Covert Investigations, Community Policing, Gang Stalking.
This information has been newly updated and it’s as accurate as I have been able to put together. It’s hard to fight something when you don’t know what you are up against. The information may change down the line, but for now this is what I have been able to piece together.
What is Gang Stalking
Gang Stalking is a covert government or police investigation that happens in a Targeted Individuals life 24/7. The target is also followed around by Suburban Spies/Snitches.
The civilian spies are usually parts of these community oriented policing programs. Just like with Cointelpro investigations, everyone in the targets life is contacted and asked to be a part of the ongoing, never ending investigation, which is designed to destroy the target over years and leave them with no form of support.
These investigations in part appear to be using Community Based Policing initiatives, along with the Cointelpro and older RED SQUAD programs, that have been around for more than a hundread years.
For the targets of this harassment, gang stalking is seen as a covert, psychological, emotional and physical attack, that is capable of immobalizing and destroying a target over time.
There are now efforts around the world to use something called community based policing. This is more than likely what is playing a large role in gang stalking. “Ruling the community with an iron fist. “Savvy law enforcement types realized that under the community policing rubric, cops, community groups, local companies, private foundations, citizen informants and federal agencies could form alliances without causing public outcry.” Covert Action Quarterly, summer 1997.”

Not only is community based policing making a comeback, but police infiltration and repression units often known as Red Squads have also come back full force. These Red Squads ran in many countries around the world.
This form of harassment is also thought to be similar to United States Government Counter Intelligence Program or Cointelpro for short. This was a program used to destroy many activists and dissidents in the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s. Most methods being used in Gang Stalking are things that were used in this program, with a few new techniques. Recently the United States government started looking into proceeding to reopen investigations into the Cointelpro program, because it’s become clear that the program never ended.
The modern day harassment seems to be funded at a higher government level, with many local groups or appendages taking part. Because there seems to be support of government and many local citizen organisations, it seems that no one is looking into the illegal actions or activities or these programs, and participants.
Other Names for Gang Stalking
There are many names for this form of harassment, it would also now seem that Gang Stalking is a term that was invented as part of the disinformation campaign that the government is good at putting together while these harassment campaigns are running. Some of the more popular names for this form of harassment have been Cointelpro, Red Squads, Operation T.I.P.S. and now with the new community based policing programs we have names coming up such as: Multi stalking, vengeance stalking, cause stalking, stalking by proxy, organised stalking, organised harassment, group stalking, community mobbing. These are the new names being given to a very old game, that is once again being played by the government on it’s unsuspecting citizens.
How are targets chosen?
Targets can be choosen because of many reasons. They can be choosen for political views. They can be choosen for whistle-blowing. They can be choosen because they belong to a dissident movement. They can be choosen because they asserted there rights at work. They can be choosen because they made the wrong enemy. Signed a petition, wrote a letter. They were deemed as suspicious by a member of one of these snitching programs and their names were handed over.
Goals of Gang Stalking
The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalisation, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment is to destroy the targets reputation and credibility. Make the target look crazy or unstable.
Other goals involve sensitizing the target to every day stimuli’s as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they get out of line.
These people also want to make the targets of this harassment vulnerable, they want to make them destitute. The secondary goals seem to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goals seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide, just like what they did with some of the targets of Cointelpro.
Who gets targeted
Targeting can happen to anyone, but it’s being widely used on minorities, outspoken individuals, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against large wealthy corporations, woman’s groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are not aware this is happening to them and it continues for years. Even when a target moves, changes jobs, the harassment still continues. Every time the target moves, the government, or the local intelligence unit of the police will follow them around and start to spread the same lies, and slander to their new employers, coworkers, landlords, etc. *In the case of Anthony Brina (Subrban Spies), he moved from Canada, to China, to Italy and the harassment continued. These agencies are now so connected that if someone is targeted, they can be tracked on almost a worldwide scale.
Who takes part
People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the state. People from all races, ages, genders and walks of life. You have your garden variety snitches, you have general labourers, the very wealthy, biker, drug dealers, user, street people, punks, hip hop culture, KKK, black activists, church groups, youth groups, every sector of society that you can think of is a part of this. Eg. Firemen, police officers, lawyers, health care workers, store keepers, maids, janitors, cable installers, phone repair persons, mail carriers, locksmiths, electricians, etc. The ages range from five to eighty five and older.
These government Suburban Spy programs for some is seen as a game of cat and mouse. They see themselves as heroic spies for the state. Some are just power hungry slithering money hungry snitches, who would sell their mothers down the drain, much less innocent people. Other are asked and do it out of a sense of patriotic duty, others are forced to take part in the spying activity.
Some might have started out by taking part in community programs like, Citizen Corp, Weed and Seed, Citizens On Phone Patrol, (COPP), City Watch, T.I.P.S. Many started with good intentions to help patrol and monitor their cities and neighbourhoods. It seems however that some sectors of society are abusing these programs, or some governments are condoning the practices that are being carried out on innocent citizens by those taking part in these programs, just like with Cointelpro.
Many do not understand or care that the end consequence of this game is to destroy a person.
Why people participate in gang stalking
There are many reasons that someone takes part in this activity.
1. Some do it for the sense of power that it gives them.
2. Others do this as a way to make friends and keep friends. It’s something social and fun for them to do.
3. Other are forced or black mailed or forced by the State or the police into taking part.
4. They are told that they are part of homeland or national security and being used as part of an investigation to help keep and eye on dangerous individuals.
They come from a variety of programs such as the Citizen Corp, Citizen On Phone Patrol COPP, Weed and Seed, City Watch or some other centeralised government program used for patroling and monitoring cities, such as T.I.P.S.
5. Others are just local thugs or informants who are already being used for other activities, and their energies are just diverted over into these community spy programs. Eg. Some may be given the choice of Spying for the State or the police vs going to jail.
6. Others are told outright lies and slander about the target to get them to go along with ruining the targets life.

a) Classical conditioning.
Getting a target sensitised to an everyday stimuli. The target over a period of months, or even years is negatively sensitised to an everyday stimuli, which is then used to harass them. It’s used out in public to let them know they are constantly being harassed and monitored. Some examples of everyday stimulus that might be used include: sounds, colors, patterns, actions. Eg. Red, white, yellow, strips, pens clicking, key jangling, loud coughing, loud whistling, loud smacking of clapping of hands together, etc.
b) 24/7 Surveillance
This will involve following the target everywhere they go. Learning about the target. Where they shop, work, play, who their friends and family are. Getting close to the target, moving into the community or apartment where they live, across the street. Bugging targets phone, house, and computer activity.
c) Isolation of said target.
This is done via slander campaigns, and lies. Eg. People in the targets community are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, pedophile, crazy, in trouble for something, needs to be watched. False files will even be produced on the target, shown to neighbours, family, store keepers.
d) Noise and mimicking campaigns.
Disrupting the targets life, sleep with loud power tools, construction, stereos, doors slamming, etc. Talking in public about private things in the targets life. Mimicking actions of the target. Basically letting the target know that they are in the targets life. Daily interferences, nothing that would be too overt to the untrained eye, but psychologically degrading and damaging to the target over time.
d) Everyday life breaks and street theatre.
Flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property. Mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets. These strangers might get text messaged to be at a specific time and place, and perform a specific action.
It might seem harmless to these strangers, but it could be causing great psychological trauma for the target. Eg. Blocking targets path, getting ahead of them in line, cutting or boxing them in on the road, saying or doing things to elicit a response from targets. Etc.
Where does the support or funding for this come from
Though Gang stalking itself is immoral and unethical in nature, it can just like Cointelpro be funded by:
1. Government organisations. These diffuse and disrupt methods can be used on a variety of targeted individuals.
2. Military facilities might be using this also against enemies or on illegal test subjects.
3. Large wealthy corporations. Many are providing support for these programs. Who then will use their influence to have files opened on workers to keep them quite.
What can you do to help
1. If you know someone who is being targeted in this way please don’t do along with it. Don’t assume that the person is guilty or a bad person. Many innocent people are currently being targeted, and people are being told lies. This form of harassment is not for fun, it’s not harmless, and the goal is to destroy the individual over time.
2. If you are aware of someone being harassed in this way just don’t go along with the harassment. Educate others that harassment is wrong. Knowledge is power, share your knowledge.
3. You can offer your support to someone who is being unfairly treated, in very small little ways.
4. Direct people to websites where they can get help and assistance.
5. You can send out emails to your friends, family, co-workers regarding the harassment that is silently happening to many innocent people.
6. You can request that your local newspapers or community papers print articles about these new government spying initiatives.
How do participants communicate
Communicate happens in a number of ways. When on the street or in cars patrolling, they use baseball or Stasi like signals.
These include things like tapping the side of the nose, corner of the eye, brushing back the hair 3 times, the infamous double blink, etc.

1. Watch out! Subject is coming – touch nose with hand or handkerchief
2. Subject is moving on, going further, or overtaking – stroke hair with hand, or raise hat briefly
3. Subject standing still – lay one hand against back, or on stomach
4. Observing Agent wishes to terminate observation because cover threatened – bend and retie shoelaces
5. Subject returning – both hands against back, or on stomach
6. Observing Agent wishes to speak with Team Leader or other Observing Agents – take out briefcase or equivalent and examine contents.

I know the feeling. Have not had much time to read anything. Just a lack of interest energy. Trying to not pay attention to the fact that we are practically prisoners in a boundless jail, and each day more and more people are converted over into dead mindless zombies, and the few voices awakened and trying to do anything are getting squashed more and more each day.

Thank you for this website and the information it provides. I spent years wondering why so many bad things happened to me, why so many friends and coworkers treated me with cruelty, why so many of my relationships were destroyed.
It took me years to realize that government security and law enforcement entities were spending billions a year psychologically torturing and destroying thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of people’s lives.
The greatest democratic experiment in human history, The United States of America, is slowly being turned in a police state and it doesn’t seem like any of us can do anything about it. The whole thing is revolting.

If only more people would wake up, I keep thinking, but they do wake up, and most just join in with what everyone else is doing. This is not new, and it’s been going on for some time, there is no way it could be this wide and far spead this fast.
I know that some of these people are caught up in this and don’t want to be, I like to think people always have a choice, but if the choice is your child or someone else that is not always a good choice, but it’s still a choice. (Eg. There was a woman in the former East Germany who was given the choice of turning in an innocent man, or seeing her child again, she choose the innocent stranger, but as a mother she agonised over her choice, but she still did a brave thing.) Too many people are willing to choose what’s easy, or convient.
Even if they woke up, the majority would just join in with the zombie parade. I think some of them like the choices they are making, they like the easy corruption, I sorry, but the more I see of them, I see choice, and I see people choosing the wrong paths.
Many of us ended up on these lonely, isolated barren roads, because at every stage of our lives, we did not make the choices that so many others had made.
I think it would be good if they woke up, but why? So they can join in with all the rest?

This phenomena is most certainly “for real”. I have been subjected to this since I was in college. That is nearly 25 years.
I’m a woman in a non-traditional career, and my political bent is liberal. Also, my personality type (via Kiersey and Briggs Myer) has me defined of as an Idealist. Too boot, I have plenty of relatives who are VERY racist/sexist. (Indeed,it wouldn’t be out of the question that some of my relatives might be involved with a hate group or social conservative movement.) I have also had a close relative head up a rat/citizens’ patrol.
I don’t know who, why or what got me on a watch list. But I do know that I was only in my young twenties when this all started… (Surely, my political views, feminism and choice of major were all seen of as subversive for your typical redneck.) In Bubba world, women do their part to make sure dumb dick-white dick has its fat-ass coddled and pansied. In my chosen life course, I just wasn’t following the working class, social conservative program.)
Indeed, where ever I travel, the locals there will pick up and take over the stalking duties along with the appropriate conditioning behaviour. (In my case, it is whistling.) You cannot move from this stuff. It is very well financed.
I believe I am being subjected to this because some members of our society haven’t gotten over the concept of slavery. In Bubba world, women don’t engage in social mobility and women don’t rise above the role of school teacher or nurse. Too boot, in working class or Bubba world, there isn’t much shame in working a woman to death or exploiting her as null and void. P. Schafly Bubba women are no better than their male, redneck counterparts. They are every bit as fat-assed and intolerant.

I am so glad that I found this website.
I feel I am not alone any more and can learn a lot about gang stalking tactics, aims, citizens’ involvment, etc.
By the way, gang stalking and organized police watch on innocent individuals is alive and doing “well” in the Federal Republic of Germany, too. That is where I live and know a lot about it – from the victim’s perspective.
Since the police is involved there is no place to turn to except likeminded people on the internet.
Talking to friends about it is dangerous. First of all, you do not really know who is a friend, who is a rat.
Second, I do not recommend outing these problems. People will declare you have psychiatric problems which might endanger your job, your life.
So: pray, meditate, live your life at the fullest (as far as it is possible) do not react to any provocations in public, pretend not to see/hear/feel that you are being followed, lead a healthy life to stay sane (no drugs, no alcohol, regular sleeping hours)and just think that you are one of God’s chosen individuals in this world who cannot and never will be corrupted.

Meanwhile I have found out that the money givers for the private armies of gang stalking are the bosses of big banks, insurances and other firms, especially in publishing, printing, gambling, organized prostitution and drug dealer rings.
These armies are well financed in Germany and are for hire.
They are trying to neutralize individuals who speak out against corruption.

I’m somehow relieved I found your website because we are TIs, we didn’t know the term until yesterday, who don’t know where to go because the local 112th precinct in New York is active part of the harassment by covering up for the thugs or harassing us themselves. However, we would like to know where to find help, or support to stop the side effects of the torture and systematic harassment we are being subjected daily. For instance, we have been subjected to every form of torture you describe and more. Further, this organized crime organization supported by the NYPD and many other oficial organizations, have sent their thugs to assault me numerous times. However, the NY 112th precinct has arrested me instead of my assailtant, or threatened with an arrest if I pursue justice, or simply have ignored our complaints. More importantly though is that we have found out that here in Rego Park/Forest Hills, NY there may be two major jewish organizations conducting this harassment to people that have had argued with a jewish neighbor, or complained about a jewish business. What they do is they organize people block by block to spy on us and effectively conduct their attacks. On the other hand, the EM, microwave, and fumigation torture, has gone on successfuly for years because they control our apartment from every apartment adjacent, and have setup the aparment above as their base of torture operations bringing people in shifts so that the torture is constant. Finally, thank you for bringing this up to the public, (I am being shock/burnt as I type this comment) we need more of this. but I will appreciate if you could help us know how to defend ourselves from these torture or at least how to fight back. Hi, I have been shadow stalked for the last five-years. Almost everyday I get out of the house, where-ever I travel to, women with baby strollers will cross my view, whether it is from the back, side view, front view, they make sure that I see them. If I am standing in line at a gas station, they will stand before me. It is not just women with baby strollers, it will also be pregnant women, constantly trying to get their belly as close to me as they can and they have to make sure that it crosses my view. If I am working a customer service job they bring in their new born babies and they consistently flaunt it at me. Along with shadow stalking of pregnant women, new born babies, pregnant bellies; there will also be women with cigarettes in their hands puffing away the smoke from their noses, add to this there will be people with religious symbols and wearing religious attire and large religious jewelry eyeing me and following me in isles of a store or if I am applying for a job at a particular place. If I go to a grocery store, there will be all of the above plus young girls forced to wear pants where their under wear has to be exposed as they bend down in front of me, a long with the presence of religious clergy, and women who orchestrate the whole scene. If I am walking in a parking lot, there will be men and women walking their dogs in my view, they will stop for a while watching me. If I am sitting in my car in the parking lot women with babies in car seats will immediately get out of their car leaving the door wide open in my view so that I can see them taking the carseat and the baby out of the car. Other times there will be a man and woman making out in front of me, or constantly holding hands in front of me, while all this is going on there will be women wearing head scarves walking in my view. Store clerks will be speaking to me with strong accents; again this happens to me everyday when I go to the grocery store, shopping, applying for jobs, just anywhere I go, these people are obsessed, they don’t have anything better to do than to make a person’s life a living hell. Some of the jobs I have worked at, co-workers have used reverse psychological harassment to force me to associate with a scarf; whether it is telemarketers, customer service people, they will call , and into the conversation they will drop in suggestions to infect my subconscious; If I am trying to open up an account or receive any type of service, the person will somehow bring it out through subtle conversation implying to me if there is anyone who represents me. If I go to the store a man with a camera will be standing at a distance, a little girl will get close to me and she will work it into the conversation, saying “we will we get you no matter where you go “ while talking to her mom. I have had co-workers who have done demonstrations, all the way from convincing fake crying to really dramatic skits, which was to give the message that they were going to drive me out of my house, out of my life. I have had old women at the dmv, sit next to me sitting with them would be pakistanie girls locked up in scarves, hissing at me if I did not join the cult they were going to drive me out of shelter. I have been car chased by women with lots of signs on their cars regarding animal rights, animal slaughter, they visciously try to scare me, when I try to approach them, they run off. I have been blacklisted from normal jobs; The jobs I receive are under a controlled environment, if I am doing a tutoring job, they will give me students from different races, then they hint out to me that I have to choose only one race, whichever type of students I serve that is who I will be and that is the cult I have to join and marry and have kids in and live according to their life style, again these students will be of different races under the same religion, and they point out to me that every religion has hell and heaven in this earth, the people they give me are from hell, every person they send me will have strong already pre-meditated as to what kind of suggestions they have to instill in my subconscious, their eyes look strange as if they are in a hypnotic trance, wearing strong religious symbols. The suggestions they instill in my head are either death threats to my family members, loss of my home, going to prison, mental institution, and the slogan “dying to live.”
Combined to all these visible forces, there exists the psychoenergetic and psychophenomena, which I did not use to have any belief in, but since so much of it has happened to me, I can now tell others to be ware of its powers and I believe that the psychoenergetic instruments need to be acknowledged by our legal system and the social system and these instruments need to become apart of the everyday language so that people can recognize their effects on our lives. Hypnotic techniques, telepathy, loose dreaming and locking energy centers had all been used on me to control me and confine me to the corner. I was sitting in a class when two girls said that voodoo is real, as they said it, they looked at me. When the class spoke of the scarf they were looking at me to say something. Mind you I do not wear a scarf nor do I believe in it or would ever impose it on any one nor would I interpret it as a symbol of freedom nor would the alternative option be, be angelic and have kids and join another religion. Since my presence at the particular university, I have been telepathically stalked. I never thought that telepathy could be real, I had heard about it but I did not think it to be true. Telepathically I had been terrorized and commanded to do things I should not have to do. Through telepathy my whole way of life is being controlled along with the everyday repulsion I receive from contact with people. My whole house is under surveillance. I get judged by the T.V shows that I watch, I am being conditioned to the point where I have no right to be broad minded, where I am forced to be narrow-minded. What ever job they give me I am only allowed to serve one type of people, not only do I serve one type of people, but I have to marry them and breed with them and I have to make it look like that is what I want to do and not make it look like that it is a force that presses me to do it. If I go to dollar tree there will be religious people of a certain race, they will shadow stock me and they will demonstrate a conversation, in this conversation, they say “You have to do what ever we tell you.” And then they look at me.
Why do Religious organizations have so much power? Why does their power not come directly from our legal system and why is it not made visible in our legal system? Why do I not make visible the particular races and the particular religions in this writing because they immediately come after my family members and we lose our shelter. Right now I am prevented from working through the force of community bullying, I am being forcefully confined to baby-sitting jobs. They want to impose on me a character that is not my own, this includes carrying a body language, wearing clothes a certain way, wearing head fabrics, committing jobs that don’t appear to be human friendly and they do not benefit society as a whole, forcing me to marry certain types of people and breeding babies for that types of race and religions. Through their actions they tell me that I have no right to be free from religion, and the religions that come my way impose on me things that no human should be forced to do. They tell me that evil is normal and a way of life, since so many people have to commit evil why should I get away from committing evil, by this I mean the only jobs and lifestyle that they dictate to me is be an abuser, be abused, wear head fabrics and don’t be immature about it, join community cults and behave according to the attitude and lifestyle of that community. I have so much more to say but I can’t say it. My questions now are why does the government use subliminal force to impose cultural and economic segregation? I understand that communities have to be distinguished from one another, but their distinction can be done with a human friendly approach, so far as I observe it segregation of cultures is done in a very evil and degrading manner, those of us victimed by it can not raise a voice if we do we lose our shelter, jobs and services and much more. I find myself struggling for my individual character, I am single female and proud of it, but these religious organizations who stalk me tell me through their actions that I have no right to be single and that I have to breed babies for a particular religion and race in order to have a right to work, does this imply that there needs to be a committee that protects the rights of single people both men and women who are single and feel that it is their lifestyle that they cannot do with out? Last but not least, How do I get these obsessed creatures to leave me in peace?

Wrong again, this is just the state doing what it has always done. It’s no holocaust, it just feels like it. This is unfortunatly business as usual for the US and other governments. This is how dissidence is kept in line. This is how unpopular opinions are censored and kept in check.
Have you seen what’s happened to many of the real 911 dissidents? Yead Dead, or lives messed up, so they can’t really be looking for the truth, then all the fake organisations, put out all this b/s or argue with each other so that no one can get at the truth.
Look at what happens to AIDS dissidents, and the alternative theories on that.

Think about the Buzzsaw and what happens to journalists who try to get the real stories out, even the famous ones. They know not to step out of line, out of check.
Then there is the rest of us, not rich, not really famous (maybe imfamous) and we blow a whistle, try to assert our rights, file a suit, or step out of line in some way that we did not realise that we were stepping out of line. We get stalked, electronically harassed, put in jail, falsley institutionalised, go missing.
It’s all the same game, just different branches, and it’s all the state keeping you in line, and upholding the status quo. It never changes, I wish this could be called a holocaust, but I know that this is just business as usual for the state, and the worst part is, it’s often our fellow citizens helping to keep us in check, because those monkey’s don’t want us reaching for the banana, they don’t want to get sprayed with a little cold water. Society sees and has seen what happens when you go out of line, doesn’t matter what your position is, how rich you are, the state will find a way to go after you, and those around you that do not co-opperate.

I am a victim of organized stalking almost every day. Also when I go to the gym to work out, on several different occasions, girls would wait at the exit and leave right before me as if to make it look like I was following them.I have had law enforcement people pull up beside me at almost every stop light , I guess they are using the new homeland security tracking devices. No one will tell me why they are doing this( it has been going on for years). It looks to me that we are living in an iron-clad police state where anyone can be targeted and used as a guinea pig by persons above the law and who are protected by a veil of secrecy.

pt 2. i live in Conyers Ga. i am literally all alone. the government volunteers are everywhere. Even debt collectors like student loan lenders are part of the stalking. i get bits and pieces from different, then they are scared off and never talk to me again. i think the worst thing they has happen to me in addition to being cut off from my daughters, i went to a church, World Changers. The minister went from preaching the gospel to say, you know, we got someone sitten up in here who won’t work. I went for a little while longer, then stop. The only people who converse with me are those involve with the government spy groups. Church folks, all family members, even those i have not seen in years won’t talk with me. please pray for me this has been going on for a long long time. if it were not for the grace of god, i would have committed sucide. there is literally no one i can trust. The very people who say I am crazy, are the very ones who stalk me to and from stores, make suggestions such as, um, i want some of that, you stupid…b, nobody want you, get away from me. they follow me to and from the post office, even the police. also, to and from the bank. sometimes its a small group or groups of 50 or more. I moved from Michigan, to Indiana to now in Conyers, Ga and it is still going on. Believe it or not, I was a minister and very close friend and distance relative who trick me into moving here. Believe me the south is worst. The spy groups could care lest if I report them or not, afterall, the local government and Homeland Security is part of it.
I am on social security, but i pay taxes. Some of the people stalking me, oftentimes will say, Hey you can work, don’t look nothing is wrong with you. Since the stalker have been told my medical diagnosis, i might as well tell you, i am seriously depress. Community members who are strangers to me have even told me my medical diagnosis and then kept walking. This stalking is worst on university campuses. My daughters are grown now, I only hope they are not suffering from this gang stalking. Please excuse my writings, I am so happy i have come in contact with others who suffer from this harrassment.
I had a kitty, but because i had to travel to and from MI to fight for my divorce settlement, I had to leave her alone. In February, when i return home, she did not come to the door to me, I found her behind the television, she could not walk, I took her to the vet, and had to have her put to sleep. that is all i can tell you now, i cry everytime i thing of her. The lady that took me was the minister i talked about earlier. I told her, they did this to her, the other minister told me. She had the nerve to say, She told you, why did she do that. I am 60 years old, the can was all i had. Thanks for being an ear for me.

Hire crews of people to follow the person wherever he or she goes. Make meaningless behaviors or gestures each time you see the targeted victim. Always view the targeted person as inferior, fool, idiot, mentally ill and a child as you do this. Follow him and look at him/her as you do this, and wait for a reaction. Use different people from your crews. It may take one incident or years to get a reaction, depending how long you can afford the crew. Once the victim reacts, you are successful. The best reaction is usually anger, annoyance or avoidance. Some victims may physical attack you, leading to assault charge. Once the victim reacts to that meaningless gesture, it now means something to him/her, and you are now in control. Laughing means, the victim likes it, and to do it more. They don’t believe it’s a crime or terror. No one would believe the victim, complaining or silly gesture, everywhere they travel. Complaining or talking about different people making silly gestures everywhere one goes, makes the victim looks insane. By now, the victim should be seen as insane.

On my analysis I believe that the gang stalking, electronic harassment and others are just tools used by the law and enforcement agencies to perform prevention or interventions or etc. These tools which don’t leave any evidence which is admissible in the present day court around the world are good opportunity for the law and enforcement agencies to control or disable the targets who cannot be prosecuted by the law. By this law and enforcement agencies can control or disable the targets by the pain incurred on them, this makes them easy targets for the law and enforcement agencies. Under the state of pain and disorientation of targets the law and enforcement agencies can perform easy investigation or prevention (if they believe that the targets are threat to the security).
Since the tool is very effective (that is, there is no legal obligation or limitation) the law and enforcement agencies can use this tool on targets those who are classified as potential threat, even the evidence of threat are not appreciable. The law and enforcement agencies can use the tool on any number of people given that the people are classified as potential threat. This makes even the innocent people like us to be the victim of harassment (non conventional torture).
Apart from the above advantages when target appeals to the government that the person is undergoing harassment the government labels the person as paranoid to suppers the appealing person from future appeals. These appeals might attract the attention of media and popularly become a conspiracy of the government on its own citizens. Hence government suppresses the appeals. Further it is the government (the law and enforcement agencies play a dominant role in the government) who does the harassment and when the victim appeals to the government it rejects the appeals in many forms (judistriction becomes biased on government). To disorient the public and the targets of harassment, the government makes them believe different irrational conspiracy theories and the irrational conspiracy theories being the reason of the harassment. This disorientation takes the consensus of targeted individuals away thereby preventing a combined action by the targeted individuals against the harassment.

Hello-glad to find this site! I have had problems with neighbors using listening devices to hear my family in several apartments over the years. My husband heard it mostly. My ears are not as sensitive. It used to irritate me when he’d whisper to me and point at a wall. Then my then 5 yr old daughter got a listening device toy ($3.00 toy!) and she told me to listen and WOW – I heard the neighbors talking crap about my husband! Pissed me off but what was I to say-that I was listening and heard them?! I ignored them and had the “if we are that interesting then let the freaks listen” attitude. My husband was in pain one night in bed-he said the neighbors upstairs had a microwave device causing him pain. He even felt hot in one area of his side. That was scary. We moved, but we still had neighbor issues. It made life hard at home-my marriage fell apart and my husband & I split households. Since being on my own with the kids-I haven’t felt/heard/had any problems. – just normal neighbor stuff. My husband on the other hand has become more & more harassed where he lives. Is he an ongoing target?
Currently he’s having a major problem with the entire neighborhood! I definitely can hear, feel, and understand the Hell he’s going thru when I visit (we are working things out by the way!). I told him not to get angry or let the stalkers see he’s feeling stress, worry, anger – it only gives them power over him. So I make him smile and sing a little song when he wants to get pissed. I know it’s hard-I just told him yesterday that I can’t help but show “them” my middle finger in the air as I use his bathroom! I can sense something…there is a serious lack of privacy there. He has recorded the gang-stalker’s cussing, comments, lies, etc. using his computer. It sounds like its next door-like they have a computer with a voice changer??? It repeats sentences, words said by a person(s) and overtime the repeats get slower or sped up. Now the neighbors across the street & behind him have started. I started using the internet to get info and WOW – I found alot of innocent people whose lives were in constant harassment/danger due to these freaks, I am so sorry to all those who are/have going thru this. Sites like these are therapy!
I told my husband about what I learned and told him he wasn’t nuts and that he was currently being gang-stalked. I feel it is due to the fact that the home he rents is in foreclosure. His friend/landlord lost the home due to IRS tax liens months ago in July (US Marshals came to arrest him for 1 night then turned him loose-then he went into a a mental institute for evaluation and sadly committed suicide over a month ago). Now I am wondering if it is a “government” thing. I don’t know-I do not put much past some people these days. I can’t imagine doing such a terrible thing to others – there is enough stress in life without it! It is just screwed up.
My husband is still living in the home during its foreclosure – he has a right to live there until the real estate agent/police kick him out. Its been almost 9 months and he hasn’t heard a thing! A few weeks ago I heard the neighbors across the street say, “I don’t know why he’s still there. Our home values are falling. It must be nice to be rent-free”. I realized that the idiots on his block “didn’t understand” that my husband was a “victim” of the housing crisis – they were looking at him as if her were a “squatter” and making their homes devalue due to his presence! Dummies! Of course NO ONE could be “human” enough to ask come over & ask him anything-it has to be all secretive and silent and mean. His neighbors refuse to look our way when we are outside, but once we go inside the house we hear them cuss and tell him to move and spread lies from house to house! I have made a speech and read it aloud (nut huh?) to all those who wanted to HEAR. I told them about the housing crisis and the renters who fell victim to it, that they had rights – among those rights was the right to live peacefully! I said loudly that those involved in the stalking that someone among them may get laid off their job and lose their home to foreclosure too. I told them to look around at the people they are gang stalking with -because those will be the faces who will harass and hurt them once it happens… I didn’t hear anyone for about 20 minutes after that.
I looking into Ham amateur radio in his city/neighborhood and there were 3 neighbors who had a Ham radio license to broadcast from their homes – 2 who are ex-military, ex-cop, freaks who I can see being a “neighborhood watch” leader! Check out the Ham radio thing – it opened my eyes! Husband is moving next week with me and family…hopefully we can learn to ignore or live with any new occurrences. Thank you all for your stories-they helped my family.

The system of confidential informants is broken. We have private detectives(former government employees; police, FBI..etc) working in the private security/detective sector fabricating crime through the use of confidential informants for their clients to destroy their adversaries.
Through the use of community policing their adversaries are put through extreme stress over a long period of time until they are destroyed.
Problems:
1. These is no oversight on confidential informants.
2. Google “corporate spook utne” and find huge problem with
former government employee working in the private
sector.
3. Google “confidential informant Jiverly Wong” and find fabricated crime on Wong which cause gang stalking to be used on him which eventully ended in mass murder.

Has there has been a successful victim lawsuit against a government gang stalker?
Congress must stop Government Stalking Gangs from harassing and slandering “targeted Citizens” in the community they live, including fabricating lies told their neighbors and business associates. Such actions by government agents are meant to emotionally and economically destroy U.S. Citizens. Victims need to have their attorneys depose “Gang Stalkers” under oath to discover evidence that might prove a federal or local government paid them. That would help open the door for other stalking victims to sue government(s) and their gang-stalkers. It would appear some of the same individuals that took money from a government to stalk and harass targets, might also for a financial reward, provide testimony in a stalker victim’s lawsuit against a government for actual and punitive damages. Establishing a “Victims’ Stalking Reward Fund” could be a step toward securing civil testimony against government stalkers.
The words “Gang Stalking” don’t clearly convey to the public what that means. Using instead “Government Gang Stalking” immediately makes people think, who in my community is a government stalker?

Gangstalking consists of serial torture and murder of innocent citizens. I would like to see suggestions on how we can expose this extreme crime so that every citizen in every country is fully aware of it.

Money, money, money. Where to get the money to hire people and advertise. Ofcourse what they are doing is illegal. I think I got hit with what might be an X-ray machine or something this morning. I got up and there was a huge white flash of what I don’t know, but these people like in Russia are using illegal tactics to kill people. This is what has to be also understood. Most of these snitches still see this as a big game. Most of them are too stupid and inept to go and look up what happened in the former East Germany and Stalin’s Russia, and even if they became aware they would just still ignore it, because they emotionally have so little themselves, they don’t care about others. It’s a pathetic society that we live in. People are materialistic, they care about their snitch pay more than their fellow citizens.

I agree this is a spiritual and vibrational frequency battle. The electronic monitoring that they do changes and interferes with the normal vibrational patterns, and if that is happening at home, then you do have to find ways around it. I am trying to find ways to deal with much of what they are doing, be it heat, sound vibrations, or other forms of harassment, that have a profound effect at a cellular level. Those who designed the monitoring are aware of this. The last over three years of my life have been spent exposed to all sorts of vibrational patterns that are not my own. On my own I do just fine, but since I surrounded by vermin, I have to find work arounds for what they are doing.

This is being done by Moral Majority groups like the Promise Keepers and other right wing religious extremist groups. This is why they often go after single women, lesbians and gays, left wing activists, Teachers and other people that don’t follow their mythology. They are trying to pit liberals against other liberals. The idea is to divide and conquer.
Gaslight and scare the public into going to their churches since they think this is the end of the world. These are the same people who shoot abortion doctors, yet claim we have a right to fight two bloody wars. The same people who turn the Jewish people against the Palestinians. The same Holocaust deniers.
I have religious extremists in my family and I can tell you that I stay far away from them and they are definitely behind this.
Not all religious people are involved, but you will know them by their extremes.

It’s possible that where you are that these are the people doing the targeting, but remember that so called right-wing extreme types are being harassed. I have been on their forums, and they are complaining about being targeted, so it’s everyone and it’s being done by all groups in society, I can not state this enough.
I have had this group tell me that it’s that group doing it, and another tell me something different. They are all right, cause every group is taking part. But your informants might be different than mine. Also if you are a man and they think you hate women, they will have you followed by women. If they think you dislike a specific group, they will have that group follow you. Etc.

All to harass me and my son. The video was cut leaving out a zoom in shot at their ugly fat faces as we drive. I assume the perps edited out their ugly faces. Even they turned away from the camera to hide their very own shame! If you have nothing to hide then show ur faces and tactics in our view!

I experience this form of stalking at least weekly – mine is mild compared to others’ stalking troubles; but, I know there is a group out there who is enjoying doing this to me. I have to regularly change my social network d/t people sabotaging my social network – *they* use mimicking and directed conversation on me through clerks/acquiantances. Also, *they* turn acquaintances on me and I end up hurt many times b/c of this rumor mongering they do. I know they want to let me know I’m being watched. I don’t want to know others anymore. The directed conversation scares me the most b/c i know “someone” put others up to doing this to me – also I’m being “watched” this way – and I’m mocked. People who do this need more in life to do.

Hello “Gangstalking”: scary thing about this all is that I’m quite positive that a psychology major is initiating this “game”. I feel like I’m in a “game”. I hate the fact that the Directed Conversation is “there” to let me know that “they” are gathering info/reporting to someone else.

Gang stalkers are cowardly. They sneak into my house at night, drug me and then put implants into me. I know this because a magnet sticks to my head and other body locations and also I’ve woken up with prick marks that magnets then stick to.
This enables constant neural monitoring. This is how the “stalkers” are able to so effectively keep track of what I, and I suspect many other victims, do.
They are exactly like the Nazis, happily harming others because they have been given the green light by the state and are unable/unwilling to think for themselves.

This is wordpress, if there are any problems, wordpress would be contacted first, and then the blogger would be advised, the content would then be amended.
For me my content can be used, with specific credit, and guidelines, the info use to be posted quite suitable.
You remind me of a Royal Protection Officer, I once ran across, all the guy was interested in doing was finding out way of taking down my information, and making my life difficult, cause he didn’t want information about the crown getting out there, it was interesting.
Anyways glad you asked, over the almost decade or so that, I have been blogging, it’s not previously been an issue, but there are those, who would try. Lowlifes, but they do exist.

They are thick in my area as most like bragging about having a police officer friend. They do it for the “well being” of the community, safety of the nation, drugs stolen while stalking, information garnered from victims they can sell ads from, and perks given by the police themselves.
The college crowd thinks they are part of a “team.” They enjoy the drugs, booze, destruction of property and the ability to solve crimes just like on TV. They can still jump a 6′ fence and may be featured on CNN or some other British styled gossip/slander media source some day.

Thank you so much for this article. It has been a big help. There is no way out for me. I’m poor so I can’t run. I know God is gonna help me as I go thru this for the rest of my life. I’ve done a lot of wrong in my life, but not near enough to warrant such torment and persecution. Especially by the one who don’t even know me and have been lied to about me. I feel sorry for the ones who are made to do it. May they’re illegals and have no choice if they want to stay in this country. Maybe there are some who can’t get any other job or means of income or they’ve done something bad, but rather than being sent to prison they are made to do this. The ones that anger me though are the ones who do it as their choice. They may even know my real life story, but they are sadistic people, voyers and satan worshippers and criminals who do this for their fun and enjoyment. We need more articles like this. The word needs to be spread about what is going on. Again, thank you..

I have been gang stalked from gang members and they live down the block of me and they fallow me every where and the guy down the block tells them when we leave a received a lot of threats and a lot of harassment from them at first I didn’t know it was them until I seen these people around my home and I was what was that noise and it was these gang members and they where video taped me I was scared and they have posted it on line now there people insulting me and saying there that guy that online. I’m scared for my family and me .these people fallow me to my work place always try to intimidate me . I don’t want to call the police because they might do something to my family.,
