Gang Stalking World

United we stand. Divided they fall.

Socially Sophisticated Society

Creating a super sophisticated society.

What would your ultimate society look like or, resemble, and how would it function?

I would create a futuristic like society, not too futuristic, but services would be available where you need it, when you need it.

As mentioned before, I would create a society with this HELP ME GRID, so that people could access help or aid whenever they need it.

I would create a gird for assisstance, but instead of a grid, I would create a quilt like service, first of it’s kind. Various quilts could or would be created, to enable individuals to access specific products or sercices offered by my futuristic society, I want to create these fully functioning fuoundling homes, sort of like these mini condos, but sort of sophisticated, and rent them out to people that are in the correct situations. They are not exactly like gated communities or anything like that, cause some people hate those thing, but they do offer a level of luxury, convience and security not offered in other locations.

I also want to create or have a new cash exchange system, that secure and accurate, because that way individuals can actually be clear where we are as a society, and where they are as individuals. The system would be based on individual worth, but also contributions to the society, the more you contribute, the more funding you have access to. Nothing against being wealthy, but as least those who contribute, would have more stake and capacity in the society.

As mentioned before, I also want to have security cleaance that give access on an ongoing basis, that means if you suddenly decide to go postal, the security cleances in some cases could react to that, in other cases it might enable access you might not normally have, or access that you are entitled to.

The security clearances would also be fun and youthful, business like, executive class, a wide range to satisfy, and secure a global audience. That just a brief introduction to some of the items, and situations that I would like to introduce if I was world ruler, and if I was creating a futuristic, or rather a society that was socially sophisticated.

Marry for love

Duty comes and goes, but marry for love if you can. A lot of times depending on your situation in the world, you might feel that a choice has to be made, and sometimes choices are made, cause you feel that it’s your duty, but sometimes those choices are the wrong choices.

Go with the option that you can live with. Sometimes based on your race, status, religion, gender, a choice will have to be made, do you marry the one you love, or do you do what is right for those around you that you feel that you have a duty to?

What can you live with? Some can choose love over duty and honor and are very happy. Sometime sticking to your guns will win you the person that you choose to be with, sometimes you will have to lose everything to make that choice. I recently had a chance to review some regal romances and marriages. Some where love was chosen over duty. Others where duty was chosen over happiness, which did not end well. Others where duty was eventually defied, and love was chosen which in some ways seems to be working out very well.

Though I believe we have many life times to get it right, and sometimes we do have requirements of those around us to me, we also have self requirements. I think you owe it to yourself not only to choose someone that will make those around you happy in the long term, but also someone that will make you happy in the long term. If you can take a chance and find something that meets both categories that’s great, if not you need to figure out what you can live with.

Search your soul, man up or woman up your reserves and then see if you have what it takes to do the right thing. This will be different for each situation. Some situations it will mean walking away from all that you know and love, other situations it will mean defiance to a high degree.

I think many earthbound souls come to earth to search for love, or a past soul mate, or correct something that did not work itself out in the past. I believe it’s possible to correct mistakes that were made, but I believe it’s all too possible to make the same mistakes again. Try your best to find out what works.

Yes not a Gang Stalking related post, but a seat of the soul post, and I think one was needed.

Who to trust

Who to trust

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. ~Psalms 20:7

As a Targeted Individual I often wonder where can help be found? Who can really look at or assist with the plight of Targeted Individuals?

God – A lot of Targets believe in God or express a belief and many pray constantly that an answer will be found. I think it’s well to have faith in God. I feel very sorry for those in our situation that do not. Some others have started to lose their faith. I hope that you will use this situation to have your faith enriched or strengthened, do not lose your faith, do not let this situation rob you of that.

Kings -Some will put their faith in Kings and Princes. In the olden days you might have appealed to the King who in some societies held the highest seat in the land and had real powers, true kingdoms on earth, where the word or a nod was enough to save and deliver from the jaws of death. Though principalities and kingdoms do hold some sway on earth, many of our countries are no longer governed this way, and those that are, might not hold the same degree of power that they once did in other times. Even if they did, the plight of targets might not be the cause of the day to champion, so again would it truly make a difference? Maybe if you moved to a small Island where the word of the ruling monarch was still the law of the land, but otherwise many monarchies are bureaucracies in today’s society, and governed by the laws of the land, and the will of the people.

Presidents -Do you turn to presidents? Yeah. As they are jet setting around the world, writing their next books, they do not care about the plight of the Targeted Individual. I am sorry, but I have heard from enough targets who have written to this administration here, that administration there. The sad reality is that many of these in power at some point, past present or future, probably wrote or helped to strengthen the laws that are today being used to carry out and conduct the tortures that we are experiencing.

I know many are under the false impression that someone listen or care, but I am doubtful. I think there have been enough letters written, enough cries and appeals for help, that the incense of the requests could have made their way to the highest levels and it will do no good. Sure they could someday be shamed into taking action, that is what is nice about the power of the people, it’s what worked in other countries for exposing abuses and I think it is what is more likely to work, than actually catching the sympathies or humanities of these individuals.

Yes someday in the future we are likely to get some lame apology from some politician, maybe even a future president and they will claim how much they did not know what was going on, what have you, but the reality will be that it’s a lie. Enough targets have written to enough administrations that there is awareness, but just not the desire to care, unfortunately if it’s not happening to them or their families, there is very little reason to care or put a stop to any of this.

Also presidents are people, and they only have so much power, stopping a system of corruption also requires the will of the people, many can not or might feel that they can not act alone, but reality is that our cause is likely not to be as important as the next international trip around the world.

Politicians -They are the same, the odd politician might pretend to be interested in the plight of targeted individuals, but like presidents, many of these people are probably happen and use the very programs designed to destroy our lives, thinking that it will protect them. I am sure you might find the odd politician that truly listens and does learn to care, or take on our cause, but a single politician in and of themselves might not be enough to stop what is happening, and if they did, they could well risk becoming a target.

Media -Do we trust our media to break the story and save us? The media in many cases are aware, and have unsympathetically chosen to not report the story. The odd time the truth does break through and the story does get reported, for those who have had a conscience and who have reported the story in a decent capacity in any manner we are greatful, but unless we can elevate awareness across the board, most of the media will continue to ignore the story. Unless this topic can become so everyday and discussed on the forums, and blogs, and local street corners, then the media in many cases will feel unsympathetically embolden to ignore our plights much like they do other causes that are not the popular cause of the moment.

Fellow Citizens -Many really are naive, they believe the government and these programs are there for the good of the people. Most just do not want to believe that this could be happening, the ones that do know that this is happening, in some cases believe that these programs are for their own good. Many others just like the politicians are going to be too callous to care unless it is happening to them or their families. The reality is, the sad reality is if it’s not happening to them, most can not comprehend or begin to comprehend the devastating impact that such a situation can have on their fellow citizens, and even if they could comprehend many would not care, cause it would distract them from getting the latest IPad, Blue Ray, X-Box, distracting gizmo. Many others are just so surverly struggling, they are trying to make ends meet, they are so destitute that they have to think about themselves and their families, that they just don’t have the capacity to care for others. Many others are stupid enough to think that if you are on these lists, you deserve what is happening to you, and they do not realize that we could be innocent and undeserving of this fate.

Our Selves -We have to look to ourselves to survive the best that we can, to help each other when we can. Sometimes I want to share what is happening to me, or what a horrible time I am having, but then I realize that only another target could truly understand what I am going through, could understand the impact of the situation that I am in. I also know that sometimes other targets can not help the way that they would like to help. I read the blog of one target, he is a writer within the Targeted Individual community, after a long struggle to keep a roof over his head, he has finally become without a permanent resident. He had a plan in place of staying in public locations in the city he is in, but it’s the saddest thing to be without a home in the heart of winter. I feel his pain, but other than praying for him, there is little that my own situation allows. There are many targets like that. Others that right in desperately asking what to do to stop assults, sexual and otherwise. Others who get so close to the breaking point they do know what to do. Other targets who get so scared and desperate for their lives and survival that they flee from city to city, country to country with no end in sight, many trying desperately to raise the awareness or attention of someone who might be willing to lend us a hand, to help our situations.

It is the most painful circumstance. I have others who write in who have children, it’s horrific to go through this situation as an adult, much less to imagine the situation and circumstances that children must face, and the fear a parent has to go through in order to try to protect and take care of their children, it’s a horrible, heartbreaking ordeal, and many of Targets face it alone, and by themselves. Except for the odd time they can maybe connect with another target, we are primarily on our own, but that does not have to be a bad thing.

Over the last several years we have raised some awareness, as predicted there have become more high profile targets. There cases are drawing more attention to our cause. The topic is being more openly discussed in many cases. People know to direct people with stories of community stalking and mobbing to the websites, but we still in many cases desperately need help. People can pretend to be naive, oh shucks I didn’t really know how bad things were, but the reality is unless you have been sleeping in a cave in Afghanistan, you probably have some idea of how bad the plight of Targeted Individuals are and the chances are you have just been inspired not to care.

This Indigo Ribbon month there is finally a chance for some relief in sight. With the awareness of the Threat Assessment Team programs if we start to direct some of our efforts towards these programs, and exposing how they work, we might be able to expose some of what is happening. How these programs are connecting with local programs to systemically destroy the lives of targets. We are the best hope and chance that we stand to make a difference. We have a come a long way in many cases. The road seems rocky, and it has not been an easy path, and I am not claiming that the path ahead will be any better, but if we can hang in their a bit longer, some solid ground may be in sight.

Support each other the best you can, stay strong, support the efforts that are truly trying to make a difference, don’t give up your faith or your hope. These are the best weapons and chance that we have for fighting agaist this evil time that is upon us.

“Internet of Things”

“Internet of Things”

How many targets are there online?

I keep seeing some really inflated numbers. Now you will get to meet more targets online than you do offline, but if you really believe the majority of people online are targets then you would be wrong.

A lot of these groups, sites, blogs, and posters are citizen informants. Their goals are at times to find out things like the identity of targets, which cities they live in, and other details. They keep the illusion going, and most importantly they ensure that nothing real get’s done. They waste the time of real targets.

Many of them are good at pretending to be real targets, real orgainzations, and when called out they fake shock, and aw, oh but I am a real target, how could you say that, and on it goes. They form these interconnected networks and most times support themselves, promote themselves, and the worst thing they do is suck up the resources that should go to legitimate organization. Thus ensuring legit sites suffer, while their parasitic intellegnce opperations florish. I have seen this across many parts of the internet, not just within the Targeted Individual community, but with other communities. They also waste the time of genuine activists. Some of them use to be real targets and now they are working a double agenda, or just working for the other side.

I don’t know what the true numbers are, of real targets vs fake shrills pretending to be targets, but 90-95% of the sites, blogs, initiatives are fake, and were there to ensure that only specific information came to light, or that if something significant happens, or the movement progresses, they take credit for it without doing anything. Watching how this works across the board is annoying, but it’s the people that make it work so what can you do.

From what I have seen people would rather be a part of a group initiative, even if it’s something they know is fake, rather than be off by themselves, or part of something that is not being portrayed as grand. From what I can see it works everytime, and across the board the shrill money making, resource sucking opperations are taking over, while the legit sites are falling by the way side.

Even outside of activsm and online movements, you have large name companies that are taking over, the very search engines used are controlled. Ensuring that specific terms are blacklisted out, hard to find, or that some results just never see the light of day. Soon these same companies will be inside of your homes, not just as your search engines, but as your connection to the web, and your T.V. that you watch. It’s small scale now, but 10 years from now, this might be one of the few companies or the only company you connect to the internet with, who’s T.V. get’s used.

http://www.pcworld.com/article/189066/googles_ultrafast_broadband_questions_and_answers.html

You have specific social networking sites that are really taking over, and the control has been so great, that they want to branch out offline. They now want to have initiatives like an open id, but for all offline phones so that when they download an application it’s just one login, sounds great and really convient in theory, but not if the resource is controlled by one company. A company that has played very loose with privacy.

http://www.technofascismblog.com/2010/11/03/internet-of-things-is-on-the-way-1252.html

“Internet of Things.” And what is the “Internet of Things?” Well, from the perspective of the vast spy agencies, the internet has one fatal flaw: if you’re not on it, they can’t spy on you. Bummer. So, to get around this little inconvenience of privacy, the latest push is to get every physical object in the world online. That’s right. Everything from your car, to your toaster, will eventually be connected and controllable through the internet. It seems that the Gods on Mount Olympus have had such great success with the virtual world that they now want to bring everything into it. And that means more control for them and less freedom for everyone else.

The latest marketing-speak word from the architects of the “Internet of Things” at IBM is “smart.” So, in the near future, when the CIA can log into any device you own–from your toothbrush to your bookshelf–and determine who’s been using them and when and where, that’s not an invasion of privacy–it’s “smart.” Of course, in reality this is only “smart” for the temporary controllers of the machine world. For the rest of us the “Internet of Things” is not only dumb, it’s the next logical step to automating the entire planet under the control of a single machine intelligence. Fun times ahead!

I think that the internet has been a success. So successful infact at controlling the masses, that they want to take what has worked online, and use the same to control them offline. It’s hard to see it now but in just 10 years from one, you could have one big corporation in control and in charge of your internet access, the equipment you use to access the internet, and then once online, or even offline, they and their cohorts, control the content you have access to, and even the applications you use.

People are predictable, they like convience, and we will slowly enslave ourselves over time, with these companies having to put forward very little effort. If you build it they will come.

I always thought it was weird that the military decided to share the internet with humanity, a wonderful accident that allowed us all to progress and advance so far in such a short space of time, but I am looking ahead, and I see the tool that once offered a great deal of freedom, has the equal capacity to offer humanity, control, confomrity, and enslavement only previosly dreamed possible.

Thank you. I am sorry. Unforgiven.

Thank you. I am sorry. Unforgiven

First I want to thank all those who helped along the way. For those people are few and far between. The little I can say I do. I know not everyone is like this. I know not everyone agrees with this system and I do realise that there are many who would actually like to be free of this system. Thank you for the bits here and there along the way. I forget sometimes that many of you might yourselves have suffered in other ways due to this system, or you might still just remember what decency and freedom is or was, and you also do not agree with this system.

Second I am sorry for unwittingly hurting a place that’s kept me safe, gave me shelter, and made me happy. This place in spirit recently kept me warm. It helped me from a bad situation. It’s a place that I grew to love, with it’s warmth, humour, charm, kindness, and love. There are very few places that make us feel safe in any realm, this place did for me. It brought me out of a dark place where I was, and would not knowingly want to return. I have however unwittingly been back to that dark unwelcoming place a few times, without realizing it. Unknowingly, unwittingly, but still unwillingly betraying my new place where I have found shelter. For this in spirit, I am sorry, for it’s such a well suited place, and I have enjoyed calling it home. I send my thanks for all it’s done for me. My heartfelt regrets, and I am hoping I can stay in this place for a bit longer. If not I will always remember it with the deepest gratitude, and love. Either way, the dark place where I was is not one that I knowingly would return to. If I can not stay in the place where my spirit currently resides, then I will move forward, but hopefully never backwards, hoping to find a place similar to the one I just called home.

Lastly the unforgiven. Those little creatures who do mean things, that destroy people’s lives, properties, and relationships.  That do little bit’s of destruction along the way and revel in it. You are unforgiven. You are the lowest of the low. You think nothing of the little evils that you do along the way. One or two incidents, they seem like nothing, but to the targets they are the death of a thousand paper cuts. In my journey’s with this targeting, you are some of the worst, the lowest of the low, and your little misdeeds are in my opinion most unforgiven.

I have heard about just some mean and terrible things that these people have done to targets. Things like putting water into someone’s child’s diabetic medicine. Things like this don’t phase these people, and it’s little unkindnesses such as this that I personally feel are most unforgivable, and will not and should not be forgiven or forgotten.

Does it make me bitter? In some ways yes, because it seems that if people do bad things, there should be some punishment for it, otherwise the evil just continues. It makes me sad that these people will never be held legally responsible for such actions. On the other hand, this experience has brought me where I need to be, and believe that I am suppose to be. I can’t be angry about being in the place that I belong. I can only hope that my pain, suffering, torture has been for something. That some awareness has been raised in the human consciousness.

Beyond that take this post for what it’s meant to be. Gratitude, Regret, and The Unforgiven.

Secret Society

Secret Society.

You hear a lot about this online, and people complain about secret societies, but I have been watching these citizens informants use their one handed sign language in a similar pattern and I am thinking, how can you complain about secret societies, when you are using this system the same way?

I have seen on several occasions the citizen informants use their secret signals to identify each other and do little favors or boons for each other that they would not do for others. On a more lethal level I have watched it be used to socially influence others from not doing business with a target, and I am thinking, how hypocritical. People complain about secret societies, secret codes, and how legal cases are won at the turn of special signals and so forth, but then they try to use this system in the same way. To control others, to destroy others, and I am amazed.

The other thing that I wanted to quickly address was the issue of bullying and mobbing. With the Phoebe Prince case, it just reminded me how cruel people can be at any age.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Phoebe_Prince

What I really wanted to address is the fact that I believe a large part of the mobbing in schools, work, community ect might also in part happen if people are not aware of, or are not using the informant signals. These informants in some cases, see this as a right to harass anyone who will not signal back at them. On a high school level all you need is a clique of kids in the know, vs those not in the know, and it’s easy to see how this might be applied. Is this being applied, and is this being used in that manner to harass from the schools, work, and community those not in the know, or those not a part of this system? At this stage it’s hard to know for sure, but based on past experience, I now believe that this could be a good possibility. If it is being used in this manner, then this is something that has to be looked into and sooner than later.

People talk about wanting change, but I think the only change they want is the freedom to control others even further, it’s being done to them, so they get a little power and in turn oppress others the same way. If you want others to change, look about you at how this system is working, and how you are being worked by it, and in turn destroying others.

Jane Clift Case Highlights

Jane Clift Case Highlights

This case is great. She was placed on a list. She used the Data Protection Act and Human Rights Act to sue and win her case.

6# The words complained of contain personal information relating to Ms Clift. That is data which is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”). This Act implemented in English law some of the rights recognised by Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (“the Convention”). Later those rights were more fully incorporated into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 (“HRA”). The Council is a public authority. HRA s.6 (1) provides:

“It is unlawful for a public authority to act in a way which is incompatible with a Convention Right”.

Physical Contact. This is an area that some targets might be able to build a case on, in regards to who was given access to their data.

Data Protection Act. Human Rights Act. These are the two acts that she was able to use to file her case.

8# The question in this case is whether, and if so how, the Council must demonstrate that it has complied with its public law duties under HRA (and incidentally DPA) if it is to be able to assert that it has the interest or duty required at common law for there to be a defence of qualified privilege.

This is what the case came down to. The same would likely be true for the Acts in other countries.

EVENTS LEADING TO THIS ACTION

9# As a responsible employer the Council has a policy to protect its employees from violence at work. The policy is set out in a document headed “Safe System of Work (Codes of Practice) H&NS/COP/1.14 Version 1.0 date issued 11/3/03 Violence at Work (Inc Potentially Violent Persons)” (“the Policy”).

This also fell under Violence at Work

15# Mr Kelleher then conducted a number of other interviews. One was with Mr Gulfraz, a friend of Ms Clift. She was accustomed to helping him in making telephone calls and filling out official forms. She was at the time also helping him in a complaint he was making against the Council on a housing matter. He was present at the time Ms Clift made her call to Ms Rashid on 11 August. He heard the whole conversation over the speaker phone. Other witnesses were fellow employees of Ms Rashid. Ms Rashid did not have the phone on loud speaker but her colleagues sitting near her heard her side of the conversation. It was sufficiently unusual to attract their attention.

Witness close to Jane Clift were interviewed. Just like witnesses, family, friends, would be interviewed.

21# Also on 1 December 2005 Mr Kelleher filled out a standard form prepared in accordance with the Policy. It is known as a Violent Incident Report Form.

Same type of reporting form used in other countries as well to document incidents.

22# Mr Satterthwaite is the author of the Policy and the officer of the Council responsible for compliance with Data Protection and other related matters. He maintains the Register. It is a document prepared on Excel spreadsheet software. It contained ten columns and, at the relevant time, about 150 rows. Each row related to a person identified by name and address given in the first two columns. Ms Clift’s name was entered on the Register by Mr Satterthwaite upon information provided by Mr Kelleher. Details of the incident are given in column 5 as “threatening behaviour on several occasions”. The duration for which the person is to remain on the register is given in column 8 and in respect of Ms Clift the period is 18 months. The ninth column contains a title “Risk Rating VH, H, M and L” the entry for Ms Clift is M for medium. Two entries are admittedly inaccurate. The location of the incident is given at column 4 as “via correspondence”. The date of the incident is given in column 6 as “30/11/2005″.

All your information get’s documented.

24# The precise means by which the Register was circulated did not emerge clearly in evidence. Ms Clift protested immediately at her inclusion on the Register and asked if there was a right of appeal. She was informed there was not. In a letter dated 13 December 2005 Mr Satterthwaite (signing himself as Data Protection/ Health and Safety Co-ordinator) explained his decision in terms which implied that the Register had already been circulated by that date, as might be expected. Some information as to whom the Register had been shared with was given in that letter. More detailed information as to the publishees is not recorded in the form of an email before one that has survived dated 27 January 2006.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator did not give her the chance to appeal, so she took it to court.

30# The letter dated 13 December 2005 from Mr Satterthwaite to Ms Clift includes the following:

“Re – your letter dated 10 December 2005 – PVP Marker

A request for information that you sent to the Council, has been passed to me to answer, as I am the Data Controller for the PVP register.

Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1992), we have a duty of care to ensure that we do not put our employees into situations that may cause them physical or mental harm…

This register is shared between the Council’s Health and Safety co-ordinators to distribute on a need to know basis to managers, (especially those services that interface with our customers) so they can take the appropriate actions to protect their staff. This register is also sent to our partner organisations that may provide a service on our behalf (i.e. Slough Accord, Interserve, NHS Primary Care Trust and The Community Safety Partnership). Once the time limit has expired, using the same communication chain, a request is made that all traces of the warning marker is removed from the individual’s name.

This is what get’s distributed, and this is the same wording in most of the documents that I have been reading up on.

31# That letter reflects guidance from two sources. Whether it does so correctly is another matter. The first source is the Policy. This includes what, in another context, would be called sentencing guidelines, listing the activities that may render a person liable to have a violent person marker placed on their file and the “set period” said to be commensurate with the activity. The second document is one issued by the Information Commissioner covering five pages, entitled “Data Protection Act 1998 Compliance advice Violent Warning Markers: used in the public sector” (“the Compliance Advice”).

32# Ms Clift pursued her rights of access and sought further information under the Data Protection Act. By a letter dated 11 January 2006 Mr Satterthwaite wrote as follows:…..

Mainly social services related activities – Supporting People, Community Mental Health Team and Community Nursing

– Community Safety Partnership

Neighbourhood Wardens

Disclosure was made to the above organisations as they may all have cause to visit your address, for face to face contact. A good example of this is one of the many satisfaction surveys carried out.

She wrote the request under the Data Protection Act. Note her file was shared and distributed to quite a few people.

42# After further submissions on the questions to be asked of the jury counsel agreed that I should direct them as follows:

“If you assess damages, then you take into account circulation to 30 people for the e-mail and 150 for the Register. You leave out of account the remainder of the 66 to whom the e-mail was addressed unless you answer question 2 yes [in other words unless they find malice].

If you answer yes to question 2, you take into account all 66 people to whom the e-mail was sent and 150 for the Register”.

THE DATA PROTECTION ACT AND THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT

These two acts played heavily into her defense.

43# The first proceedings brought by Ms Clift were in the County Court under the DPA. She commenced those proceedings on 13 January 2006 alleging that the Register was inaccurate. Those proceedings have been stayed to await the outcome of this libel action.

This is what Jane Clift had to do to clear her record.

(a) The widespread publication of information that a person is ‘violent’ and their inclusion on a register of ‘violent persons’ is a serious interference with that persons Article 8 rights which requires cogent justification.

(b) Ms Clift had never used violence towards the First Defendant’s employees and had never threatened any such employee with violence. No employee had complained about Ms Clift’s conduct and no contemporaneous ‘Violent Incident Report’ relating to Ms Clift had been completed by any person.

Point 46. interference with a persons Article 8 rights.

47# There followed a plea of malice which is summarised in para 2 above. The plea of publication set out the facts I have already recited in relation to the circulation of the e-mail with the Register as an attachment on 27 January 2006. The next paragraph material to be cited reads as follows:

“10 The Register entry and the e-mail were distributed excessively widely to persons and bodies with whom [Ms Clift] had no contact and had no interest in [Ms Clift].

When I have no contact with individuals across boarders, why is my information shared with them? Clients or associates in other countries should not have this information disseminated, but they are.

50# Nevertheless, it is appropriate to set out the terms of the draft amendment as follows:

“12A Further by publishing the e-mail and the Register Entry the [Council] has interfered with [Ms Clift]‘s rights under Article 8 (1) of the European Convention on Human Rights without such interference being justified under Article 8 (2) and as a result its actions were unlawful under Section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

The targets in European countries could start to look into this via data protection and Human Rights Conventions, Articles 8 and 6. See a lawyer first.

66# It is understandable that Mr Beggs should have ordered his arguments as he did. The Council has policies on both health and safety, and on data protection. Mr Kelleher and Mr Satterthwaite made the decisions they did make after considering these policies. Mr Satterthwaite directed himself on the law of health and safety at work, and on data protection, as set out in the Policy and the Compliance Advice. He did not mention the law of libel. Whether or not Mr Satterthwaite directed himself correctly is an issue for the court. But it is understandable that the Defendants should wish to be judged by the law which they understood to be applicable. Mr Beggs may also have taken the view that the course I adopted in the Westminster case at para 151 would be difficult to support. If so, he did not say that.

Health and Safety at work.

75# Mr Beggs submitted that the Council owed a duty to ensure the safety of their staff. He cited Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 ss.2 and 3 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/3242), in particular regulations 3-5 and Schedule 1.

Health and Safety consistently cited throughout this whole case, used for justification.

90# The absence of a system of monitoring to whom the Register was published means that the Claimant may not be able to prove the full extent of the publication. The onus of proof is upon her, and if she is unable to discharge it, that cannot be relevant to the defence of qualified privilege that might be available in respect of other publications which she can prove.

A disgraceful lack of oversight is what I like to call it.

94# Para 16 provides that:

Data controllers should ensure that only those members of staff who are likely to come into physical contact with a potentially violent individual, through visits or by meeting in open plan reception areas, or who can otherwise demonstrate a need to know, have access to violent warning marker information. So for example where a member of staff is required to visit a potentially violent individual, at this point they should be advised of this fact”.

Physical contact. There is that word again.

98# The Compliance Advice does not assist on the definition of violence or violent behaviour. The Policy gives what it states are “Examples of violent behaviour covered by the Code of Practice”. They include: “Shouting, Swearing, Racial / Sexual Abuse, Threats, Pushing, Spitting, Object Thrown, Damage, Hostage and Actual Violence”. These are all things which an employee should expect to be protected from. But to refer to them all as examples of violence, or even potential violence, gives an extended definition of that word. It normally connotes at least a threat of physical force, and one which is meant seriously.

An expanded definition of violence. So shouting by someone’s standards could get you and did help to get Jane Clift on the list. You have to be so very careful with these individuals.

109# Documents are now normally held and communicated electronically. It is easy and common to circulate by e-mail to very large numbers of people, within (and outside) an organisation, information which, in the past, would have been addressed in a letter or memo to very few. It is therefore much more likely than in the past that information will be communicated to persons to whom no duty is owed, or who do not have a legally sufficient interest in receiving the information. It was in order to address this change in practice that the data protection legislation was introduced, first in a limited form in 1984, and then as it is now in DPA. HRA was not specifically targeted at this issue, but it undoubtedly applies to it.

How far and wide is information getting shared? This is going to be an interesting question to look into. I get the feeling with limited oversight, they are using this to smear targets left, right and center.

112# The historical cases show that the values set down in the Convention in 1950 as rights under Articles 8 (including the right to reputation) and Article 10 (including the right of freedom of expression in the giving of references and warnings) were not invented in 1950. These and some other Convention rights can be traced back, not only to the American Bill of Rights and the French Declaration in the eighteenth century, but also to the very beginnings of English law. So one thing that HRA has achieved is to provide a means through which the courts can review the relative priority that the common law gave to those rights (which it already recognised), and adjust those priorities to meet contemporary needs.

This case was very interesting. Lot’s of good points, targets might be able to use. Check with a legal expert.

117#

On the one hand looms the probability, often amounting to a certainty, of damage to the individual, which in some cases will be serious and may indeed be irreparable. The entire future prosperity and happiness of someone who is the subject of a damaging reference which is given carelessly but in perfectly good faith may be irretrievably blighted. Against this prospect is set the possibility that some referees will be deterred from giving frank references or indeed any references.”

Yes slander can ruin your life.

120# The DPA has created new statutory rights which are in no way related to employment or other relationships, although they affect such relationships. That Act requires attention to be focussed on the rights of those who are the subjects of references and warnings, as well as on the rights of those to whom the references and warnings are addressed. Personal data must be processed (which includes disclosed) “fairly and lawfully”, and it must be accurate: see Sch I. There are extensive provisions on the interpretation of these and other principles and a number of statutory instruments containing further provisions. I shall not consider these further, because Mr Tomlinson made no submission based upon them. He confined his submissions to the new rights and duties created by the HRA, which apply to the defendant council, but would not apply directly to a private sector employer.

Wow you mean people can’t just create fake incidents, data must be accurate? Guess it’s time to start reviewing some files and see what is actually out there. What has been said, attributed to individual files vs what is accurate. There has to be a way to do a class action for inaccurate information, especially if there is a systemic practice that is occurring.

128# The jury answered No to each of the first three questions: they rejected the defence of justification and the allegation of malice. They awarded damages of £12,000 to Ms Clift. So, Ms Clift left court with her reputation vindicated and Mr Kelleher left court without a stain on his reputation.

From the inside

The best way to bring down any system? From the inside, that’s what the government has been doing for years. They infiltrated the civil rights movement, panthers, 9/11 truth, etc. They have also done this with gangs, mafia, etc. Often they put their people on the inside and use them to destroy these organization, set people up, etc.

That is also why they want to join these conspiracy, extremist, and other forums. They plan, manipulate and work for years to get into positions of power and authority. They do this in society too, judges, lawyers, politicians, they get in and further advance people like themselves, (corrupted, immoral, deceitful, etc) and suddenly they are in charge. The innocent get mobbed out of these jobs, and what’s left is an organization with the corrupt, obedient, or those who just don’t ask questions, or maybe with a few who are too afraid to.

Well the interesting thing is this concept can work, and eventually will work with this system one way or another. Two things can happen with a sytem like this, if the people could ever effectively wake up, realise there is something wrong, they would have the power to change it. If they unanomously got together, realised that things are wrong, then from the inside they could bring in down, sabotage the system the same way they do to other groups and organizations.

The other method is an eventuality. They destroy themselves because they get so immoral, so corrupted, so debased, that all that is left are the stupid, immoral and corrupted. People of independent thought are often long gone by this time, and what is left eventually like what we saw in the movie apacalypto destroyes itself from the inside.

One process is what we might call revolution, this is a process that they fear. That the people will wake up, stop believing the propaganda, stop believing the lies. Get past all the lies they have been sold to keep them seperate, these lies that keep you seperate are part of their control structure, till you can overcome these, your chances are much more limited.

Revolution can come by bloody battles, it come come by peaceful protest, it can come by popular sentiment, but it can happen if a people truly wake up, feel that something is wrong, and decide to do something about it. Most people try to make revolution happen at the voting booth every few years, but if all parties are the same, or working for the same side, then revolution can not truly be fascilitated this way.

If revolution fails, and the people remain silent, then an eventuality of tyranny almost always happens. Then the people suffer, the good are destroyed, and freedoms are suppressed. However a society like this eventually eats itself from the inside, however this process is much slower, and it usually involves the systemic destruction of the innocent, the independent thinkers, dissidents, etc.

A society as a whole has great power to decide their fate and the change the course of their lives for the better, they can choose a future of enslavement, or they can sit down, realistically look at the problem, and start to believe and realise that they have the power, they have the capacity to make a change for the better, and then start to go about making those changes.

A desire for change, getting past fear, awakening of society, organizing, and eventually action of some kind are all keep factors in starting to make that change happen, if society wants the first outcome vs the last.

This system already has people on the inside that can make a difference. If you can wake up, realise this system is broken and corrupted, you can make a change for the better. There is still time, and more importantly, the members of the society, have the capacity, and the people have the power to bring about this change.

I think taking an it starts with me attitude is key, but people have been down for so long, it takes a lot to change behaviour patterns and enslaved thinking patterns, we have in ways gotten lazy, many want change, but change is scary, and also many are just comfortable enough, but we know that if things are allowed to continue this way, it will eventually get very uncomfortable for those who value any sort of freedom, or independent thought. Interestingly enough thought is the key, we have the capacity to change the world for the better, but we have to desire that, believe that, and work towards that, otherwise this corrupted system will destroy itself, but before it does, it will take a lot of innocent people with it in the process.

Gangs and their secrets

The informants can also be compared to a gang and how a gang functions. I have compared them to cults, gangs, secret societies, etc. It’s all the same. Members who keep a code of silence.

There are many gangs in society but this is the main one, and it comprises all of the smaller gangs or minor ones. So it incorporates, government branches, the cops, the Mafia, street gangs, masons, Scientologist, black activists, kkk, store owners, company workers, almost every religious sect you can think of. Every sector of society takes part. I don’t think I can make this any clearer. As much as they might all pretend not to get along, when the state comes calling, they will communicate together in public, and they are unified when it comes to their informant system.

Gangs rely on silence, so ofcourse this relies on silence. The snitches don’t want their I feel special club exposed.

Scientologist have Scientology, Masons have Masonry, and the snitches have this. This is their gang, their cult, their secret club. They feel special being a part of this. So yes the secrecy is a big part. They get so upset realising that outsiders know. They like this cause it makes them feel connected, belonging, like any gang or cult would. The mafia is one type of gang, so are the cops, so are street gangs, and the members join for different reasons. Many clubs have secrets, that the members are expected to uphold.

The cops, informants, and gangs use one handed sign languages. http://gangstalkingworld.com/Media/category/one-handed-sign-language/

Where the cops and street gangs wear uniforms or matching colors, the informants often look like average people for the most part.

Some Gangs, some cults, some cops, some informants do underhanded things. There have been many cases where members of these groups have been caught doing illegal, immoral things.

Some Gangs, some cults, some cops, some informants  are corrupt. There have been cops caught dealing drugs, informants caught in huge lies that destroy lives, cults have been known to do corrupt things as well. I think most targets are familiar with the corrupt actions of some of the informants.

Some Gangs, Some cults, some cops, some informants , use lies, bullying, intimidation, and  fear to control their members. There are informants that want to speak out, but they are controlled by fear in some cases. They are lied to in others, and in some cases feel that it’s their patriotic duty to keep the secret. We have seen via gang stalking all of the above methods used to try to control and destroy the lives of targets.

The only thing with gang stalking is that it takes all the cults, gangs, cops, informants, and they are all part of one big gang. One big conspiracy of silence, and because so many people take part, many who realise what is going on lie to themselves. They believe that they are part of something that is good, nobel, protecting the city. They take part following orders instead of thinking. They pretend that this is normal, some of them see it as a good thing. To wake up to the truth that this is not normal, would shatter their reality. Many see it as power, rather than the enslavement that it truly is. To realise they are slaves, might mean doing something about it.

Many like the sense of belonging, sense of community, many on the inside don’t see things the way we do. They like the power, the connectedness, that feeling of finally fitting in, having a purpose. That is what keeps this going, and they don’t want their little secret club to be exposed.

Many people complain about cops and their blue wall of silence, or that gang members won’t snitch, or about how Masons, and other cults keep secrets, but then they turn around and they do the same thing. They keep secrets. They tell lies to keep their secrets safe. Their are hundreads of targets online saying that they are being abused by this system, but the cult/gang members still keep the secret. Then get made at other clubs or cults who do the same. It’s no different. They have their secret handshakes, you have your sign language.

Lies, manipulation, bullying, murder are used to keep your little system going just like any other. People who like these smaller gangs, cults, clubs, for the most part like this bigger one, cause the same things that allowed them to keep the secrets, tell the lies, do the damage, or destruction for these smaller clubs is what will cause them to do the same for this bigger club.

Gangs like their secrets, and they are willing to lie, bully, harass, intimidate, or destroy the innocent to keep these secrets. The informants in many cases are no different.

Iwatch. Nationwide citizen watch program

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,561661,00.html

New iWatch Program Urges Citizens to Be ‘Eyes and Ears’ Against Terror Plots, iWatch is a nationwide community watch program
A new program aimed at keeping Americans safe from terror attacks will rely on individual citizens to serve as “the eyes and ears” of their communities.

iWatch is a community watch program endorsed by police chiefs across the U.S. that teaches people how to detect suspicious behavior and report it to police.
Other sutable names. Istasi, Istalk, Iharass, Iturninmyneighbour and many more.
L.A. Police Chief William Bratton, who developed the program with Police Commander Joan McNamara, called it the 21st century version of Neighborhood Watch, a program that encourages local residents to stay alert and informed about their neighborhoods.

“A single observation, a single report can lead to actions that can stop a terrorist attack,” warns a Public Safety Announcement video released by the LAPD.
A single report can do so much damage, just like in Russia or the Stasi Era.
When the chiefs of the 63 largest police departments in the U.S. and Canada met to endorse iWatch at a conference last Saturday, they cited the case of Najibullah Zazi — the Denver man suspected of having ties to Al Qaeda who has been accused of plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction within the U.S.
Wow Big Brother Canada was also there what a surprise.

Anyways as I have said a billion times these types of programs will come to the public light, this one is a program that is nationwide, and Canada somehow seems to be taking apart. All we need now is one that is planet wide, coming soon to a one world government near you.

These programs will come to light, Gang Stalking will be proven, but will anyone care? See it won’t be proving it, I don’t think that will be the big hurdle, much of that has already been done and overcome. Getting the ameba to show any remorse will be the real challenge and I don’t really know that that will happen.
iWATCH, iREPORT, i KEEP US SAFE (iWATCH) is a community awareness program created to educate the public about behaviors and activities that may have a connection to terrorism.

This program is a community program to help your neighborhood stay safe from terrorist activities. It is a partnership between your community and the Los Angeles Police Department. We can and must work together to prevent terrorist attacks.

To learn about the iWATCH program and about the behaviors and activities that you should report, view the videos and review the list of examples. You can also read and download a brochure that explains the program.

Remember that the iWATCH program is about behaviors and activities, not individuals.
Ipuke, Igag, I am sorry, but this sucks. If they are being so open about it then the snitch force is complete enough for them to be this open and this proud about.

Well I just thought it might be interesting to read.
