Gang Stalking World

United we stand. Divided they fall.

False Hope?

False Hope?

I saw the draft for a new bill and initially got excited that someone was looking to draft a bill.
Advanced Media Press Release Organized Stalking and Directed Energy Devices and Weapons Bill May 19,
The problem with this bill or any other however is that if it does not address what is really happening it is just more false hope, more distraction, that will lead targets in the wrong direction and waste their time.

Real targets you can not afford that.

It’s taken some time, but this week there was some small success in getting generating enough interest in the subject of Gang Stalking to have a positive article written about the subject matter.

Keep in mind that these articles do not always have long shelf lives. That is why every real oppertunity counts. Eg. I was just trying the link for the article

“Stalker Claims unsettle police”

The link was not working and a search for a new link was not successful. The original article just came out last year.
Stalker claims unsettle police

(by Anthony G. Attrino – March 12, 2009)
Detectives are questioning a former Verona resident who has been handing out fliers claiming a large, organized group of stalkers is targeting residents and business owners with the objective of destroying their lives.

“Their intention is to murder their target without getting their hands dirty. It’s the perfect hate crime.” states the flier, which is titled “A Community Secret Revealed: Organized Stalking is Thriving in NJ.”
It’s important that the right focus is not shifted away. If any bill is created that does not point the finger at government or community programs, then they will do Gang Stalking targets very little good. The same was true for this story.

http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2009/07/court-to-defendant-stop-blasting-that-mans-mind
Court to Defendant: Stop Blasting That Man’s Mind!
The story was great on the outside, and it was good in some regards, but not many targets could use it for getting out of their own situation or circumstances. His case was very specific, and the person failed to show up for court.

This is being done by government programs. The finger must be pointed, or it does not matter how many politicians, fake experts, fake groups they throw at us, as a community we will never get where we need to be if we allow ourselves to be falsely distracted.

We need laws which for the state to share with an individual when they have been placed on lists, so at least they have an idea of what is happening to them. We need oversight of these programs, there is none happening now, and devastating consequences are happening. From what I can see, it’s fully deliberate, and designed to be that way.

It’s more false hope that plays into the hands of these people once again.  Let’s stay focused and when real evidence presents itself let’s examine those channels. There is lot’s of good information coming out about Violent Person’s Registries, and this is a very strong direction that we should all be looking at and examining. If this is what is being used, then any future laws to protect Targeted Individuals, must go after these lists, and oversight of these lists. Plus Freedom Of Information Act requests, to see who has been targeted by these programs.

Battle Plan

To follow up on the Violent Person’s Registry, I think it would be a good idea to get some F.O.I.A. requests. Race and Gender statistics.

Who exactly is being added? Organization such as EPiC might help, if not individual requests.

Individuals also need easy ways to confirm if they are on such a list.

Targets of such lists, might even work together to see if this can be brought to a tribunal, to see if the lists are being used to systemically destroy specific people. In America the ACLU might be approached in this way, or other organizations.

Those who can afford lawyers should try free referral services first and then more standard approaches.

Gang Stalking. FOIA request.

Gang Stalking FOIA.
Is this specific FOIA request a ploy by the FBI to discredit targets and profile them as schizophrenic? Will this letter place targets on a watch list? Is it meant to be disinformation for targets? Is this letter actually helpful in anyway to targets?
http://asianvictimsassociation.ning.com/forum/topics/gang-stalking-foia-request
http://www.nowpublic.com/world/gang-stalking-foia-request

I came across this letter back in December. At the time I had major concerns about it. I posted those concerns as comments, so that if the user saw the letter they would at least think before they emailed or mailed off a document that could potentially send them to a mental institution or get them placed on a watch list.
Here is a portion of the FOIA request, and for those more familiar with good FOIA request, you can let me know what you think.
12.   Any FBI records indicating coercion or bribery being used by gang stalking groups to force or bribe neighbors, local businesses and others in the community of a targeted individual to participate in the gang stalking methods/activities directed against one or more targeted individuals within a community.

13.   Any FBI records indicating the motives behind the stalking of individuals such as personal vendettas, family vendettas, whistle-blowing (corporate and government), employment disputes/lawsuits, political views, sexual orientation, interracial relationships, gay and lesbian relationships, HIV status, business disputes, marital disputes, monetary disputes, and any other similar motives for gang stalking.

 14.   Any FBI records indicating the funding of gang stalking groups including, but not limited to, narcotic and other racketeering funds, corporate funds, local business funds and government money (e.g. paid informants), monetary crimes by the gang stalkers, or, payment for surveillance or intelligence collected by gang stalking groups paid for by racketeers, narco-traffickers and/or other criminal associations made to the gang stalkers for services gang stalking groups rendered.

 15.   Any FBI records indicating the number of informants (paid and unpaid) under the control of federal, state and local law enforcement within these gang stalking groups. For instance, during the Civil Rights Era the FBI now acknowledges 20% of KKK members were informants.

 16.   Any FBI records relating to a List on which gang stalking victims are placed which initiates and/or maintains the gang stalking activities against them.

 17.   Any FBI records indicating a hierarchy within the gang stalking groups including a chain of command.

Here is a link on my forum to my concerns about this letter, which I have now seen on YouTube, and posted in other places.
http://gangstalkingworld.com/Forum/YaBB.pl?num=1226891452

When I saw the letter I spoke to the originator of the letter directly to find out what was going on. He claims to have experience with this stuff, claims to be a lawyer, but based on this FOIA request, I had very deep concerns. I believe my comments have been deleted from the thread and the plan has gone forward, so that’s why I am highlighting this in several places.

Before sending off a FOIA request you might want to run it past a lawyer. I am taking the time to post about this because I have a few concerns, specifically that this could get a target put on a watch list, or the letters could be used to profile targets as mentally unstable and could be a problem for activists in future. Just think of this letter arriving in multiple forms for all their behavioural specialists. It seems to have been designed that way. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I did take the time to find what others had done, and how they had requested FOIA requests.

FOIA Appeal

Dear Administrator:

This is an appeal under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552.

On (date) I made a FOIA request to your agency for (brief description of what you requested). On (date), your agency denied my request on the grounds that (state the reasons given by the agency). Copies of my request and the denial are enclosed.

(When the agency delays:) It has been (state number) business days since my request was received by your agency. This period clearly exceeds the 20 days provided by the statute, thus I deem my request denied. A copy of my correspondence and the postal form showing receipt by your office are enclosed.

The information which I have requested is clearly releasable under FOIA and, in my opinion, may not validly be protected by any of the Act’s exemptions.

(Here, insert legal and “public policy” arguments in favor of disclosure, if you wish. You are not required to make legal or policy arguments to support your appeal; if you simply state “I appeal” the agency will review the documents and the justifications given in the original denial. However, it is usually a good idea to try to persuade them to release the information. See the Federal Open Government Guide (www.rcfp.org/fogg/index.php?i=ex1) for further information on any of the specific exemptions cited by the agency in their denial of your original request. The descriptions contained there should suggest arguments you can make to counter the agency’s assertions.)

I trust that upon re-consideration, you will reverse the decision denying me access to this material and grant my original request. However, if you deny this appeal, I intend to initiate a lawsuit to compel disclosure. (Don’t include this as an idle threat. But if you do intend to follow up with a lawsuit, say so. Often the agency will more closely consider its position when it knows it will have to defend it in court soon.)

As I have made this request in the capacity of a journalist (or author, or scholar) and this information is of timely value, I would appreciate your expediting the consideration of my appeal in every way possible. In any case, I will expect to receive your decision within 20 business days, as required by the statute.

Thank you for your assistance.

Very truly yours,

The first two links above are for generic requests, and the pdf is a link from a group called epic and how they went about requesting info for a fusion center.

It really important how you approach the issue. Based on events that happened during Cointelpro, I am worried that this letter might be another Cointelpro like tactic, that’s why before sending in this letter, I would recommend targets check with a lawyer, or someplace that’s familiar with FOIA requests to see if this letter would be helpful, or if it’s more likely to get them put on a watch list, be deemed as mentally ill, or
if this letter would actually be helpful to them.

You can always use the generic letters provided. Those should be safe and pretty effective. I think to the new target online who wants to be active this letter might be detrimental to them. Again I don’t claim to be an expert. I would just encourage targets to review this before putting themselves in jeopardy.

One of those days

I was up early and I realise it’s going to be one of those days, trying to figure out what to do? How to help? What can be done for Targets of Gang Stalking?
I have so many things to blog about. Eg. Our algorithm is being suppressed, meaning that when you look up Gang Stalking  or Targeted Individuals in the google search engine or at least when I do, you don’t get very diminished results. The same trend just started happening for the terms Targeted Individuals and Targeted Individual, both terms were previously almost 2 million hits.

Also I read this amazing report by the ACLU, and I want to write more information about that. If you get the chance, read this report, it’s a fascinating read for anyone who cares about what is happening with surveillance and information sharing in their country. http://www.aclu.org/FilesPDFs/surveillance_report.pdf

Outreach and other communities we should be trying to connect with. I think it’s great that people make their existing online communities aware of what is happening, use the available materials and post it if you don’t know how to have discussions about Gang Stalking.

What to do for the missing and incarcerated targets? Little things like that. Even though we now know that we are not alone, too often, we still have our own struggles to go through.

I had been following a thread over at the Stormfront community, because Gang Stalking affects everyone, black, white, Asian, Indian, etc. Male, female, transgender, etc. Every social economic background you can think of. Anyways, a member of that community had reported some time last year that his friend was a target of Gang Stalking, he believed his friend, which is commendable, but on the most recent follow up thread, he posted to say that his friend had been institutionalised.

It’s really sad, because it does not matter what your view points are, (well it does to an extent), but the truth is every voice silenced, every soul that they muzzle in regards to this, brings the state one step closer to imprisoning us all. For those not familiar with the Stormfront community, it’s a white nationalist community. (So if you are easily offended, don’t go there.)

The latest thread was brought up by a person who thought that Masons were behind the whole thing. There is still a lot of that going around, like taking the blame from the government and trying to put in on one group, like Masons, Street Gangs, KKK or scientologist, etc. They are all taking part, so you can’t just blame one sector of society, it’s all of society. (By this I don’t mean that everyone is involved, I just mean that all sectors of society take part, there is a difference.)

Anyways it’s an interesting thread, and it tells me once again that just about every sector of society is in some way being exposed to what is happening. It tells me that some targets are very aware and some are not. It also tells me that targets are still being picked off one by one so to speak, and using the mental health rap is probably working really well. Targets need to have a plan of action.

The poster who was known as theninthtrust, who was very active on YouTube, is still missing or has not been online for the last seven months. http://uk.youtube.com/theninthtrust

I have not had any postings from apocalypto wanderings since June, He was a retired gentleman, with a tough attitude, use to work for the government. Maybe he is just taking a break from it, sometimes targets need to do that. http://apocalypto-wanderings.blogspot.com
Somethings that we are doing are working really well, keep having the discussions, keep making people aware, keep using the materials.

Things that we need. What we need are people who are familiar with mental health laws, and how the informant system works. These are two ways targets are either eliminated, (meaning trapped in the system or turned into part of the system.)

Emotionally we have been shown to be fairly good at providing information and emotional support for one another, so let’s continue of this front.

Freedom of information. If an investigation is ongoing normally you might not get these files, or if the information is in a secret database, or if they have outsourced the surveillance, these are ways that they get around giving out targets this information. Jesus Medoza has had some luck with his, JBH had to try three times before getting anything, the first two times they told him they had nothing on him. Donald Friedman, he kinda went to extreme lengths to get his files, but it worked.
http://www.freedomfchs.com/usarmyrptonmicrowavefx.pdf

These are some of the things that I want to blog about, but it’s already been a long morning, and
I just want to see what we are doing well as a community and what we need to improve upon.
