Gang Stalking World

United we stand. Divided they fall.

Stasi-style secret police system forming in Canada, Britain, US

In a time of universal deceit – telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
George Orwell.

I really wanted to title this post as hat’s off to Jennifer.
This is what happened. I was just sitting there trying to figure out how to get the word out about the the information that the people Gang Stalking Innocent citizens are a new form of Stasi.

Suddenly out of nowhere I see this article which answers my question very nicely. It’s from Jennifer Stoddart, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. It’s a 48 page report. You know you have nothing better to do this weekend right? Ok after you get your Valentine day jollies out of the way, you might want to check out the report.

Here are some clips from the article.

Jennifer Stoddart, the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, has given her own Valentine to Canadian citizens: a 48-page report warning them that the RCMP (Canada’s national police force) is keeping thousands of files on regular citizens in secret databases which cannot be seen by the accused. The news is perhaps unsurprising, given that the McDonald Commission reported in 1981 that the RCMP had been involved in all manner of illegal activity in their attempts to spy on Canadian citizens, including breaking into citizens’ homes without warrants and even conducting electronic surveillance of a member of Parliament.

One of the many disturbing facets of Stoddart’s report are the examples she cites of information for these secret files coming from citizen informants. In one case a man was put into the secret database because a resident of his daughter’s school neighborhood saw him entering a rooming house and—believing drugs were involved—called the police. The police investigation concluded that the man had only stepped out of his car to have a cigarette, but the file was still in the national security databank seven years later.

Another incident cited in the Stoddart report involved a neighbour who saw two men carrying “something that resembled a large drum, wrapped in canvas” into their house. Police were called to investigate but found nothing resembling the reported item, yet the data was still sitting in a top secret databank five years later. As Stoddart points out in the CBC story on the report, this is potentially disastrous for the individuals named in the files, because it “could potentially affect someone trying to obtain an employment security clearance, or impede an individual’s ability to cross the border.”

This report follows on the heels of news from London that a man was arrested, fingerprinted and had his DNA stored in the British DNA database because a passer-by mistook his mp3 player for a gun.

What these seemingly disparate reports point to is a growing movement to turn the citizens of so-called free, democratic nations into a self-regulating secret police, saving the government the hassle of keeping tabs on everyone by delegating the duty to an unwitting public duped by a phoney war on terror. That this is a part of a concerted effort on the part of the authorities to inculcate paranoia in the public is suggested by this ridiculous police training video from Michigan, teaching people how to be good informants: report on everyone, everywhere for doing anything.
I have news for Jennifer, it’s already happened. Ask any Gang Stalking target. Also it’s not just in Canada, Britan, and the UK. This is happening all over the place. However I think she is very brave to have come out with the report, which I look forward to reading.
What this video and these recent news items highlight is a harmonized effort to turn the myth of the war on terror around and aim its machinery at the general public. The controlled corporate media has played along by dutifully regurgitating government propaganda that Al-Qaeda has recruited thousands of homegrown terrorists. Now that we know anyone, anywhere, at any time is potentially a terrorist, it is our civic duty to report everything we see to the police.
Wow, just like the old country. Although I am sure that the Stasi had less informants per capita. However civilian spies are nothing new. Snitches go back to Britain before the colonies were formed. Also Red Squad programs go back over a hundred years, and they also used Civilian Spies. The wives of police officers were even given Snitch pay in the form of pin money.

In World War 2 the Civilian Spy effort would again be used in large proportions.

Need I mention Cointelpro? Snitches, Civilian Spies, Citizen Informants, they have always been there in some form or another, and often used by the state to do their dirty work. It’s no different now. Well it is different for some of us, cause A) Didn’t know that the world was like this, and B) Did not realise that I was being followed around and stalked by them till recently. Anyways on with the article.
The historical parallels to the Stasi should be obvious. The Stasi were the dreaded secret police of East Germany, who had one out of every seven citizens of the country working for them as secret informants. What is perhaps most surprising is that the US Department of Homeland Security hired the ex-Stasi chief and engineer of the Stasi police state as a consultant in 2004, shortly before they brought in a program known as Highway Watch, which has spent millions of dollars teaching tens of thousands of long distance truckers how to spot terrorists on the road. The hiring of the ex-chief of the Stasi to consult for Homeland Security also coincides with a 2004 White House push to recruit over 15,000 citizen informants to help counterterrorism investigations…and all this effort despite the fact that terrorist-related cases account for less than 0.01 percent of all Homeland Security investigations.

Look for the number of false accusations from anonymous citizen informants to increase under the watchful eye of these government paranoia programs.
I have news for this article. T.I.P.S. Terrorist Information Prevention System, was officially killed, but they went ahead and turned people into snitches under other programs.

Anyways it’s just some fun Friday-night food for thought.

I hope this helps some of those in the Gang Stalking Community begin to come to terms with what we are dealing with and what we are up against. It’s worst than it looks. There is always hope however.

  1. I was very saddened to hear about the demise of bullyonline. I also find it a little strange. That website was, as you say, a great resource for info on harrassment. It represents hours of work by a man who, sadly, is no longer with us. Now I don’t know how much, in terms of money, in cost to keep a website like that going but surely someone who was close to Tim Field could have kept it going in honour of his memory? As you have mentioned before, loads of these good websites and information sources on the web are gradually disappearing. Is this just the transient nature of the web or is it something more sinister? I have written to you before explaining how my blog never comes up in blog searches. I wonder how many others are in that situation. I think it will be interesting over the next 10 years or so to see how far it all goes. Will we reach a point where just about everyone is either a target or if they’re not they are “in” on the targetting of another and when they realise it has all gone too far they cannot do anything about it because it is too late.

  2. To be honest with you, I think the reason many of us had not heard of Cointelpro is the same reason sites like Tim’s go offline. Tim was amazing with what he did for bullying and really researching and bringing the problem to light. (People who do things like that, always seem to die from cancers and other things like heart attacks early.) Anyways. I know his son was taking over last year, but I assumed someone from the foundation would take over in the long run? I still have not had time to find out.

That site was one of the most valuable resources around. I really hope there is some way it get’s back up, there was just too much information that should not be lost there.

I think the other problem is people are happy to let others do the work, while most sit back and enjoy the fruits of it. I don’t know what his widow and son were doing for financial support, since Tim was self employed and I think his son was in his mid to late teens.

I think it’s something more sinister. Articles have the same unique way of disappearing as well. I can’t tell you how many articles I linked to for Gang Stalking, that have now disappeared.

I don’t think we will have this freedom of the internet thaat we have now, and this is still controlled more than you know, as time goes it will only get worst. Eg. France if I recall correctly came up with some declaration to only let journalist post violent pictures. Don’t know if that’s still in effect, but someday you could require a license to blog, who knows. Then if you write something contraversial, they would just clip your license.

From what I have seen in the city where I live, from going on the trains, working at jobs over the last year and a half, going into stores, my friends and associates, most people are already part of these Civilian Informant things. This is just how the society is. Also being a Snitch does not stop someone from getting targeted if they are precieved to have stepped out of line.

It’s alls creepy stuff. I do think it’s interesting the link between workplace mobbing and gang stalking, and it seems that the people that might be getting primarily targeted are the ones that are not part of these snitching groups or whatever the Civilian Spies want to be called.

The other interesting thing that I discovered is that this is happened to more people in society that anyone things. From places I have been things I have seen, this is not that unknown, not the way we like to thing, it’s just unlike the online targets, the offline people don’t really talk about this stuff, yet I still managed to find out that more people are being targeted this way than anyone talks about. This is not that much an annomoly, not the way we like to think it is.

The world has seen times like these before, in WWII, they use to do things like the Gaslighting stuff to people they thought were light on Communisum, a lot of the same stuff went down as well. This stuff is just not normally discussed in the open, and that is what needs to change. I don’t think we will stop it from happening, but if we can get it more normalised, I will be very impressed.

If you look at soaps, movies, books, etc, this stuff is discussed in subtle ways, because it’s not normally discussed any other way.

  3. I am worried that the ever-rising secret police forces of today are learning from the mistakes the police forces of fascit regimes of the past have made. And not in a good way. The Stasi of East Germany did not exist before the digital revolution and so their documents were all actual physical files — pieces of paper with writing on them and photographs and videotapes — stored in a building somewhere. Even though they were shredded and ripped up, they have still been somewhat recoverable and targets were given access to the files recovered afterward, and they were exposed. And COINTELPRO had hard documents which were exposed as well.

It could be that the files on gang-stalking targets of today are in places where they can be readily destroyed if they are in danger of being discovered and exposed, or on hard drives that can be readily deleted. If not, I hope that someone follows in the footsteps of those brave people who broke into the FBI office in the 70s and exposed COINTELPRO.

  4. I left a comment last night but it is not here anymore.

I am worried that the growing secret police forces of today and tomorrow have learned from those of the past such as the Stasi in East Germany and COINTELPRO in the US, who have each stored their files on their own targets, paper and photographs and such in a building somewhere, where they were recovered and exposed. The files on targetted individuals today may be stored in digital form, ready to be deleted if they risk exposure. I don’t know for sure, but I fear TIs plight may not be uncovered in the future.

  5. Hi Kevin,

I just wish I knew who was getting who put on lists. My assumption is that the final approval for the go ahead and stalk and monitor this person has to come from someone with authority, so what is the process? How is this being determined?

I mean I have heard of ex church members getting stalked and having their lives ruined this way, ex employees, activists, dissidents, whistle-blowers, former students, ex wives, etc.

So who has the authority to say that it’s ok, or does someone just say we think this person is acting strangs, a danger, maybe a drug dealer, whatever lie they want, but who then get’s to give the go ahead and how? Or do they just hand in their suspicions and immediatly use the snitches around the target to start setting them up?

What I am looking into next is to try to understand the process behind this madness, because I bet it’s more ordered than we realise. I mean this is a system of ocntrol designed to keep people in line, I am hoping to find a little bit of rhyme and maybe a lot of false reasoning, but something, however I might not be able to.

In the movie the lives of others, the guy is put under suspicion, not for anything he does, but because some guy in a powerful position wants his girlfriend, and that is why he is set up for the monitoring.

So what if you have a great family, new car, and make the wrong snitch jeolous, who just happens to know someone in power who owes them a favor? These are the variables of the equasion that I do not have, but if this is how it worked in Stasi Germany, and Russia, then it’s probably the same here, and in that case, I will not really find a rhyme or reason the way I wanted.

If it’s working the way that society did, which I suspect that it is, you could state the wrong opinion about 9/11 around the wrong people, and then that could be a problem. (Again that is just a guess, don’t really know what it would work that way, but that’s just something that comes to mind.)

I would also like to get this exposed. I know what you are saying about things being digital, but I would still like to think these people in some tiny ways would want to be arrogent enough to keep some proof of their work and their succes. How many they drove to suicide, or how many they made flip out and harm others. I hope someday we can have an accounting and a reconning, but something tells me, maybe not.

The best bet we have of exposing this stuff, is by doing it ourselves. Don’t count on anyone else to do it for you.

    Comment by gangstalking | February 21, 2008 | Reply

    • Yes I think understanding the process is good. It is my belief that this snitch program originally started by the government has now gone rogue. So now you have groups picking a target for fun and groups for hire whatever it is the are very Afraid of being caught which makes me question if it is really all the government like people say

  6. Hi Kevin,

The comment was there, it just takes me time to go over the comments, and I don’t always get online everyday, but I try to.

The System of control has learnt from human history, and as usual we have not.

The awareness offline, is disgraceful. People are happy with the pap they are being feed, and they don’t want to know the truth in many cases, because it will make life difficult for them, or it will mean facing a haraser reality, in either case, unless they are forced to, many will not face up to what is happening.

I am not sure how enlighted I would be if this had not been happening. I do know the type of person I was, would have wanted to know, I do know that others would not have wanted to know.

    • so it’s 8 yrs. now. like myself. maybe you were a small time criminal in which, Most Likely, no-one got hurt by your actions. maybe you were a whisteblower, maybe you ticked off someone in power. talking about it will get you involunteerily incarcerated. even doctors, other healthcare professionals are in on it. one doctor told me i should be careful bc they stick together and can make me unable to access decent healthcare. the only thing i ever wanted was my own family, kind of past tense, and they knew it. all my relationships were compromised. ALL OF THEM. i never fell in love as God gives us instincts and the Holy Ghost to aid in discernment. they would tell me things i had said, hinted at things i had done, some would confess they were perps, some not. sheeple would ask me if i was constipated, when i had not ‘gone’ in a couple days. had a perp roommate who would never use the bathroom during the day, and at night would not turn on the light when she did use it. but most people cant think like monsters. whenever i moved, neighbours, landladies would be given slander about me. they are demons. it was a fake christian along with a self-given nickname dragonlady. they want to destroy all the good in you, TOTALLY, so you join them in their mental depravity. you most likely will not have a life now, but you will later ifyou believe in Jesus Christ.

  9. Hi Dawn Martin,

I know how you feel, let’s hope that people really are waking up.

    Hi Roberto,

I am sorry to hear what you and your wife are going through, video taping exposure and awareness are our best weapons, this happened in the former East Germany as well. The RCMP are probably well aware and in league with these happenings, but you can try it anyways.

Just keep fighting, they are saying lot’s of people are crazy when they are not.

  10. Last year (- before I found out that I was target, but did know I had experienced years of bullying in the workplace) I happened to cut-and-paste most of the contents from bullyonline! I’m so glad I have all the information still saved to a document on my harddrive. If anyone is in need of this information just give me a buzz. (If bullyonline was taken off the web for sinister reasons – well haha! I have the info that perps don’t want targets to have. Eat your heart out!) God bless.
