Alternative Justice System

More on the Threat Assessment Teams, and the Alternative Justice System. Ok so I have been looking into what’s happening, and I have been able to discover some interesting things, in addition to the Threat Assessment Teams,
that are there, within or just outside of that structure is another structure, an *Alternative Structure, but they may as well be the same.

The Threat Assessment Team have local people for each area who do the local monitoring, the monitoring teams. In my case the people are basically the lowest common denominators, they try to file false reports on a regular basis, and the structure they should use to evaluate the individuals in the situation, they manage to manipulate, or obstruct to the stage that they can keep the files or cases going for years at a time. The little they make for their efforts are often not worth it, thus why targets might get home break in’s and other items stolen, they are often not the most qualified, however they are the lowest common denominators and these are the individuals that they have in people’s lives and livelihoods.

Along with listing people as Mentally Ill, the Men in our communities and sometimes women as child molesters, Women as prostitutes, etc, they have also started to trend with falsely listing Targeted Individuals as HIV Positive when they are not. Trying to make people look like they are thieves (stolen credit cards) is another one that I have come across, it’s been fascinating research, on just how low these people are, and how truly scummy they are. Ralph, Lisa, this
goes out to you.

That’s the normal local monitoring units, which get assigned by the Threat Assessment Teams, in addition to this, the teams which are required to keep their distance, have instead been making contact with an underage minor child. The child is honestly able to receive instructions from the people in the situation, and follows the instructions, without knowing any better.

What’s been discovered recently is that one of the males in the situation of being on the local monitoring teams, is honestly also in the background, giving the underage minor child, and I do mean underage minor child explicit
instructions.

*(These people have one goal, one desire and it’s to get the children into the informant system as soon as possible, they honestly run interference in the lives of children, possibly even yours, that’s important to know, and understand.)

I posting a link to this report, I can’t vouch for everything in the report, or even anything, but some aspects are correct, such as the majority of people being on the informant system, and who get’s let into specific countries.

The Alternative way the System works, which masks itself within or just outside of the Threat Assessment Team, but Mike who is more of a head hunter specifically hired by a company to insure the person stays in the incorrect situation, and that the incorrect situation keeps happening. The exact same structure is used, and it’s used on all the informants. I have been abel to access the hearing frequency that’s used for these people, and they get instructions when they are on the streets, the people are idiots mind you, but they do follow orders.

The video is the closest I could find, but it’s good enough. The loser in the situation here, works by telling them to bump into the Target, we just want to see the persons reaction, they are being evaluated, we just want to ensure they don’t react, meanwhile, you would have to be a complete idiot to go along with it, but on a given stroll, when you can hear this stuff, the people follow what they are being told, walk too close, just brush up, we just need to see a reaction.

What I have been able to discover is the guy behind this portion of it, is a head hunter hired by a previous company that I worked for, and has been hired to be in the situation, until I am removed from mine. The investigation is going really well, they are complete lowlifes. They are everything mentioned and more. Even without this specific scumbag, the local monitoring units, and their unit commanders are often the worst people at times, and they are people that have been on the informant system in most cases for years and years.

One of my neat discoveries is that they serious want to do something unsuitable to me, because I have specific items in my possession that they thought would belong to them someday. (They literally think that if I am not in the picture, they will be able to rob blind some items I possess. They are the lowness that me, and so many others did not need in our situation.) They make very little doing this, and so if they can steal, destroy our items, or just plot to steal them, they feel very good able themselves. I despise them with everything that I have, there is no other way to say it, when you truly
discover just how disgraceful, and low these creatures are that they put into people’s lives. (Again keep in mind that not every informant is low, and not everyone on the Threat Assessment Team is low, some are there to do a credible job, but the ones that get assigned all too often, are not the correct sort of people and they don’t do the correct things. I want to see the whole system get revamped if I could.)

Conspiracy is still the word, but if you understand how the system works a little bit, it all at times can seem perfectly normal to an outsider, who doesn’t take the time to look a little bit closer for the truth.

*(Alternative in the sense that the person has a specific alternative agenda, and uses methods within the structure.)

Best Script I Ever Read

The Dark Monarchy is seriously the worst script that I have ever read. It sort of takes place in an alternative type of universe, so everyone is sort of different than they are suppose to be, you basically have all these rich society types doing the incorrect things to everyone all the time, and no one is the wiser, and if they are the wiser they either go along with it because they have their own dark secrets to protect, or they are removed before the truth can ever come to light.

You have a bunch of weird subplots that are also happening, and this faux rich family that’s at the heart of everything. OUtside they appear to be rich and famous, but behind the scenes they are a mess, their lives are falling apart, they are sick with just about every disease on the face of the planet, and they are always being blackmailed, or blackmailing everyone to keep their dark secrets.

At the heart of the subplot is the main character, the young four year old god daughter *(Chase Van Busen) of this Paul Bernardo type character, who is being badly molested and abused every way possible by two of the characters, sort of these Karla Homolka, and Paul Bernardo types.

It’s a little like eating popcorn as you are reading it, the characters are as dark and twisted as they are suppose to be beautiful and glamorous. You have these unbelievable type situations happening, where most of the main
characters are working in a the prostitution industry, behind the scenes in some way shape or form, to help keep up appearances and stave off the blackmail that seems to keep happening throughout the series.

One of the main characters a Duchess we find out throughout the series literally slept her way to the top, to get into the position that she is in, but not only did she sleep her way to the top, but at some point in the series you find out that behind the scenes she was a call girl for hire, and was really servicing most of society in the background to get into the
situation. The plot is one of the most delicious ones I have come across in a really long time. It get’s delicious because the young Duke who is a complete psychopath behind the scenes discovers this dark secret, and finds out it’s something that was known to everyone but him, he then goes on this dark quest to eliminate anyone in the society who can prove this secret. In the mean time he is filled with his own dark secrets, including his inappropriate relationship with his young charge Chase.

As people discover these secrets, whom they can’t eliminate, they either blackmail or pay off, and in the middle of this is a young, vulnerable innocent little girl who is a the heart of this darkness, throughout the series you wonder if anyone who comes across the horror of what’s happening to Chase Van Metsem will ever do anything to protect this young vulnerable girl. The character at first reminds me of the Claudia type from interview with the vampire, until you realize this is a truly innocent person, being made out to look like a maid up doll, and made to seem much older than she
actually appears to be.

The characters that come and go in her world, are the same, pretty almost effulgent looking on the outside, but on the inside they are all dark and twisted, and all end up being a part of this dark and evil twisted sinister plot, of deception, and heartache for an unsuspecting child, and society at large.

The part of the plot that’s interesting is that in addition to blackmailing their enemies, socially eliminating them, or just plain murdering them, they also use these hired Threat Assessment Teams to remove their enemies from their outcomes. They are literally able to use their power, fame and influence to frame innocent people, that’s one of the parts of this dark twisted drama that’s most interesting. So throughout the series you have these innocent targets of these twisted individuals who use this system that’s in place to quietly, and systemically get rid of innocent people in the background, who have either come into contact with their dark secrets, or

who are going to be coming into contact with their dark secrets. Behind the scenes just about everyone sleeps with everyone else, some for personal reasons, some for revenge, some for blackmail, and some because they are being forced to work behind the scenes men, and women to keep their dark secrets. The plot is heartbreaking as it is delicious, when you realize that most people who come into the situation will never realize the truth in time to do anything suitable, or if they do, they often lack the fame, power, and the same social influence to do anything truly influential. It’s the most delicious plot every created in history, and it’s part of the darkest storyline you can imagine, because while the world falls in love with the outer facade of those in the situation, the inner world is this dark twisted labyrinth, that very few people get out of alive.

This is a post for all those evils and atrocities out there that are being committed. The things that are happening under the cover of the hidden. The things that are hidden from the public scope, the things that the public is not allowed to understand, the horrors, the silent screams, the heartbreaks, the times you pray silently for rescue that simply does not happen, the souls that have died, while living through some of the worst atrocities.

This post is for all those who do not have a voice for themselves, who can not speak on their own behalfs. This is posted in the hopes of shining some light onto these cruelties, those who do evil in this world, and the stupidity that just as harmful, or even more harmful that allows this stuff to function and to happen.

For all the lies you tell, the truth is now told. You are a vermin that the world does not need, you are the evils, that need to be removed from the face of the planet, you are the itch, the disease that humanity will never be able to scratch or cure. You are that darkness and that void that has filled innumerable lies, the cruelty that breaks the human heart, will, and spirit. You are the taker of innocence that little boys and girls do not need to lose, before they enter adulthood.  You are the screams and night terrors they can not describe, or even quantify. You are the horror that humanity does not need.

This is why, you were designed to do the good in this world, you were designed to walk amongst men, and do the good in this world, but your will has become vile, an evil, corrupt and a cruel thing, we will bear you witness. You were never meant to become what you have become to so many of us, this evil thing that we don’t want or need in our lives, in our
existence, this things that brings humanity down to it’s lowest common denominator.

You take the light and the innocence from the world, and you do it so subtly, that most people would never know the difference, you are the false face of goodness, and the true hearts of darkness. The pretty faces, and places that we are all to ascribe to, and the heights that we are to try to ascend to, if only your true depths were fully known, if only they could truly and fully be shown. That is too often the way of the world in our society, the pretty things of the world, are the most unbeautiful, the things that seem the most effulgent too often of late conceal hearts of terror, horrors and darkness,
that can not be mentioned, that can not be told, that if even suspected, would leave horrors unknown.

This is for all the things unmentioned that those without a voice go through, this is a tribute, an anthem, for them, a voice for those without a voice, for those who truly can not speak for themselves, those too young, too innocent, too scared, too bound, this is a tribute for you, for the prices you pay behind the scenes. To the fake things of this world, the things that look effulgent, beautiful, wonderful, to the false gods, you will not be worshiped in this post, you are despised for all the evils, sins and corruptions you perpetrate, for all the horrors, evils, and unknown, unmentioned, sins that you commit. This post is where you may be mentioned.

For those who pretend to be our friends, but all they leave behind is a world full of darkness and deceit, your facade of goodness is all that is shown, but behind the scenes, do the people ever hear the silence, do they acknowledge the screams, wishing and hoping that your true faces could be scene, that your insect skins could be reflected, for who and what they are.

To those out there, you know who you are, you endure on a daily basis, you live horrors that will never truly be known, that will likely never be spoken, and whose horrors will possibly be forgotten someday, but never forgiven, until they are truly acknowledged. This post is what I can do on your behalf, and I do so freely, for all those who suffer in silence, your
unmentionables, are mentioned here.

Stagnating

Stagnation

I feel that some aspects of this mission are stagnating. In some ways I have done what was needed in exposing the upper echelon of what I believe is behind Gang Stalking, these Threat Assessment Teams then join forces with local appendages.

The local appendages are where you get all the strange and various different versions of what is behind Gang Stalking. Due to community oriented policing each area is governed differently, and when a target is stalked, they will be stalked in accordance to the area that they are in, so some areas it will be street gangs, others cults, other the mafia, others specific ethnic groups, or diametrically opposed groups, this could be also why some see criminals behind this, but others get chased by those in corporate suites, as I have pointed out, if you travel from one area to the next, one city to the next you will see the variations.

Some of these teams try to work as a group, so let’s say they will try to coordinate and dress in something with a military theme, baseball hats, ribbons, missing hubcaps, things to let them know that they are working for the same team, tracking the same subject/target. It’s all part of the lower monitoring process, that these teams use.

Anyways, I do feel in some areas a lot of progress has been made this year, but in other areas things have not progressed. I think when you are around the right people, the right places, the right circumstances come your way, and when you are not, well the opposite happens.

This year I have been lucky to feel that in spirit I was making the right progress and in the right places, but in flesh it’s just continually been the opposite, and that has not changed. I have not found the right circumstances to appreciate my unique character as far as being in the right places are concerned. When you are in the right places, around the right people, things flow, the right ebb, everything goes well, since early last year this has been true in spirit, but in flesh it’s the opposite and I need to fix that. Yes I know that I am being systemically destroyed, and the whole goal of that is to ensure that things don’t go well, that things don’t flow, but it is my belief that even with these odds stacked up against you, Karmically things can balance out if you are around the right people and places. Clearly I am not or there would be more of a flow.

Financially it’s been a challenging year, and that has to change. The last several years have been challenging, and this year has been more so than most. For many of us, there is no rescue coming in this regard or this capacity. The only rescue is what we make for ourselves. There are lot’s of people who want to offer aid and assistance, but if financial assistance is what you need, and that is not the aid being offered, then it does you little to no good. As I mentioned a well known author within the community has become homeless, and it’s just made me realize that you can put a lot of effort into saving others, but sometimes you need to save yourself.

Someone did write in to say they had offered him a place to stay, but he has chosen to try the streets because for survival I think he realizes that his chances are better. It’s really frustrating, because I know that over the years, I have been comforted by some of the material he has provided to this community, and it’s frustrating because the assistance he needs is not something that I am able to offer at the moment, my circumstances are too close for comfort right now, and I really have to ensure that they stabilize. At times like these it’s so easy to feel alone, even though I know there is a community, it’s a community who’s efforts at times support the shrill elements, while letting other elements out in the cold.

I am going to try to keep tabs, and hope he finds friends or others that he can stay with at least over the winter months, but having to share and live with others is still not a condition that any target really fancies seeing themselves in. Most of us are fairly independent, and as much fun as staying with friends and others can be, it also means giving up a great deal of independence, but most of us do not have huge resources that we can draw from, unlike many others.

On the other hand, I am sure that the truth is there, but many are reluctant to talk about it. For every break through like the Threat Assessment Teams, there is a drawback like Google suppressing the Gang Stalking search term.

The other target is very open, he has always been extremely explicit with describing all that they are doing to him, which I have always admired. I do share a lot of what is happening, but not all. There are some shocking abuses of power that I do not feel comfortable with sharing that are happening, but I know the risk that comes with being an activist and those are calculated risks that have to be taken if this is ever to be exposed.

So to sum things up, there are things that are going well, that are moving forward, but I have other things in my life that are stagnating, holding me back in a sense, preventing me from spreading my wings. I believe at my core that this happens when you are not aligning yourself with the forces or the resources that you need to align yourself with, so somewhere I need to take an introspective look at the things in my environment on all levels and assess what is not working, and correct that. So I am going to be spending some introspective time.

I feel that I have a lot of goodness inside that can be shared, but I also feel that a lot of that right now is being blocked and prevented, and I do wish to change this, so spiritually all that good that I have internally and I like to think that I have some left. I want to engender the circumstances that will allow that to come forth externally, that is my goal for the upcoming year. Yes I know, some wait till end of December for these little resolutions, but I like to strike while the iron is hot.

If you can do nothing else to be of assistance, then at least offer up your prayers at this time, they would be most appreciated.

Who to trust

Who to trust

 

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. ~Psalms 20:7

As a Targeted Individual I often wonder where can help be found? Who can really look at or assist with the plight of Targeted Individuals?

God – A lot of Targets believe in God or express a belief and many pray constantly that an answer will be found. I think it’s well to have faith in God. I feel very sorry for those in our situation that do not. Some others have started to lose their faith. I hope that you will use this situation to have your faith enriched or strengthened, do not lose your faith, do not let this situation rob you of that.

Kings -Some will put their faith in Kings and Princes. In the olden days you might have appealed to the King who in some societies held the highest seat in the land and had real powers, true kingdoms on earth, where the word or a nod was enough to save and deliver from the jaws of death. Though principalities and kingdoms do hold some sway on earth, many of our countries are no longer governed this way, and those that are, might not hold the same degree of power that they once did in other times. Even if they did, the plight of targets might not be the cause of the day to champion, so again would it truly make a difference? Maybe if you moved to a small Island where the word of the ruling monarch was still the law of the land, but otherwise many monarchies are bureaucracies in today’s society, and governed by the laws of the land, and the will of the people.

Presidents -Do you turn to presidents? Yeah. As they are jet setting around the world, writing their next books, they do not care about the plight of the Targeted Individual. I am sorry, but I have heard from enough targets who have written to this administration here, that administration there. The sad reality is that many of these in power at some point, past present or future, probably wrote or helped to strengthen the laws that are today being used to carry out and conduct the tortures that we are experiencing.

I know many are under the false impression that someone listen or care, but I am doubtful. I think there have been enough letters written, enough cries and appeals for help, that the incense of the requests could have made their way to the highest levels and it will do no good. Sure they could someday be shamed into taking action, that is what is nice about the power of the people, it’s what worked in other countries for exposing abuses and I think it is what is more likely to work, than actually catching the sympathies or humanities of these individuals.

Yes someday in the future we are likely to get some lame apology from some politician, maybe even a future president and they will claim how much they did not know what was going on, what have you, but the reality will be that it’s a lie. Enough targets have written to enough administrations that there is awareness, but just not the desire to care, unfortunately if it’s not happening to them or their families, there is very little reason to care or put a stop to any of this.

Also presidents are people, and they only have so much power, stopping a system of corruption also requires the will of the people, many can not or might feel that they can not act alone, but reality is that our cause is likely not to be as important as the next international trip around the world.

Politicians -They are the same, the odd politician might pretend to be interested in the plight of targeted individuals, but like presidents, many of these people are probably happen and use the very programs designed to destroy our lives, thinking that it will protect them. I am sure you might find the odd politician that truly listens and does learn to care, or take on our cause, but a single politician in and of themselves might not be enough to stop what is happening, and if they did, they could well risk becoming a target.

Media -Do we trust our media to break the story and save us? The media in many cases are aware, and have unsympathetically chosen to not report the story. The odd time the truth does break through and the story does get reported, for those who have had a conscience and who have reported the story in a decent capacity in any manner we are greatful, but unless we can elevate awareness across the board, most of the media will continue to ignore the story. Unless this topic can become so everyday and discussed on the forums, and blogs, and local street corners, then the media in many cases will feel unsympathetically embolden to ignore our plights much like they do other causes that are not the popular cause of the moment.

Fellow Citizens -Many really are naive, they believe the government and these programs are there for the good of the people. Most just do not want to believe that this could be happening, the ones that do know that this is happening, in some cases believe that these programs are for their own good. Many others just like the politicians are going to be too callous to care unless it is happening to them or their families. The reality is, the sad reality is if it’s not happening to them, most can not comprehend or begin to comprehend the devastating impact that such a situation can have on their fellow citizens, and even if they could comprehend many would not care, cause it would distract them from getting the latest IPad, Blue Ray, X-Box, distracting gizmo. Many others are just so surverly struggling, they are trying to make ends meet, they are so destitute that they have to think about themselves and their families, that they just don’t have the capacity to care for others. Many others are stupid enough to think that if you are on these lists, you deserve what is happening to you, and they do not realize that we could be innocent and undeserving of this fate.

Our Selves -We have to look to ourselves to survive the best that we can, to help each other when we can. Sometimes I want to share what is happening to me, or what a horrible time I am having, but then I realize that only another target could truly understand what I am going through, could understand the impact of the situation that I am in. I also know that sometimes other targets can not help the way that they would like to help. I read the blog of one target, he is a writer within the Targeted Individual community, after a long struggle to keep a roof over his head, he has finally become without a permanent resident. He had a plan in place of staying in public locations in the city he is in, but it’s the saddest thing to be without a home in the heart of winter. I feel his pain, but other than praying for him, there is little that my own situation allows. There are many targets like that. Others that right in desperately asking what to do to stop assults, sexual and otherwise. Others who get so close to the breaking point they do know what to do. Other targets who get so scared and desperate for their lives and survival that they flee from city to city, country to country with no end in sight, many trying desperately to raise the awareness or attention of someone who might be willing to lend us a hand, to help our situations.

It is the most painful circumstance. I have others who write in who have children, it’s horrific to go through this situation as an adult, much less to imagine the situation and circumstances that children must face, and the fear a parent has to go through in order to try to protect and take care of their children, it’s a horrible, heartbreaking ordeal, and many of Targets face it alone, and by themselves. Except for the odd time they can maybe connect with another target, we are primarily on our own, but that does not have to be a bad thing.

Over the last several years we have raised some awareness, as predicted there have become more high profile targets. There cases are drawing more attention to our cause. The topic is being more openly discussed in many cases. People know to direct people with stories of community stalking and mobbing to the websites, but we still in many cases desperately need help. People can pretend to be naive, oh shucks I didn’t really know how bad things were, but the reality is unless you have been sleeping in a cave in Afghanistan, you probably have some idea of how bad the plight of Targeted Individuals are and the chances are you have just been inspired not to care.

This Indigo Ribbon month there is finally a chance for some relief in sight. With the awareness of the Threat Assessment Team programs if we start to direct some of our efforts towards these programs, and exposing how they work, we might be able to expose some of what is happening. How these programs are connecting with local programs to systemically destroy the lives of targets. We are the best hope and chance that we stand to make a difference. We have a come a long way in many cases. The road seems rocky, and it has not been an easy path, and I am not claiming that the path ahead will be any better, but if we can hang in their a bit longer, some solid ground may be in sight.

Support each other the best you can, stay strong, support the efforts that are truly trying to make a difference, don’t give up your faith or your hope. These are the best weapons and chance that we have for fighting agaist this evil time that is upon us.

Activism Efforts

Freedom of Information Act Requests

These are suggestions that might be useful when making F.O.I.A. requests.

I think it would be a good idea to request freedom of information act information. Not only trying to obtain personal records, but also systeimic records.

Eg. 1. How many cases do Threat Assessment Teams have open and actively being monitored?

2. How many females vs males are currently and activily being monitored?

3. What is the cultural and or ethnic make up of those currently being monitored on these lists?

4. How many cases over the years ended up in institutionalizations? How many in arrests? How many in suicide? How many in homelessness? (They must have these figures if they are actively monitoring the cases, even if someone becomes homeless, the files would stay open.)

5. How much funding do these threat assessment teams get?

6. What is the guidelines for the remote monitoring and information gathering?

7. Where are the local monitors collected from? Are they local community members or others?

8. Who oversees the local monitoring? What guidelines are in place to ensure abuses do not happen?

9. What measures are in place to ensure that the privacy of the individual is not being trampled upon?

These are some of the Freedom Of Information Act Requests, that I would like to see directed to these threat assessment teams and any other agencies that they interact or liason with.

Human Rights Organizations

Some basic suggestions that might work.

For the human rights appeals, I think those should be redirected at local and other levels, but in addition to your other efforts, you might also wish to ensure that you point to these Threat Assessment Teams and their active and open case file monitoring.

Eg. I am what is known as a Targeted Individual. I am writing in regards to some ongoing surveillance and monitoring that I am currently experiencing. I believe that it is a possibility that I have been placed on a monitoring program at some point in the past by what is known as a Threat Assessment Team or similar entity, as per their case file monitoring guidelines.

Under this program I have experienced human rights abuses that i woudl like to bring to your attention.

I have experienced community monitoring, stalking and harsssment.

I have been terrorised and stalked within the communities where I reside, and my belief is that it’s in direct corrolation to the monitoring associated with this program.

I have experienced what our Targeted Individual community has coined Electronic Harassment.

The individuals who are taking part in the monitoring are using a variety of items which are remotly causing great physical pain, and discomfort. Though I have not visually seen the items being used, it has been suggested, and it is my belief that items such as:

Police radar guns are being used. -I have been advised that these might be getting used as part of the monitoring to remotely identify the targets location in their apartment. This casue a great deal of pain and discomfort.

Laser guns -I have been advised that laser guns such as the ones sold via the wickedlaser company might also be employed as part of the stalking. -According to the companies website these might be able to burn holes in items. It is my belief that these may be getting employed and used on Targeted Individuals.

Accoustic Weapons -I have been advised accoustic weapons that are capable of remotely manipulation of the nervous system might also be employed and used upon targets to assist with the monitoring. According to the current research this is capable of causing emotional disruptions of a nervous systems as well as placing individuals into unwilling states, such as relaxation, and drowsiness, and others.

Bass -I have been directed to the fact that times the sound compnent such as speakers with the sound component removed might be getting used. The vibrations are felt, and experienced, but no sound is heard. This also causing ringing in the ears, disrupts sleep, and has other ill health effects.

Transducers -I have been told and lead to believe that transducers might be also employed below the drywalls of apartments to cause heat and vibrations. Which create a great deal of pain and suffering as they disrupt sleeping patterns for days, weeks, months at a time.

RFID -It is my belief that RFID items in my possession are being illegally used to monitor my location while out in public. It’s a well proven fact that warrentless surveillance of some targets has been allowed in the past by some governments. RFID surviellance can include cellphones, door passes, passports, any communication device or other item that uses RFID to monitor and track a targets location.

(At this stage targets can add their own research to what they believe is being used upon them. Other forms of assault, such as sexual. I have left off things like satalight in this example, but if you have a compelling case, or good information, feel free to include it. A lot of what I have listed might not be things known to these agencies, things that are 100% proven, but the things that I have listed, should hopefully be within their realms of possibilities, and hopefully might prompt someone to open an investigation, or at least take the claims seriously.)

Will this make a shred of difference? With enough letters, and the finger being pointed at these threat assessment teams, maybe it will lead to a review of some of these practices. Some of the things they are doing in my opinion seem to be just at the border at what some of these laws allow, and I am sure many other things are quite outside of the border of what the laws allow, and would disgust some if the dirty dealings came to light, but my recommendation is stick to the tangable.

Sure other things are going on like the V2k, or audio spotlight, but they are harder to prove. If you really need to include this element include information about the audio spotlight and how it can send sound to one person at a distance.

When I first came online I was looking for information on harassment. I then found the term bullying, mobbing, etc. Then I found a link to Gang Stalking sites. Like most other targets, I cautiously joined a forum, hoping to find help, a way to get my targeting stopped.

At first I was really cocky about the whole thing. They were saying it was vigilantes, and I just thought vigilantes, I’ll show them. There have to be police officers that will take care of this. I thought I would have the whole thing solved in a few months. Not so easy.

In time I found out that many of the forums were phony, you can learn a lot by attending them and sitting and just watching. Target after target came, and when they presented good ideas, useful ideas, things that would move things forward, those ideas were shot down. I watched target after target, after target, get discouraged, call the moderator a perp, some even gave examples by posting past threads, but no matter who came up against the mod, they were shot down by the others, ganged up on, and sent packing.

In time I realized that some took on multiple names and personalities within the group. The group was controlled, you always felt like something was happening, like things were progressing with each new piece of information, you felt it would go somewhere, but things always went back in a circle, you were never allowed to discuss the government aspect of the targeting for too long. The group was basically a control forum, for the crazies on the line. Like group therapy, but controlled. Almost like having a handler run things, but maybe not quite. I am not fully sure, cause I don’t exactly know how the handlers work, but have a fairly good idea.

I left the groups and branched out started doing my own little thing, and targets did come, some provided really useful and helpful information back in the early days. I lucked out a lot of times, and in the real world I can be pretty observant at times. I did go back into town, and I had caught onto some of the hand signals that they were using to communicate, so it gave me an edge.

I still stayed with the groups to observe, but stopped participating. What I did learn is that though they work together, I don’t think that they always know who they are at first. Eg. I don’t think it’s like the informants are told, XYZ is an informant, go work with them. I think that they are given their own assignments, and then once they do meet up with others, they soon figure out who is who, who is working for what cause, and then they ban together. Soon you had interconnected networks of informants, doing different things, but like an octopus, they all were pushing forward an agenda. So even if this one started this site here, or that group there, this organization here, it was the same thing.

Still I did my own thing. Then what use to happen is I would go looking for targets online, I would find them on forums, and other locations. I use to touch base with the more active targets, to really try to encourage their activism, but soon realized that this was a mistake. See in finding the others, the informants also figured out who the more active targets were. Behind the scenes they soon went about snuffing out their lights, and turning them into informants as well.

I always assumed that if I knew the identity of the informants, I would share it, but that has not always been the case. On the support groups, I realized how futile it was to try to expose perps, even if you knew they were perps, they just then went on to attack the other person, and then would gang up in groups.

The potentials that I did get in touch with, two I remember very well. One guy was pretty cool, he was going out there with his camera, really into activism, but like a lot of targets he was not wealthy, and was staying in sheltered housing. Anyways he posted a video I think like the Friday to say that they were hassling him, when he would try to earn a few bucks here and there, they told him to move it along. The next time he posted a video he had been arrested for loitering, and was to present himself at the station. Then I noticed something else as well, in his subsequent videos he was using the one handed sign language. He had never done that before, and I have no doubt that prior to this he was a legit activist.

So much like the movie the lives of others, he was in my opinion turned in a short space of time. Later on things he said indicated as much, and their was a mention that it was like being violated by the state, or pimped out. Either way, I noticed that he would later do little things, like try to get people to go out to specific protests, or sign specific protest forms online. From what I could tell, I suspect that he was being put up to it, and getting the unsuspecting to entrap themselves from then on. The other thing I noticed is that this other person, that I dubbed a handler was always around him after this, no matter what he wrote or posted, this person was always there, in my opinion to watch over, and keep an eye.

I didn’t say anything, because to out him would have been cruel, and remember he was quite legit before, but I think the arrest, plus whatever conditions he likely agreed to, were a huge contributing factor. The other thing is that I always try to impress on targets that I am not trying to make them paranoid, but it’s important that they have some idea what they are up against, and how the system can work and does function.

The other example of this is a girl who was in a similar situation, one moment her videos were normal, the next she was flashing the informant hand signals, something she had not done in any of her prior videos, she also lost the roof over her head, and was placed in a vulnerable situation.

These examples and so many others served to remind me that even if you start with legitimate activists it’s very easy for them to get turned. It does not make them bad people. I felt sorry for both, and still do, and was not in any possition to assist or aid, but to become aware of the changes that had happened. It’s like watching in silence as someone is destroyed.

Anyways later on I would learn that turning activists had been a common Stasi practice. By the fall of the Stasi at many activist were working as double agents.

Governments do go after dissidents or those they are trying to eliminate. This way if they can’t eliminate the target, they will try to turn the target into an informant. You could actively have members of a movement who are working for both sides. They are moving the movement forward with one hand, and putting it two steps back with the second hand. This can be very frustrating for
legitimate movements. Some of their members might start off being genuine activists, but at some
point they became broke, bullied, bribed, blackmailed, busted, institutionalized, etc.and they decided
to become informants for the state.

In researching Gang Stalking I have come across several individuals that were legitimate targets in my opinion and who were turned into informants. It’s easy to judge these individuals if you don’t understand how insidious this informant system is. Many activist groups today have had to become cognizant of these set up and infiltrations.
Some types of infiltrators stay in the background and offer material support, other informants may have nothing to do with the group or action, but initially heard certain plans and tipped off the police. Among the more active types of infiltrators can be a gregarious person that quickly wins group trust. Some infiltrators will attempt to gain key forms of control, such as of communications/ secretarial, or finances. Other informants can use charm and sex to get intimate with activists, to better spy or
potentially destabilize group dynamics.

Active infiltrators can also be provocateurs specializing in disruptive tactics such as sowing disorder and demoralizing meetings or demos, heightening conflicts whether they are interpersonal or about action or theory, or pushing things further with bravado and violent proposals. Infiltrators often need to build credibility; they may do this by claiming to have participated in past actions.

Also, infiltrators will try to exploit activist sensibilities regarding oppression and diversity. Intelligence organizations will send in someone who will pose as a person experiencing the common oppression of the particular activist group. For example, in the 1960′s, the Weather Underground (Weathermen – a white anti-imperialist armed struggle in the US) was infiltrated by an ordinary Joe informant with a working class image. Black war veterans were used to infiltrate the Black Panther Party. 45

If you visit many of the popular online forums, or become a part of some of these offline movements you might even see some of these infiltrations in action, but if these informants are doing their job well, you will most likely not be aware. The informants will profile individuals so that they know which triggers to use, and what their vulnerabilities are. The only thing targets can do is know themselves better than these informants, so that they can not play off of your vulnerabilities.

The problem with starting a forum or a group is that iinevitably, even if you start off with a legitimate group, members can be converted, then you have others who hijack legitimate discussion, or who insert disinformation so that the truth does not ever get discovered.

This set up of interconnected groups, many lead by informants was not a new phenomenon, it was not happening in the Gang Stalking community alone, it was happening in several other communities, with forums, agents, misinformation, etc.

Takeovers under conditions such as that are easy, not only do they usually run these groups, but then the message that usually get’s out is the message that they want you to hear. If a legit person comes along and is not aware or alert, it’s possible to disrupt or eliminate the target.

Even if you get the odd group or forum that is not run by an informant, the members usually try to take over the forum, become admins/mods, etc.

Thus activists who wish to avoid this, should familiarize themselves, and make themselves cognizant of this fact.

Impasse. Open Secret

I have said this before, but I will say this again. What is happening is no longer a secret. This is now an open secret, everyone knows about it, but no one says anything about it.

So it’s not as if what is happening to targets is a secret. Even though the mainstream media has not exactly broken the story, the story is broken, it is out there. Now some even with all the evidence will continue to sing the same song, oh targets are crazy, but enough of you now know, are aware, and are part of the secret club, so that you can understand that a lot of what has been presented is truth.

So I am having a Gary Webb moment, perhaps bad example to use, but all I mean by this is, I have broken this story, it’s big, and I expect the media to come and take up the story. I expect people to be grateful for the truth, (I really don’t), but even if the mainstream would not cover this, I have spent the last four years online hearing about how the mainstream hides the truth, how we are being lied to, how there is a conspiracy, and that it seeks to harm us, well know what, I have just given you a conspiracy, told you the truth, and tried to help not just targets, but others.

Is the none mainstream rushing to share and publish the story, are they rushing to make sure the truth comes to light? No they are doing exactly what the mainstream does, or what they first did with the Mai Lia Massacre or what they totally did with the Gary Webb story. It’s all out there, people know, but no one in authority, no one responsible, and even most on the lower levels will do anything about it. This is why truth does not get revealed, this is why conspiracies exist. Often they are not dark little secrets that no one knows about, no in fact they are often open secrets that happen in pockets, with sometimes thousands, upon thousands being aware, but feeling bound to silence or secrecy.

Impasse. I think I have done most of what I set out to do, as far as discovering what was happen, getting the concept more normalized, but getting it fully exposed takes a village. I know the members of this village have first been silenced, unable to speak. I also know that many have given their loyalty and allegiance to this system, but if you don’t speak the truth, get this revealed then who will?

I don’t expect anyone to break the law exactly, but there are often cleaver ways of doing things if you wish to do them. I am ok with writing the articles, and doing the research that I can do, in fact if I could find a way, I would spend most of my time doing research, yes I am boring that way, but I find it fun.

Anyways so I am at an impasse, I have done what I was suppose to do for the most part. I even figured out a couple of other conspiracies along the way. Speaking of which, the civilian spy force are now clear on this right. You are what will be the heart and soul of the surveillance network that is formed? It’s happening slowly, and quietly, you are being bound in secrecy, so you can not speak of it, but this New World Order is being built on the backbone of this civilian force army. You in your communities, villages, and hamlets, you are who will be the handmaids of the New World Order, their eyes, their ears, their hands. A global, one world, surveillance, society. You will punish their enemies, you will systemically help to remove them, and you will believe that you are doing it for good, that it is something that must be done, should be done. The state wills it and it will be so. This is no different than in any other time period, and most will never see it for the evil that it is. This is the truth, wither you will believe it or not is another story, but there it is. Open Secret, and my impasse.

I remain prayerful. I think in times such as this, that is what you can do. Anyways I am not sad, or discouraged, I am just like, ok this is what it is. I realise that people have to wrap their minds around this. I have now had years, and most are just starting to wrap their minds around this, so I am going to leave you with this to mull over, send out good wishes, and come back to it and see what you say. How the system is working

This is a brief summary for targets still trying to grasp what might have happened and how their lives wound up in this place. Using some of these occupational health and safety/mental health laws, to the best of my knowledge workplaces, civil officials and others, can have a another official, deem a person as a danger to themselves or others. In more severe cases they might even go so far as to try to list you as gravely disabled, as they did with Britney Spears.

They can do this all behind your back. Health officials can declare you a danger to yourself, others, suffering from a mental illness, or even gravely disabled, based on the information provided to them by a third party. The third party does not even have to be the one initiating the complaint. However if you are fully functioning, they would have a hard time committing you, as we saw with the Lindsay Lohan case, who did not meet the criteria for a 5150 hold, but they apparently did suggest it. I think since she has obtained a lawyer, they have not been so bold to try this again.

Here is an example of such a senario. Eg. A employer wants to get rid of an employee who has been consistently complaining, they suggest they see a company paid psychiatrist.

Under existing laws in some countries, states, etc. They can suggest but can not force a person to. What they can do however is add a lot of stuff to your file. They might even use evidence from the very individuals that you are making the complaint against, making it look as if you are the problem. This has been well documented by the mobbing community so I don’t think that I have to re-document this.

Once they bring your file often to one of their company paid psychiatrists, community health and safety review boards, university threat assessment teams, etc, they can then list you as a danger, or suffering from a mental illness. They can do that based on the criteria that says you are unable to function cause you are mentally impaired on how you are perceiving the things around you, or showing a degradation.

Once they list you as mentally ill, a danger to yourself or others, you are then placed on the lists. These lists act the same way the pedophile lists act. If you are walking through a community, the phone rings they get a call, dangerous, or mentally ill person in the area. Remember in many cases, you will not be aware of the drastic steps your employer, spouse, parent, civil authority, or others has taken. The only thing you will be aware of is the sudden harassment and community surveillance. As we have seen, when you try to complain about it and report it, they use this to say that you are suffering from a mental illness. The reality is the target is being systemically harassed and destroyed. This is being used as a means of retaliation by employers, civil workers in the community and others.

So those around you get contacted, told not to say anything, and ofcourse the useful idiots around you assume that it’s true, most act accordingly, which just makes your situation worst. You can then add in the fact that you might still be experiencing the original situation of harassment that you were in, when you made the complaint, this was the situation with the Damon Thompson case. Then any further attempts you make to get help or assistance for legitimate harasment that might still be happening, and which is likely to have escalated, is just viewed as further signs of your mental degredation.

In the Damon Thompson case, he did end up lashing out. This is then used to show that the diagnosis was correct, but the reality is much like workplace mobbing targets who lash out, there is more to the story. The reality is that listing an innocent person as mentally ill, is likely to be a catch 22, or self fulfilling prophecy. The listing ensures that the harassment gets multiplied, and thus often brings about more severe outcomes.

The listings of course cause the community to go into overdrive. Oh no a mentally ill person amongst us, we can’t have that, and they do perform the harassment behaviours that targets have listed. Remember they will use all the tactics that they would use against pedophiles against targets, and then some, but what has been documented is a deliberate campaign of harassment. Organized, orchestrated, including gaslighting, subtle harassment. They do it, cause they think that you are mentally ill, no one will believe you, and as targets have documented, the police don’t help, doctors, etc. They all use the listing to assume that you are mentally ill. Remember suggesting that there is a conspiracy against you, or that you are being tortured is a sign of mental illness, but the problem is that when someone goes behind your back, lists you as a danger to yourself, and others, or lists you as mentally ill, and tells everyone else but you, that is a conspiracy. Also when these citizen informants in the course of their monitoring use things like wicked lasers, or remote electronic monitoring devices to
surveil the target, and it harms the target, the target is fully correct in saying that they are being tortured. In both cases, this is what is happening with many targets, so under these circumstances the target is fully correct.

Again in most cases, you will likely have been wrongly assessed by some company shrill, salivating to do their masters bidding, or some equally panting community shrill. Maybe I am being harsh, and maybe some of these people really do make the only judgement that they can based on the lies that they are told. But when you are assessing someone based on one side of a story, that side being an employer, maybe family member with ulterior motives, civil employee, or other, there has to be more to go on before destroying someones life, but there is not.

Once you are listed and those around you are notified, most take advantage of the situation, any little conflict, they use it to paint you as a danger. Even where they is no conflict, we see stories getting made up, deliberate set up’s, eg. Mentally ill looking individuals being in the same location where the target is, so that your oh so kind community members can call it in. Now remember the average person is told there is a mentally ill person in the area, sometimes they are given a description, sometimes it just vague. So they will look around for anything that looks crazy and report it. Behind the scenes, there is a deliberate effort happening, to ensure that such people are in locations where the target is, so that the reports can keep coming, remember at this stage there is a bit of funding that goes into this, and the more mentally ill people the better. Also they don’t want it to come out that they are doing what they did in Russia, which is listing perfectly sane and healthy people as mentally ill, thus it’s in their best interests to use the useful idiots around you to carry out their bidding.

Again calling people useful idiots is harsh. They are often lied to. They see information and are given information that looks real, they are in many cases lied to and most people are simple, basic, they can not understand or conceive of the type of conspiracy being used against targets, or believe that the state would go through so much effort for one person. What people have to understand is that this is not so much effort for one person. This is a system. A system that is already in place with these types of resources, so that one person is like an ant colony dealing with an errant fly, that get’s into it’s path. The network is already in place, already set up in each community, all they have to do is point, click, tell the people whom to hate, and they do it. It’s no more expensive to get rid of one person than it is 20 if the network is already in place.

So you have the situation that most targets wake up to find themselves in. Being hunted, targeted, and having no idea why. You have those around the target that have been advised of their mental illness, danger to society, status, and the society goes on this. You have the target realising that their is a conspiracy, and the community thinking the person is having a breakdown and “doing everything to see that the target gets the help that they need.” A beautiful little symphony that usually results in the destruction of the target, by the malicious, or well meaning useful idiots around them.

The laws that are being used. Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Violence Prevention, Mental health acts are where I am looking. This often starts in the community, work, school, etc, but once remotely evaluated, this goes into a couple of other areas. Mental health act laws, cause those in some cases are what are used, in other cases, it’s occupational health and safety laws, depends on the situation. The distribution of information, to the wide and varied world falls under the privacy laws, and what the rights of the individual are vs, the community at large. Eg. Though you might have the right to alert those around a target that they are in immediate contact with, do you really have the right to alert someone in bora, bora, whom they will never have any physical contact with, but are doing business with? No, but they are using this to systemically poison the lives of targets. Using it to harass them online, to disrupt business dealings and associations, to systemically blacklist and blackball innocent people.

Civil action. This is where we might be able to sue, under civil laws, if the information that has been supplied is false, information leading to you further being listed as mentally ill, dangerous. If targets can then access Freedom Of Information files, there are records kept of complaints, then they can try to use this to sue for any false or inaccurate information. If anyone has made a false statement or testimony deliberately, then this is the clause that would allow you to sue. This seems to work for America, Canada, and there is a U.K. clause. I think the U.K. clause works for most of Europe and Australia’s laws should be similar to laws governing the U.K.

So in getting proper assistance, you might want to ask for a lawyer that is skilled in privacy laws, labor laws, and mental health laws. Jane Clift was lucky, and targets have to be equally lucky to get the right assistance, or you will just be bounced around. Add to that that some lawyers are bound by the confidentiality of the program and might have a conflict of interest in discussing some of this information, and there you have it Bob’s your uncle, more or less a basic set up to this system. I am not a lawyer, but from what I have been able to gleam with my many hours of research, this should be a ruff idea of how this is working.
