph, saying that Children as young as 8 are being employed by the state as “Covert human intelligence sources” aka Snitches. Targeted Individuals often complain that the harassment is being perpetrated by all members of the community including children.

Children are being hired and used by the government to spy on their neighbors in the Uk. and “being encouraged to photograph or video neighbors guilty of dog fouling, littering or “bin crimes” The article says there are “hundreds of Junior Streetwatchers, aged 8-10 years old, who are trained to identify and report enviro-crime issues such as graffiti and fly-tipping.” The adult spies according to authorities are recruited via newspaper ads.

Quote:
“Other local authorities recruit adult volunteers through advertisements in local newspapers, with at least 4,841 people already patrolling the streets in their spare time.

Some are assigned James Bond-style code numbers, which they use instead of their real names when they ring a special informer’s hotline.

This escalation in Britain’s growing surveillance state follows an outcry about the way councils are using powers originally designed to combat terrorism and organised crime to spy on residents. In one case, a family was followed by council staff for almost three weeks after being wrongly accused of breaking rules on school catchment areas.” 1

Community Oriented Policing

Though the article primarily focuses on the United Kingdom, it should be noted that other countries are setting up such community structures, via community oriented policing programs. These programs are a

Quote:
“a systemic approach to policing with the paradigm of instilling and fostering a sense of community, within a geographical neighborhood, to improve the quality of life. It achieves this through the decentralization of the police and the implementation of a synthesis of three key components: (1) strategic-oriented policing—the redistribution of traditional police resources; (2) neighborhood-oriented policing—the .interaction of police and all community members to reduce crime and the fear of crime through indigenous proactive programs; and (3) problem-oriented policing-a concerted effort to resolve the causes of crime rather than the symptoms. ” 2

Fusion Centers

The ACLU has released a report on Fusion Centers. 800,000 operatives will be dispersed throughtout every American city and town. Set to report on even the most common everyday behaviors which will go into state, local and regional, linked data bases. These linked databases are not just emerging in the United States, they have already emerged in many countries around the world in the wake of implied terrorist threats.

Quote:
“We pointed out that, while diverse and often still in the early stages of formation, they often seem to be characterized by ambiguous lines of authority, excessive secrecy, troubling private-sector and military participation, and an apparent bent toward suspicionless information collection and datamining.” 3

The article then goes on to point out that in a short space of many of the warning in the report had come to pass. The article talks about the fact that this apparatus is responsible for watching and recording the everyday activity of a growing number of individuals. The reports are then gathered together and then they are accessible to any law enforcement agency that is a part of these fusion centers.

Quote:
“In the six months since our report, new press accounts have borne out many of our warnings. In just that short time, news accounts have reported overzealous intelligence gathering, the expansion of uncontrolled access to data on innocent people, hostility to open government laws, abusive entanglements between security agencies and the private sector, and lax protections for personally identifiable
information.
Overall, it is becoming increasingly clear that fusion centers are part of a new domestic intelligence apparatus. The elements of this nascent domestic surveillance system include:
• Watching and recording the everyday activities of an ever-growing list of individuals
• Channeling the flow of the resulting reports into a centralized security agency
• Sifting through (“data mining”) these reports and databases with computers to identify individuals for closer scrutiny
Such a system, if allowed to permeate our society, would be nothing less than the creation of a total surveillance society.” 3

These fusion center will have the capacity to circumvent laws that are in place to limit federal vs local authorities and the access that each has to specific information.

Quote:
“Even more troubling is the fact that these centers are networked together and seamlessly exchange information with the intelligence community through the Director of National Intelligence’s Information Sharing Environment (ISE). The Washington Post report was based on a document produced from a survey of fusion centers, which shows their intent to maximize the access each of the fusion centers has to the various databases. This would allow a state fusion center that under state law or local policy is prohibited from buying credit reports, as an example, to circumvent its own restrictions by simply calling a
fusion center in Pennsylvania to and asking Pennsylvania authorities to access the records it wants to analyze. This “policy shopping” process guts state and local privacy protections and gives the participating agencies, including the federal intelligence community, access to information they may not legally have on their own.” 3

These centers if allowed to expand will create a one way justice system. Your information, even your daily activities will be allowed to be gathered, collected, and possibly used against you. When you then request information to confirm if you are a target of surveillance, the information will be stored in a secret database and not available for you to access.

Quote:
“Even as fusion centers are positioned to learn more and more about the American public, authorities are moving to ensure that the public knows less and less about fusion centers. In particular, there appears to be an effort by the federal government to coerce states into exempting their fusion centers from state open government laws.31 For those living in Virginia, it’s already too late; the Virginia General Assembly passed a law in April 2008 exempting the state’s fusion center from the Freedom of Information Act.32

According to comments by the commander of the Virginia State Police Criminal Intelligence Division and the administrative head of the center, the federal government pressured Virginia into passing the law, with the threat of withholding classified information if it didn’t.33 Such efforts suggest there is a real danger
fusion centers will become a “one-way mirror” in which citizens are subject to ever-greater scrutiny by the authorities, even while the authorities are increasingly protected from scrutiny by the public.” 3

Public Employees

The next aspect of the targeted that has been reported by the Targeted Individual community is the fact that public servants seem to be taking a part in the continuous monitoring and harassment private citizens. American Civil servants, firefighters, police officers, Corporate Employees, learning to collect data and spy. The information then goes into secret data bases. They will also communicate in code. Many targets have expressed a belief not only that they are being tracked, but that their stalkers are communicating via a one handed sign language similar to that which the Stasi used.

Watch Video

Quote:
“They are entrusted with hunting for “suspicious activity,” and then they report their findings, which end up in secret government databases.

What constitutes “suspicious activity,” of course, is in the eye of the beholder. But a draft Justice Department memo on the subject says that such things as “taking photos of no apparent aesthetic value” or “making notes” could constitute suspicious activity, Finley wrote. ” 4

Not only will this program used the civil servant already mentioned, but it will expand who is used in the program. They will have secret sources of communication available to them. The members of these programs will connect with the fusion centers. None disclosure agreement or a confidential disclosure agreements will be signed by many in these programs to ensure that the information is protected.

Quote:
“And the private sector would be involved, too. “The program would eventually be expanded to include Health Care personnel and representatives from private, critical infrastructure entities, with communication systems specifically tailored to their needs.”

In this regard, Terrorism Liaison Officers resemble InfraGard members. (See “The FBI Deputizes Business”.) This FBI-private sector liaison group now consists of more than 26,000 members, who have their own secure channels of communication and are shielded, as much as possible, from scrutiny.

Terrorism Liaison Officers connect up with so-called “Fusion Centers”: intelligence sharing among public safety agencies as well as the private sector. The Department of Justice has come up with “Fusion Center Guidelines” that discuss the role of private sector participants.

“The private sector can offer fusion centers a variety of resources,” it says, including “suspicious incidents and activity information.”

It also recommends shielding the private sector. “To aid in sharing this sensitive information, a Non-Disclosure Agreement may be used. The NDA provides private sector entities an additional layer of security, ensuring the security of private sector proprietary information and trade secrets,” the document states.” 4

Other than the United States many other countries have similar programs in place where they have requested that public servants in the course of doing their day to day activities keep an eye out on what is happening.

Stalking and Monitoring.

Though I do not in believe the family in this video are targets of Gang Stalking I will say that the example shown explains very well how someone could be stalked, monitored and spied on 24/7 as this family was. I do not believe they are targets of Gang Stalking, because Gang Stalking is often covert, what this family experienced was extremely overt and left behind lot’s of verification and proof, the harassment targeted individuals experience does not often offer any overt evidence.

The stalking they believe was done primarily using their cell-phone. They were followed 24/7. Their phone conversations listened to. When the mother was in the kitchen making lemonade, the phone rang, and the caller told her, he preferred limes. When the family heard someone at their door in the middle of the night banging, they called the police, when the police arrived the invaders had already left. After the police left this happened again, the family called the police, the invaders had left, this happened a third time and finally the family stopped trying. After filing a complaint with the police, the family were sent a recording of their conversation with the police, by the stalker. They installed a camera system, the stalker called to say that he already knew the code.

The list goes on, and apparently there were a total of three families in the area that the cell phone stalking happened to. The case has received wide media attention, including the Tyra Banks show. There is technology out there designed to do this. A company which I will not name in this report, has a service for cheating spouses, where you can use a phone to know where they are and listen into their conversations. There are also programs which will allow the camera on a phone to be used to spy on the person with the camera phone.

Quote:
“The families say the calls come in at all hours of the night, threatening to kill their children, their pets and grandparents. Voice mails arrive, playing recordings of their private conversations, including one with a local police detective. “

“The caller knows, the families said, what they’re wearing and what they’re doing. And after months of investigating, police seem powerless to stop them. ”

“It got worse. The Kuykendalls and two other Fircrest families told ABC News that they believe the callers are using their cell phones to spy on them. They say the hackers know their every move: where they are, what they’re doing and what they’re wearing. The callers have recorded private conversations, the families and police said, including a meeting with a local detective. ” 5

Not all members of the Targeted Individual community have a cameraphone, but this example is just to show how one family could be terrorized by an encounter such as this. What we experience is ongoing, and often just as upsetting, but we often do not have the same proof that this family had, which enabled them to go to the police.

Quote:
“Recently, the stalkers have begun to come to their home in the early hours of the morning, banging on their doors. The mother said that the first time they came, she immediately called 911, but as soon as the police arrived, the stalkers had fled. The police, unable to do anything, left, and the stalkers returned right away. She said every time this happens she contacts the police, but after about the third call and then the third return, she just stops trying.” 6

Regulation of Investigatory Powers

Regulation of Investigatory Powers is a United Kingdom law, which enables public bodies to carry out investigations and surveillance on individuals. Authorities can use directed surveillance or intrusive surveillance for months or years. These types of operations often employ “covert human intelligence sources’. Recently these laws were abused by using them to spy on families for anti-social behaviours and noise complaints.

Quote:
“Directed surveillance’ is covert surveillance of individuals during a specific but non-intrusive investigation’ (our emphasis). Surveillance is covert where it is carried out in such a way to ensure that those targeted are unaware that it is taking place (cl.25(8)). ‘Surveillance’ is defined as including any monitoring, observing and listening to persons, their movements, conversations or other activities or communications. It also includes any recording of such activity and surveillance by or with assistance of a device.”

” Intrusive surveillance’ is defined as covert surveillance in relation to anything taking place on residential premises or a private vehicle. It may be carried out either by a person or device inside residential premises or a private vehicle or by a device placed outside” 7

Secret Databases

A new story also came out this year claiming that information is being kept on Canadians, in secret databases that they have no access to.

Quote:
“Jennifer Stoddart, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, has released a 48-page report warning that the RCMP (Canada’s national police force) is keeping thousands of files on regular citizens in secret databases which cannot be seen by the accused.

One of the many disturbing facets of Stoddart’s report are the examples she cites of information for these secret files coming from citizen informants. In one case a man was put into the secret database because a resident of his daughter’s school neighborhood saw him entering a rooming house and—believing drugs were involved—called the police. The police investigation concluded that the man had only stepped out of his car to have a cigarette, but the file was still in the national security databank seven years later.

Another incident cited in the Stoddart report involved a neighbour who saw two men carrying “something that resembled a large drum, wrapped in canvas” into their house. Police were called to investigate but found nothing resembling the reported item, yet the data was still sitting in a top secret databank five years later. As Stoddart points out in the CBC story on the report, this is potentially disastrous for the individuals named in the files, because it “could potentially affect someone trying to obtain an employment security clearance, or impede an individual’s ability to cross the border.” 8

Serious Surveillance used on local citizens

I found a really interesting article after I finished blogging yesterday.

The anti-terrorism laws that have been put in place to protect society are being used to harm society, or at the very least they are being misused.

As I mentioned before the structures that we are looking at is federal programs with local appendages. The community council programs in the UK are some of the best examples right now, because the outcome is so much more clear than anywhere else. The UK really has in my opinion become a surveillance society, not just because of the CCTV cameras no, but because of the civilian spying as well.
An investigation by The Sunday Telegraph found that three quarters of local authorities have used the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000 over the past year.

The Act gives councils the right to place residents and businesses under surveillance, trace telephone and email accounts and even send staff on undercover missions.

The findings alarmed civil liberties campaigners. Shami Chakrabarti, the director of Liberty, said: “Councils do a grave disservice to professional policing by using serious surveillance against litterbugs instead of terrorists.”

The RIPA was introduced to help fight terrorism and crime. But a series of extensions, first authorised by David Blunkett in 2003, mean that Britain’s 474 councils can use the law to tackle minor misdemeanours.

Councils are using the Act to tackle dog fouling, the unauthorised sale of pizzas and the abuse of the blue badge scheme for disabled drivers.

Among 115 councils that responded to a Freedom of Information request, 89 admitted that they had instigated investigations under the Act. The 82 councils that provided figures said that they authorised or carried out a total of 867 RIPA investigations during the year to August
The RIPA act is obviously being misused in these instances and it’s helping people to do all sorts of bad things.
Surveillance operations aimed at individual homes and businesses can last for months. Calderdale council in West Yorkshire began “direct covert surveillance” targeting one business in May that is still going on.

Local authorities including Bassetlaw, Easington, Bolsover and Darlington have placed houses under video or photographic surveillance to tackle problems such as anti-social behaviour, unauthorised entry into gardens and benefit fraud. Others admitted using council staff to follow residents to determine whether they were working while claiming benefits.
If they will misuse these laws for simple things such as anti-social behaviour, benefit fraud, etc what else would they use these laws to do?
He added: “Councils do not use these powers to mount fishing expeditions. First and foremost it is about protecting the public, not intruding on privacy. Crime-busting powers are targeted at suspected criminals and used only when absolutely necessary.”

Smokers, drivers and even emails are being monitored
* Newcastle City Council used the Act to monitor noise levels from smoking shelters at two different licensed premises. The council has twice used the legislation to monitor noise from a vet’s practice following a complaint about barking.

* Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council used it to deal with 16 complaints about barking dogs.

* Derby Council made sound recordings at a property following a complaint about noisy children.

* Peterborough Council investigated the operation of the blue badge scheme for disabled drivers.

* Poole Council used it to detect illegal fishing in Poole Harbour.

* Basingstoke Council used photographic surveillance against one of its own refuse collectors after allegations he was charging residents for a service that should be free. The operation was dropped when it was decided the allegation was false.

* Aberdeenshire Council admitted using the Scottish version of the Act to request the name and address of a mobile phone user as part of an investigation into offences under the Weights and Measures Act.

* Easington council put a resident’s garden under camera surveillance after a complaint from neighbours about noise.

* Canterbury City Council used CCTV surveillance and an officer’s observations to monitor illegal street trading.

* Brighton and Hove council launched four operations against graffiti artists

* Torbay Council accessed an employee’s emails after an allegation that suspect material had been sent. A second employee was investigated over the “use of council vehicle for personal gain”.

* Westminster City Council covertly filmed a locksmith following allegations of fraud.

* Durham County Council obtained authorisation to monitor car boot sales during an investigation into the sale of counterfeit goods.

Power in the hands of local authorities
The list of misuses continued. In the hands of the wrong powers and authorities these laws are clearly being abused.

Since the government put the power into the hands of the people, which I think is a good thing if done right, in these instances they are clearly misusing these powers, but no one is monitoring it and no one will say anything about it.
The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act allows for the interception of communications, acquisition and disclosure of data relating to communications, carrying-out of surveillance, use of covert intelligence sources and access to encrypted or password-protected data.

It can be evoked by public servants on the grounds of national security, and for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, preventing disorder, public safety, protecting public health, or in the interests of the UK’s economic well-being. Councils were first granted use of the legislation in 2003.
Public servants can evoke these laws and they have been using them very liberally. As you will see in the second article.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/2696035/Anti-terrorism-laws-Snoops-persec ute-minor-offenders-as-crooks-avoid-justice.html
Councils are using anti-terrorism laws to spy on residents and tackle barking dogs and noisy children.
It’s not what the law was intended for, but without proper monitoring it’s all apparently being done.

This is alarming, think about what this means. Serious Surveillance against litter bugs? What about people that they think are crazy or a bit off? What about that outspoken activist? What about that homeschooling mum, surly she must have something to hide? Do you see the endless possibilities and scenarios?
Surveillance operations aimed at individual homes and businesses can last for months. Calderdale council in West Yorkshire began “direct covert surveillance” targeting one business in May that is still going on.
These surveillance operations aimed at individual homes can go on for months? really? Who puts limits on time lines?
Councils have used the RIPA to recruit children for surveillance operations. Dudley and County Durham exploited the Act to send children into shops with secret video and audio equipment to see whether they could buy cigarettes and alcohol. Officials in Durham have mounted 60 RIPA investigations against these kinds of businesses in the past 12 months.
They are using RIPA laws to recruit children for surveillance operations, not surprised but disgusted.

I hope after reading these two articles, you begin to see how such laws could be abused and more importantly could apply to our own circumstances?

It’s power in the hands of the people, but if there is no way to monitor it, or report these offences when they happen then that represents a serious failing on the part of the authorities that put the power there in the first place.
