The case of Yvonne Hiller demonstrates that many fail to understand the causes and affects of  these workplace shootings.

Yvonne Hiller in my opinion was most likely a Gang Stalking target. What this means is that at some point in her work history she had likely been placed on a notification list. A list that would alert those around her that she had displayed violent or threatening behavior in the past.

Ms. Hiller did have a history of verbal and possible physical altercations in the last few years it’s been reported. Many people will see this and go, well then the list works. Surly if she killed people then she was violent and it was right to put her on the list, but this is the wrong conclusion. The pattern that has been seen, and that is happening is the same pattern the mobbing community identified. Years and years of  psychologically abusive targeting, will cause violent outcomes. Putting people on these notification lists, exposes them to years, and months of harassment. They are exposed to harassment such as being sprayed with chemicals, consistent rumours and slander, such as Ms. Hiller complained about. Harassment that is often very real, but so subtle that it’s almost impossible to prove.

Ms. Hiller had made complaints about workplace harassment, being sprayed by chemicals and other items by co-workers. At home she had the same complaints that chemicals were being sprayed in her home. Her calls to fire departments, and police went ignored. The harassment is meant to be subtle, hard to prove, but this is the same type of targeting that is happening to many others that are listed under these workplace occupational health and safety notification lists. Remember you can end up on these lists via work, school, or the community. Once added your life becomes hell, a systemic cycle of abuse that is hard to prove, and even harder for others to imagine. Cries for help are seen as a sign of mental illness, and every complaint there after is viewed as a need for psychological help. The reality is that once placed on these lists, people are being harassed.

There is a system, a deliberate organized system that is connected, coordinated, and capable of destroying a persons life, with harassment’s that are so subtle, the target can often not prove that any of it was ever happening, and that is the reality. Once added to these community notifications, and workplace listings, you almost create a self fulfilling prophecy.

Organizations such as this probably view cases such as Ms. Hiller and feel that their practices are justified, that their threat assessments do work. The reality is the very nature of these programs are often times driving the end results all over various countries. That is why Gang Stalking targets have popped up all across the internet, and in a variety of countries.

To date awareness has been part of the key to trying to combat what is happening. It took years for it to be recognized that bullying lead to school shootings, more years to realized that workplace mobbing leads to shootings, and how much longer will it take to realize and draw the correct correlation that putting people on these lists are leading to some of these violent community situations and circumstances? You can not put people on lists, and notify those around them, without expecting the harassment and mobbing that it inevitably creates. Individuals have a right to know that they are on such listings. Legally it would give them the ability to fight back, and be properly assessed, but that would likely undermine the agenda that is currently at play.

The listings are often deliberate, they target females and minorities above average. They also target whistle-blowers and those who stand out in some fashion, to a higher degree. Conspiracy sites and extremist sites, are starting to have members pop up with these complaints above average as well. The more outspoken you are, the less you are the type to go along with the status quo, the sad reality is that you have a greater chance in future of being added to one of these lists, by some member of some distant threat assessment team you have never meet. Using these occupational health and safety laws, your reputation and everything you worked for is open to defamation of your character, and the scary part is just like in the former Soviet Union it’s all behind your back, you don’t get to see the evidence against you, whither it’s true or false.

In future as creepy as it sounds, they could even use what people are thinking against them, and it could have no basis in their actual actions. These remote assessments are junk science at best, and dangerous at worst. The reality is they often target people who are being victimized at work and  in the community, etc. These assessments then put all the blame on the victim, saying that the events can’t be proven, it’s all just in their heads, when the reality is the harassment is often happening, and often very real.

The only way this will change is when these lists affect more and more members of society, and they start to encompass a wider scope of individuals, but until them, we are likely to face an increasing number of tragedies such as the one witnessed recently.

The only way this will change is if people speak out, stop keeping the secrets of this system, it’s destroying lives, and it’s causing these end results, that the society then pretends to be so shocked and horrified by.

Jane Clift Case Highlights

This case is great. She was placed on a list. She used the Data Protection Act and Human Rights Act to sue and win her case.

6# The words complained of contain personal information relating to Ms Clift. That is data which is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”). This Act implemented in English law some of the rights recognised by Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (“the Convention”). Later those rights were more fully incorporated into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 (“HRA”). The Council is a public authority. HRA s.6 (1) provides:

“It is unlawful for a public authority to act in a way which is incompatible with a Convention Right”.

Physical Contact. This is an area that some targets might be able to build a case on, in regards to who was given access to their data.

Data Protection Act. Human Rights Act. These are the two acts that she was able to use to file her case.

8# The question in this case is whether, and if so how, the Council must demonstrate that it has complied with its public law duties under HRA (and incidentally DPA) if it is to be able to assert that it has the interest or duty required at common law for there to be a defence of qualified privilege.

This is what the case came down to. The same would likely be true for the Acts in other countries.

EVENTS LEADING TO THIS ACTION

9# As a responsible employer the Council has a policy to protect its employees from violence at work. The policy is set out in a document headed “Safe System of Work (Codes of Practice) H&NS/COP/1.14 Version 1.0 date issued 11/3/03 Violence at Work (Inc Potentially Violent Persons)” (“the Policy”).

This also fell under Violence at Work

15# Mr Kelleher then conducted a number of other interviews. One was with Mr Gulfraz, a friend of Ms Clift. She was accustomed to helping him in making telephone calls and filling out official forms. She was at the time also helping him in a complaint he was making against the Council on a housing matter. He was present at the time Ms Clift made her call to Ms Rashid on 11 August. He heard the whole conversation over the speaker phone. Other witnesses were fellow employees of Ms Rashid. Ms Rashid did not have the phone on loud speaker but her colleagues sitting near her heard her side of the conversation. It was sufficiently unusual to attract their attention.

Witness close to Jane Clift were interviewed. Just like witnesses, family, friends, would be interviewed.

21# Also on 1 December 2005 Mr Kelleher filled out a standard form prepared in accordance with the Policy. It is known as a Violent Incident Report Form.

Same type of reporting form used in other countries as well to document incidents.

22# Mr Satterthwaite is the author of the Policy and the officer of the Council responsible for compliance with Data Protection and other related matters. He maintains the Register. It is a document prepared on Excel spreadsheet software. It contained ten columns and, at the relevant time, about 150 rows. Each row related to a person identified by name and address given in the first two columns. Ms Clift’s name was entered on the Register by Mr Satterthwaite upon information provided by Mr Kelleher. Details of the incident are given in column 5 as “threatening behaviour on several occasions”. The duration for which the person is to remain on the register is given in column 8 and in respect of Ms Clift the period is 18 months. The ninth column contains a title “Risk Rating VH, H, M and L” the entry for Ms Clift is M for medium. Two entries are admittedly inaccurate. The location of the incident is given at column 4 as “via correspondence”. The date of the incident is given in column 6 as “30/11/2005″.

24# The precise means by which the Register was circulated did not emerge clearly in evidence. Ms Clift protested immediately at her inclusion on the Register and asked if there was a right of appeal. She was informed there was not. In a letter dated 13 December 2005 Mr Satterthwaite (signing himself as Data Protection/ Health and Safety Co-ordinator) explained his decision in terms which implied that the Register had already been circulated by that date, as might be expected. Some information as to whom the Register had been shared with was given in that letter. More detailed information as to the publishees is not recorded in the form of an email before one that has survived dated 27 January 2006.

Health and Safety Co-ordinator did not give her the chance to appeal, so she took it to court.

30# The letter dated 13 December 2005 from Mr Satterthwaite to Ms Clift includes the following:

“Re – your letter dated 10 December 2005 – PVP Marker

A request for information that you sent to the Council, has been passed to me to answer, as I am the Data Controller for the PVP register.

Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1992), we have a duty of care to ensure that we do not put our employees into situations that may cause them physical or mental harm…

This register is shared between the Council’s Health and Safety co-ordinators to distribute on a need to know basis to managers, (especially those services that interface with our customers) so they can take the appropriate actions to protect their staff. This register is also sent to our partner organisations that may provide a service on our behalf (i.e. Slough Accord, Interserve, NHS Primary Care Trust and The Community Safety Partnership). Once the time limit has expired, using the same communication chain, a request is made that all traces of the warning marker is removed from the individual’s name.

This is what get’s distributed, and this is the same wording in most of the documents that I have been reading up on.

31# That letter reflects guidance from two sources. Whether it does so correctly is another matter. The first source is the Policy. This includes what, in another context, would be called sentencing guidelines, listing the activities that may render a person liable to have a violent person marker placed on their file and the “set period” said to be commensurate with the activity. The second document is one issued by the Information Commissioner covering five pages, entitled “Data Protection Act 1998 Compliance advice Violent Warning Markers: used in the public sector” (“the Compliance Advice”).

32# Ms Clift pursued her rights of access and sought further information under the Data Protection Act. By a letter dated 11 January 2006 Mr Satterthwaite wrote as follows:…..

Mainly social services related activities – Supporting People, Community Mental Health Team and Community Nursing

– Community Safety Partnership

Neighbourhood Wardens

Disclosure was made to the above organisations as they may all have cause to visit your address, for face to face contact. A good example of this is one of the many satisfaction surveys carried out.

She wrote the request under the Data Protection Act. Note her file was shared and distributed to quite a few people.

42# After further submissions on the questions to be asked of the jury counsel agreed that I should direct them as follows:

“If you assess damages, then you take into account circulation to 30 people for the e-mail and 150 for the Register. You leave out of account the remainder of the 66 to whom the e-mail was addressed unless you answer question 2 yes [in other words unless they find malice].

If you answer yes to question 2, you take into account all 66 people to whom the e-mail was sent and 150 for the Register”.

THE DATA PROTECTION ACT AND THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT

These two acts played heavily into her defense.

43# The first proceedings brought by Ms Clift were in the County Court under the DPA. She commenced those proceedings on 13 January 2006 alleging that the Register was inaccurate. Those proceedings have been stayed to await the outcome of this libel action.

This is what Jane Clift had to do to clear her record.

(a) The widespread publication of information that a person is ‘violent’ and their inclusion on a register of ‘violent persons’ is a serious interference with that persons Article 8 rights which requires cogent justification.

(b) Ms Clift had never used violence towards the First Defendant’s employees and had never threatened any such employee with violence. No employee had complained about Ms Clift’s conduct and no contemporaneous ‘Violent Incident Report’ relating to Ms Clift had been completed by any person.

Point 46. interference with a persons Article 8 rights.

47# There followed a plea of malice which is summarised in para 2 above. The plea of publication set out the facts I have already recited in relation to the circulation of the e-mail with the Register as an attachment on 27 January 2006. The next paragraph material to be cited reads as follows:

“10 The Register entry and the e-mail were distributed excessively widely to persons and bodies with whom [Ms Clift] had no contact and had no interest in [Ms Clift].

When I have no contact with individuals across boarders, why is my information shared with them? Clients or associates in other countries should not have this information disseminated, but they are.

50# Nevertheless, it is appropriate to set out the terms of the draft amendment as follows:

“12A Further by publishing the e-mail and the Register Entry the [Council] has interfered with [Ms Clift]‘s rights under Article 8 (1) of the European Convention on Human Rights without such interference being justified under Article 8 (2) and as a result its actions were unlawful under Section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

The targets in European countries could start to look into this via data protection and Human Rights Conventions, Articles 8 and 6. See a lawyer first.

66# It is understandable that Mr Beggs should have ordered his arguments as he did. The Council has policies on both health and safety, and on data protection. Mr Kelleher and Mr Satterthwaite made the decisions they did make after considering these policies. Mr Satterthwaite directed himself on the law of health and safety at work, and on data protection, as set out in the Policy and the Compliance Advice. He did not mention the law of libel. Whether or not Mr Satterthwaite directed himself correctly is an issue for the court. But it is understandable that the Defendants should wish to be judged by the law which they understood to be applicable. Mr Beggs may also have taken the view that the course I adopted in the Westminster case at para 151 would be difficult to support. If so, he did not say that.

Health and Safety at work.

75# Mr Beggs submitted that the Council owed a duty to ensure the safety of their staff. He cited Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 ss.2 and 3 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (SI 1999/3242), in particular regulations 3-5 and Schedule 1.

Health and Safety consistently cited throughout this whole case, used for justification.

90# The absence of a system of monitoring to whom the Register was published means that the Claimant may not be able to prove the full extent of the publication. The onus of proof is upon her, and if she is unable to discharge it, that cannot be relevant to the defence of qualified privilege that might be available in respect of other publications which she can prove.

A disgraceful lack of oversight is what I like to call it.

94# Para 16 provides that:

“Data controllers should ensure that only those members of staff who are likely to come into physical contact with a potentially violent individual, through visits or by meeting in open plan reception areas, or who can otherwise demonstrate a need to know, have access to violent warning marker information. So for example where a member of staff is required to visit a potentially violent individual, at this point they should be advised of this fact”.

Physical contact. There is that word again.

98# The Compliance Advice does not assist on the definition of violence or violent behaviour. The Policy gives what it states are “Examples of violent behaviour covered by the Code of Practice”. They include: “Shouting, Swearing, Racial / Sexual Abuse, Threats, Pushing, Spitting, Object Thrown, Damage, Hostage and Actual Violence”. These are all things which an employee should expect to be protected from. But to refer to them all as examples of violence, or even potential violence, gives an extended definition of that word. It normally connotes at least a threat of physical force, and one which is meant seriously.

An expanded definition of violence. So shouting by someone’s standards could get you and did help to get Jane Clift on the list. You have to be so very careful with these individuals.

109# Documents are now normally held and communicated electronically. It is easy and common to circulate by e-mail to very large numbers of people, within (and outside) an organisation, information which, in the past, would have been addressed in a letter or memo to very few. It is therefore much more likely than in the past that information will be communicated to persons to whom no duty is owed, or who do not have a legally sufficient interest in receiving the information. It was in order to address this change in practice that the data protection legislation was introduced, first in a limited form in 1984, and then as it is now in DPA. HRA was not specifically targeted at this issue, but it undoubtedly applies to it.

How far and wide is information getting shared? This is going to be an interesting question to look into. I get the feeling with limited oversight, they are using this to smear targets left, right and center.

112# The historical cases show that the values set down in the Convention in 1950 as rights under Articles 8 (including the right to reputation) and Article 10 (including the right of freedom of expression in the giving of references and warnings) were not invented in 1950. These and some other Convention rights can be traced back, not only to the American Bill of Rights and the French Declaration in the eighteenth century, but also to the very beginnings of English law. So one thing that HRA has achieved is to provide a means through which the courts can review the relative priority that the common law gave to those rights (which it already recognised), and adjust those priorities to meet contemporary needs.

This case was very interesting. Lot’s of good points, targets might be able to use. Check with a legal expert.

117#

On the one hand looms the probability, often amounting to a certainty, of damage to the individual, which in some cases will be serious and may indeed be irreparable. The entire future prosperity and happiness of someone who is the subject of a damaging reference which is given carelessly but in perfectly good faith may be irretrievably blighted. Against this prospect is set the possibility that some referees will be deterred from giving frank references or indeed any references.”

Yes slander can ruin your life.

120# The DPA has created new statutory rights which are in no way related to employment or other relationships, although they affect such relationships. That Act requires attention to be focussed on the rights of those who are the subjects of references and warnings, as well as on the rights of those to whom the references and warnings are addressed. Personal data must be processed (which includes disclosed) “fairly and lawfully”, and it must be accurate: see Sch I. There are extensive provisions on the interpretation of these and other principles and a number of statutory instruments containing further provisions. I shall not consider these further, because Mr Tomlinson made no submission based upon them. He confined his submissions to the new rights and duties created by the HRA, which apply to the defendant council, but would not apply directly to a private sector employer.

Wow you mean people can’t just create fake incidents, data must be accurate? Guess it’s time to start reviewing some files and see what is actually out there. What has been said, attributed to individual files vs what is accurate. There has to be a way to do a class action for inaccurate information, especially if there is a systemic practice that is occurring.

128# The jury answered No to each of the first three questions: they rejected the defence of justification and the allegation of malice. They awarded damages of £12,000 to Ms Clift. So, Ms Clift left court with her reputation vindicated and Mr Kelleher left court without a stain on his reputation.

How do you get placed on a list?

There are a few ways.

*Someone reports you as a drug dealer, terrorist, pedophile, crazy. They report an incident. A community investigation is opened.

In a normal society this should go on for a few months and be over with, but in the case of Jiverly Wong, this went on for close to 20 years, and in the lives of many others it goes on for years as well, never ending, and it’s used to harass an innocent person.

*The workplace. Someone reports a violent incident. You create a harassment complaint, they decide that you are just delusional and decide that you might go violent. A report is filed.

I should add that based on what I have come across in the research, it seems as if workplaces and educational facilities are routinely using this as a retaliatory method. They use it to target people who file complaints. Most workers have no idea that such lists exist.

This is not just happening in American workplaces either.

*Universities are also reporting people, and filing reports.

In the workplace and universities, from what I have seen quite a few outspoken females are getting targeted. Minorities, and other single individuals. Men that are smart outspoken, and ofcourse the whistle-blowers. Many I  assume who are not aware of the system that is currently in place. If this is the case could informants be specifically targeting non informants for harassment, or using this program specifically to weed out from the universities, and workplaces, the outspoken, radicals, whistle-blowers, non compliant?

From previous research I know that colleges and universities have been infiltrated with these types of agents, along with the normal citizen informants. Could some be working an alternative agenda?

A lot of the targeting starts with mobbing, harassment, the target tries to file a complaint, get’s targeted more. Maybe they say something, lash out, or just seem angry due to the mobbing. This system is being used unfairly, just like we saw with some zero tolerance programs, that were used to specifically target minority children.

Most of the targets seem to come from these three areas. Workplace, Educational outlets, and the community.

In Canada and the U.S. they have workplace safety and standards guidelines that are similar to what is in place in the U.K. Similar reporting systems to what the U.K. has in place.

As we saw in the Jane Clift case, once on a list, your name pops up if you call the police, ambulance, doctors, ect. Employers, Landlords and a variety of others are given similar information about you.

In the U.K. this marker can be something that the victim is make aware of, but in other instances they are not.

Most communities as shown before have networks of informants. These informant networks are working with other community programs.

In addition to these newly formed alliances, as the ACLU has pointed out, they are opening spying on innocent members of our society.

Informants due to various police initiatives are in every community.

So these networks operate and are in place, using the one handed sign language. The informants then feel empowered, they patrol the neighborhoods, and other areas. Since these networks are already in place, it is therefore not necessary to hire hundreds of people to follow one person, they just go about their regular patrols, and once a target enters their place of employment, business, community, or other location, the citizens are place on alert.

To the target it seems as if hundreds of people have been hired to follow just them, but the reality is, this informant network is and has been in place, and once you are on the radar, they just shift attention to you.

Eg. In Stasi Germany a large part of the state was devoted to spying, if the state added one more target, they did not need to hire hundreds of people, the network is already in place.

This can be done with phone calls, I have seen this happen, the community you are in is alerted that a pedophile, mentally disturbed person, drug dealer is in their area. They get phone calls as you pass through the area, thus some will go stand out on the porch to be visual look out, report back what you are doing.

The foot patrols alert the business, thus why we are followed into stores, they use the one handed sign language, maybe stay to see if there is an incident they can make themselves useful for and report. In other cases, they are around to create an incident, and report that.

Keep in mind that the very concept of being monitored and under this kind of surveillance 24/7 is enough to make any sane person act out. Add to this that the informants are told to circle you, sit near to you, follow you, and they don’t try to do it very subtly, a target is bound to notice.

Somewhere along the lines our societies were taken over. We helped. Without firing a bullet, or invasion, these countries have become what East Germany and other countries were.

The gaslighting of targets is illegal. Yet in WWII we saw a government create over 500 ways to mess with Nazi sympathizers. Similar tactics were used under VIK.

The police, firefighters, community members are all in on it. Just like Nazi Germany, they have this false sense of community, that they are doing something good. Yeah we got that crazy drug dealer out of town. We protected our community. In reality you drove someone like Jiverly Wong to the point that the was capable of mass murdering lot’s of people. Yeah you, don’t you feel good about yourselves?

These programs are not all bad, back in the day, that is what you did. If a pedophile was in town, you took some community action to get rid of the pervert, and never gave it a second thought you were protect yours, and that was that.

Though this might be still happening in some cases, the targets I come across are innocent. The lack of oversight of these programs, means that it’s being used to destroy innocent lives. The citizen informants never give it a second thought. Many never see the dirty under handed, smoke and mirrors used to set up targets to make them look crazy, like drug dealers, or pedophiles. They just unquestioningly believe what they are told.

I come across a lot of Woman that are single where this is being used to shut them up, rape them in other cases, and drive them to suicide or mental institutions in other.

I hear cases of abusive ex’s that got someone targeted. If you know how the system works you can manipulate it.

I come across minorities, who feel this is being used to target them. Lot’s of minority men and women.

I also come across whistle blowers. This is being used to target them.

The staged incidents and gaslighting are illegal, but since it’s crazies, pedophiles, drug dealers, who is going to believe them? The moment you call the cops too often, they also flag people. So it feels like you against the world literally. You know you are being harassed and followed, but most lawyers will not help, just like when McCarthyism was happening. The ACLU will not help. These programs do have a specific degree of secrecy, but not so that they outweigh the rule of law and justice.

Again this system is being used across the board, so I have come across people with extreme views, conspiracy views,  where this was used. Anyone outspoken, who is not following the status quo, this can be used against. Just like it was in Russia.

I think legal is the best way to go.

Use the U.K. example, find a lawyer who will confirm that there is such a list in your area, and then try to find the procedure if you are on such a list for getting off. The woman in the U.K. spent four years, clearing her name, and that was with proof that she was on a list. Most don’t have such proof.

Remember each area does it’s own thing, each person feels individually empowered to monitor the target the way they see fit. In many cases this includes electronic monitoring/harassment.

In addition to that, these people try to play James Bond, and in addition to innocent citizens who are just trying to do a good job, and protect their communities from being taken over by bad elements, you also have complete morons, and psychopaths in others cases, who are given access to innocent individuals who in most cases have no idea what is going on.

Pushing for legislation that makes it mandatory to alert people that they are on such lists might help in some cases. This is close enough, that legally we should be looking into this channel.

Remember the ACLU has confirmed investigations of innocent individuals are happening. In the U.K. they have exposed how the anti-terror laws are being abused, to include full investigation of individuals.

Many of our citizen informants that we encounter on the road, just think they are part of some great powerful network keeping dangerous people at bay. Then there are those who know the real game, those who set up targets. Also just like Germany, you have informants who bait targets, so they can act out. If they do it’s another marker, or jail, or a mental hospital, maybe even death. Remember the more crazy people, drug dealers, pedophiles, terrorists, the more funding, the bigger the network.

Employees and others have been using this practice for years, to destroy lives. Woman, minorities, whistle-blowers seem to be prime targets, but it’s not limited to them. If you read Leuren Mowet’s story, she knew 500 people, who had similar investigations opened on them, which was used to systemically destroy their lives.

If you look at the article make a stink see a shrink you will see that psychiatric reprisals is being heavily used in democratic countries.

If you visit the site Psychologist Ethics, you will see that psychiatrists were even willing to try to have one of their own declared as crazy, just because she blew the whistle.

Is it conspiracy research?

Groups of people being followed around by informants? People doing little things to make them look crazy, or despicable? It sounds conspiracy at first, but if you read the research, I consistently back up what I say. Wither it’s reporting on the violent persons registry, or discussing how people are having full scale anti-terror investigations opened up on them for simple things like missing work, or for living in the wrong community. So I am not a conspiracy theorist in that regards, cause I do back up the research, and show cases, that are similar or near exact to some of the things that Targets report.

I have even shown that in the past, governments have used citizens to gaslight, or specifically target others to hasten an agenda. Using a program called VIK the U.K. government used Americans to target other Americans. They came up with over 500 ways to mess with targets. This again was a government initiative. I am just crazy/Skizo then? I mean how can I believe that I am being targeted in this way right? Well I believe it cause it’s true. I can back up information with the research online, and sources at times have given bit’s of information here and there. I am not crazy, I am not skizo. Yet I have it on good authority that without me ever having seen a psychiatrist in any capacity, remotely I have been deemed a danger or crazy. Much of this label comes from me standing up to workplace mobbing, which was deliberate and very targeted. So after all those terms, the latest is Radical. When did I become a radical? I don’t agree with the term, cause I guess radical always put me in mind of the Black Panthers. I grew up thinking that they were anti-government trouble makers, who hated cops. This was such a misconception, I am now ashamed that this was how I veiwed them. This however is the picture that society painted of them.

The reality is that the panthers were kids. When they organized they were 17 and up, most in their teens and early 20′s. They also did not organize cause they hated police, they organized because they hated what was being done to them, and people like them in their community. Their goals were not to become anti-government extremists, no. A large part of what they did were things like free breakfast program for their community, and all these other good acts of kindness, but they were exterminated, demonized, and that is what I guess you could say radicalized them.

I guess they were radicals, but not cause they wanted to be, but because they were made to be.

So back to me. I spent the last few days thinking about this, cause I wanted to give a good answer. Like most I grew up believing the government was good, society was great. I wanted all the normal material things. I believe I lived in one of the best countries, and then cities on the planet. My life goals were simple, I wanted to find my mate, get married, and contribute to society. Simple goals, straight forward agenda, and then that changed.

I first noticed the targeting via workplace mobbing, this goes back at least a decade, and was part of the worst time in my life. The first time that I decided to try to take action it was hell, and it really shook me to the core. It was horrible that people could treat others in such a way, and yet most of the mobbing was subtle, proving it was a joke, and finally I left that job. The problem was it did not stop, at the next job the same mobbing scenario. But how? I mean it’s not as if people could communicate via some sort of network or something. Initially I just thought it was rumors traveling, you run into the odd person, who knows such and such and it goes from there. That’s what I initially thought, I know different now.

The next time the mobbing started, I was going to take a stand, and file a suit if it needed that. My employers did not stop the mobbing, I went through all the standard channels, a mistake in retrospect, they did not take the complaints seriously. Unknown to me they were using the complaints to paint me as delusional, but I was being mobbed, daily.

I finally took action outside of thee workplace and thus the wonderful world of Gang Stalking began. But I didn’t know about Gang Stalking then, but I did clue into the fact that my conversations with Lawyers were making it back to my place of employment. There was some kind of surveillance in my apartment, and yes I was being followed on the streets.

While this was going on, I had grown stronger, even if I could not win my complaint against my employer, “which I eventually just dropped due to the Gang Stalking harassment, and being tortured in my home”, at least I could help others. I could have gone forward with my case, but there was collusion, and it was happening in high places, and this made no sense. Since that time it makes perfect sense. Others have noted the same things. The patterns I had experienced were identical to many online. The perpetrators of the mobbing getting promotions, the fact that my information was out there, and an obvious interference pattern. However though until I came across the Gang Stalking information, the details about surveillance, that I had noticed, the seeming participation of people close to me, none of that made sense, then some of the pieces of the puzzles fell into place.

At that stage I was still just looking for a quick fix. I realized it was retaliation from my employer, but the surveillance network made no sense, how could so many people be taking part. See they are informants, and as you move through town, through their sections of the community, stores, etc, they are given little alerts about you. You are followed into stores, and hand signals are silently communicated, all this turned up via the research.

Your whole circle of family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, etc are contacted. Apparently you never have to be evaluated by a professional to be deemed as crazy. And why would an employer, or other nemesis that is trying to shut someone up, not be tempted to paint that person as crazy?

From what I have read, many people feel that family and friends really let them down in these cases. To be fair, if you are contacted by an official that your family or close friend could be a danger, threat, pedophile, etc. Most people would be tempted to co-operate believing that they would have a fair investigation, and not co-ordinated, underhanded, systemic destruction.  Some might even give destructive testimony, unwittingly or deliberately damaging that person in question.

The research. Let’s talk about that. I was never anti-government, but the research turned up some surprising things. Not only that this is systemic. This happens in many democratic countries, but this is happening to bright, intelligent people. Many are being systemically eliminated. That is a conspiracy. Be it workplace mobbing, which can lead to reports of Gang Stalking, people were being unfairly picked on, targeted, and eliminated. When I say eliminated I mean, driven to suicide, put in jail, falsely labeled as crazy, and locked away. Others were being provoked on the street, and much like the Nazi’s did to Jewish people, provoked and then when they lashed out put in jail. Others were getting into fatal accidents, many were deliberately being made systemically poor, having our life dreams and goals wiped away. That was bad enough, but in many cases, cause a lot of us live alone, our women were getting sexually assaulted. People like Ramona Lopez were raped. Jesus Mendoza documented how he had to watch his little girl get tortured, how he had to watch her scream at night, be burnt in her bed, and as a parent not be able to do anything, cause of what they were doing.

I read about Leuren Moret a whistle-blower and her experience with Livermoor Labs. She stated that in addition to her, there were about 500 other women and minorities that she was aware of who were also targets of the university. They also had their lives systemically destroyed the same way that she did. Again one more story that shed light on this being a systemic policy for dealing with those who do not all in line, who do not follow the status quo.

This was not only systemic, but it had in many cases proven to be mulit-generational. Meaning if you stand up to the system, and you have kids, those kids have a good chance of being targeted. I also read about Jeremy Blake and his lady, and their golden suicides, which I also don’t quite believe. I realized again just what this system is truly capable of, and why it must be changed, or stopped. It’s not right, it’s malignant for many, but many others protect it, give their allegiance to it, and would gladly fight for it.

With story after story, after story, after story, I saw a picture as brutal as any other oppression, as needful of exposure, and something that was hard, or going to be almost near impossible to prove. I realized we were up up against a system, and that system was not some shadow group. It was not vigilantes, it was not extremists, it was our own governments, and this system that has been set up. It’s not that different than what was done in Russia to many, or even the former East Germany. In America those who saw McCarthyism, or even Cointelpro up close should have no trouble believing it, and yet many ignore this.

Outside of Gang Stalking, I researched many other topics, Pedophile rings, Senator DeCamp and the amazing work he did trying to expose a pedophile ring, and the fate of those victims. Senator DeCamp also realized that he was up against a system, and he rightfully wondered if that system had become too corrupt. I read about Gary Webb, and his wonderful reporting, that got him demoted in his job till he had to quit, how he was found with a bullet to the head, yet another suicide, which I don’t believe for a moment. I read about the fate of the victims of the CIA drug smuggling. How they were silenced and dropped the lawsuit. I read about the fate of the African American female lawyer who tried to take on the CIA. Anita Belle lost everything. Her home, her career, he country, he livelihood. She tried to stand up to the system and it attacked.

All along the cyber collective consciousness, I found proof of what I was talking about. There is a system in place, that keeps everything in place, that system is corrupt and needs fixing. That system is protected, very powerful, but very evil. That system is being run by governments, their security forces. Do I believe every politician is evil? Heck no. De hamp, people like Cynthia McKinney and others have come up against this before, there are many out there who really don’t realize that their is a problem. If they do become aware, they would rather believe that evil forces have taken over the government, or that we can work within the system to fix it.

I don’t care what you believe, my job right now is doing what I have always done when I see a problem or a system of injustice. I try to make a difference. I am trying to help fix it. I am making people aware. I have been like this my entire life. I am fairly sure it’s who I have always been meant to be, and who I will always be.

So when did I become a radical? If you must call me this, and I hate labels, then I guess I have always been this way, I have been this way my entire life. If I see injustice, I try to stand up to it, expose it, make a slight difference if I can. If I see a bully I will try to stand up to them, to the best of my ability.

So let me throw this question back out there to you all. Why are you not a radical? Do you not believe that there is a problem? A conspiracy? Do you feel powerless? Why are you not out there telling the truth, cause at the end of the day, that is all that I am doing. I am telling the truth, and just trying to expose a system that has become terribly corrupt. A system that truly needs fixing. So if you see me as a radical, and not yourself, then ask yourself this. Why are you not a radical?

Male Rape. Part 3.

Over crowded Prisons.

American prisons went from semi reasonable numbers to being the overcrowded, violent, dangerous places they are today. This in large part due to the war on drugs.

The aspect of American jails that gets joked about, brushed aside, but not discussed in a serious enough manner is that of male rape.

Racism in Prison.

Apparently prisons are divided along gang line, racial lines, and so forth, so it turns out it’s a wonderful breeding ground for racism. Apparently many enter the prisons ignorant of racism or without any gang affiliations and in order to survive that is one of the things that happens you join a gang, crew or stick to your own kind along race and color lines. Thus why any attempts to desegregate prisons have to take this into consideration. They also have to take into consideration that this set up in some ways is ued for protection of some prisoners to stop other groups from brutally raping some group members.
The Rapes themselves happen in a variety of ways. Some of them are physically forced rapes, some are threats, some are extortion, many are psychological or praying on vulnerabilities. I was surprised that many of the same techniques that are used on women in society are also used in these jails. Meaning that rape is not always about force, it’s often about getting power over your target. Men in jail do use force, but they also use psychological techniques to break down their targets and to get them to submit, or become indebted to the aggressor.

Part of what happens with rapes along race lines is likely what is playing a part in changing attitutes and creating racism in these jails. Eg. White males, young males, gay males, and effiminate looking males are prime targets for sexual assults and rapes. However there are no hard and fast rules, in jail anyone can be a target.

Dividing along race lines can provide some protection, but only so much, because men are then often hit upon by members of their own groups for sex as a means of protection.

HIV/AIDS
HIV is a very real concern for the US prison authorities. An estimated 2% of the US prison population is HIV-positive – a prevalence four times greater than that of the general American population. The exact prevalence of HIV in prisons varies from state to state: in New York 7% of inmates are infected with HIV, compared to less than 1% in California.
This is a real problem in prison, the prison population has a 4-7 times higher HIV rate than the general population.

I found what I thought might be a correlation between the higher rates of HIV in the black African/American population and the incarceration rates. I was happy to find a couple of articles on this and one study.

What I also found surprising is the number of men estimated to be having male on male sex willingly or unwillingly behind bars. Some research has it at 50%

Remember there are 2.1 million men behind bars. if the studies are correct that would be about 1.5 million at any given time engaging in male on male sex at some point, in many cases unwillingly and unprotected. When I say unwillingly, I mean that outside of forceful rapes, and psychological cohesion, some men do engage in male on male sex, but if they were not forced to for protection, many men would not choose to engage in male on male sex.

The men are being released back into the communities and then they are infecting new partners. This most likely why there is a rise in HIV amongst the black population

It seems along with create more racism for society, prisons are also likely the main reasons for higher HIV rates in the Black African American community based on reentry of the prison population, back into communities.

I have been doing little things to fight back recently. The informants are still trying to mess with every aspect of my life, I find them disgraceful, I find the society disgraceful, because it allows such.

I have a client who is long over due paying some funds, but refuses to as instructed by the informant force. I have rallied back with revoking business services till payment is rendered. Now the informant force are doing everything they can to try to get me to bend on this matter. They seem to think that if they just keep messing with my life I will suddenly bend, and see things their way. Keep trying away, it just makes me more determined, I hate to watch such people triumph over others. Their actions remind me of specific cases that I have heard where they (the controlled courts) give a child to a known pedophile because the pedophile is one of theirs and the other parent was not cooperating with them, or refused to put up with abuse anymore. I have heard cases such as this, they truly are vermin and this system truly is corrupt. It’s disgusting, but this system does not care about morals, it cares only about compliance and ownership of people. 

Anyways I have been doing little things lately like filing complaints about every thing that they do, the same way they give us no room, we must do the same thing back to them into a corner the same way they would us. I don’t mean for targets to become hate filled people, but to sit back and watch injustice day after day is a little too much for the human soul.

Yesterday I let some of that hate hang out. I have been trying to not be a hate filled person. I have been trying to do the right thing, to remember to rise above the hate, but they really deserve what they get. I can’t feel sorry for them, because I realise that this is ongoing because so many people are complacent with it. Just like the abuse of children and those societies that kept it secret, and I am disgusted. Just because this system has always been like this does not mean that it should continue to be like this, and just because the silence you now keep is similar to the silence people kept about the mafia at one point, not talking about it, or denying it’s existence, does not mean it has to always be like this. I realise that people have the ability to change this if they want to, but currently they are not choosing to, and that just makes me angry.

I am a pretty nice person, but how long day in day out can you watch injustice before you become truly disgusted and truly hateful? I really try to remember not to become hateful, because that’s another trap that I absolutely don’t want to fall into.

So yesterday I let the hate all hang out. I wrote down everything that I was feeling about the informants and how I hoped they would pay for all the horrors they have caused. I hoped and I wished that the worst things would happen to them. I know that’s just so opposite to what Christianity teaches, but I am human and they really are making themselves worthy of my despise. I wrote for like 15 minutes straight, and it felt good. I just let the hate all hang out, and it was like an enema for my soul, it just released all the bad negative, hateful things that I had been hanging on to, trying to not let myself surrender to. I let it all out and it’s not mine anymore. (Well it’s a work in progress. One just logged onto my computer and I just let them have it. I really do think that they are vermin, and I really don’t like them, but I have to rise about it.) 

I woke up this morning and I felt so much better. Yesterday I followed up my release with catching up on some of the websites, and contacting some lawyers. (Whenever I start emailing lawyers oddly enough my emails stop working, or I don’t hear back.) I believe that since the ACLU has acknowledge that investigations are happening on innocent citizens, and they can go on for some time, with no one taking responsibility that targets have a better chance of using this to get legal help. See they don’t like it when we get legal help, or start to try to take legal action, so I believe this is the way to go. They also do whatever they want till you smack them back. Everytime they have gotten out of line, and I have taken direct action, they have fallen back. So be it reporting them repeatedly for things I can report them for, or documenting any noise, better to record, document, then report, it’s stopped. See if there is any chance that they will be caught or discovered they fall back. They are like those people who wear masks to commit their evil deeds and if they are unmasked or if there is the chance that they will be unmasked they don’t like that, so you have to use what you can against them.

These people are so funny, they would be the first to pretend that they are doing something for the betterment of society, but they are the most hateful people. They say hi in the hallways, but make sure to record every move you make, and they work with those who would try to come into our homes and poison our food, or do other destructive things. (I will never forget the story of the women who found that they had messed with her child’s diabetic medication.)  See people are quick to target people who say things out loud. It’s popular to target extremist sites or what they call hate sites, but over the last three years, I have not met anything so hateful as these people. They pull their hate crap on the down low. They pretend to be good citizens, they pretend that we have some kind of normal society, that it’s not some twisted freakish mess, that harbors a creepy secret. They pretend that they are decent, but if you look at what they allow to happen to Targeted Individuals at every level of society, they are the truly hateful ones, they are just good at masking it.

I have made some peace with the fact that the world has been like this for some time, I am clear on this fact, and I don’t dwell on it. This has been going on for generations, this is not new, only my awareness of it. However I refuse to be accepting of people and their complacency. I will not accept that anymore than I accept people who are complacent with letting little kids get hurt and harmed. Society is like this, because it’s been allowed to be like this. Sure many would like to do something to change this, but many others are so comfortable with the way things are. They protect the system and that is why this remains. It’s not because they don’t know, it’s because they are all too aware, and they know what can happen if they try to interfere with the system. Also many don’t want to interfere, they like it, it gives vermin power they would not have in any decent functioning society.

People think it’s wrong to say hateful things, and they are quick to target so called extremist sites, but I like my extremism where I can see it. I think sometimes having a place or being able to let it all hang out can be a good thing. I think in fact if we did not have places where people could let it all hang out, we might have bigger problems in society. I know for me, getting it all out helped, I feel cleansed. I think in some ways when you try to suppress people, or they feel that they can’t say what they wish you potentially create more problems than you solve. I am not saying let free flowing hate go unchecked, but I am starting to realise that sometimes being open where we can see and be negative just might solve a lot more problems than they create in society.

For me there is nothing more hateful and creepy right now, than the good citizens of the society who are in league with evil. They go along willingly in some cases unwilling in others with what is happening to thousands of people. It’s so gross. They pretend to be good, to have some kind of morals, but it’s a joke. Because they know what’s happening and they go along with it to protect themselves and this system. They smile pretend to be good, but work in conjunction for evil. I finally just got disgusted, because it is hypocritical.

We lie and we pretend that our society is not doing what others have done in the past, and it’s not acceptable. We like to bury our heads in the sad, enacting draconian laws about what people can say, and think, but then on an underlying hidden level, we commit all this true evil, and just because it’s not open we then get to think and pretend that we are good, but we are not.

This targeting has given me some real perspective. Right now I am prayerful again. I don’t want to let hate become who I am, I have come too far, but it’s good to recognise this aspect, and that’s why I have to focus on finding ways to overcoming such a hateful and destructive system.

I am saddened by much of what I have seen, by much of what I now understand about society and how it really functions. Yet I also know that we must retain hope.  Change can happen but not if people are in denial or happy with the way that things are. Change will only happen if people understand and acknowledge that there is a problem. Till then the usual suspects will just continue to be sacrificed to the system, and much of society will go about their business with a pretend blind eye, hoping that their turn never comes.

This is just a quick update of a much longer post what does it mean to be a Targeted Individual. The only thing of warning I wanted to update is that for the females out there, because of the nature of the targeting and what they are trying to achieve you might get more Electronic, microwave, or x-ray radiation slightly before and during your cycle culmination, (menstruation). So be on your guard and it might not be a bad idea to make sure that your shielding is enforced during these periods.

The goals might be multifaceted. Along with the eugenics aspect, the secondary goal might be to induce cancers or other kinds of conditions of ill health. Trying to find out more on the agenda of this.

The Tuskegee experiment was not just an experiment, it’s a prevailing attitude the government has about it’s right to experiment on the general population, but more importantly who it can get away with experimenting on.

Remember that program ran for 50 years and everyone had knowledge about it all the way up to the Surgeon General.

What get’s me about this is people are always saying if conspiracies were happening, someone would talk about it, someone would say something, well for 50 years, no one did. It was not just a few people who knew about this experiment, but so self righteous were they in their objective, that they put aside the humanity of these people and went on with the experiment, trusting in the prevailing racial attitudes of the time that these men, their families and children would be of a lesser value, a lesser people. The people who took part in the behind the scenes experimentation were both black and white.

Even after the experiment was exposed to public scrutiny, she genuinely felt nothing ethical had been amiss.

One of the most chilling aspects of the experiment was how zealously the PHS kept these men from receiving treatment. When several nationwide campaigns to eradicate venereal disease came to Macon County, the men were prevented from participating. Even when penicillin was discovered in the 1940s—the first real cure for syphilis—the Tuskegee men were deliberately denied the medication. During World War II, 250 of the men registered for the draft and were consequently ordered to get treatment for syphilis, only to have the PHS exempt them. Pleased at their success, the PHS representative announced: “So far, we are keeping the known positive patients from getting treatment.” The experiment continued in spite of the Henderson Act (1943), a public health law requiring testing and treatment for venereal disease, and in spite of the World Health Organization’s Declaration of Helsinki (1964), which specified that “informed consent” was needed for experiment involving human beings.[/quote]

So here we have doctors, nurses and a zillion others, who were all aware, all covering up, and all keeping it quite, all proud of what they were doing, no moral authority, no outrage, and even when the truth came out, they felt that they had done nothing wrong, or that they were just following orders.

What really stands out to me, that I discovered recently is that in 1976 Gay men in New York/San Francisco were offered free Hepatitis B vaccines. The thing that really struck me is that on those posters they used this slogan.

Many people allude to the fact that AIDS started in the gay community, and many of the people who had undergone the special Hepatitis B Vaccination program were the first to come down with AIDS. Also the African AIDS is said to have started after the American outbreak, with people taking part in similar vaccination programs coming down with AIDS first.

If this is true, it would mean these types of experimentation’s that were prevalent and condoned by the U.S. government for over 50 years, might have just continued on in a different form with a different virus.

Again going after targeted communities where they felt that their actions would far outweigh the consequences based on who was being targeted. Those attitudes have not changed significantly, when it comes to experimentation’s as we saw with MK Ultra and other such programs.

There are a large number of females, ethnic minorities targets in the Targeted Individual community. As the post goes on to say the reason for the more women than men, might have a eugenic aspect to it. They might be simply trying to make sure that you can not give birth to the next generation of independent free thinkers, and thus free people. It’s no accident that there is a multi-generational aspect to the targeting.

I thought it was important enough and so I would update you on it.

If you are pregnant, my suggestion, don’t mention it. If they have not already tried to destroy your reproductive organs, or unborn, then don’t give then reason to.

The thing about being female is you carry all the eggs you will ever have, and if they do fry and destroy what you have, that might be it, well expect for cloning ofcourse.

If you are a guy, expect them to go after the nether regions, luckily guys can reproduce from scratch and it won’t mess up your reproductive organs, unless they use the radioactive stuff like they did in East Germany.

Still you are better off being a guy than a female when it comes to this aspect of the targeting.

Control Factor. Mind Control Murders

Control Factor Mind Control Murders.
This movie is pretty neat. I don’t want to give too much away, but I think every targeted individual should watch this movie.

They cover some really neat plot points, like how far advanced mind control technology is, and it might not be a bad explaination for when killings happen. They are so many of these movies out there, but unless you know what’s happening, you just brush them off as a sci-fi film.

I want to thank the origianal person who dropped this off at Gang Stalking World, this has been my first chance to get back to this, but with all the recent killings, this movie comes right to mind.

Spoilers ahead.
The parts I liked, when he used the term Targeted Individual to describe himself, once he found out he was a lab rat for behaviour modification experiments.

The part where his wife is not what she seems to be, this is so true with some of the people around us who term out not to be what we thought they were.

The fact that the scientist helped work on these experiments and says they have been lying about how far advanced the research is.

The fact that it’s part of a test to see how well they can manipulate human kind.

Phase two because phase one just was not enough and this might be a good explaination of when violence happens in sudden sprouts.

I think for the average person this is a good movie, and they can still enjoy it even if they are not targeted individuals.

For targeted individuals, I think you will especially like this movie.

The final pieces of the puzzle

I was just reading up on Cointelpro and I think I have the final pieces of the puzzle put together.

It’s shiny and it squirts water, is it a water gun? No a detective that makes these things told me it was a watering stick. Describe this watering stick to me. Well you pull the trigger, and water  comes out and it can get people wet. Are you sure it’s not a water gun? No a private detective told me that it’s a watering stick, besides water guns don’t squirt blue liquid and this one does. Well Ok then, and thus Cointelpro in whatever form it choose to continue in was masked as Gang Stalking.
Since Cointelpro was only ever an American program people have been saying that it can not be Cointelpro because what is happening is International. It’s patterns are however the same, and with the new community policing programs and anti-terror laws it too has risen from the shadows where it momentarily dwelt, and has continued almost consistantly to do what it has always done. What’s been confusing is the electronic harassment and the gaslighting tactics, but enough research will show ghost tactics have been used before, including what we now know about the former East Germany. 

Recently I came across an article that I think just really helped me to put the whole thing into perspective. I think I have finally internalized it at last. I came across a story that I had not heard before. It was the story of how a young outspoken black journalist was put away by the system.
Mumia Abu-Jamal. This story starts back in the day of the black panthers, and climaxes in the early eighties and continues on to this present time. It’s a leangthy story, so I will just go over the highlights, but I suggest that you read it in full. I think after reading it, you will see a pattern that has always existed and that still exists.

Mumia Abu-Jamal has not spent a day in freedom since. He is now on Death Row–defying the sterile isolation of the SCI Greene prison: writing, speaking out, and opening the eyes of a new generation to the injustices of the system.[/quote]
Like many stories his does not begin or end there, where it will end will soon be decided by a jury of his peers? Well we know that a jury will soon make a decision in regards to his fate, but let’s take you back.
Born in 1954 as Wesley Cook he grew up in the projects of Black philadelphia.

While growing up he was subjected to racism and a lot of the political unrest of that time period. He did not let that kill his spirit, infact he was able to rise above it for a time.

As a young teenager his mind was finally opened up to the true nature of the racism in his city and he joined the black pather party.

In 1969, when Mumia joined the campaign to rename his school Malcolm X High, the FBI and the Philadelphia political police squad started keeping records on him, using informants and wiretaps. In the following years, their file would grow to over 800 pages.[9][/quote]
Soon he would start to write articles and for the group and draw attention to the plight of the people in his commuity.

So for people wondering if the Fema lists do exist, here is proof that as far back as the 70′s they had lists of those who should and should not be rounded up in case of a national emergency.

By March 1978, these confrontations came to a head when Philadelphia police clamped a siege on MOVE’s home on West Philadelphia’s Powelton Avenue. Police cut off water and electricity. They set up barricades to prevent food from entering.

Armed with his tape recorder, Mumia stepped into the middle of this mounting conflict. He later said that he gave voice to the members of the MOVE organization at a time when most Black reporters ignored them, and the mainstream press simply slandered them.[/quote]
The police after all the press they were getting pretended to back off, and then ofcourse staged a waco like attack on the residents. The organization members were put through a questionalble trial and placed in jail. He was one of the few journalists to ask the truly hard questions and carry out the function that a journalist is meant to perform.

Three years later that would all come to a head, but not before he continued to live, work and rise in the community as someone who was nsightful, passionate and caring.

He was known as the voice of the voiceless. Then December 9, 1981 things all came to a head. 27 years ago.

A cop was dead and from that moment on–true to the methods, mentality and traditions of the police–Mumia was responsible and deserved to die, no matter what the evidence (or lack of evidence) might actually say.[/quote]

Since then he has been in the system, fighting for a fair trail and litterally fighting for his life on death row.

Thus the story in part ends there, but continues now 27 years later. He has been on death row ever since then, the system then as now is the same and it has not changed. Evidence of a signed confession from another man exists from his team, suggesting that the police officer was shot in a mob style hit.

Abu-Jamal is still on death row waiting once again for his fate to be decided some 27 years later. Some would say that his fate was decided when he confronted the Mayor on his actions in taking down yet another group from that time period.

So here it is, just one more piece of the puzzle, that’s finally helping me to put it all together. The full story is a fascinating read, and it answers the questions that I had when I first came online and started to learn about Cointelpro.

I had wondered why there were no more leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. I mean that time period seemed to have produced a lot of leaders and groups, such as the black panthers, Malcolm X, etc. The last two I grew up thinking of as outlandish radicals, but now I see that they were just a part of the same struggles that we are all a part of wither we know it or not.

So that answers that part of the puzzle for me. They are locked away in the system. If they are not dead, in prison, in process of being destroyed, or in mental wards as is the new thing to do, then they are simply unaware, or a part of the system itself.

Coitelpro as we see primarily targeted ethnic minorities, their leaders, political movements, and organizations, but even before Martin Luther King Jr’s assassination the mandate was changing for that program. The mandate had become making sure that no (black) messiahs rose up, this would mean finding creative ways to target these future messiahs, these ones that could potentially rise up and distrupt the system, cause dissidence and throw a cog in the wheel. Those at every level who refused to fall in line.

Well the machine has continued to work, and so has the corruption and the injustice. The system that existed then, as much as I wanted to believe that it had fully changed, I am in reading and researching lead to now believe that it has never really changed. Those frieghtening tentacles still exist and instead of just targeting activists and dissidents, these programs have merged and branched out. Again in accordance with new initiatives such as community policing, anti-terror laws, etc, they are alive and well, and the machine is as active as ever. With the emergence of 9/11 and overseas wars, we are simply seeing the machine mount up and show itself more clearly, apparently this is very common, during such times from what I have read.

Abu-Jamal was known as a voice for the voiceless, he helped shed light on injustice for dozens if not thousands of people throughout his time, before the system also took him out of the picture and almost silenced his voice. Today his life still hangs in the balance, and a fair trial is needed once more. Can any justice exist in this system of corruption and conformity? It’s been 27 years, and a decision is days away from being made, maybe by being a voice for his plight, and sheding some light on this case, some right can finally be achieved.

When the truth finally comes

This article is to prepare you for when the truth finally comes.

There have been a lot of revelations in past years. Dark, dirty, dank secrets, that were hidden. Some were happening on a main stream level, but the truth did not come out for years. When the truth finally did come it does not get the reaction that we were hoping for. In some cases, articles make their way into the main stream papers for a time, and then the issue goes away, but it never really goes away. I present to you the following examples of truth coming out, and society once again remaining in it’s trance like stupor.

I am writing this to prepare you. A lot of people think that when the truth comes out, it’s going to be like some magic pill, and just automatically make things better and make all this misery stop, and the truth is, past examples have shown us this is not the case. All it will likely do is make our lawsuits easier in some cases, or getting our Freedom Of Information Requests more accessible.

The world is not as fully unaware of what is happening to us, as we would like to believe. You know those large groups of people, strangers, friends, family that take part in what is going on for their various reasons? Enough are aware, that this should not be happening in darkness, but it continues. You know those human rights organization that spill the bs about human rights, while they get dozens, or hundreds of calls, letters, etc each month, which they ignore, or cover up. Those organisations, they know. Your politicians which you have called and written to, many of them know. So all I am saying is when this does come out, please be mentally prepared, that this might not change things for us that rapidly, if at all. At best it might only be a gradual change. It might only be getting the satisfaction of saying, ha we were telling the truth.

Case in point. Some other major stories that by some miracle finally broke through to the main streams
trance like stupor. Some change happened for a time in some cases, but then it was back to business as usual. This seems to be a pattern of how the world works, it’s disgusting, it’s disgraceful, and you are the only ones that can help change it. Why you don’t do so on a large scale is one of those mystery’s that boggles the mind.

Mind Control

The world at some point saw the revelation of MK Ultra. The truth came out that the government had been conducting mind control experiments on unwitting people. They had been doing this for years, to try to control the human mind. They did this at home in the U.S. and aboard.

Canada recently paid out some nice money for allowing these abuses to take place on it’s citizens in Montreal back in the 50′s.

So when you use the term mind control, you would hope that people would understand the concept, and the fact that if it happened then, it can happen now? No that’s often not the case. People hear mind control and it’s like some mythological creature. That doesn’t exist. Why would the government do that? The ignorance and the naivete is massive.

Not too long ago, I might have been in that boat with my awareness about what had gone on in the past.

Cointelpro

This was a program sponsored by the FBI, the program was used to not just squash dissidence, it was used to wipe out most of the left movements of the 50,60, 70. The program focused on ethnic minority movements, their leaders, and the organisations they were trying to build. Canada had their own version called. V.I.P.S. other countries may also have had similar programs.

The programs used rumours, false arrest, false imprisonments, set up, break in’s, life disruptions like what we see in gang stalking, disinformation, murder to get what they wanted. They had a lot of agents in the KKK. They eventually infiltrated most of the movements of that time to destroy them, from the inside out.

This wiped out the black panthers, Martin Luther King Jr has a file, where they called for his termination, he was dead a month later, Malcolm X was a target, Puerto Rican and Indian Movements. This was about destroying dissidence, and any future attempts groups might have of starting up.

This quote is from J.Edgar Hoover, but I think it fits in very well with the present situation.

“We must now face the harsh truth that the objectives of communism are being steadily advanced because many of us do not recognize the means used to advance them. … The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a Conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst.”

When the evils of Cointelpro came out it made headlines, the news stories came out, proportionate to people’s outrage and fury. People were horrified, a committee was formed. Senator Church did his job so well that he was never re-elected again.

The real truth however is that it did not change a damn thing for many of the targets. Some are still in jail, on the run, reputations and lives are still ruined, lives are still torn apart. Many of those that were murderer or forced to commit suicide never got justice.

The truth is, this never really ended, it just went back into the abyss till it was safe enough to come out again and continue what it was doing. A lot of things are like this.

Gary Webb’s revelation that the CIA were in part responsible for helping or at least turning a blind eye towards drugs being smuggled into ethnic minority neighbourhoods.

First we had the big news article. Apparently there were the appropriate marches and demonstrations in the streets. Then the people who were preaching just say no with one hand, and who were dishing out the drugs with the other didn’t like what Gary Webb was saying, so he lost his prized post, eventually quit his job, lost his credibility, got attacked by the major news papers.

Gary put up his own website, presented the evidence and then wrote a book.

He was allowed to continue on, but not like before. Then suddenly he was talking about a new book. There are some people who make mention of this.

That’s when he was found with the 2 bullet holes in his head. Yeah an apparent suicide. Right.

Anyways, there is still talk, speculation, but that’s about it.

Oh and for the victims of the CIA drug operation, well they tried to hire lawyers, one of the few lawyers that would take the case was Anita E. Bell.
She tried to take on the system for those victims and would later become a target. She was falsely disbarred, she fled the U.S. sought refuge in Canada, and had to again flee to Israel.

She says they made many attempts on her life, threatened witnesses, till they dropped the case, etc. Most traces of Anita E. Bell are gone.

Sexual abuse of children by priests. I hope that you have at least heard about this one. For years priest in all or most countries, were having sex with young boys primarily and with some young girls.

For years sometimes the families didn’t believe their own kids, or if they did, they were persuaded to keep it quite, while these priests were moved from one location to the next, where they continued to pray upon child after child after child. Many of the victims never got any real justice, but some did get money. A few priest went to jail, but many are still roaming free, doing the same things, and believe it or not still being moved around by the church.

From what I have read, based on new laws in Rome in some cases now make it harder to take these cases to court. I have also read of some of these men fleeing to Vatican city for sanctuary.

What’s changed? Our awareness, a belief that this stuff does happen, and not much else. Some parents are more secure with their children, but many are not. Also in very poor countries you still have this happening a great deal. It has not changed in many regards, even with all the awareness. The young still get victimised, and their predators are moved to another location to start the whole process all over again.

Child pedophile ring. The big story that children were brought to the white house for the purposes of sex. The story would break with many coming forward to say that they had been used as child sex slaves, many to import drugs. Many would tell the tale of being used in all sorts of sexual ways by very rich, high profile people. The case is disturbing. The witnesses were threatened, falsely discredited, or jailed, or suicide, whatever. The people they accused went on to have even better lives, and moved into higher positions of power.

Senator DeCamp was left with the question of why people covered this up, when they knew the kids were telling the truth. The answer is always the same. To protect the system. Then he was left with one more question:

“But then I have one final, nagging question. How do I know when, or if, the “system” itself has become so corrupted, that evil is the rule, rather than the exception? And when that occurs, what do I do about it? But I think I know the answer to that one – my oId commanding officer in Vietnam told me what I had to do. I made some promises to Bill, and I intend to keep them.”

Mobbing. This was not a shock for many of us, but what you might not know is that before it was studied and confirmed, it lead to many suicides, to many people suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, many were never able to work or function the same again, and others committed mass murder in the workplace. Oh and of course others were written off as paranoid. This was causing so much harm in society and again it was a struggle to get it recognised and acknowledged and even after that happened, it’s not as if the mobbing gates opened up. Mobbing cases that have been won are few and far between. I can think of one off the top of my head that was won. Laws are still not complete across the board, and proving that you are a target of workplace mobbing is as difficult as ever. Proving that HR, and top management, plus co-workers are conspiring against you and that you are not the problem, almost impossible.

Awareness and exposure does not always equal change. We hope that it will, but it that has not often proven to be the case. Doesn’t mean that we should give up, but we should move forward with a realistic expectation that even when this does come out into the exposed open, it might not change things that much.

Right now this is a big open dirty secret like Enron was. Lot’s of people knew, people did nothing, and the mechanisms that allowed Enron to happen, allowed parts of the recent financial crisis to happen, and will continue to allow other things to happen. People have to take personal ownership and responsibility. It begins with me. We all too often expect others to do it, to go the mile to go the distance so that our path will be easier, but sometimes you might have to put hand to shovel, or foot to gravel and help smooth out parts of that path. If we are going to have any true meaningful change, and not just the surface change we have seen so many other times before.
