Workplace zero tolerance laws

I came across this information last week when I was researching some Florida and California laws. Apparently Ontario, in Canada is going to have a new type of zero tolerance program for workplaces. This seems to be a good thing on the outside, but it will most likely create a zero tolerance program similar to what happened with their zero tolerance program for schools.

The zero tolerance program for schools, which was in effect for some time, was used to weed the schools of a lot of young black males. They were systemically targeted by the program, pushed out into the streets and gangs. Most likely also into the police informant programs as well.

Anyways the parents of many of those kids fought for years to bring cases to the Canadian or Ontario human rights commission and then finally the laws were suppose to be scrapped, because they were unfair and discriminatory, in the way that they were used. Again not before a generation of children were adversely affected, but who is counting?

Remember when programs like this are instituted in any country, city, society, they are often hailed as a good thing. Who wants violence in the schools or the workplace? Not anyone that I know. So the Ontarians are at it again. They now have the human resources acting as change agents. For those not familiar with the term, huge New World Order buzz word. Don’t forget that similar programs have been instituted in other areas. Welcomed as a good things, but based on history of such programs, what’s likely to be the real outcome 5 years down the line? More cases before human rights commissions? Not as likely, because the people who will be weeded out using these programs, will be jobless and often not able to go before commissions. The other likely scenario is because they will be booted out for zero tolerance, many might well end up on some of these lists and be followed around and systemically destroyed. So I am being proactive and warning any workers in any city, who had similar programs, watch your back, and get ready now, and not 5 years from now.

Let’s look at some articles that I came across in relationship to this.

The problem with such policies are that they often don’t banish violence in the schools or the workplace. They let those such as Human Resources personnel and others who are familiar with how the system works, it allows them to find ways to exterminate those around them. To get rid of people they see as trouble makers. It will allow them to use the smallest and widest range definitions to destroy innocent lives. It will bring about change, but not the way you think. Having seen how their zero tolerance programs worked in the schools, workers should be on their guard.

The first couple of lines are the most important, cause now harassment can be defined in so many new and unexpected ways that people never dreamed of, and the little worms that know the system best. The worms that are a plague upon humanity can use it to do harm. Don’t get me wrong, if used properly programs like this should be a good thing, but with a New World Order agenda working in the background, that is not likely to happen.

A wide spectrum of conduct would be open to complaint and investigation. Not only that, but also this could get people as mentioned before put on lists. Behaviours that were not subject before now will be. Remember the guy in another city who was joking with his friend, and said something very innocent along the lines of, oh better hide the immigration officials are here. His friend was black, he was white, but they had been friend for years. Well it was over heard by a third party and he was reported, put on suspension and he committed suicide. That is what zero tolerance can and often does mean.

If used properly it can and will be a good thing, but too often, it allows these whiny crybabies with emotional issues, that truly never learnt to take a joke, to complain about the smallest things. Now don’t get me wrong. I take the issue of workplace harassment very seriously. I understand full well that sometimes you need a broader definition. Eg. With workplace mobbing, often the examples of harassment are subtle, and it’s hard to prove much less report, and in such cases it might help to have a broader definition. With workplace mobbing, just like with a lot of other things, what happens is that the person being harassed, ends up having the harassers make complaints, and then the persons justifiable outbursts are used against them to have them removed or placed on lists. This will allow a wider range of things to be used against those targeted, when they do justifiably respond back after being taunted. In most cases, the workers feel that they have done a good job getting rid of someone who was a real problem, and the reality all too often is that these programs get used as a systemic cleansing for those that are not sheep.

Globalization and change agents. Wake up, the New World Order agenda is knocking on a lot of doors, and by the time it has finished, it will cleanse, remove, and destroy the innocent. People have to be aware of this, and figure out ways to legally arm themselves in advance. Consider this your 10 second warning.

Workers need to have the right to know when they are being investigated, and if they get put on a watch list, they have the legal right to know. This program is likely to be used and abused in ways never imagined. Zero tolerance is great in concept, but it should not mean that innocent people get destroyed in the cross fire, and zero tolerance should not be used as a cleansing agent, for New World Order agendas.

Community Notifications and Gang Stalking

At this stage it’s assumed that the targets friends or family are contacted via mail or some other method, given the notification, and then they probably have some kind of confidentially agreement or none disclosure agreement that they have to adhere to. Via Occupation health and safety workers have the right to know how to protect themselves from individuals who have a history, or who have displayed inappropriate or violent behaviour.

To give you an idea of the emotional impact that keeping quite on a similar topic would have, there was a story in the paper about a man who received a national security letter. This is completely different than a none disclosure agreement. He emotional felt like he was having a breakdown by not being able to say anything to his girlfriend, and was often forced to lie. That’s the sort of impact that sort of required confidentially can have on an individual.

What targets are asked to sign once they get notification would be more of a none disclosure agreement.

They might feel empowered to make a citizens arrest even. The workers would be trained in proper methods of communicating safety codes and sign language. I know this notification system is suppose to be a wonderful thing, but parts of it remind me of my research on the Stasi and how the one handed sign language was used there. Eg. Snitches were taught the one handed sign language and then they too became a part of the system.

They use this secret code the same way any cult does, Gang, or secret society does and for those on the outside they are harassed, or the citizens who have been taught these health and safety signs choose not to work with those who are not a part of the system. In England where Masons used a similar structure of silence and secrecy, they are now forced to disclose if they are Masons, because the allegiance went above and beyond the loyalty to the law and in many cases maybe even above and beyond doing what was right.

This is nothing against Masons, I am just pointing out that in the U.K. it became a real problem and disclosure for a time became mandatory.That recently changed for Judges again, where it’s no longer mandatory.

I also suspect, but at this stage can not prove that this is probably what triggers some of the bullying in schools, and the mobbing in the workplace. I have and can bear witness of this preferential treatment for these club members or whatever they think of themselves as, and it’s not a club that I want anything to do with, because I have seen what they do to none club members, the last decade of my life has been a testament to that. In court hearing they try to use this to influence judges to curry favor, by identifying themselves as part of this program (system). It also happens in everyday life, like waiting and keeping a bus door open for someone who is a member vs someone who is not. I get that people want to support others who are part of this structure, remember the majority of people think that this is a good thing. There are aspects of this that are good, don’t get me wrong. A community coming together to look after itself and protect itself can be a beautiful thing, but from the side that I have lived, it’s been a nightmare, and no one should have to experience such systemic destruction. This happened to me because officially because I fought back about some workplace harassment, but unofficially I think someone who knew how this system worked had a grudge against someone else used it to get revenge. Eg. If you know how this system works, you provoke the person till they yell or lash out, bait them, then report them. Get them flagged.

After spending over 10 years mobbed, and Gang Stalked, I can truly say that this is the most evil thing that I have ever seen.

I also believe that this is similar to the end time structure. What I have seen of the conformaty, the way they try to bully people to take part reminds me of that same structure that has been spoken about.

Right now what happens to targets is their lives are systemically destroyed. People don’t want to work with them etc. The end time structure is not just a mark of (the beast) a person, it’s also a system were you can not buy, trade, sell without it. This notification system is conditioning people to comply, and to harass those who are not complying, or taking part with this system.

I think in a generation, they could socially condition people to believe that only those with the external mark in the forehead or hand are people who they should do business with, and what socially they can not enforce, there will be laws to back up.

Thousands of people are being eliminated from communities, usually the outspoken, and others, those not falling in line, via these notification systems. Can you imagine how many innocent people are in jails, institutions, homeless, committed suicide, or killed people because of this system? Will there ever be an apology? Will they review the files of those in mental wards who claimed that they were being followed around? The police and other agency reports of Gang Stalking?

People want the elites to take responsibility for their actions, but what about taking responsibility for their own individual actions? No it’s far easier to say that an authority figure made me do it and I was just following orders. That excuse worked in Germany as well, it’s the same types of structures repeating, where people get rid of those that  they are told are undesirable.  You get an excuse to do mean things to those the state has a problem with.

I can’t right the wrongs of the past, but I would ask that those in the know do something, ask for a review of this system, because the way it’s working right now, is not right. The systemic destruction of innocent individuals is just wrong, and the way it’s being used in that capacity is just evil.

Focus and expand

It’s been a while since I have blogged. I have had other things to focus on. As much as people like using the Gang Stalking World website, that’s what it comes down to at times, and then there are other things to consider and other things to take care of, and that’s where my focus has been in the mean time.

People in some ways understand what is ongoing and in other ways they just don’t get it. I remember that I would be around people that would understand what was ongoing on one level, but then be more concerned with what my social life is like. The government is systemically trying to destroy my life, do you think I care about subject matters like that? To some degree, but not the same degree as others.

I can also remember being with a group of people and again they sort of get what is ongoing with the informant thing, but then going out to a public place or location and they are 100% down with the system. Being informants, keeping an eye on the target, protecting their own asses, and I just think, it’s so hypocritical on the one hand, yet on the other, what can they do? I don’t know.
On the one level, I do know that many people who have become aware of this slave system are not down with it, but it’s always for the slaves of the system to figure out how to free themselves.
On a spiritual level I get that this is just a place that incarnated souls choose to come to, to have experiences, and that this is just one little learning experience on a greater journey, but on the other hand while you are here and having the experience, it can be hard to intellectualize that to it’s fullest extent.

What’s the government been up to. Well let’s see, I had a Lulu.com account. Someone stole the account, and took it over. When asking Lulu.com for assistance, they have been delaying for well over two months, with looking into it. Not a big deal, but the creepy part is, it seems that some informant used my password information to break into the account and highjack it. Considering the scum of the earth that’s used at times for these programs, not surprising. Can I prove it 100% no, but enough to again just pinpoint the real dirtbags that come through these types of citizen informant programs and that are used to monitor targets 24/7.
The other thing. Downloads.com The new ebook that’s out is apparently to be distributed via downloads.com but there seems to be some sort of ongoing delay which prevents even customer service from responding to email inquires.
At this stage it’s hard to say if there is a deliberate effort to stop the ebook from wider distribution, or if the government is systemically doing what they do best.

See what the average person does not realise is that you get these idiots in every aspect of your life. Cruelty, I have learnt to handle, their torture I have learnt to handle, but having to deal with their baseness, and stupidity, is still a real learning curve.

Oh also if you are a target, even it’s good to blog and share what is ongoing, it’s not a good idea to let them know if something is affecting you. They just rework it into the program. Eg. Everytime I blog about keys jingling, like clockwork, you get the little key jigglers. It’s really funny, for those who have read my blog carefully, you will know why.

Anyways, I have not had a chance to blog too much, because my focus has been elsewhere. It’s hard to believe at times that this system has been in place for thousands of years. As we have seen, these types of informant systems go back to the Roman time period and beyond. Judas was probably not the world’s first snitch, just the best known one.
At times when the answers will not come, I think remembering to pray is still one of the most effective things to do. If we work together, maybe we can find a way around this system.
