Threat Assessment 101
It recently came to my attention that someone wrote a post titled “It’s not community notifications, either,” and this person thought that that they had discredited the theory of the Threat Assessment Teams and how they work.
I had not previously realized the limited understanding some targets have of these teams and how they are used and how they function. I thought I would address the issue in a post titled Threat Assessment 101, and try to help the community understand how this process works a bit better. Try to apply the stages below to your own targeting, if you have any questions, please feel free to drop a line, and I will do my best to answer the question.
I do not claim to be an expert, but I do like to believe my years of research have been a bit more detailed and indeepth, compared to what some others have done.
Now the person wrote a post where he believes that he has discredited Jane Clift as a Targeted Individual because her stalking ended after she moved, and she was advised that she was to be added to the notification, but what this poster did in reality is akeen to saying, well person X does not have electronic harasssment therefore they are not a Targeted Individual, or or person B is not getting Voice To Skull so they must not be a Targeted Individual.
It shows that this person does not have an understanding of how the process works. If this person is having a hard time with the concept then other targets are also likely having the same difficuluties and I hope that this will clearify some of that.
I am going to start with how the team works.
The threat assessment team works in a four part process.
1. Identify persons of concern
2. Gather information/investigate
3. Assess information and situation
4. Manage the situation
In the case of Mrs. Clift it was her local council that was responsible for the task of evaluating individuals and placing them on the list. In other cases this will be done via a Threat Assessment Team or similar out let.
In the Jane Clift case she was identified as a person of interest because of a letter that she wrote.
Each team does things differently. But they go about gathering information as part of the next stage.
Triage questions can include:
• Has there been indications of suicidal thoughts,
plans, or attempts?
• Has there been indications of thoughts/plans of
violence?
• Does the person have access to a weapon or are
they trying to gain access?
• Are there concerns about the well-being of the
subject?
• Are there concerns about the safety of the
community?
• If yes, a full inquiry is recommended.
Gather Information (Full Inquiry)
• Think broadly and creatively about those who
might have information:
• Co-workers
• Other staff
• Friends
• Family
• Online friends, web sites, etc.
• Previous schools / employers
• Others?
• Document information and use it to answer the
Key Investigative Questions.
Threat Assessment Teams when gathering information speak to those around you, as listed above. They speak to your friends, family, co-workers, online friends, websites, etc. Places that you frequent. This is why those around the target become involved in what is ongoing.
In the Jane Clift case they would have reviewed her history and decided that she was likely someone they felt comfortable with issuing a letter letting her know that she was going to be on a list. Most people are never issued letters, again everyones targeting will be different, and have various levels. Some targets never get electronic harassment or voice to skull.
In the Jane Clift case it was decided that no further active monitoring was needed once she left the area. In other cases these teams or individuals will often decide that further monitoring is needed to ensure the safety of the community, and once the person leave the area the monitoring will continue.
In the Jane Clift case they felt that her anger had primarily been directed at individuals in her local council, so once she left, they felt safe enough to not have her further listed. If they did not feel safe she would have been followed in other areas, like many other targets are.

Key Investigative Questions</blockquote>
I can not strees this part of the targeting enough. They do communicate with everyone around the target. So when targets say that everyone is in on it. They are fully correct. They are not allowed to say anything to the person being investigated. Also it’s scary because they become aware of how serious the situation is. The target depending on which level of monitoring they are on, will have their information distributed to the community. Anyone who is a part of these community, workplace, notification, initiatives, will then get a warning about the person.
Information Sharing: FERPA
• FERPA is not an impediment to effective threat
assessment and case management.
• FERPA governs records only, not observations,
communications, etc.
• FERPA does not govern police records.
• If created & maintained by law enforcement, for
law enforcement purpose.
• New guidance from ED encourages information
sharing where public safety is a concern.

• In cases where privacy laws apply, can try these

• Name, DOB, sex, description, affiliation, status, etc.

• Witness/Reporting Party Information:
• Name, DOB, sex, description, affiliation, status, etc.
In a nutshell they bypass privacy laws that would normally be in place, which allows them to have those around you spy on you and give their observations and communications. Very cleaver.
This also means that strangers, and those with grudges, those who want to keep the investigation opened, such as those in the community getting paid, can have anyone submit false information. Let’s say you were originally given 18 months or 5 years on one of these lists, if there are no incedents, or something significant happens in your life, they might close the case file. If on the other hand something extreme happens, such as these people provoke you into punching them out, or falsely report that you did, then that is more time added more monitoring.
Think creatively about resources, as well as
“eyes and ears.”
• Anticipate likely change in the short and midterm,
and how the subject may react.
• Monitor using available resources. Who sees
the person regularly, inside work/campus,
outside, on weekends, online, etc.?
People need to understand that this becomes like a full Stasi investigation. For those around the target many with nothing better to do, this can become addictive and fun, some people love to play spy, and if there is a target in their area a lot of them will sit and wait for reports to come in, and if the target is in the area, they run to the bus stop, cause they want to see an incident go down. A lot of people just have no lives. Others are just genuenly scared and when the community notifications go out, danger to self or others medium risk, only to be seen in pairs, or whatever is being reported, others are just looking to protect themselves or their communities.
While the case is open the team should:
• Continue to monitor and modify the plan as long as the individual still poses a threat
• Recognize that a person can continue to pose a threat even after he/she ceases to be a Closing a Case
member of the campus community• Continue to monitor the situation through its relationship with local law enforcement agencies and mental health agencies, as well as in direct cooperation with the person, if possible
As the threat assessment team work your file, and reports come in, reports can either bring down your threat level, or increase your threat level, they continue to monitor you, as long as they feel you are a threat, or that there is something in your life that makes you less of a threat enough for them to close your file, and your file even when closed, can be reopened, or the previous records accessed. Everything is going and starting to be feed into central databases, similar to fusion centers.
If someone who has been reviewed by the Threat Assessment Team leaves the area, do you continue to monitor him/her?
If the situation warrants reviewing the case after the subject leaves the area, the team will continue to do so. It is important to remember that when the subject has relationships in his/her life, there is a lesser chance for violence to occur. A failure to communicate or interact with a subject encourages problems to fester, which could lead to violence.
Again in the Jane Clift case, she left and her monitoring stopped because the coucil only felt that she was a threat to that one area, but in most other cases, they will warn everyone and every area that you come in contact with, because it is felt that you could be a danger to any area.
Assessment: Case Priority Levels
PRIORITY 1 (Extreme Risk): Poses clear/immediate threat of violence or self-harm and requires immediate containment, law enforcement involvement, target protection, and case management plan.
PRIORITY 2 (High Risk): Poses threat of violence or self-harm but lacks immediacy or access to target. Requires active monitoring and case management plan.
PRIORITY 3 (Moderate Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self harm, but exhibits significantly disruptive behaviors and/or need for assistance. Requires active monitoring, case management plan, and appropriate referrals.
PRIORITY 4 (Low Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self-harm at this time, but may exhibit some disruptive behavior and/or need for assistance. Requires passive monitoring. Utilize case management and referrals as appropriate.
PRIORITY 5 (No Identified Risk): Does not pose threat of violence or self-harm nor is there evidence of disruption to community. No case management or monitoring required.
The above chart is the most important thing that targets need to understand about their targeting. Most of us are on what is called active monitoring, but we can slip down to passive monitoring, or up to higher levels. I believe most targets who notice the surveillance fall into the Priority 3, 4, or 5.
This means active monitoring and they feel that you could be a threat. The active monitoring is where we are likely to notice the Gang Stalking and Gang Stalking activities as the community has termed it.
Now on their blog the person wrote, that no one broke into Jane Clifts house, nobody vandalized her belongings, and nobody assaulted her. That may or may not be accurate. There is a lot that was not said about the case, what is known is that Jane even though she was aware of the listing, the social ostercism, being followed to places she was not followed before, and other factors became so bad that she had to move. Remember she did not want to move, she had to move, she infact hopes to move back there someday. It was her home, she loved it, and hoped to be a foster parent, but being on the list absolutely disrupted her life and seriously enough that she moved.
The reality is the poster in the post that I read assumes a lot about the Jane Clift case, we don’t know the full extent to what Jane experienced. Eg. There are aspects of my own targeting that will not be publically mentioned, but it does not mean that they did not occur. What the poster of the article entiled “It’s not community notifications, either” fails deeply to understand about the targeting is that every target get’s different levels of harassment. Some will be followed, but never notice the Gang Stalking till several years into the targeting. How many times online have you seen a target write that when they checked their diaries or journals they realised that the targeting had actually gone back several years, but they had never put the pieces together? Eg. The targeting at the time was there, but not bad enough for them to notice, meaning that they were likely under passive forms of monitoring, which then slipped into active forms of monitoring.
That is likely when you noticed the mood in the community change, when you noticed the home break in’s, the harassment, and on higher priority of monitoring and targeting, that is also likely where you noticed the electronic harassment, vs just Gang Stalking. It’s all part of how these teams function. The young man in his post felt that he had discredited the notion, but the post just showed how limited his understanding was of these teams work and function in relationship to our targeting.
Once you have the most basic understanding of how these threat assessment teams work, and function, you can likely see how this is working in your own life, and the life of other targets.
Again the poster of the article felt that targets had to act out in the workplace to run afoul of anti-violence initiatives, again this poster has no idea of how zero tolerance is now working, how the psychiatric repirsials are working in conjunction with these teams. You do not have to act out, constantly complain about harassment, and you can be added to one of these lists, and be listed as having a mental health issue, this is the point that must get across to Targeted Individuals and others, this is what is happening in many cases, thus we see a lot of whistle blowers. In the community arguing with an authority figure could get you on such a list, it does not take as much as most people think it does.
Now as the research continues, I hope to introduce targets to the opperations manuals that are used for the remote monitoring, that should hopefully shed some additional light on some of the targeting that is experienced, but please feel free to do your own research in the mean time. Unlike others I do not claim to be an expert and my research into these teams continue.
I hope this gives most Targeted Inidividuals a basic understasnding of how Threat Assessment Teams work. If you truly understand the process, then you have a better idea of what is happening behind the targeting.
So let’s look at some cases.
1. Theresa Duncan. She had a workplace altercation where she had to be escorted from her building. This was the second altercation with the same individual, but they blamed Theresa. Under these violence prevention programs the incidents must be reported.
As everyone knows Theresa Duncan went on to blame her targeting on Scientology, complained of conspiracies, and she and her boyfriend Jeremy Blake later both died, listed as suicides, but many believe they were murdered.
If Ms. Duncan was evaluated as a threat to the company after her outburst and escort from the building, that could have cause passive, or active monitoring. Then start to blame a community or show a belief that they are out to get you, and these teams will increase the monitoring, and inform everyone around you, thus you notice this conspiracy and accuse everyone of being in on it. She thought it was Scientology, but the reality is that it likely began with the workplace incident. I am not discounting this group in any of her targeting, because depending on your area, each area uses different types of groups, and individuals for the monitoring. If she felt Scientologists were after her, the Threat Assessment Team would alert this group, and they would be thrown in her path without a doubt.
2. Randy Quaid. He had an incident where he upsent some coworkers. They filed a complaint and he was banned from the actors union. Now he has never said he is a Targeted Individual, but assuming that he is, this incident likely lead to his elevated Threat level and thus noticeable targeting. After he was banned, a restraining order was I believe filed against his spouse, so the company likely had them placed on active monitoring.
His brother has suggested he get a mental health exam. This is likely because he is hoping an exam will clear his brother. Most times those around you can not say anything. They believe that the system is legit and will clear the target if they get a mental health check. Unfortunately this is not always the case. Targets know that the system and company paid psychiatrist can and are often used to list targets as mentally unwell.
If Randy is a target, he was likely at some point evaluated and listed as having a mental illness. They do this and can do this legally. It’s wrong, but this is what targets have to realize. Please see the article entitled the psychiatric reprisal if you are unclear how this process works, and how someone can be listed as mentally ill without having a face to face exam.
3. Gloria Naylor. She accidentally poisoned her neighbors cat. They had been arguing for a while, having disputes, so the woman felt that it had been done on purpose. Well in that area if they felt that you deliberately murdered a pet, and well what about a person, what if you did the same to a person? Remember pets to many are like family members. The neighbor according to Gloria had connections, but the reality is even if she did not have connections, but a deep concern, and in an area like that a report, and a review of the history could have started passive, or active monitoring depending on what was reported.
The rest is as they say history. I don’t know if Gloria had anything else going on, if this woman had anyone else file a report, but at some point after this incident Gloria noticed the small things, started to complain, they likely listed her as paranoid, higher threat level, higher forms of monitoring, and so forth.
4. Ramona Lopez. She was trying to stop people from selling drugs. She realized the cops were in on it and essentially blew the whistle. Well Ramona depending on where you live, accusing the cops of dealing drugs is a paranoid disorder. We all know the police would never do that. Anyways, she also I think reported being set up for drugs, she argued with the cop if I recall correctly, which can get you listed as EDP. Emotionally Disturbed Person. Infact most of the times when we file these reports with the cops, if you get your records, you might just see them listed as EDP, no further action needed at this time.
A Targeted Individual recently posted his police report, and his complaint about the neighbor above burning him with lasers, got him listed as EDP and referred for mental health. Apparently being burnt from the neighbor above is an impossible scenario.
Remember he was reporting something simple and got listed as EDP, and referred for psychiatric assessment. Ramona Lopez was crossing the blue wall of death and in many areas, especially less affluent areas, you just can’t do that. Reporting the police as selling drugs is a paranoid belief, or so it would have been listed. Anyways she reports her targeting started shortly after trying to blow the whistle, and the rest is history. The more she complained, the more she acted out, the worst it got.
These are just a few cases, I am not an expert, I do not at this moment have conclusive proof that this is exactly how the targeting happening, but when you understand how these teams work, you can go back and get a pretty good idea of what started the targeting and why, and how these teams view the target.
The same is true for Gang Stalking, once you understand how Gang Stalking works, you can hear a target complain about surveillance, being followed, life disruptions, and get a pretty good idea or feel that this is what is likely what is happening to the target. I hope this has given some a better understanding of Threat Assessment Teams and how they work in relationship to Gang Stalking.

Sometimes you have to draw a line. See people complain about the coming new world order, rights and freedoms being systemically removed, and that is all happening, but where do you draw the line?
Do you sit back and cower while these are all being taken away, grumbling in your keyboard, or do you do something about it?
The thing that I have learnt most about being a target is that you have to fight back. You have to be willing to try to protect those things that you hold sacred, or the dogs that they have yapping at our feet will try to destroy that.
As targets we see our lives systemically destroyed, some targets experience such fun things as people breaking into their homes and sabotaging the diabetic medicine for their child. Other experience car accidents, some fatal, some have had car accidents meant for them affect a loved one. We see some strange deaths in the community.
Some of the women in our community speak of being sexually assaulted while in their homes. Activists like Ramona Lopez, who tried to stand up to drug dealers in her community, only to discover that they had the full blessing of the police. Once she tried to stand up, she had her whole like torn apart, including these types of assaults. Others have even made it to the news for the same reason.

Others have been so damaged by the weapons that they use to monitor us that they have had to have eye and other types of surgery. Some have other medical problems due to long term exposure to some of the technology used for monitoring.
Most of society really does not care. They either really don’t understand what is happening, are too shallow to really get it, or they just have never experienced the kind of evil that we see, feel, and are exposed to. That’s fine, but then all that evil needs is for good men to do nothing.
Most people would be shocked and outraged if they were being watched in their homes. Monitored 24/7 like a prison movie, but many do not seem to understand that if it’s not acceptable for them, it should never be acceptable for anyone else. To be monitored in your home, is to give some lowlife individuals access to your person that they would not otherwise have, and it’s just as violating on many levels, as having consistent home break in’s.
Then when it come to partnerships, most targets if they are not already in a relationship have to ensure that they people that they do come across are not intimate infiltrations. People hired to enter their lives, and monitor them on the inside.
If you are lucky enough to find a good partner, then you have to hope that they are sensible. The thing that Cointelpro liked to do the most, and that these programs do is they try to break up relationships. Remember they go after the things that are important to targets. Their friends, families, their financial well being, their ability to support themselves, or those that they love. Their reputations. They will spread any and every type of rumour, and the target hardly ever has the chance to defend themselves.
With new technology they will be able to try to manipulate the dreams of people. There is technology now, that could potentially implant characters, events into dreams. I am not sure how advanced this is yet, but in future you might dream of complete strangers that you don’t know, only to have real life versions of those people manipulatively cross your path. Your subconscious might then be tricked into feeling comfortable around those people. Making them friends. The technology could be used to implant other images, other scenarios. These are sacred places that the state should have no access to, but want to.
As mentioned many times, they are working on mind reading technology, and have even hinted that they wanted to have these installed in airports. It’s scary the technology that is coming up the pipeline to an unaware population.
The thing about resisting and fighting back is that the system does not like it. Be it William Wallace, or any other such character, when you fight back against the system, they see that as an affront to their authority. See the system wants people to cower, to bow before them. They liked scared victimized people. People that are so traumatized and so broken that they will go along with anything. The system is not accustomed to fighters. To people who will hit back. They like to come out with their groups and legions, they love it when it’s not a fair fight. They love to have dozens of informants against one target, and they hope in most cases that target is going to be wimpy and break. What they do not like, and often do not expect are people who will fight back, who will not cower before this system. Yet people like William Wallace, even Jesus for his time did just that, and changed the course of history for those around them.
People can have change, but they have to be willing to fight for it. Targets are in a battle for their existence. The system will and does use every dirty trick out there. They go after our reputations, lives, and the things that we hold precious, sacred. If you thought this was something simple, or that these people are harmless trouble makers, think again, cause you would be severely wrong. These people are destructive, and targets have to do everything that they can in their power to fight back, and to protect themselves from this evil horde.
They are the same now as they have every been, and the only real way to survive, is to fight back, and resist this system in every way possible. It’s not enough at times just not go along with evil, at times you must openly oppose it. The system like cowards, yes men, people who will and do grovel at it’s will. Evil people get advanced, because they will give their full allegiance to this system. Good, decent people get destroyed, they get pushed to the way side, and if this system is every going to change, then people have to stop being unwitting agents in this regard and capacity. They must not assist evil in anyway.
This battle will not be won by sitting back and cowering. I am not even sure people want to win this battle. They like the things the system gives them, just go to the downtown core in any major city on the weekend. The things of this world keep people enslaved, but they like them so much, they would almost be willing to sell their souls for the things of this world. The system can change, but only if people want it to change. If there is not that will, not that desire, then things will remain the same. As long as society keep allowing themselves to be pacified with the things of this world, turning a blind eye to the evils at hand, then the world will be like this, and then you really should not wonder why it is like this. The answer is already there.

Last year there was not much of an Indigo Ribbon Day. The articles that came out in the New York Times and Washington post too the focus away from the event last year, but the articles were important to be responded to. The rest of the year has been spent Bridging the Gap between what the general public understands and what we understand. Getting them up to speed. I think there has been enough information over the last year, that some of the gaps have been filled, now it’s just getting that information out to the public, which targets, local media can play a great role in. The information finally is there, it’s a matter of getting it out there in greater capacity.
Most of yesterday was spent working on the quilt. It’s one of events that was hoped for with the Indigo Ribbon Awareness Campaign and now it’s finally been started.
Starting on the quilt was emotional. Remembering stories like Jeremy Blake, Teresa Duncan, Ruth Goodman, Kyle, even the Jiverly Wong quilt was hard, because some of these people will never get justice for what was done to them. With Jiverly Wong it’s important that individuals like him have a voice, and they be remembered because despite their actions, I don’t believe that people like him, and Kimveer Gill were killers, or would have been without external forces. I believe just like what we see with the workplace shootings these individuals were driven to their ends. I am deeply sorry for their victims, but before they became what some would call monsters, they were victims of the state, and that has to be acknowledged if we are to stop future events like that from happening. That is why they must be included in the quilt.
Anyways, I hope for more uplifting stories, but getting started was interesting.

The Indigo Ribbon Campaign is meant to be a voice to the many innocent targets of Government campaigns, mobbing, Gang Stalking, mind control, Electronic Harassment, etc. The idea behind the campaign is to provide information and awareness.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have domestic terrorist amongst us. They are in use everyday in many democratic countries.

He flew out to California several times pretending he was going to relocate to move in with me. It turned out that he was lying, and was actually stalking me for counter intelligence. His intimidation kept me from writing on the internet for about a year, but then I went back to doing it, refusing to give in to terrorists.
About a year and a half ago I was contacted by another man, Jason Duncan (not sure if this is his real name) made similar contact with me pretending to be a friend interested in discussing spiritual principles. While at my apartment he staked out the neighborhood, and a couple of months later, stalkers moved into the house behind my balcony, built a HIGH wall, and they gather there harrassing me from behind this wall. After one of Jason’s visits with me I became extremely ill (I thought I had food poisening), and was taken to the emergency room closest to my home, very late at night, and was put out with a general anesthetic for 4 hours.
About a day or two later I began to experience people harassing me in my head. I can TELL they are using electronic devices to do so. I do not know where on my body they planted the transmitters, but I have found fake hairs protuding out of the back of my neck and behind my ears. My hairline is not the same as it was before. These tiny hairs come from my temples and go under the skin behind my ears.
These people continue to harrass me in my head, screaming “Stay off the internet” and “we control everything” etc.
They also had me picked up in front of my house by a Long Beach policeman, alone with no name badge, who drugged me, met an LA County sherrif behind a dark building, who was also alone. He got on the freeway. When I asked “where are you taking me?” his response was “someplace fun”.
They took me to a secluded section of LA County Jail where I was brutally beaten, stripped naked, fondled and tortured by male sherrifs, and told over again that “we’re gonna smoke you, n*gger” while guns were brandished in front of me. I was also repeated drugged with something that made me unable to control myself. I was held for 5 days with no phone call until my sister reported me missing. I was then charged with being under the influence of drugs.

Ruth ofcourse died shortly after these events. What brought me back to these stories is the research that I have been doing into the extremist communities. See the government is trying to sell us the next thing to be afraid of. The domestic terrorist. That lone individual that might go off and commit unforeseen terrorism.
However after researching the extremist community, I realise that we in the Targeted Individual community are already dealing with domestic terrorists and we do so ever single solitary day. The extremist that the government are now trying to see are nothing compared to what we are experiencing. If right wing extremists did the above mentioned things to Ruth Goodman, that the government and it’s agents of terror did, she could have gone to the ACLU, and many other organizations to have them investigated and to have the actions against them stopped, but because she was a Targeted Individual, she had no where to turn, and no agency willing to take on her harassers, and eventually she died, under what were listed as unusual circumstances.
Domestic Terrorists use violence and force, to achieve their objectives. As Targeted Individuals we have domestic terrorism being used against us everyday. Many of us do not recognize it as such, but that’s what it is, and our governments, and fellow citizens are using this against us.
Force and Violence.
The force and violence being used against us is two fold. First we have physical violence being used against us, such as when the informants are allowed to use electronic means of harassment. Be it lasers, radar guns, electronic weaponry, the rewiring of the electricity in our apartments, directed energy weapons, or what have you, this is using force and violence.
They also use force and violence when they try to hit some of us with their cars, or deliberately assault us, they use violence when they force Targeted Individuals off the road, killing some and injuring others.
Some of the women in the Targeted Individual community have complained about rapes, sexual assaults.
People have said that their children have been harassed at school, even beaten up sometimes.
Targets are routinely baited, by being banged into, and other forms of physical interference, and incitement.
Noxious chemicals are used to make targets sick and ill.
People’s animals and pet’s have been mutilated, tortured and killed.

Ramona Lopez was an innocent woman who wanted to get drugs off the streets and help her community. For that she was Gang raped in her home, micro chipped, set up for drugs, has experienced Gang Stalking, her very innocent and young grand daughter who was five years old at the time has been micro chipped and harassed. Drive by shootings, intimidation, often times by the police? Does this sound right to you?
If this stuff had gone on in the American south during slavery, there would have been some help, some kind of community to turn to, but because this is being done by the state, there is very little help or assistance. But this is true domestic terrorism. Again if extremists were the ones perpetrating this against Romana Lopez, this would have been stopped a long time ago, and there would have been an outcry, but because these acts of domestic terrorism are being committed by the state, and agents of the state, there is no help for her, and the harassment has continued.
Because Gang Stalking is often multi-generational, you see that her grand daughter had already become a target, and will most likely be targeted. If this was being done by extremist to a family decade after decade, by now there would be an outcry, but there has not been.
These people might not be burning crosses on lawns, wearing hoods, but in my opinion is the actions being committed are 10 times worst, because at least society if such actions as crosses being burnt were committed, society would see it for what it is, but in our cases, the crimes being committed against us are sanctions and carried out by the state, our neighbours and communities and they often do not see the problems with what is being done to us.

Psychological force and violence.
Targets are often stalked. They have false rumours spread about them. Such as being pedophiles, rapists, etc. These rumours leave targets open to physical violence, or assaults.
Targets are often stalked by their community at large, for years at a time even though they are innocent in many cases.
Targets are called names, their privacy is invaded.
Officials such as police and fire fighters are also used as part of the campaign of psychological violence, in some cases to intimidate targets.
They are at times blacklisted because of falsely being labelled.
Their livelihoods are interfered with.

In 2005 my residence was entered by two Federal Bureau of Investigations agents and a North Bend Police Officer. Federal Agent William Soulle and FBI Bomb Technician John Hallock, accompanied by Officer Jeff Bohannen, entered my residence and seized several computers, books, papers, scraps of plastic, paint, glue and other miscellaneous items which were related to what they called an “imminent terrorist threat” and would be used to “determine the intent” of the device I will mention in a moment. This would be the beginning of a five-month long investigation which would include FBI tails, line-taps, surveillance, and in one scenario, being stopped early one morning at an improvised roadblock on a rural road.
So, what did I do to earn the scorn of the Federal Bureau of Investigations?
My friend and I, out of boredom, constructed a device to launch a model rocket. A model-rocket-launcher if you will. According to the FBI, however, we had constructed a lethal and highly-illegal device similar to what was being produced by insurgents in Iraq. News of our “Improvised Anti-Personnel Weapon” (IAW), we would find out, would make it all the way to Washington D.C., to both an anti-terrorist task force at the Pentagon as well as to the desk of the President of the United States of America.
It quickly became apparent that we were in a situation with the U.S. Government that had the potential to be highly-volatile, that could end in arrest and detention in undisclosed locations, or worse.
But, how did it get to this point?
The day Kyle and I finished the device, we decided to test-fire it in what we perceived to be a safe location in the nearby area. The location was ideal. It was on a dirt lot away from any property or timber that could be damaged, an area I had practiced target shooting with my bow years prior. It was an area that a lot of local kids, like I had done, visited frequently to light off firecrackers and shoot slingshots without getting into huge trouble or burning something down.
Kyle and I put the launcher into the cab of my Ford Ranger and, followed by my father (who decided to come along to take pictures), headed to the area which was located just down the road from our house. As we pulled into the lot, the ignition switch was touched somehow and the rocket ignited in the truck, filling the cab with smoke, resembling a particular scene from a Cheech & Chong movie. No damage done. At that exact moment, however, a squad car pulled in behind us and turned his lights on.
My truck was searched, the launcher was seized and given over to the State Police. From there, it was handed over to the FBI in Salem. Little did we know, the property I had been visiting for years was newly-acquired airport property. Now it was a matter of National Security, a matter which would produce search warrants and affidavits issued by the U.S. Department of State, and would begin long and far-reaching federal investigations against all three of us.
During that time I was tailed everywhere I went, my phones were tapped, my mother’s phones were tapped, Kyle’s phones were tapped and my father’s phones were tapped. I was followed in the local area, tailed by unmarked cars as well as police, and even followed on several trips to a location three hours south of my hometown. My email accounts were being obviously monitored and about once a day emails would go missing and reappear, or I would be unable to login to any of my accounts during short periods of time throughout the day. The FBI was not making any attempt to conceal their surveillance measures. I almost completely stopped using phones and e-mail, and rarely strayed from preset courses when traveling in an attempt to identify surveillance vehicles. A word of advice to anyone under investigation…everything is surveillance. Fear ruled my life. I stopped sleeping, I stopped talking, I stopped traveling. I started listening, watching and making note of everything–trusting nothing and nobody. If it looked like a trick, it was…and there was nothing I could do to stop it, so I just had to live with it.
Since that time I’ve been afraid to say anything at all. I know that within the borders of this country, if you are intelligent and eloquent, you are to be considered extremely dangerous.

In this case you might think that they deserved the harassment because they built a simple rocket, but think about your own children, and families and what simple actions could start and investigation? Most times all it takes is the word of an informant, or you standing up for and asserting your rights.
Committed by a group(s) of two or more individuals
The domestic terrorism is carried out by many people. Often these people who are committing these acts are informants. Some are also criminals who are used to commit illegal acts, actions on targets, with the blessing of their handlers. Some are hardcore criminals who are used to rape, or assault, kill, main, or hurt a target, their children or their pets. Many informants would be alarmed or even horrified if they knew about this aspect of the targeting and the true nature of what they were taking part in, but unfortunately because they work as a team with these perpetrators for the state, they are just as culpable and guilty of domestic terrorism as the true fiends, who commit a lot of the deplorable actions.

The acts of retaliation and harassment against whistle blowers have become so wide spread that some

are in the hundreds of thousands. We are activist, whistle blowers, and honest American citizens who

educated blacks and whites who fight for justice for the poor, the elderly, and the youth.
Following my false arrest, I sought help from the Justice Department, the NAACP, my Senators, the
ACLU and the FBI. I sent certified letters to Mr. Mueller at the FBI and to Mr. Gonzales at the Justice
Department at least three times each and never received a response. I am sure that those letters were
never delivered.I traveled to the Justice Department to see the case manager who had found “cause” to
pursue my false arrest case. In Washington, DC, I was denied access to the building by armed guards. A
Florida senator finally responded to my letter and required the FBI to talk to me. Agent John Rowan
called me quite concerned about my situation, and we made an appointment to meet. When I arrived for
my appointment, Agent Rowan was not available, instead, I met with Agent Griffin who promised to help.

Targeted by police, and other political figures. She exposed corruption and child sexual abuse, but was targeted for her efforts and became a Targeted Individual. Her successful political and business career were both destroyed as a result. She also says that her children’s careers are being interfered with as a result of the mobbing she has experienced. If society found out that a group of extremists were running a child pedophile ring, there would likely be an investigation and they would be demonized accordingly, but in many of these cases that I came across, the perpetrators, move forward, and their victims and those who would blow the whistle are the one’s that suffer, and I have to ask myself, why is it like this? Why is it wrong if one group commits these actions, but society ignores, covers up, participates, when it’s being conducted by the state?
Political or social objectives
In this case the political and social objectives that are being achieved vary, sometimes it’s to silence a target. Eg. Many employers are having these investigations opened on employers that will not be silence, whistle blowers.
Sometimes these tactics are used on individuals that do not fit the status quo, and so therefore it’s used to get them to fall in line.
These physical and psychological means work together to achieve the same ends.
We have domestic terrorists amongst us, and in many cases they are those who are working for what they believe is a worthy cause, but in many cases, it’s just domestic terrorism disguised as working towards a worthy cause on innocent individuals.

She was just a lawyer trying to protect the rights of people who had been enslaved, due to drugs being deliberately brought into their communities, by their own government. For her efforts, her life was ruined, her career destroyed, her children were targeted, she fled from state to state, then to Canada, and finally to Israel. This is the true definition of domestic terrorism, and it happens every day to Targeted Individuals.
If an extremist group did half the things that were done to Anita Belle, they would likely be in jail, or under investigation. There would have been some kind of outcry, but because those carrying out the actions were of the state, she was ignored, and the terrorism used against her allowed to continue.
These incidents are not limited, they happen across a wide spectrum and many companies are using these investigations, to destroy employees. Lauren Moret, came across over 500 women, and minority that were being targeted this way by just one company.

Again if an extremist group was going these actions, it would be exposed for what it is. Yet this practice continues in society, endorsed, and encouraged.
As Targeted Individuals we are harassed, degraded, tortured, humiliated, violated, interfered with on a daily bases. The actions of our perpetrators are monstrous, and they are indeed domestic terrorists, but because their actions are sanctioned by the state, our terrorism goes ignored. Those organisations that would be all over our targeting if it was being done by an extremist group, sit silently by and ignore and thus silently sanction what is happening to us.
Domestic Terrorism is happening in our countries, it’s happening everyday. It’s happening to you and to me. Do you think that it’s not your problem?
Remember that these acts of domestic terrorism often lead to acts of violence. If you have not been paying attention to the names in the news, several of the shooters over the last several years, have been those who were under investigation, who could not take their targeting anymore and thus took it out on members of society, who were apathetic to their suffering.

As some will remember Kimveer is now known for the Dawson College shooting. If you go back however and you learn about Kimveer, many people describe him originally as a sweet and quite boy, this did not come about over night. The changes that lead to the shooting were created, and in time he became a killer, but his history does not show that he was this personality type, till driven to these actions, in my opinion, based on much of the research that I have done into this shooting, and this shooter.

What Mr Wong described was close to 20 years of Rumors, slander, lies, provocations, and harassment often by the very people expected to be protecting him.
He spoke of rumours, those same rumours about a bank robbery, him being a drug addict, a loser who lost his jobs, divorced, etc. When I looked into these stories I found that they were not true. There was no bank robbery, but an informant had said he had a drug problem and was going to rob a bank. They spoke of his divorce, but his own parents knew nothing of him ever being married. He had not been fired from either of his job, but these were the rumours and slander that were left to hang in the air about him after his death.
The rumours had been supplied to the papers by the very police he claimed had been stalking him for close to 20 years. If you are familiar with the techniques used on targets when they are under surveillance, you can read the translation of his letter here, and see that he was very clearly trying to tell us what had been happening to him.

Where was society to make the corrections after his death? Instead even into his death the lies and rumours were allowed to persist. Society took no responsibility for the terror that they helped create. He experienced domestic terrorism for close to 20 years, and then finally snapped, and we saw the end result of this in his shooting of all those people, but nothing is getting done to stop these investigations, they are ongoing and worst than ever.
People are being targeted for being Ron Paul supporters, or even for their conspiracy views. Where are the guidelines, where are the agencies to stop these tortures and these abuses from happening? These terrorists in many cases are being manufactured, to incite fear, to justify the existence of these programs, yet where are the agencies to put this type of domestic terrorism in it’s place?

These killings are happening all over the place, and what is behind them in many cases are the same things. Yet we have a complacent media that just writes of these complaints as paranoia, or crazy.
The ACLU now admits these types of investigations are ongoing, but still there is no responsible agency to curtail what is happening.

Targets are still being victimized day in day out. Yet we are being told to fear extremists? As a Targeted Individual, I personally find the actions of these people, these informants to be far more frightening, abhorrent, and deplorable, considering who they are acting on behalf of.
As it is, we must fight this brand of Domestic Terrorism on our own, we must raise our own brand of awareness, fight our own battles, and keep telling our stories of what is happening, day in day out. Only we have the power to help ourselves, and it’s clear that we must, because no responsible agency is going to step in and do it, and our fellow citizens have failed to realise that this is what they should really be looking out for, this invisible, yet truly lethal and insidious brand of domestic terrorism that they are not told about, or warned about.
Domestic Terrorists are amongst us, but they are not often the ones that the state would like us to believe.

Gang Stalking, Sexual Assult, E-harassment
The next thing I wanted to talk about was an Interview Greg Syzmanski did with Ramona Lopez. The interview is from a couple of years ago.
She was a regular mom who saw kids in her community doing drugs. She wanted to help these kids, so she started with some others in the community to help try to get the drugs stopped.

What happened to her was a nightmare. Along the way of trying to stop drugs, she learnt that the officials in the community were actually trying to push drugs on the kids. There she was trying to get the kids off drugs, and the police and others were trying to keep them on drugs.
Well she started to make this known and that is when the trouble started. Her and her friends started to get set up, several of the woman who had tried to help her were set up with narcotics, arrested and placed in jail. She herself was almost set up, but she had tapped the conversation.
She was gang stalked, she actually walked into one of the community policing meetings where they were trying to set her up and demonise her. They didn’t realise that she was the one that they were going to be following around, so they spoke openly about her, saying things that were not true. When they realised it was her, they stopped talking at the meeting.
Her family would later be harassed, they started to electronically harass her, she was drugged with needles, she was gang raped in her home, when she went to file a report about it, they did not want to perform a rape kit, when she reported it to the police, the report when no place. She was constantly stopped by the police, demonised, she even eventually lost her home because of the harassment.
They used everything to silence her and the rest of the people that had tried to help these kids. What she discovered is what many others have discovered, the authorities in these areas were the ones trying to push drugs on the kids.
She also when she went to the doctor found that she had been chipped. She has x-rays of this, and other documentation.
She awoke in the middle of the night on more than one occasion when they were in her home, thinking they had her in a drug like state, she could hear them talking above her. (The scene she described reminds me a lot of what some of the abducties have said about waking up, with people around them. I do think there is a tie in to these scenarios.) She talks about how they can make you pass out. What she is referring to by this is how the electronic pulses can put you to sleep, many targets including myself have experienced this. We will be fully awake and if we are not cognizant of the electronic harassment beginning, we will just fall asleep and awake later. Your energy is just zapped, and you just fall asleep, as if you have no energy. Kind of like a small child being instantly rocked to sleep.
She was still being stalked and harassed, they had gone after her family. She is very credible when you listen to her, and there was no reason for the government to do this to this woman, but they did. The drugs in the community never stopped and she became just one more target of the state, who stumbled upon the truth and was silenced for it.

This blog is going to be about my adventures with gang stalking. I really didn’t choose this adventure, it choose me about six years or so ago. I didn’t ask for it, but I am living it, and so now I will share my adventures with you all.
