This is a post for all those evils and atrocities out there that are being committed. The things that are happening under the cover of the hidden. The things that are hidden from the public scope, the things that the public is not allowed to understand, the horrors, the silent screams, the heartbreaks, the times you pray silently for rescue that simply does not happen, the souls that have died, while living through some of the worst atrocities.

This post is for all those who do not have a voice for themselves, who can not speak on their own behalfs. This is posted in the hopes of shining some light onto these cruelties, those who do evil in this world, and the stupidity that just as harmful, or even more harmful that allows this stuff to function and to happen.

For all the lies you tell, the truth is now told. You are a vermin that the world does not need, you are the evils, that need to be removed from the face of the planet, you are the itch, the disease that humanity will never be able to scratch or cure. You are that darkness and that void that has filled innumerable lies, the cruelty that breaks the human heart, will, and spirit. You are the taker of innocence that little boys and girls do not need to lose, before they enter adulthood.  You are the screams and night terrors they can not describe, or even quantify. You are the horror that humanity does not need.

This is why, you were designed to do the good in this world, you were designed to walk amongst men, and do the good in this world, but your will has become vile, an evil, corrupt and a cruel thing, we will bear you witness. You were never meant to become what you have become to so many of us, this evil thing that we don’t want or need in our lives, in our
existence, this things that brings humanity down to it’s lowest common denominator.

You take the light and the innocence from the world, and you do it so subtly, that most people would never know the difference, you are the false face of goodness, and the true hearts of darkness. The pretty faces, and places that we are all to ascribe to, and the heights that we are to try to ascend to, if only your true depths were fully known, if only they could truly and fully be shown. That is too often the way of the world in our society, the pretty things of the world, are the most unbeautiful, the things that seem the most effulgent too often of late conceal hearts of terror, horrors and darkness,
that can not be mentioned, that can not be told, that if even suspected, would leave horrors unknown.

This is for all the things unmentioned that those without a voice go through, this is a tribute, an anthem, for them, a voice for those without a voice, for those who truly can not speak for themselves, those too young, too innocent, too scared, too bound, this is a tribute for you, for the prices you pay behind the scenes. To the fake things of this world, the things that look effulgent, beautiful, wonderful, to the false gods, you will not be worshiped in this post, you are despised for all the evils, sins and corruptions you perpetrate, for all the horrors, evils, and unknown, unmentioned, sins that you commit. This post is where you may be mentioned.

For those who pretend to be our friends, but all they leave behind is a world full of darkness and deceit, your facade of goodness is all that is shown, but behind the scenes, do the people ever hear the silence, do they acknowledge the screams, wishing and hoping that your true faces could be scene, that your insect skins could be reflected, for who and what they are.

To those out there, you know who you are, you endure on a daily basis, you live horrors that will never truly be known, that will likely never be spoken, and whose horrors will possibly be forgotten someday, but never forgiven, until they are truly acknowledged. This post is what I can do on your behalf, and I do so freely, for all those who suffer in silence, your
unmentionables, are mentioned here.

Deesillustration a Targeted Individual?

Is David Dees of Deesillustration a Targeted Individual?

For those who don’t know David, you likely know of his artwork. His artwork has become quite popular across the internet. He does a variety of graphic wallpaper art, that depict how society is slowly being encompassed by the New World Order. His art often speaks for itself, and the works are very reflective of things the society feels, but often can not express in words. He has gained quite the following due to his work, and is fairly well known.

Recently Mr. Dees posted what to some seemed like a rather unusual missive. He is speaking of Gaslighting, being followed, under surveillance, concerns for the safety of his pet cat, and possibly having to move. To some the details even sounded a little bizarre, but to the various Gang Stalking targets around the internet, his story mirrors their own. These might just be the tell tale signs that Mr. Dees has entered the Targeted Individual zone.

Here is a brief recap of some of the details that Mr. Dees has relayed about his targeting, by sources unknown.

Then, this saturday night I ride into town on my bike, lock it to the metal bike rack with my big U-shaped lock on the left side to the metal rack, so I can lock the body and not just the tire. I come back a couple hours later to find my bike is totally gone, that sinking feeling hits me that I lost such a nice bike, then I look in amazement and see it sitting over on the other side of the rack unlocked, with the lock sitting in the basket. At first I was so happy, then I realized I had been hit again. But this time it was really intense. You have to have the key itself to lock the two pieces back together, so I knew it had not just been picked open, they actually had to have the key.

He starts by discussing a series of home entries that have left him stressed out, that feeling that other targets get knowing someone has been in the home. Nothing of value was taken, but he believes his house key was copied. Then he goes on to convey the strange bicycle incident above. This to me spells gaslighting, and is often one of the first signs that targets notice. Many would even wonder if they were losing it, thinking that they had maybe left the bike unlocked.

This time I was plenty freaked out, they are now actually following me into town, they must be watching me a lot to know I was even leaving my place and coming into town that night, in fact, I had been with friends riding into town earlier, so they had waited hours to do this sting. What kind of an operation is this?

The idea is to immobilize the target with fear, make them paranoid. Lead them to believe that they are having a mental breakdown. Many in society believe that you have to be very famous, or extremely important to be followed, and placed on watch 24/7. Many do not realize that communities have become mobilized. Under these occupational health and safety notifications, the community is able to organized, and set up 24/7 surveillance. Remember they treat the people on these notification the same way they do deviants such as pedophiles, and other hardened criminals. They don’t care that many of these people are innocent.

They will make you increasingly uncomfortable, the incidents will not stop, and while you are not in physical danger at the moment, your cats certainly are, and you also could become the target if you do not leave.

Mr. Dees goes seeking answers from a friend and these are the responses that she gives. His pet is likely in danger, because the community members do hurt the children, pets, property of the targeted individual, they don’t care that pets, and children are innocent.

Life has gotten very serious, I don’t like to go outside anymore, I know I am being watched.

When other targets report being under surveillance, their reports have often been fraught with ridicule, laughed at. Their explanation of events are seen as a sign of impending mental illness, or grandiose beliefs, even as a sign of attention seeking, when in reality the person is in serious need of assistance for community harassment.

Then this last Sunday I took a nap for a couple hours, and of course I checked to make sure the door was locked, I had changed the locks myself. And woke up to find the door open again. Then Tuesday it happened again, while I was sitting here I walked to the next room and look to see the door open again.

As many will recall this is an all too common theme, having people enter the home while you are sleeping. Jiverly Wong reported this. He reported that when he would go to sleep, after falling asleep, a cop, or someone he believed to be an officer, would come into his home, and touch him. Some of the females within the Targeted Individual community have reported sexual assaults. The scary part is that reporting these incidents to the police or other authority figures are usually used to list the target as mentally ill, or having a breakdown. As we saw recently Yvonne Hiller’s complaints about chemicals being sprayed in her home were ignored, and she endured a continuous cycle of harassment, until she recently could not take it anymore, and committed a violent act.

It’s recommended that targets with apartment breakin’s while at home, use a chain lock, barricade the door, or even get a door club.

Close windows from the inside, but always ensure you have an easy way of escape. Targets should also watch their food supply, as targets have learnt, they will poison food or tamper with food.

I decided finally that this same harassment scenario would happen in any European country so it is best I return to America

If he is a Gang Stalking target, then sadly yes the same thing will happen wherever he goes. These occupational health and safety notifications stay on your community profile, and wherever you go the information is transfered, unless you can move under an assumed name. That is why when targets move, change jobs, etc, the harassment continues.

The other scary part about these notifications is that the target never get’s to see the evidence that is used against them. Anyone who wants to target someone can give false evidence, or overstate events. If you know how the system works, you can manipulate it. Much like Russia the target never sees the evidence against them, they just feel like they are the enemy of the state.

Many targets also identify the targeting as Cointelpro because a lot of identical patterns were seen during Cointelpro. What they have done is taken Cointelpro and other tactics and moved them to a community level. Under these Occupational health and safety programs, and some other laws, once the target is listed, there is very little control to what the community is allow to get away with.

The other scary thing for the target is they realize that it’s systemic. After being targeted for a few years, having construction projects spring up where they live, work, play, or other co-ordinated efforts, the target inevitably comes to the conclusion that this is being done by the state, and it’s not being done on a small scale. Remember these programs are internationally linked. Once you are targeted, there is no where to run, and very few places to hide.

Many online talk about the New World Order, but in this research, the New World Order has been delivered to you. You can now begin to get an idea of what it will be like, and how it will relentlessly target those that step out of line. Remember people just assume that those listed are guilty, and the rest is instant, point, hate, click, mob mentality.

The only way to stop this from happening is once again to break the silence. As predicted the violent acts within the community are increasing, because society is not addressing the psychological violence that targets are exposed to. They are letting innocent people endure years of this brutality, and then they act surprised at some of the violent outcomes that have been seen.

The other thing that was predicted is that you will see an increasing number of other innocent people being targeted. Well if Mr. Dees is now a target, that prediction has also come true, and the only way to stop it is to do what the internet does best. Expose what is happening. Many online will talk openly about Bilderbergs, Bohemian Grooves, who is attending this meeting and that, but here is the real heart and soul of what the New World Order will look like and how it will destroy it’s enemies, and the internet remains silent, and complacent. Protecting the very system that will destroy the outspoken.

I think Morpheus from the Matrix said it best.


Morpheus: The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you’re inside, you look around, what do you see? Business men, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system, and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

Many people are good people, but they are protecting the very system that will enslave them, and no matter how much time they spend online, repeatedly talking about the coming police state, the daily police brutality, the laws that are enslaving us, our rights that are being taken away, conspiracies theories this and that, as long as they tap dance around the truth, as long as they are plugged in and protecting the system, it will make very little difference, and that is the reality of what is happening.
To change the system without, it must be changed by the people within, and that starts with changing their mind sets.

Yvonne Hiller and Gang Stalking

The case of Yvonne Hiller demonstrates that many fail to understand the causes and affects of  these workplace shootings.

Yvonne Hiller in my opinion was most likely a Gang Stalking target. What this means is that at some point in her work history she had likely been placed on a notification list. A list that would alert those around her that she had displayed violent or threatening behavior in the past.

Ms. Hiller did have a history of verbal and possible physical altercations in the last few years it’s been reported. Many people will see this and go, well then the list works. Surly if she killed people then she was violent and it was right to put her on the list, but this is the wrong conclusion. The pattern that has been seen, and that is happening is the same pattern the mobbing community identified. Years and years of  psychologically abusive targeting, will cause violent outcomes. Putting people on these notification lists, exposes them to years, and months of harassment. They are exposed to harassment such as being sprayed with chemicals, consistent rumours and slander, such as Ms. Hiller complained about. Harassment that is often very real, but so subtle that it’s almost impossible to prove.

Ms. Hiller had made complaints about workplace harassment, being sprayed by chemicals and other items by co-workers. At home she had the same complaints that chemicals were being sprayed in her home. Her calls to fire departments, and police went ignored. The harassment is meant to be subtle, hard to prove, but this is the same type of targeting that is happening to many others that are listed under these workplace occupational health and safety notification lists. Remember you can end up on these lists via work, school, or the community. Once added your life becomes hell, a systemic cycle of abuse that is hard to prove, and even harder for others to imagine. Cries for help are seen as a sign of mental illness, and every complaint there after is viewed as a need for psychological help. The reality is that once placed on these lists, people are being harassed.

There is a system, a deliberate organized system that is connected, coordinated, and capable of destroying a persons life, with harassment’s that are so subtle, the target can often not prove that any of it was ever happening, and that is the reality. Once added to these community notifications, and workplace listings, you almost create a self fulfilling prophecy.

Organizations such as this probably view cases such as Ms. Hiller and feel that their practices are justified, that their threat assessments do work. The reality is the very nature of these programs are often times driving the end results all over various countries. That is why Gang Stalking targets have popped up all across the internet, and in a variety of countries.

To date awareness has been part of the key to trying to combat what is happening. It took years for it to be recognized that bullying lead to school shootings, more years to realized that workplace mobbing leads to shootings, and how much longer will it take to realize and draw the correct correlation that putting people on these lists are leading to some of these violent community situations and circumstances? You can not put people on lists, and notify those around them, without expecting the harassment and mobbing that it inevitably creates. Individuals have a right to know that they are on such listings. Legally it would give them the ability to fight back, and be properly assessed, but that would likely undermine the agenda that is currently at play.

The listings are often deliberate, they target females and minorities above average. They also target whistle-blowers and those who stand out in some fashion, to a higher degree. Conspiracy sites and extremist sites, are starting to have members pop up with these complaints above average as well. The more outspoken you are, the less you are the type to go along with the status quo, the sad reality is that you have a greater chance in future of being added to one of these lists, by some member of some distant threat assessment team you have never meet. Using these occupational health and safety laws, your reputation and everything you worked for is open to defamation of your character, and the scary part is just like in the former Soviet Union it’s all behind your back, you don’t get to see the evidence against you, whither it’s true or false.

In future as creepy as it sounds, they could even use what people are thinking against them, and it could have no basis in their actual actions. These remote assessments are junk science at best, and dangerous at worst. The reality is they often target people who are being victimized at work and  in the community, etc. These assessments then put all the blame on the victim, saying that the events can’t be proven, it’s all just in their heads, when the reality is the harassment is often happening, and often very real.

The only way this will change is when these lists affect more and more members of society, and they start to encompass a wider scope of individuals, but until them, we are likely to face an increasing number of tragedies such as the one witnessed recently.

The only way this will change is if people speak out, stop keeping the secrets of this system, it’s destroying lives, and it’s causing these end results, that the society then pretends to be so shocked and horrified by.

Gang Stalking Vs Occupational Health and Safety

Question: Hi, my name is Peter Williams. I’m with the Workplace Consulting Services with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and I just have a question for Mr. Roher regarding a couple of things. One, the sharing of information between organizations, you mentioned about the example of the student that had sexually assaulted someone and then went to another school and there wasn’t sharing and I’m just wondering in terms of the whole privacy act, how that – how much one employer can share that with another and also in terms of police checks, whether an employer has the right to mandate a police check to prevent possible violence?

Eric Roher: Excellent questions. Let me address the first question – ……

The sharing of information of course is a very complex and sensitive issue. Let me break it down into two aspects. First confidential documents or records and clearly documents are protected and in the province of Ontario, if you are working for a government agency or a government department, the Freedom of Information Act, the Freedom HCHSA Teleconference: How to Develop and Implement a Workplace Violence Prevention Program of Information and Protection of Privacy Act will have an impact or if you are working in a school board or power commission in a municipal, the municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act will have an impact and that is of course that you cannot disclose personal information that is recorded information without the consent of that individual.

You have to be very very careful about any kind of recorded information. You won’t be able to disclose it or produce it. However that being said, if someone calls you, if someone – if someone calls you about the status of a particular employee and you know that there are violent tendencies, I mean you cannot – I encourage you to be frank, I encourage you to tell the truth. At the very least, what you can say is “the employee started on X date, these were his duties and responsibilities. He departed the workplace on Y date” but if the employer asks you, “Well, did the employee perform well?” you have to be honest and – or you don’t answer the question and then what we call an adverse inference is drawn.

With respect to the organization itself where you are supplying let’s say information within the organization, my view is that you supply the information on a need-to-know basis. So where a student is transferring from one school to another and the school has – the student you know has violent tendencies, the school – the student has been suspended two or three times for pulling out a knife or a weapon, what you would do in my view is you could inform the receiving principal of that student, of that student’s problems or history and that principal will be forewarned and will be able to inform staff on a need-to-know basis, but you would do it with a great deal of sensitivity and recognizing that, you know, the student has a right to confidentiality.

Sorry, about that long answer.

This was an excellent answer and really gave some insight into what the individual is required to do, once their is a warning of any kind on a persons file. Most targets do not have anything such as violent incidents such as the above, but most are treated in similar fashion. Most don’t think that they have any kind of a marker. Eg. I had lead what I thought was a squeaky clean life. I could think of nothing anyone could use against me, but for fun I did look into my own records that I could easily access, you have my postings about that adventure, and that’s it. It never occurred to me, that an employer could have the capacity to inflict harm on someone for trying to defend themselves, but it happens all the time, in mobbing, bullying, cases, where they do exactly just these types of retributions.

Operator: Thank you. Our next question comes from Lenore Ison of St. Christopher House. Please go ahead.

Question: Thanks. I wanted to come back to the issue of sharing confidential information in regard to somebody who has a history of violence. It is not that unusual for us to be working with folks who have that in their history. I’m talking about clients right now and we have internal policies about how we deal with confidential information and when I think about the idea of somehow sharing information with everybody in the building about somebody who has the potential for violence, it seems unmanageable and so I’m just wondering about some suggestions for how to manage that issue?

Eric Roher: Well, what we do, what I recommend is if you have a patient of client with certain violent tendencies or a violent history, what we recommend is informing people on a sensitive – on a confidential need-to-know basis, so for example you wouldn’t have to inform everyone in the building but if the person sees a certain counselor, that counselor should have a picture of that individual’s history. The court said very clearly that there is a duty to warn, a duty to inform and that counselor should be monitoring that person’s conduct.

Question: Okay.

Eric Roher: And it is the same situation in a school context, a context – we don’t necessarily say that it is a student with the violent history, you put the student’s picture up in the staff room and say, you know, this person is dangerous, but you inform that person, a home room teacher and perhaps other relevant – one or two relevant teachers about that student’s history and you perhaps share the history with them so they are aware of the background and you try as best you can to monitor them and that may include having them meet with a guidance counselor or social worker on a regular basis or even a vice-principal who is in charge of discipline, so you are on top of their situation and you are monitoring.
The courts want to show that you have taken due diligence, that you have taken reasonable care to protect the safety of your workplace. So you have to be proactive. You just can’t let a dangerous person sort of wander around and not do anything. You have got to be seen to at least taking some preventive steps and providing basic information to the people that need to know.

Again sharing information with those that have a right to know, but in cases such as Gang Stalking, information is shared with everyone the target comes in contact with, poisoning any association. The guidelines are not being followed. Now again laws differ from country to country. I am pretty familiar with the U.K. laws, but I am now researching some of the Canadian, and then hopefully American laws on this issue.

Question: So none of you are suggesting that this sort of information become public information, that it is shared among staff, especially the staff that are working with the individual?

Eric Roher: Each case is going to be different and there may be some cases in which you may, in a very sensitive way, may be want to inform staff and it is – I’m taking a school context where you have …

Question: It is a community, a community-based agency.

Eric Roher: But in other cases where perhaps an isolated incident, if it happened once, you have a concern about an incident, you may just want to speak to the individual’s counselor or the individual’s social worker, the person who has the most closest contact. Every case is going to be different. What we can do here is simply set out a framework for you, the rules or things that you have to take reasonable care and show due diligence in ensuring that people have a reasonable amount of information. Do you remember, there is one case that comes to mind. It is not directly on point but the legal principle applies, it is that Jane Doe case that the police were involved in a number of years ago and we were actually acting for the police in that case and of course the word had gotten out that women were being sexually assaulted in a certain Toronto community and the police were not telling anyone and in fact allowing this fellow to wander around on people’s balcony and they were waiting until an incident took
place and a woman named Jane Doe came forward and sued the police and in her decision, Madam Justice McFarlane said, “No, you have got a duty to warn, you have the duty to inform people and let them know about the dangers of someone so preventive steps can be taken.”

Question: Right.

Eric Roher: So I mean, like you have got to do in a sensitive way and you can’t create hysteria in the workplace, you can’t create a mob mentality where people say, “Well, let’s go and beat that person up because they beat us up”. The other thing to be concerned about is a possible action in defamation and you are probably concerned about anything that will tarnish a person’s reputation. You can indicate things that are truthful, so if a person has been charged with an assault, you can say that, the person has been found guilty, you know, of assault or of criminal harassment. You can say things that are factual but I would, you know, avoid rumor, innuendo, mind reading because that can be dangerous. You don’t want to be in a situation where you are spreading rumors that are unfounded about this individual in the community.

Question: It is okay, my question was about the confidentiality issue as well. So I think we discussed that pretty good. Thank you.

The pdf interview is from about 10 years ago, and I had to dig to find this little gem, but it really is very good. Explained like this, the other side of the debate becomes much more clear. I thought Mr. Roher gave some excellent answers regarding the privacy issues.

If these guidelines were used, most targets would not be online. Most targets would not even know that they were targeted, but things clearly are not this cut and dry.

First the definition of harassment is so broad, and it’s become even more expansive. Looks, jokes, verbal threats, non verbal threats, pushing, bumping, etc. The problem is with zero tolerance programs, you get zero tolerance results, such as the Australian gentleman who killed himself, after someone over heard a joke, reported it, and he faced not only a disciplinary hearing, but being fired, for telling a joke to a friend of his.

Now if I had ever done anything extremely overt such as violent assaults then I could understand some of these listings and listing you as having a history, but that is not the case. People are ending up on these lists for a lot less than what Jane Clift wrote in her letter, that got her listed.

We live in a world of namby pamby cry babies that like to dish it out, but do not like the repercussions of their actions, such as bullies who mob others. The problem with the mobbing or group think mentality is that it make is easy for a group or mob to gang up on one person, then paint that person as the problem when they complain. It’s unfair, but it’s also a good way of getting listed. The same with blowing the whistle, because that makes employers concerned, and that seems to be another way people are ending up getting listed.

If the privacy guidelines were being followed and not abused, then most of these problems would not be happening, but laws are being broken, communities are going frantic in fear of their lives and those listed. It’s not clear what their understanding is of these listings, it’s also not clear what other individuals are on such lists. Remember in the U.K. Jane Clift for writing a letter telling that was deemed threatening ended up on a list with extremely violent criminals. She was listed as medium risk, which is pretty high, only to be seen in pairs. Under such circumstances when a community does become fearful it’s hard to blame them. Most probably think that intelligent individuals are putting people on these lists and that people would not be listed unless they had done something extremely wrong. Most will never grasp that these listings are being perverted and used in the most improper ways possible.

For the community listings there seem to be a variety of people on the lists, that is in part why people get so frantic, you can’t blame them, because that it what has been instilled in them, and no amount of logic, reason, debate is likely to change this. What has to happen then is that individuals should have the right to be notified if they are listed, and that way at least they know why, and understand the boundaries of what is being done to them. Without it they are open to exploitation by the system, which is corrupt and using this to go after innocent individuals.

The privacy laws which are also suppose to help in preventing abuses are also being perverted. If the guidelines of the privacy laws were being followed, individual personal information should not be getting distributed to such a wide range of individuals, but a lot of this seems to be getting placed at the discretion of other individuals and most would rather give up information, personal information that they should not, rather than face a lawsuit saying they did not do everything in their power. For the system to balance, there are going to have to be some lawsuits like Jane Clift’s that shows that too much leeway was taken, and not enough discretion was shown in protecting the individuals privacy. It’s a balance. You do need to help protect society to a degree, but the individual still has rights.

In future hard stares, cold looks, could get you on these listings, and you would not even be aware of it. Not happy with something unethical in the company like Russ Tice, make a complaint and then be forced to get a mental health check. Again get listed for having a mental health issue for no good reason, other than you were going to blow the whistle on some bad things happening within the company.

It’s a slippery slope, but the pendulum has swung too far in the opposite direction, and only legal action, is likely to bring it back to the center. Individuals are so willing to give up their own freedoms, for the false sense of security the system gives them, they would hardly hesitate giving up the freedom of others, for even less.

To often not only are false rumours being spread, but additional false reports filed, it’s a catch 22 that destroys the targets life, and sends them into a perpetual cycle of abuse within the communities where they reside. In addition to this, let’s not forget that most targets are being set up, made to look mentally ill when they complain about the systemic abuse that the community put’s into play because of these listings.

Workplace Mobbing Trends

What people have to understand is that times change. I think in the 80′s when you were bullied, most people just killed themselves. Then we saw a real shift in the 90′s with columbine, and the children in that situation choosing to act out against those that were bullying them.

These seems to have set off a trend, which lasted, until the government agencies actually acknowledged that the kids doing the shooting, are not kids that just snapped, most of the shootings go back to school bullying.

The school shooting trends seem to have for the time levelled off, but then you still have students like Phoebe Prince who commit suicide due to bullying. I think the society finds it easier to deal when the victim takes their own life than when it’s the other way around, and they take the life of those who are harassing them.

Workplace mobbing is rampant across America, and the odd few times you do get workplace shootings, people still wring their hands and wonder why, yet the people in the mobbing community who understand workplace mobbing, and who have researched this point to the fact that at the heart of most shooting, if you search back, there was ongoing, and persistant workplace mobbing.

In past years we saw a lot of postal workers, and others doing these shootings. Gender wise most of the shootings have still been men, you might get the odd female, such as the postal worker who went back after three years, but the majority of shooters are male. Even the female postal worker who went back after three years and killed her coworkers had been a victim and target of workplace mobbing. Females tend to internalize their expreience, and thus are more likely to commit suicide, where with men you are more likely to see overt reactions. Will this change in the future? It’s hard to say. Racially we saw a lot of white males, and this became part of the image of the typical shooter, recently we are seeing that demographic expand, with some of the last few shootings matching other demographics. I think what is clear is that even with all the exposure and awareness that those in these fields have tried to bring to these shootings, still little attention get’s paid, until something like this happens.

The solutions are often not ones that will help workers, the solutions are often things that will make it easier for workplaces to keep these situations quite, to get rid of complaining workers, or to systemically blacklist them, and frame that as we see in many cases of Gang Stalking. This system is not working, does need a change, but until people are willing to change at a grass root level, this will likely not improve.

Who is stalking and why?

This is in respons to two questions that were asked on a forum.

1. Who is doing the Stalking?
2. What is their purpose?

Answer 1. It just average citizens under these Occupational Health and Safety laws. The community is getting a notification that says that the target is insert whatever they have been tagged for. Then the community goes crazy, tries to get rid of target. they use a variety of illegal, community mobbing tactics to accomplish this goal. Since every sector in every city, town, countries, has these laws, that is why the target can be followed city to city, town to town, country to country.

Awareness Register – Managers (via, and with the discretion of, the Health and Safety team) must keep details of dangerous customers. Employees must report any potentially
violent situations they are aware of via the Accident/Occurrence form.

Awareness Register

Definitions

Cross-directorate Awareness Register – a computerised database that contains names
and/or addresses of persons (or dangerous animals at those addresses) who have initiated
incidents of VATB against Torbay Council employees or whilst on Council premises. The data
has a digitally encrypted password so that it cannot be read if copied.

The Data Protection Act – legislation which protects an individual’s rights regarding information held about themselves; information held on the Awareness Register must comply with this legislation. An individual has the right to receive a copy (on written request) of the data held about them (and a right to compensation if the information is inaccurate).

Recording of Incidents/Individuals When an incident/individual is to be recorded on the Awareness Register, the Line Manager (or deputy in their absence) will:
· Countersign the Accident/Occurrence form before passing immediately to the Health and
Safety Team; where inclusion is recommended, approval by a senior officer is vital in a
situation should the record be challenged,
· Ensure there is a clear and accurate account of the incident (both relevant to the event and not excessive); officers can be held accountable for their decision to include on the
Awareness Register,
· Ensure only those who are to interview, or visit people, will have access to information held,
· Ensure information on the use of the awareness register and safe working practices is
communicated to employees at induction and regularly re-enforced.

Maintaining the Awareness Register

The Health and Safety team are responsible for updating the Awareness Register on receipt of the completed Accident/Occurrence form and providing general maintenance to the system. No other employees will make alterations to the Awareness Register. Individual managers will designate and authorise, by using form IT05, employees who have been identified through risk assessment by their line managers to have access to the Awareness Register.

Answer to question 2. They think that they are getting rid of dangerous people, but in many cases they are being used like the citizens in Stasi and Nazi Germany were used, and often they are targeting people that were targeted who were falsely placed on these lists, set up to be placed on these lists.

Scenario

It seems that this systemic structure is targeting many of those who are not a part of this system already. So the target has no idea that they are suppose to be signalling and signing to other citizens, cause they have no idea about these health and safety laws. Thus you might have workplace mobbing begin. The target starts to complain, and complain, maybe acts out. The ones doing the mobbing who are aware of this system, then complain that they are worried about the target becoming violent, and then each complaint is documented and reviewed and then the health and safety committee based on the lies in some cases of those doing the targeting, puts the target on a watch list. The target is not notified that there is now a warning marker on their file, eg. Needs to be seen in pairs, has threatened co-workers in the past with violent behaviour.

So all the target starts to notice is at first people acting rude in public, that they are being followed around. Many start to get home breakin’s, car breakin’s, gaslighting, others electronic harassment, most will get the full spectrum of tactics listed here.

The targets life starts to fall apart, they try to tell friends, family about what is happening. The friends, family, co-workers in the mean time have all gotten these notifications, all without the targets awareness. In other cases what is happening is that the targets are being classified in some way as possibly having a mental illness, remember this is all without the targets awareness, most have never seen any sort of health professional, in many cases they are likely basing the assessment on the word and testimony of hostile co-workers, scared family members, and friends who want to do anything they can to be in the spotlight and oh yes help the target.

So as the target complains more and more about the gaslighting, people just assume the target is going crazy. Eg. Joe why would someone break into your apartment and not take anything but the milk in your fridge, or why would they just move your table about and not take anything? Meanwhile it’s the community doing it. Most people go crazy when they hear that there is someone on a notification list living in the community. They treat people on these lists the same way they would pedophiles and rapists, and unlike pedophiles and rapists, the targets never knows that they are on a list and so have no idea what is going on.

The police are aware, the lawyers, doctors, but due to the none disclosure agreement of these health and safety laws, they can not say anything. Yet under these health and safety laws the targets information is only suppose to be distributed to a specific amount of people, eg. People in the communities that the targets directly deal with. What is actually happening due to the horrendous lack of oversight is that the targets information is being distributed any which way but loose, and being used to blacklist them. So when they go and seek out help from lawyers, doctors, judges, the notification sets them up for continuous systemic collusion.

Many targets of bullying report that they seem to be obstructed every step of the way in their pursuit of justice. The management refuse to investigate, or use an untrained investigator, or whitewash the case. The union refuses to help, or initially shows interest but suddenly changes sides. The solicitor initially shows interest but then starts acting in a manner which suggests they have the other side’s interests at heart rather than yours.

The employer’s lawyers apply for, and obtain, adjournment after adjournment, then obtain a pre-hearing review which the tribunal chairman handles in favour of the employer. In the tribunal, favour is shown to the respondent (employer) and you get the impression that the verdict has been decided in advance. Your solicitor, the respondent’s lawyers and the tribunal chairman seem to know more about your case than you think they should.

After the tribunal you’re left with no option but to privately sue the employer, the union, and your solicitor, and appeal the tribunal decision, but by this time you have no job, no income, your savings are gone, so is your health, maybe your marriage too, and there’s no prospect of ever being employed again, especially in the professions.

Sound familiar? If so, you might be surprised to realise how often this happens. Mostly it’s in cases from the education sector, although it may happen in any public sector case, for example the NHS. Occasionally, but less often, it happens in private sector cases, and in rare cases from the voluntary sector.

Although there’s never any substantive proof, it seems that all the parties arrayed against you have been colluding in secret. The question is, what allegiance binds these individuals together, and where could they meet such that the normal rules of confidentiality do not apply? What fraternal obligation places their duty to support and protect each other above the moral, ethical and legal obligations by which the rest of us are bound?

Employers, unions, law firms, and employees of the justice system are part of society, and every group, professional or otherwise, contains a few poor performers and rotten apples. This ranges from inexperience through ineptitude and incompetence to collusion and corruption.

Tim Field before he died started to look into this, I think he thought that it was Mason or some kind of brotherhood, but I believe that it’s this system, this structure. Don’t get me wrong that whole brotherhood thing in the U.K. and other countries is a big problem, but these Occupational Health and Safety laws are causing people in communities to act like the brotherhood light.

I believe that this is what is behind a lot of the workplace mobbing, and systemic problems that we are seeing at all levels of society. I also think this is what is behing some of the school, workplace, and community shootings. I also suspect that it’s behind some of the school bullying, because the kids who are aware of this system, and who are a part of it, harass other kids who are not a part of it. The same is true for adults in the workplace. Adults in the community.

I want to give you a comprehensive idea of what is happening with this system. Targets are having their lives destroyed. The Awareness Registry, or program is being used to destroy lives, it’s causing more harm than good in some cases. It’s allowing a secret system, that needs exposing just as much as any brotherhood, or other secret society does, as much as the mafia, street gangs, or cults need exposing.

Some people might argue that they would feel more secure if they were aware of the identities of dangerous offenders in their neighborhoods, but widespread community notification actually serves to heighten fear of victimization. In a large metropolitan area, hundreds of thousands of people are notified of a dangerous offender’s release, while only hundreds will come into contact with him in the community. This blanket notification propagates the belief that there are more “predators” in the community than ever before, and fearful attitudes among members of the public are reinforced. A vicious cycle results: widespread notification leads to an increase in the community’s fear of crime which, in turn, leads to more calls for notification. We would also argue that the use of inflammatory language such as “predator” by politicians and officials also works to heighten fear and increase calls for more punitive action.

Unfortunately for the time being people are so attached to this system, this structure that they will fight to protect it. To keep it scared, meanwhile many are scared of some of the things that go on within it. But like any cult while the members are a part of it, they only see the righteousness of it. Just like the Stasi or those in Germany before World War 1. It’s created an indoctrinated people, who are willing to destroy those who are not a part of this system.

It’s very scary to realise what is going on.

The scary part is because this structure is in every country, even when targets move they get no relief from the 24/7 monitoring. Remember they are getting monitored similar to how people got monitored in Stasi Germany. Neighbours moving in above, below, to the side of them. Neighbours who keep quite, do and allow illegal things to happen. Behind the targets back tactics that would put Cointelpro to shame are being employed, by using these Occupational safety and health laws to violate the targets rights, privacy, and to unduly influence those the target might wish to socialize with or form business associations.

What most people do not realise is that this system is being used to target whistle-blowers, the outspoken, independent thinkers. I believe it’s in part being used as a clearinghouse for the NWO. Meaning, the next time some anti-establishment type get’s out of line, they will be dealt with the same way, put on the notification system, and have their lives blacklisted to hell. This system can affect your ability to find housing, jobs, and to basically have an real social contacts, cause everyone you are in contact with is poisoned by these notifications. The information does not have to be true, it’s often one sided reports by people who have ulterior motives. If some girl is on a notification list, some guy tries to make a move on her, she forcefully stops him, knowing that she is on a list, he could just lie and say that she just attacked him out of the blue. The citizen that are aware of these notifications are using them in highly illegal ways.

Some of the things that are happening, if they happened in North Korea, or Iran people in these countries would be outraged, but because they are happening here, people are happy to sit by and defend the system, they are so indoctrinated, they only see the good, and you can not tell them otherwise, till they are ready to understand the truth.

Targets have travelled to many countries to try to find escape only to find out that the information on these notification systems follow them around. I have spent many years researching these notification systems, from the outside in. I never knew this structure existed. It was after becoming a target, that I realised something was wrong, I also experienced the systemic destruction, and have spent years researching, trying to figure out what was happening. The community had a break last year with the Jane Clift case, and that is where the research finally lead.

Where are the other conspiracy sites that claim that they hate the mainstream media because they never cover stories that we want to hear, that they cover up some stories. So an alternative press was created.  Where is the alternative media to cover this story? Where are the big names that bring you all the latest Illuminati distraction, and then show you the way to break free of your slavery on ground level? Where are you? Everyday I hear you on the forums, oh we are slaves, oh we are controlled, well then what are you doing about it to fight for your freedom? Are you doing your part?

See I think that people are bondless slaves because it’s just comfortable enough. One monkey tries to break free or reach for that banana and the other monkeys rush in to stop the money trying to break out of the mold. That is why you are slaves. I mean the powers that be play a role. They have created a system, they create problem, reaction, solution scenarios all the time, but it’s the people at ground level that fall for the lie, that leave the truth by the way side, and continue to lovingly cling to their bonds.

Too many people would have nothing without this system. They love their little community health and safety roles, it makes them feel powerful, why would it not, I have seen people in cults with the same false sense of power. Your power does not come from yourself, it comes because the higher bondless slave masters have granted you a crumb, which they can take back, and most of the bondless slaves know it. True worth comes from within, and no one can take that, no matter how much their group try to take away what is yours, what you have worked hard for. That is why they are slaves, because they are willing to parasitically feed off of the hard work of others, then they tell themselves they are a community, a family, you are brain washed slaves, and do not play yourselves, and do not tell yourselves any differently.

None of them are allowed to act without doing what the system tells them to, that is slavery. Who to work with, who to associate with, when to render help to, when not to. This system rewards the compliant and removes the none compliant, the independent thinkers. That is why eventually you will have unqualified people running your society. The DSM is going to be going heavily after those independent thinkers with their next revisions, and then any form of rebellion can be classified as mental illness. No one is paying attention to this but you should be. Again they are going after the children, and the adults to make sure the free thinkers, the smart and wise amongst you don’t have the chance, from what I can see, they will be enabled.

Truth will not expose itself, it must have help along the way. You know what the system is doing. People like Jiverly Wong were tormented until they snapped taking lives, then people rail against him, but never stop to ask about the evils that the system did, that lead him to that. They go on with their lives an willfully enable the next scenario to happen, cause it makes them feel powerful.

Part of what i see reminds me of the stories that I read of male rape in the jails. I have heard men who have been raped, say that they went on to rape cause it make them feel like they could get back their power. Then they too join in monstrosities that can not be imagined. Others however go on to become defenders of those in jail, guiding them in the right path, helping them stay out of trouble. I see the slaves trying to be down other slaves, they know that they are not a community, that they are slaves, but they will be damned if anyone try for freedom. The little that I have read about slavery in the past, I believe their were slaves like that that alerted their masa when another prisoner would try to escape. I think the system works like that. I understand that they did it out of fear, but what I see are a lot of little punks getting off on the fake power the system gives them. That’s not ok.

Real people of valour need to do what they can. Some in my opinion do not want freedom, and that is ok, but it’s not ok to interfere with those who are trying go get theirs. Be slaves if you will, but step out of the way of others that choose the path of freedom.

People want truth. 9/11 truth, they complain about secret societies, who really rules the world, they always say how much they want truth, but when truth comes, what do they really do with it, and for it? I have been rethinking a lot of things over the last few days. I believe their are some who want freedom, that want this system exposed, that remember decency, and who know that this is wrong. Maybe this system started to protect, but it’s being abused. It’s being used like a gang, or a mafia of some sort. Once targeted a person is put on a social hit list, and their lives ruined, petty things that are illegal are allowed, disgraceful lies are allowed to be spread, and people just assume that most targets are then going to want to join, and do the same to others?

The side that I saw tells me everything that I need to know, because I have seen it enough in human history. 20 years ago, this truth might not have come to light, 10 years ago it did not come to light, 5 years ago, strange stories about group stalking, electronic harassment, human rights abuses, a structure that was systemic, that destroyed lives, that was responsible for suicides, mass killings, illegal institutionalization’s, false arrests, and then finally the finger seems to at least semi be pointed in the right direction, but those arbitrators, those bastions of truth who cry for it daily on forums, who talk tough, are no where to be seen.

People want others to do everything and then like Henny Penny when the work is all done, they want to join in, well to join in, people have to do some work. Those that are part of the system understand how it works. I am learning what I can from the outside, which is where I want to be.  But you on the inside know your system, you are in my opinion better able to know the workarounds. At least that’s what I would hope. Anyways it’s their it’s truth, the next time you cry about it, whine about it, wonder why you don’t have it, then there is your answer.

Gang Stalking Community Notifications

Community Notifications and Gang Stalking

Targeted Individuals have spent several years trying to understand the mechanisms that would allow the type of targeting that is happening to them to exist. Many have tried to understand how a system could exist that could monitor and track them 24/7. That could follow them from community to community. A structure that could label them, even from country to country.

Most targets see themselves as innocent individuals. People that have done no wrong, yet many started to experience, psychological torture, electronic harassment, and systemic wide targeting almost as if overnight in some cases, and in other cases it slowly built up over years.

Targets looked at structures such as Cointelpro, The Stasi, Stalking Groups, Vigilantes, the types of structures that had occurred in the past that had lead to a similar types of harassment. Many were close and very similar to what targets experienced, in their scope, and potential for systemic life disruptions and destruction, but none were ever quite perfect.

Then last year the case of a woman in England named Jane Clift was brought to light as she made headlines in the U.K., and beyond. Ms. Clift tried to perform what was her citizens duty in reporting a man that had become angry and violent with her. In reporting this man, she herself was embroiled in a verbal altercation with the community worker that she tried to report his anti-social behaviours to. Ms. Clift followed up their heated discussion with a letter, and for this simple act, Ms. Clift was placed on a list with sex perverts, and other criminals. She was placed on what the U.K. calls the violent persons registry. It’s a listing for individuals who have displayed violent or other inappropriate behaviour. Ms. Clift found that being under the spotlight of this flagging system was too much and she was forced to move from the area that she had lived in for over 10 years.

Ms. Clift unlike many targets had been given notification that she was to be placed on such a list. The nature of her perceived offence, and the length of time she would be on such a list. She described her experience, which in some pivotal ways matched some of what Targeted Individuals had mentioned in their harassment.

She sensed that, everywhere she went, there was “whispering, collaboration, people scurrying about”. “Everywhere I went – hospitals, GPs, libraries – anywhere at all, even if I phoned the fire service, as soon as my name went on to that system, it flagged up ‘violent person marker, only to be seen in twos, medium risk’.” 2

Ms Clift’s targeting if not identical was at least fraternal to what targets had described. People collaborating. Whispers, scurrying, life disruption that had caused her to move. In Ms. Clifts case the warning markers, and flags had been sent out to quite a few agencies, and thus everywhere she want this warning marker followed her.

The question then became was such a system, or similar system available in other countries? Which laws were being used and who was responsible for keeping or organizing such information?

Further research showed that under occupations health and safety laws, there was such a structure in place, that would allow an individual to receive a warning marker, or flag on their files for various perceived offences. The structure matched and covered all the various markers that targets had complained about. The structure also allowed for those around the accused to be fully aware of what was ongoing, while it allowed the accused to be unaware, unable to defend themselves. This structure upon further and deeper examination fit extremely well with what was ongoing.

Under the Occupational health and safety, or community health and safety laws, which have been established in many countries, individuals can be flagged and a notification about them can be sent out to the community at large, all without the targets awareness. These laws give workers the right to be made aware if they are about to encounter potentially violent situations or individuals. These laws however do not give the target any foreknowledge of the violence, and harassment they will soon receive from the community, once placed on such a notification system.

Workers have the ’ right to know ‘ all risks and safe work procedures associated with the job. This may involve identifying individuals with a history of unpredictable or violent behaviour.

Training workers to recognize escalating behaviour that has the potential to result in violence is a common way to minimize risk. Five warning signs of escalating behaviour and possible responses are listed in Appendix C.

In the service sector this may require identifying to employees persons who have a history of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour in the store, bar, mall or taxi.

The identity of the person and the nature of the risk must be given to staff likely to come into contact with that person. While workers have the right to know the risks, it is important to remember that this information cannot be indiscriminately distributed. 3

Workers do have a right to know if they are going to encounter violent situations or individuals. On the surface this sounds like a good thing, and if used properly should be a good thing, yet the innocent were and are being targeted by this system. How were innocent individuals, whistle-blowers, and others ending up on such lists without any kind of warning or notification? Even convicted prisoners get warnings if they are going to be placed on a notification system, thus legally it would be presumed that other individuals would have the same rights and protections if there lives were going to be disrupted in a similar manner. This does not seem to be the case.

Under these occupational health and safety laws, incidents must be reported. They can range anywhere from threatening looks, yelling, to actual physical aggression and everything in between. They can also include other inappropriate behaviours. Eg. Acts of sexual aggression, harassment, intimidation, inappropriate lewdness, etc.

Once a worker files a report, if the workplace has an Employee Assistance Program then this matter might be discussed with that department. If the behaviour is deemed to be a real concern, then it might be forwarded to a Threat Assessment Team. This team is where designation, warning markers, and notifications can be determined and applied to an individuals file, depending on the structure of the organization.

This is a pre-emptive team with a mission of early identification of intervention. The composition of the TAT shall be the following individuals or their designated representatives: 4

Early interventions can be misconstrued and lead to damaging consequences. There many assumptions that go into pre-crime policing, that can have damaging consequences for the target involved.

Oregon State Police Sgt. Jeff Proulx explained to South Oregon’s Mail Tribune why the operation was such a success: “Instead of being reactive, we took a proactive approach.”

There’s just one problem: David Pyles hadn’t committed any crime, nor was he suspected of having committed one. The police never obtained a warrant for either search or arrest. They never consulted with a judge or mental health professional before sending out the military-style tactical teams to take Pyle in.

“They woke me up with a phone call at about 5:50 in the morning,” Pyles told me in a phone interview Friday. “I looked out the window and saw the SWAT team pointing their guns at my house. The officer on the phone told me to turn myself in. I told them I would, on three conditions: I would not be handcuffed. I would not be taken off my property. And I would not be forced to get a mental health evaluation. He agreed. The second I stepped outside, they jumped me. Then they handcuffed me, took me off my property, and took me to get a mental health evaluation.” 5

This team consists of members from Human Resources and other organizations. In the case of one Florida University the organization consists of many different individuals from various areas that work together to make the determination of whether they thing an individual could be a cause for violence.

Others as needed and deemed appropriate by above representatives E. Workplace Violence Management Team: A Workplace Violence Management Team (WVMT) shall periodically review the workplace violence policy and recommend changes as needed. The WVMT shall consist of the following persons or their designated representative:

1. Chief, University Police Department 2. Director, EAP 3. Director, Personnel Services 4. General Counsel F. Crisis Management Unit – The University maintains a Crisis Management Unit (CMU) through a collaborative effort between the Psychology Department and the Campus Police Department. In the event of a situation which may require immediate police or psychological intervention, the Police department should be notified. The Chief of Police (or designated representative) will determine if the situation requires the attention of the police, the CMU or the TAT. 4

In addition to exhibiting violent or other inappropriate behaviours, there are other factors that could ensure that an individual has a warning marker, or flag placed on their file. Again this will differ with each organization, but the concept is the same. This structure or one similar is used in some cases to determine if individuals will end up on this system wide notification.

V. “Fitness for Duty” Issues

In addition to the definitions of violent, potentially violent, and abusive behaviors as discussed in Section IV, these Guidelines shall also be concerned with behaviors, physical and verbal, that may not appear to be violent, potentially violent, or abusive prima facie. Such behaviors that do not fall within the purview of the definitions in Appendix A, yet may be viewed as precursors to violent behavior and/or have the tendency to interfere with a harmonious work environment or with an individuals work performance, shall be deemed as “fitness for duty” issues. Examples of “fitness for duty” behaviors may include, but are not limited to:

A. Expression of bizarre and inappropriate thoughts. B. Excessive absenteeism without prior approval or rationale. C. Degenerating physical appearance. D. Acts of insubordination. E. Poor work performance. F. Poor workplace relationships with others. G. Indications of alcohol/substance abuse. H. Excessive complaining. 4

The additional criterias that can get a person flagged, are interestingly enough many of the same symptoms that harassment, bullying and mobbing victims targets experience, or have express experiencing at the height of their targeting. Remember that harassment can happen in the workplace, in the community, or on campus. Many victims of sexual harassment have expressed inappropriate thoughts of what they would like to see happen to those harassing them. Many targets of sexual harassment and other harassment’s do not always keep up their physical appearance, while being harassed. They might disobey supervisors if asked to work with their assailant. Targets of mobbing, bullying, and harassment do often start to exhibit poor performance, workplace reviews and assessments. Some do turn to alcohol and substance abuse to deal with the harassment. Almost all targets of these harassment do make complaints to human resources on a regular basis in order to have the harassment stopped. Yet these are coincidentally the criteria listed for determining if someone is fit for duty.

VI. Reporting Procedures

All University employees and registered students, regardless of position, are responsible for the immediate reporting of any acts of violence, potential acts of violence, or threats they have received or witnessed, or have been told that another employee has witnessed or received. Employees and students should also report unusual, harassing, or threatening behaviors, as defined in Appendix A, even though such behaviors may not be in the form of an imminent threat, particularly if these behaviors make one fearful for his or her continued safety. Employees must make such reports regardless of the relationship of the employee to the person who initiated the threat or behavior or committed the act of violence. 4

Today’s workplace does not leave very much room for discretion. It is now routine for individuals to report acts of aggression, or other inappropriate behaviours. These can often have devastating affects on innocent individuals.

A medical technician killed himself after being suspended from work after someone complained that he made a politically-incorrect joke about a black friend.

Roy Amor, 61, who was devastated at the prospect of losing his job making prosthetics, shot himself in the head outside his house.

He was facing a disciplinary investigation after suggesting to the black colleague that he ‘better hide’ when they noticed immigration officers outside their clinic.

It is understood that the man was a close friend of Mr Amor and was not offended. However, it was overheard by someone else who lodged a formal complaint. 6

The above case shows how a seemingly innocent joke between two friends, can be overheard, taken as offensive by a third party, and lead to dire consequences. He made the remark to an individual who was a long term friend, but this remark lead to a disciplinary investigation. An investigation which might even have seen him fired from his job. Unable to face the consequences he committed suicide.

Due to the secrecy used in this program a target of harassment might well display anger, or other legitimate outbursts. Once this happens all the aggressors who are familiar with this system have to do is report the incidents. Explain how the target makes them feel threatened, uncomfortable, or express concerns about workplace violence. When in fact the target is the one being constantly provoked. Get a few friends involved and before you know it, the target is the problem. The target is the person who is aggressive, and the target is the one being disciplined or having a warning marker placed on their file. Targets are often being baited by complete strangers once they find themselves on these notification lists.

In future many more innocent people might just find themselves with such warning markers added to their files, as the DSM make the definition for mental illness that much wider and broader in scope.

DSM Updates

Proposed updates to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) are prompting many to question whether or not the psychiatric profession itself has gone crazy. The latest additions to the alleged “mentally ill” could include hoarders, people who get angry every now and again, lazy people, and even those who get outraged over things like sex and violence on television. 7

“For this latest revision they’ve set up a special task force to decide if behaviors like bitterness, extreme shopping or overuse of the internet should be included,” explained Professor Christopher Lane 7

Many Internet users who spend time on games such as World of Warcraft might meet this definition. People who spend too much time on chat forums. Lazy individuals, people who get angry, or who get upset about too much violence on television, people who like to shop too much, or hoard things, might all make the list in future. The criteria for these definitions are not only unscientific, they could easily incorporate most any individual in today’s modern society. If these definitions are successfully updated, there could be many more targets making the list in future.

Once a target is flagged, or a warning marker is placed on their files, depending on what the threat assessment team determines a community notification is sent out to the individuals around the target. Anyone that might come in contact with the target is contacted. Others who are part of these notification programs are also contacted when the target is nearby.

If a target makes a call, or their name is pulled up on a system, the targets warning marker will follow them. The community then naturally goes into hypervigilance mode, and they do anything they can to remove that individual from within the community. Most individuals treat these notifications the same way they would treat notifications about any other threat, be it paedophiles, rapists, the same hysteria is often present.

Community Notification

Some people might argue that they would feel more secure if they were aware of the identities of dangerous offenders in their neighbourhoods, but widespread community notification actually serves to heighten fear of victimization. In a large metropolitan area, hundreds of thousands of people are notified of a dangerous offender’s release, while only hundreds will come into contact with him in the community. This blanket notification propagates the belief that there are more “predators” in the community than ever before, and fearful attitudes among members of the public are reinforced. A vicious cycle results: widespread notification leads to an increase in the community’s fear of crime which, in turn, leads to more calls for notification. We would also argue that the use of inflammatory language such as “predator” by politicians and officials also works to heighten fear and increase calls for more punitive action. 8

Since the innocent target has no idea of what is happening behind their back, this system is being used in inappropriate ways. Based on the research that has been conducted,it seems this notification systems is being used to silence whistle-blowers, women seem to be targeted above average, and minorities. As Jane Clift points out, this system goes beyond race, gender. There are lot’s of men and non minority individuals who have also found themselves targeted by this system. This program is not only systemic, but these notifications are being used indiscriminately, with very little oversight, and they are being used beyond borders.

Since most civil workers are aware of this notification system, it means that targets reporting incidents of being followed around by various strangers should not have been unfamiliar to the police, and other agencies that targets reported their harassment to. In most cities this notification is well known, and used by many workers and employers. Yet Targeted Individuals have had to have mental health evaluations for making complaints about this structure, and the harassment that comes with it.

Workers

Not only will this program used the civil servant already mentioned, but it will expand who is used in the program. They will have secret sources of communication available to them. The members of these programs will connect with the fusion centres. None disclosure agreement or a confidential disclosure agreements will be signed by many in these programs to ensure that the information is protected. 9

Once the notification goes out, the target literally feels as if they have become enemy of the state, because the community is getting a notification with information that may or may not be fully accurate. Remember a lot of the reporting that happens, happens by individuals who could have ulterior motives, such as revenge. For someone familiar with this structure, it’s the perfect way to systemically destroy someone’s life and keep them out of the loop for years, if not forever.

The portion of the harassment that targets refer to as Gang Stalking is a deliberate psychological operation that happens within this structure. Involving community harassment, community mobbing, gaslighting, street theatre, electronic harassment and dozens of other techniques that all work together to help systemically destroy the target over time. It also paints those complaining as mentally ill. This structure is capable of destroying the targets reputation, and credibility. As the target seeks to get help for the community harassment that will inevitably occur under such a notification, their cries and pleas for assistance are ignored. Their stories of harassment, stalking, mobbing, electronic harassment, are all conveniently written of as signs of mental illness,while the Targeted Individuals life continues to be systemically interfered with, and continues to fall apart.

Most participants of this notification structure seem to be under some kind of confidentiality or none disclosure agreement. There is also a structure in place that seems capable of punishing anyone who is part of this structure that steps out of line, thus most people do not discuss this program, even as those close to them are being destroyed.

These occupational safety and health laws are in most communities, workplaces, and educational facilities. They are in most democratic countries, such as Canada, U.S., U.K. and the rest of Europe. At this stage many other countries seem to be adapting this structure, and from the feedback targets have provided it seems that this structure is already in most countries.

What this means is that wittingly or unwittingly. There is a systemic, surveillance structure that is fully capable of monitoring and targeting an individual who has been flagged in this manner. This structure is not limited to states, or provinces, and can go beyond borders. The targets information might also be indiscriminately distributed to a wide range of individuals. Individuals that the target might never come in contact with face to face, yet who the target might have an acquaintance, or business relationship with. It’s basically a net that is capable of touching everyone connected to the target, and poisoning them with the information contained in the targets file, wither accurate or not. Because most targets have no idea what is happening, or how such a structure could exist, they are floored as they try consistently to get help within the normal structures, while being written off as having a mental illness.

I believe that this notification system will continue, because it works for many. Many like feeling as if they are part of a secret club. Unless it happens to them, most will never truly understand how devastating such a structure can be to an innocent person. I can only suggest that those with the know how, financial ability, and dedication, work towards implementing laws to get this structure corrected.

Suggestions

This structure should be required to give written notification to targets. If an investigation is ongoing, then the time frame for the investigation should be limited. Targets complain of years, upon years of targeting. If the targets guilt has been established in some capacity, then invite them to a hearing. If not then it should be mandatory to remove these notification after a specific time frame. Most lawyers, mental health workers, police, are all fully in the know about this notification system, thus targets and their complaints of harassment should be taken seriously. Instead this notification system is being used to destroy innocent lives, or harass them for years on end with dire consequences to themselves, and the communities at large.

A dark side that happens masked just below the public’s eye and awareness, but that is often very real and traumatizing for the Targeted Individual. 11

This notification system in scope and breadth is no less damaging then the Stasi’s system of harassment, or the American Cointelpro program. The difference now is that the state has masked these offences under the guise of doing what is right for the community. Leaving innocent targets at the mercy of the mob, and individuals who use this system to openly target, harass, oppress and control those who have been targeted.

Gang Stalking Initiatives

A poster wrote in to clarify my opinion as to why I distance myself from some Gang Stalking initiavites. He asked me specifically about Ms. White and here is my response.

Ms White does several things that I am personally not in accord with.

She focuses on the Stalking aspect of Gang Stalking. Nothing wrong with that, but the few times I have come across her initiatives she has focused on linking this primarily to stalking and changing those laws. Nothing wrong with that, but I don’t believe this will change what is happening to Gang Stalking targets. Changing stalking laws will not change community notifications if that is what we are looking at. You have to name it if you are going to claim it.

I have always focused on the mobbing aspect of this harassment and focusing on the stalking aspect in my opinion is going to be less effective. I have from the start believed that mobbing and the way mobbing targets emotionally act out, best corrolates to the Gang Stalking movement.

Ms White has often criticized websites as bad sites, poison sites, etc, for linking the Gang Stalking harassment to government and state initiatives. That fine, yet other sites seem to get a pass for doing the same thing, and she manages to keep them off her credibility review websites. Ms White has continued to advocate Terrorist Stalking in America, a book that links Gang Stalking first to Stalking crews then to terrorists. She is always asking for proof, when someone mentions the government, yet never has the same issue with openly advocating something that even in her words has a wrong conclusion. She should be also screaming for proof on the Terrorist Stalking book but fails to. This seems to be a double standard that she has. I would love to see the book on her credibility review site, which I feel she covertly uses to attack others, under the guise of these reviews, but she is allowed to do what she wants to.

Ms White in my opinion often leads targets in directions that I do not often agree with. I think her site has loads of useful and valuable information, but when new targets come online, I just need it to be very clear that I am not affiliated with many of her initiatives. All too often they think that all sites share the same opinions and we often do not. In distancing myself from her initiatives, I hope to move targets in more useful directions. Get them more streamlined with things that might help them.

I have been on Eleanor’s forum, things always seem to move forward, but nothing ever seems to actually get done, but she conducts them very professionally. I just feel that we often disagree in various ways and I just like that to be made clear.

The FFCHS site is currently working with John Hall and a politician on laws that I don’t think will fix the problems in the Gang Stalking community. John Hall if focusing on Satalights, which is fine, but to get to the heart of the problem, I think the local initiatives like community notifications need to be addressed. They are getting good press and it feels like things are happening, like things are going forward, but like the time they got targets to write in with information about a multiple lawsuit, I don’t think this will work any better. Thus I don’t want targets linking the two, and thinking that we all share the same ideas. Thus even when laws get passed the angle that is being taken I don’t feel will move things along the way that they need to go, in the direction that they need to go in. That is why I personally have chosen to distance myself from the direction that those initiatives have moved in.

I also had a discussion with a lawyer, who blasted all the Gang Stalking sites, and I asked why? It was because he had a disagreement with FFCHS and possibly Eleanor and thus he wrote off all the Gang Stalking sites. This really opened my eyes, and I didn’t think that was fair. So thus now, it’s made very clear that not all Gang Stalking sites share the same views. Thus if I do an initiative that they don’t agree with, they are not linked and visa versa.

I also have distanced myself from a poster who suggests that targets write a wild Freedom Of Information Act request. I do agree and fully support Freedom Of Information Act requests. I don’t support what was being suggested. Everytime certain fractions and their so called authority are challenged, character assassinations begin by their members, and those affiliated with those movements, they have a consistent habit of doing so, and thus one more reason I often choose to disassociate. Very simple really.

Lastly those fractions prefer to call this Organized Stalking, and sometime ago, I had to really fight to keep the term Gang Stalking after Eleanor decided that Organized Stalking was the term to use. She tried to have the term annexed after four years of really hard work to get the term popularized, in favor of a term most that is not as popular and would have set the movement back. Again at that time, I had to have unneeded character assassinations from some of their members, website attacks, which always happens when openly disagreeing with them. So now I am just very clear about which direction I am going in and which direction they are going in.

Some see this distancing as attacks on those sites, but it’s really just to ensure my initiatives do not affect them, and visa versa.

The Dark Side

Many times on the news you hear a report about a shooting, killing or violent incident and the person at the heart of the incident is passed off as mentally ill, and the society reacts by creating additional laws to protect themselves from the mentally ill.

What many in society still do not understand or realize is that there is a dark side to many of those shootings and violent incidents, there is a dark side that society would rather not have you know about. A dark side that happens masked just below the public’s eye and awareness, but that is often very real and traumatizing for the Targeted Individual.

In many of these cases if you look deeper into these incidents you will often discover that there was more to the story. Before the target had a history of “mental illness”, the target often had complaints of mobbing, bullying, or harassment of some kind. Often times the Target might not even have a term to go with the form of harassment that is happening to them. They often describe individuals around them, or even complete strangers as being mean, taunting, doing little incidents to provoke them. Many of these targets have complained for years about the targeting, but with each successive complaint their actions are often passed off as mental illness. Their very real concerns that some type of organized or systemic harassment, is happening around them often goes unheeded, unheard, and the target might even be forcefully committed by concerned family. When the reality is that the target has been exposed continually overtime to a psychological operation of harassment and provocations, that would be capable of breaking down most of the sane of individuals.

Recently society has become more familiar with terms such as mobbing and bullying.

Mobbing in the context of human beings either means bullying of an individual by a group in any context, or specifically any workplace bullying.

Though the English word mob denotes a crowd, often in a destructive or hostile mood, German, Polish, Italian and several other European languages have adopted mobbing as a loanword to describe all forms of bullying including that by single persons. The resultant German verb mobben can also be used for physical attacks, calumny against teachers on the internet and intimidation by superiors, with an emphasis on the victims’ continuous fear rather than the perpetrators’ will to exclude them. The word may thus be a false friend in translation back into English, where mobbing in its primary sense denotes a disorderly gathering by a crowd and in workplace psychology narrowly refers to “ganging up” by others to harass and intimidate an individual.

Research into the phenomenon was pioneered in the 1980s by German-born Swedish scientist Heinz Leymann, who borrowed the term from animal behaviour due to it describing perfectly how a group can attack an individual based only on the negative covert communications from the group”.[3]

Mobbing is also found in school systems and this too was discovered by Dr. Heinz Leymann. Although he preferred the term bullying in the context of school children, some have come to regard mobbing as a form of group bullying. As professor and practising psychologist, Dr. Leymann also noted one of the side-effects of Mobbing is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and is frequently misdiagnosed. After making this discovery he successfully treated thousands of mobbing victims at his clinic in Sweden.

In the book MOBBING: Emotional Abuse in the American Workplace, the authors say that mobbing is typically found in work environments that have poorly organized production and/or working methods and incapable or inattentive management and that mobbing victims are usually “exceptional individuals who demonstrated intelligence, competence, creativity, integrity, accomplishment and dedication”.[4]

UK Anti-bully pioneers Andrea Adams and Tim Field used the expression workplace bullying instead of what Leymann called “mobbing” although workplace bullying nearly always involves mobbing in its other meaning of group bullying.

We’ve all seen the news reports. A lone gunman returns to his workplace or former workplace to exact revenge for harassment that has gone on sometimes for years. We learn that the gunman has lashed back in the past at those he considered to be abusing him, albeit in non-lethal ways. We are told the gunman has been disciplined in the past for his behavior (reacting to the abuse) and has been ordered to go to counselling or anger management courses. Even though the precipitating abuse may have gone on for years any response in kind gives the bullies and management the opportunity to turn the tables and claim that the victim of abuse is the real problem after all.

Of couse what we don’t hear is that the bullies provoking this reaction are almost never disciplined or required to attend counselling themselves. At this point targets of mobbing are often further humiliated by being forced to sign so-called ‘last chance agreements’ which threaten the target with termination if they dare to challenge the bullies again. So once the target of harassment returns to work after “counselling” they are greeted by cynical bullies who simply renew their attack with added vigor now that they know management will do nothing to stop them and will even join in the persecution. This tacit approval and participation by management guarantees the situation will only get worse.

News reporters interview the gunman’s co-workers, union respresentatives and managers. Those not directly implicated in the harassement of the gunman usually describe him in positive terms. For example in the OC Transpo shooting in Ottawa a co-worker of Pierre Lebrun, Ozzie Morin, commented that Pierre was “a pretty peaceful lad”, “I didn’t think he was ill. I can’t really say anything today that would say he was whacko, you know.” Another co-worker, Grant Harrison remembered Lebrun as “very clever, very nice”. 1

While those closer to the abuse, union reps for example, intent on distancing themselves from blame, respond “We’re going to look for causes but really, I don’t think we’re really going to find a cause,” said union head Paul Macdonnell. “This individual was just sick.”

The societies reaction is too often to pass the individual off as problematic, sick, disturbed, mentally ill, a violent individual. The real causes behind their violent and extreme outbursts often remain hidden. It’s easier to think that we have a few individuals in society that are sick and disturbed vs the fact that we have a society that is doing sick and disturbing things to these individuals and their lives, which in turn leads to these violent outbursts and incidents.

Once educated it is easy to tell what is really happening, who the real victim is. Once it is named and brought out into the light for all to see bullies can no longer operate in the grey area. Only once everyone sees mobbing for what it is, brutal systematic psychological torture, will it become unacceptable. Only when co-workers, supervisors, department heads, HR managers, EAP providers, corporate executives, doctors, lawyers, judges and politicians understand what is being done and comprehend the staggering toll it takes on individuals, companies and society as a whole will laws proscribing mobbing become effective.

In the meantime, the body count will continue to rise.

The body count has indeed continued to rise, but where workplace mobbing and school bullying have become more widely recognized, the issue of community mobbing and Gang Stalking are often less well known, and when violent incidents happen, society does not often readily link these incidents of violence to something more dark and insidious that might be just be happening in the community.

The mobbing community over the years has done a fantastic job of documenting the link between workplace mobbing and violent shootings. They were able to establish that in the case of many workplace shootings if you looked a little deeper there was workplace mobbing ongoing. Workplace mobbing that had gone on for years. The Target of the mobbing had often been singled out as the problem and their cries for help often lead to measures which left them unable to complain any further, take any extra internal actions, and left them at the mercy of the mob.

School shootings have focused attention on student bullying, with shooters in several of the worst shootings reporting they were bullied.

[b]An investigation undertaken by the United States Secret Service found that in over 2/3 of cases, attackers in school shooting incidents “felt persecuted, bullied, threatened, attacked, or injured by others prior to the incident” and discredits the idea that school shooters are “loners” who “just snap”.[/b] Though observing that, “clearly, not every child who is bullied in school presents a risk for targeted violence in school”, the investigation report states that, “a number of attackers had experienced bullying and harassment that was longstanding and severe. In those cases, the experience of bullying appeared to play a major role in motivating the attack at school”. The report also observes “in a number of cases, attackers described experienced of being bullied in terms that approached torment”. The report concluded that, “(t)hat bullying played a major role in a number of these school shootings should strongly support ongoing efforts to combat bullying in American schools”.[4]

Studies prompted by the shootings have shown long-lasting emotional harm to victims. The studies also revealed that bullies themselves are likely to suffer problems as children and adults.[5]

Many in the bullying feild such as the lateTim Fieldalso did a wonderful job with connecting violent school shootings with the concept that the students at the heart of many of those incidents had been bullied. He would also term the phrase bullycide to describe a young persons suicide due to bullying.

Years before bullying became well known, targets of bullying were persecuted, they suffered in silence while their cries for help were ignored. Many were made out to be disturbed or problematic individuals. The reality is that they were enduring months if not years of psychological torture and torment. The shootings gained a lot of attention, and measures were implemented to address school bullying, but years later this is still a very big problem in the school system as seen by the suicide of Phoebe Prince.

Phoebe Nora Mary Prince[1] (November 24, 1994[2] – January 14, 2010) was a teenager from South Hadley, Massachusetts. She became known throughout the United States and internationally when she committed suicide after suffering months of constant bullying from school classmates. Her death brought calls for more stringent, specific anti-bullying laws in Massachusetts. In March 2010, a state anti-bullying task force was set up as a result of her death.

In the case of workplace mobbing and bullying, the suicides don’t often get the same degree of attention that the shootings do, but they are just as important. They show the darkside of what society is capable of doing. They show a real failure of this system. They also are a striking reminder that even with all the education, lectures, documentation, there is still a long way to go towards getting this type of behaviour resolved. They show a dark side of society, and it’s consistent need to feed off of their members, societies need to demean, psychologically degrade, and belittle those it perceives as weaker, deserving of punishment, or who fail to fall in line with the status quo.

What is Gang Stalking?

Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to destroy every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. A target will be flagged by the community for various reasons, their information is sent out to the community at large, and they are followed around 24/7 by the members of the various communities that they are in.

The warning will go out to various places including stores, apartment rentals, future employers, communities that the target is visiting, doctors, fire departments, police, etc. A covert investigation might also be opened, and electronic, means used by the civilian spies/snitches as part of the overt and covert monitoring and surveillance process.

Individuals can be flagged designating them as having a history of aggressive or inappropriate behavior. This flagging system will follow the target if they move, change jobs, visit other areas. It let’s the community believe that they are persons who need to be watched or monitored.

“In the service sector this may require identifying to employees persons who have a history of aggressive or inappropriate behavior in the store, bar, mall or taxi.

The identity of the person and the nature of the risk must be given to staff likely to come into contact with that person. While workers have the right to know the risks, it is important to remember that this information cannot be indiscriminately distributed.

Community health and safety

A woman named Jane Clift in the U.K. went through a very similar type of flagging system. A warning marker was placed against her name designating her as potentially violent.

She sensed that, everywhere she went, there was “whispering, collaboration, people scurrying about”. “Everywhere I went – hospitals, GPs, libraries – anywhere at all, even if I phoned the fire service, as soon as my name went on to that system, it flagged up ‘violent person marker, only to be seen in twos, medium risk’.”

Individuals are being flagged without their knowledge. In many countries these flags might fall under community safety and health laws. It seems that employers, educational facilities, and community centers are in some cases flagging innocent individuals as a means of retaliation, silencing, or controlling members of society.

Being Bullied or Mobbed out of a job can be a devastating experience for anyone. For those who do survive it can lead to post traumatic stress disorder, or even psychiatric injury. The Target can spend years if not the rest of their lives recovering from an attack, unable to work or even attend school.

Differences between mental illness and psychiatric injury

The person who is being bullied will eventually say something like “I think I’m being paranoid…”; however they are correctly identifying hypervigilance, a symptom of PTSD, but using the popular but misunderstood word paranoia. The differences between hypervigilance and paranoia make a good starting point for identifying the differences between mental illness and psychiatric injury.

These symptoms that the target exhibits can also go ignored or misdiagnosed for years by a society that continually fails to understand the emotional and psychologically damaging effects of such practices.

Gang Stalking is experienced by the Targeted Individual as psychological attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying them over time. The covert methods used to harass, persecute, and falsely defame the targets often leave no evidence to incriminate the civilian spies.

It’s similar to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because groups of organized community members stalk and monitor the targets 24/7.

Many Targeted Individuals are flagged, harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realize that they are being targeted by an organized protocol of harassment.

The Targeted Individual community has spent the last few years playing catch up, and trying to firmly establish a coloration between incidents of violence in the community, and the very real fact that many of these individuals might just have been targets of a practice that has become known as Gang Stalking.

In the bookBridging the GapBy: GmB Bailey, there is a whole chapter demonstrating just how easily conspiracies can happen, often right under the public’s scoop of visibility and awareness. With Gang Stalking the community goes into hypervigilance or vigilante mode, trying to remove an individual that they see as a danger or undesirable. The society firmly believes that it is doing something good and beneficial for the community, but in reality they are exposing these individuals to months and years of what amounts to a psychological operation, capable of breaking down and destroying the individual, or driving that person to committing acts of violence.

Over the last several years there have been several such shootings, where the individuals complained about surveillance, monitoring, harassment, people saying rude things, gaslighting, but the individuals are always written off as being mentally ill. It should be pointed noted that with school shootings the kids where once written off as kids who snapped without cause, and the same was true for workplace shootings. They were also written off as people who went postal without any cause. Once a correlation of prior complaints could be established a very different story emerged. It was then noted that in 2/3 of all school shootings the targets had complained about bullying without anything being done, and the same is true for workplace mobbing.

What the Targeted Individual community now has to establish is the link between incidents of violence in the community and these community flaggings, warning markers or listings that individuals are having added to their files, otherwise known as Gang Stalking. What needs to be established is the fact that the violence is happening in some if not most cases, not because the person is mentally ill or violent, but the actions of the community once the individual is flagged in this way, is leading to incidents of violence or mass shootings in the community. The endless community mobbing that the target experiences, which is basically amounts to a psychological operation, that goes on for months if not years, is what is leading to these incident of violence in society.

Jiverly Wong

The news reported Jiverly Wong as a loser with a failed marriage, who had once tried to rob a bank. A person who had a history of drug abuse, and who could not hold down a job.

The story that Jiverly Wong tells is very different.

Jiverly Wong tells a story of 20 years worth of harassment, by members of the community, but mostly by police officers. He talks about rumours and slanders, he also describes what sounds similar to what Targeted Individuals describe as Electronic Harassment. When reviewing Jiverly Wong’s story, it became clear that there were discrepancies. His parents had no reason to believe that he had ever been married. The bank robbery was a lie told to police which established an investigation being opened. None of Jiverly Wong’s co-workers reported any type of a drug problem. His job loses were not job loses, he had worked at one company for several years then left. They report him as an excellent worker. With his second job the factory closed down and he was laid off. He then tried to take an English language class, but reportedly dropped out, most likely due to mobbing. This same school would be the focus and target of his anger.

To look at the story the media painted was to see a paranoid individual, but once society is aware of the psychological operation that goes on behind the scenes, Jiverly Wong’s complaints about what happened to him become far more credible, and requires closer examination. Not just for Jiverly Wong, but for those who were the targets of his final outrage at society. If a correlation can be established, if his complaints can be verified, then maybe this can be used to make sure such incidents do not happen in future.

Kimveer Gill in the news was painted as an anti-social young man, who one day took a gun and for no apparent reason, went on a shooting spree at Dawson College. The reports could find no reason for his shooting. The shooting was in fact attributed to the goth lifestyle and goth culture. The website VampireFreaks.com was in the spotlight for weeks if not months as a possible source for individuals who might be violent.

When reviewing Kimveer Gills postings, there were little hints that something else might have been ongoing, that might have contributed to the shootings.

His postings sound very rambling at first, but he talks of bullying and schools who do nothing. He talks of police who do nothing when people make complaints. He talks about his house being under surveillance for over 6 years.

It might just be the ramblings of a disturbed individual, but it’s also very possible more was ongoing.

The message said that the same thing could happen again if Rajan’s demands for $10 billion in compensation for both he and Kimveer weren’t met.

That same day, they searched the house and discovered a three-page typewritten letter in which Rajan demanded $10 billion “for all the violations, damages, suffering” committed by citizens and the government and “for the negligence of their law enforcement agencies.”

Police also found one of Rajan’s chats on his computer, in which he demands $10 billion for both him and Kimveer for violations of their fundamental rights, like “freedom from torture” and the “right to paid holidays.”

During his interrogation with police, he said he had no knowledge of what his friend had planned. He also said that for the past five or six months, he had developed the ability to read people’s minds, had telepathic powers and had the ability to move people and animals.

Kimveer’s friend Rajiv Rajan wrote some interesting postings after Kimveer’s death. He wrote about damages, suffering committed by citizens, and the government. Neglegence of law enforcement agencies. Violations of his and Kimveer’s fundamental rights, for freedom from torture.

Might just be the ramblings of someone who has since been diagnosed as schizophrenic with a history of depression, but his statements might also shed more light on what might really have been happening with Kimveer Gill.

Keith Deroche

Friday said the 44-year-old Deroux’s cocaine addiction was fuelling ‘paranoid delusions’ that listening devices and cameras had been placed in his apartment. The drug addict believed someone was sending him coded messages through his computer and, even after moving to a new residence, Deroux feared people were entering his house through an underground tunnel and funnelling “noxious gases” into the residence. The only person with enough resources for this kind of surveillance, Deroux figured, was his friend and cocaine dealer, Wolfgang Droege. …

Mr Deroche would then shoot and kill his friend Wolfgang Droege who he blamed for the surveillance and mishaps going on in his life. He gave what to many seemed like a wild, paranoid drug induced description of being under surveillance, gassing, harassment, people entering his home, and that it continued after he moved.

Was he just spewing out a drug induced fantasy or was he on a list, flagged, with a warning marker against his name?

Damon Thompson

The allegation against 20-year-old Damon Thompson is that on Thursday October 9, he attacked a 20-year-old female classmate Katherine Rosen. It happened in an organic chemistry class in the William Young Hall at the university sometime around midday on Thursday when Thompson allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Rosen five times and slashed her throat.

Thompson, an A -student with consistent excellent academic performance is an only child of Judith Brook a legal clerk with the Legal Advice and Services Centre in Belize City. While the US media has painted a negative picture of Thompson,
sources close to him and his family indicated that prior to this incident he had made countless complaints against classmates and this specific lab partner but with no results. Contrary to US media reports, Thompson did know Rosen who was his lab partner and who has been very offensive to him on previous occasions and even the day in question. Now UCLA in an attempt to shift blame away from itself has sought to discredit the mental stability of Thompson by using his many complaints by e-mail as an indication of instability.

When this story occurred, the American media painted Damon Thompson as a student that had walked into a classroom, pulled out a knife and stabbed a random student. He was immediately painted as mentally ill, and placed in jail. That is the bulk of what many will remember about this story, but digging a little deeper and told a very different story.

He had been familiar with Rosen his lab partner, he had made many complaints about harassment, and he had in particular complained about her on several occasions, but I reports of this do not seem to have been printed in the American Media.

Frank said he grew concerned about Thompson in mid-December 2008, after the student sent several e-mails complaining that classmates sitting around him had been disruptive and made offensive comments to him while he was taking a written exam.

In one of the e-mails that Frank provided to The Times, Thompson, 20, also accused Frank of taunting him.

“I believe I heard you, Professor Frank, say that I was ‘troubled’ and ‘crazy’ among other things,” Thompson wrote in the e-mail. “My outrage at this situation coupled with the pressure of the very weighted examination dulled my concentration and detracted from my performance.”

Frank said he was told that other professors had reported similar exchanges with Thompson, who complained he was the constant target of taunts from students across campus — in dorms, dining areas and the library. A university official told Frank that he could only suggest that Thompson seek treatment, but they couldn’t require him to seek psychological help. “My concern was in the context of other violent incidents on campuses around the country,” Frank said.

To Frank, the e-mails he received from Thompson indicated the student was in need of serious help. Frank said he urged university officials to take action. An official told Frank that they could only suggest to Thompson that he seek treatment, but they could not require him to seek psychological services.

University officials have acknowledged that “Thompson was known to our student affairs office prior to the incident,” but could not disclose information about the suspect, citing privacy laws.

When the story was examined a little bit closer it was clear that he had made several complaints about disruptions not only by the students around him, but also by also by professors. His complaints had not been taken seriously, infact he it seems that he was viewed as the problem for making the complaints which most often happens in cases of workplace mobbing, and habitual bullying in the schooling system. It should be noted that the professor he had accused of harassment, was the one used in the interview. What is happening in cases of this is that the system is not correcting itself, instead of tackling systemic bullying, harassment, mobbing, these individuals are all too often placed on lists, have warning markers placed against their names, or flagged, once this happens, it almost invariably leads to open season on the target by the community, and an escalation of open harassment. Then further complaints by the target are seen as a cry for mental health and not what they should be seen as, which is a system that is broken and not functioning. This is is also often a precursor to Gang Stalking, and the escalation of systemic harassment.

“The suspect through the note left at his residence indicated he was upset with the doctor, thinking a chip had been placed inside of him during his appendectomy. The suspect believed he was being tracked due to this chip,” Sterling Owen IV, Knoxville’s Police Chief said.

According to the case file, which lists his name as Abdo Ibssa Mohammed, Ibssa told the court he bought his business in 2008 but wasn’t making any money. Handwritten notes indicate he was $80,000 in debt, apparently for an online school he dropped out of in 2007 “due to personal problems.”

The notes also indicate he filed no tax returns in 2008 or 2009.

Also found during the search were a second handgun, a bag of marijuana and a copy of the book “The Official CIA Manual of Trickery and Deception” — a reproduction of a Cold War-era CIA handbook on the use of illusion and deception for acts of espionage.

Ibssa was allegedly involved in a violent incident a year ago, attacking a stranger in a convenience store, according to a lawyer for the man who filed the civil suit.

Jalal Boudarga sued Ibssa for $300,000 in January, claiming Ibssa shoved him violently against his car, causing him to fall to the ground and badly break his leg. Boudarga’s attorney, Jerry Martin, told The Associated Press that Ibssa believed Boudarga said something bad about him in the store.

“I guess if Mr. Ibssa imagined that a doctor had put a computer chip in him, then it’s not that far of a jump for him to imagine my client saying something about him,” Martin said.

It’s very easy to write this man off as a paranoid and mentally ill individual. He has a history of violence, he was just committed to a mental health facility, and he was off his medication.

When you look at the story there are some question left unanswered. Why did this man feel that he was being tracked? Was he being followed, or did he think he was being tracked via electronic means? Why was there a copy of the CIA manual of Trickery and Deception? For those familiar with the techniques used in Gang Stalking rude comments by strangers, that directly correlate to the Targeted Individual are all too common and it would not be very hard to imagine that a complete stranger could indeed have made a comment to Ibssa.

The stories unlike several of the others does not go into enough details, to establish a firm correlation, in regards to what might have been happening, and the some media outlets have claimed that his neighbours are not giving interviews.

If these cases can be reviewed and it is determined that these men or some of these men were on community lists, had warning markers placed on their files, were flagged, then it might help establish a link between these community incidents of violence and these community listings, warning markers, or flags.

If these patterns can be established, then other factors such as complaints to the police and other agencies can be reviewed. Maybe then Targeted Individuals could get more understanding and awareness, vs being written off as mentally ill.

If it can be established that placing people on lists, warning markers, or flagging files causes community paranoia, harassment, mobbing, and Gang Stalking, then in future when targets complain, maybe their complaints will be taken more seriously. Right now complaints are taken as a sign of mental illness, and additional complaints are viewed the same.

The community in the meanwhile thinks that anyone flagged is a dangerous person, and someone that the need to do everything they can to protect and guard themselves against. The target is then exposed to day in day out systemic harassment, which equates to a psychological operation that is capable of driving the target to a breakdown, or acts of suicide or violence.

Community members go out of their way to do things to provoke the target, harass them in subtle ways. Each incident in and of itself means nothing, but the repeated provocations over time, lead to the headlines seen on the news. This is the dark side of society that is not seen or reported.

It took years for enough research to be put into place to establish a direct link between bullying, mobbing and acts of violence. This process within the Targeted Individual community can be more readily streamlined, by checking to see if any of these individuals had such warnings or flags on their community files.

If they do has such warnings, then it’s important that this link be used to draw the correct conclusion, which would be that placing such warnings against individuals files, can and often does lead to identifiable patterns and cycles of harassment. This then causes acts of violence with in the community as the target is provoked, monitored, and psychologically harassed on a daily basis, everywhere they do. This is the conclusion that should be reached vs people on these lists are violent for no apparent reason and without any justification. It’s important to look at cause and effect.
If the communities actions are leading to these end results then it’s important to establish laws and support for targets to address this, so that fewer incidents will be caused over the next few years.
