Apathy is the key
When I started finding out about Gang Stalking or rather the elements of what was happening to targets, I thought it would be a simple matter of exposure and awareness.
Making people aware that this was happening and finding a responsible legal or political figure to help get this stopped.
Instead what I found was nasty conspiracy after conspiracy. I don’t just mean ours but others. I found that many had come before trying to expose what was happening. Most of the true people only getting so far, before having accidents, dying of cancer, etc.
Then there was the world of shrills, disinfo agents, people giving you 90-95% truth mixed in with about 5-10% of lies and it was their lies you had to try to watch out for.
My greatest surprise was that this is not something new, at first I really thought that the targeting might have something to do with 9/11 and that the informant thing was only recent.
The more research I did, I realised that this system went back to England, the colonies and even before that.

I thought it would be a matter of making people aware that this is happening and then surly people would do the right thing and we would get this stopped, boy was I wrong. People don’t do the right thing, they often look the other way and turn a blind eye to injustice. They feel powerless and unable to stop what is happening. They like what is happening, are fully in league and see no reason to stop it. Then there are those who would like to see this system changed.
At first I could not understand how so many people could be a part of what was happening, what I was seeing was far greater in number than any Stasi figures, I had come across. I saw people that I knew, stranger, business owners, co-workers, etc who were a part of what was happening.
On subsequent snooping, I was able to find out more from some of the people who knew about the city wide program, as I was calling it at the time. However it’s not city wide, and it goes beyond borders. Intelligence agencies not only sharing information, but collaborating to destroy lives. If we had real newspapers and real journalists this would not be that hard to figure out, but our media is controlled, and though some would like to write about this, they most likely are not allowed to in one regard or another.
What I found as I researched were other scandals, open secrets, which is what I consider this to be. It’s not a secret, but an open secret. Many people know the bear-bones of what is happening, they may not understand that people are dying, or being tortured, but with the information being put out, it’s not hard to figure out.

I found that sexual abuse of children in large part continues because this system is being protected. We could stop this, but they are part of the sacrifice of this system. Many such as Senator De Champ have exposed this, other have exposed international pedophile rings, protected by people in high places, who are some of the main consumers. Nothing gets done. You have low level arrests, but to shake the system and truly get this stopped would require more, and that does not happen.

You have mass shootings, due to these types of investigations, and people cry and act all outraged. I remember when the Jiverly Wong shooting happened, there was not enough condemnation of him, outrage after outrage, and yet when it came time for the public to truly do something to get this stopped, such as stopping or curtailing these investigations, nothing. So these victims die, but the true culprit this system that saw fit to harass this man for 18 years till he snapped and killed, gets away with it.
Other have gone on shooting sprees for similar reasons. The German shooter who shot up his highschool, Peeka Eric gave similar reasons for the mass murders. Yet it’s easier to write him off as crazy, then to pay attention to what was really said.

From what he wrote in this letter it seems he was quite aware of this system, but didn’t want to be a part of it. No one wants to be a slave. But it seems some will live with it. I think his life was wasted. I believe he had tried to wake people up on Youtube and other means, and even with the following that he had, he still did not see things changing and thus lashed out. Sad, he thought his actions would set off a revolution, but how can they? Look at the sheeple that you are dealing with. In some regards his life was wasted, I really wish that he had kept writing and posting videos instead of doing this extreme action. In researching this shooting it was very sad.
If more people like him who wake up, who seem to be on the inside, then maybe they in time can make the difference. I think they have a better chance of reaching the sheeple, because they are acquainted with the system.
At the end of the day making people aware is only a part of it. Recently I had someone was whining and crying that their secret was being told. Here I am being targeted by this creepy system, that is torturing me and (irritating) me, and then I have some semi brain dead sheeple bitching about how their secret is not being protected. We don’t expect children to protect the secrets of pedophiles who are abusing them, why would the sheeple expect targets to keep the secrets of a state that is abusing and torturing them? Anyways same issue, different perspective.
What reviewing the instances of children being abused by the church, state, pedophile rings, politicians, etc, has taught me is that people will willingly and actively cover for this system. It was not kept a secret because people were not willing to speak out, it’s because when they did speak out they were ostracized, prosecuted, paid off, or silenced. Societies prevailing attitude at the time determined these kids fate.
People don’t like to rock the boat. Most times when the truth comes out there is a brief moment of awareness and then people go back to business as usual.

People are apathetic at times. It can happen. This is for many a minor inconvenience, remember most people see one piece of the whole puzzle, the blood is spread so thin, that it hardly makes a difference.
How to get this prevailing attitude to change? It can change, I have seen it change. We have to keep exposing what is happening. I saw one target say that they were scared to tell their story, and I was thinking, how will you ever be confident enough? If targets don’t stand up to this system then who will?
People have to do what makes them comfortable, if someone is not ready or uncomfortable, then so be it, but three years ago, there was the David Lawson book, a few websites, and no where near the awareness that there is now.
If each person take the initiative, then it can change. People right now in some cases believe that they are doing something good, remember in Nazi Germany the citizen thought they were doing something good, in many cases. When people feel empowered, think that they are helping a cause, or are a part of something greater than themselves, they can be and are capable of some of the worst atrocities.
This time period is no different. Light must continually be shone into the darkness.
Woman placed on Violent Persons Register
I am really happy about this story. I did not know there was a potentially “violent person registry.” I don’t know what the names would be in Canada, U.S. or Europe, but it should not be hard to find out.
Think of this scenario in the workplace, at school, etc. You make a comment, or perform an action that might upset someone with the capacity to get you on such a list, and then an notice is sent out to several dozen places that you are a potentially violent person who should not be alone with others, and then your life changes.

She sensed that everywhere she went there was a whispering and collaboration campaign, with people scurrying about. Managers must ensure that the significant findings arising from risk assessments are communicated to employees affected by those work activities. For the purposes of this section the work activity relates to visits by Council employees away from Council premises. See Instruction section for detailed Risk assessment.
Senior managers who, after notification of an incident to one of their employees, believe that person(s) and/ or an address now need to be included onto the staff safety register then they must notify the system manager of that decision at the earliest opportunity.
To comply with Data Protection Act 1988 if the manager decides to include a person onto the register then that person must be informed in writing of the intention to do so, the reason for their inclusion and the arrangements for review and removal. The right of appealing against that decision must also be provided.
Employees
Employees who undertake visits to non-Council premises must utilise the Staff safety register to ascertain if the location of the proposed visit is included in the register as a potential to cause harm.
Principal Safety Officer
The Principal Safety Officer as system manager has the ability to create, amend and delete data and to ensure appropriate an advisory/ training service is available to all employees with responsibilities under these instructions. The PSO must ensure that the system is managed and staffed appropriately.
8. Instructions
System Access – Three levels of access are available and a clear level of authorisation will control the granting of each. All levels of direct access to data will be password controlled and the staff safety register itself will record details of every access, including the data viewed and the reason for access.
8.1. Level 1 Access- Basic Interrogation
An email (external email facility) based enquiry function, which tests whether a name or address is registered. Appropriate staff will be specifically authorised to use this function.
8.2. Level 2 Access- View Only
The ability to view data on the software system (software installed on individual pc’s). Only a limited number of managers will be given this access. Where a level 1 user identifies a match from the email system a Level 2 user will obtain the relevant information from the software system and carry out a risk assessment for a visit to the premises and advise accordingly.

Gang Stalking, Cyber Vigilantes, Mobbing, Cellphone Stalking
Ever since researching the Human Flesh Search Engine people are probably a little confused. What is the difference between something like that and Gang Stalking?
Well I thought that this would be a good time to briefly go over some of the harassment’s that are similar, and what the differences are. If I have forgotten anything forgive me in advance.
Mobbing
-Subtle and Covert. Mobbing has many aspects similar to Gang Stalking. The emotional and psychological abuse that the Targeted Individual suffers is very similar to what targets of workplace mobbing suffer. On this level the mobbing community are our closest relations, and this is why Gang Stalking has also been termed community mobbing by some.

Mobbing can be ongoing for years, it can cause health problems, and can even cause the targets to become violent, or have emotional breakdowns. Mobbing is hard to prove, and changing jobs might stop the mobbing, but it may not. Mobbing can cause you to be blacklisted from your field of employment.
Cellphone Stalking
-This is an overt form of harassment that involves 24/7 surveillance . The targets cell or cameraphones are used to track and monitor them 24/7.
Emotionally it’s stressing to the targets just like Gang Stalking, but with cellphone stalking and the overt nature of the harassment, targets often have evidence to present to the police. Also the targets could get rid of their phones to stop the harassment.

-This is often overt and swift. In Korea it’s called Cyber Violence, and in America it’s called Cyber Vigilantism.

Human flesh search engines: Chinese vigilantes that hunt victims on the web
A new phenomenon is sweeping China after the quake: digital witch hunts of those who dare to be outspoken or criticise
Ms Wang’s Chinese name, Chinese identification number and contact details in America were tracked down and posted across the internet. She received hate mail and threats that if ever she returned to China, she would be “chopped into 10,000 pieces”. Her parents’ address in China was published and they were forced to go into hiding.
Tibetans have also been targeted. After 44-year-old Lobsang Gendun was photographed protesting at the Olympic torch relay in London, Paris and San Francisco, the human flesh search engine whirred into action.
With huge overseas communities, it took just a couple of hours for Chinese web users to collate the pieces of Mr Gendun’s life – replete with Google satellite map and photos of his American home.
“I suggest assassination,” wrote one poster. “Execution by shooting,” said another. No, no, insisted yet another: “Use China’s most ancient form of execution – dismember him.”
In an unfortunate case of mistaken identity, it turned out there was another exiled Tibetan called Lobsang Gendun living in Utah. Since the targeting of his namesake began, Mr Gendun, a self-proclaimed “Olympic supporter”, has received hundreds of aggressive emails and telephone calls.

The speed to which the vigilantes can mount an attack is amazing, not just in China, but in Korea and America as well.
The digital age allows critics to quickly find a fair amount of information about their targets. One day last November, at about 11:30 a.m., a blog focused on making New York streets more bike-friendly posted the license plate number of an SUV driver who allegedly accelerated from a dead stop to hit a bicycle blocking his way.
At 1:16 p.m., someone posted the registration information for the license plate, including the SUV owner’s name and address. (The editor of the blog thinks the poster got the information from someone who had access to a license-plate look-up service, available to lawyers, private investigators and police.) At 1:31 p.m., another person added the owner’s occupation, his business’s name and his title. Ten minutes later, a user posted a link to an aerial photo of the owner’s house. Within another hour, the posting also included the accused’s picture and email address.
The SUV’s owner, Ian Goldman, the chief executive of Celerant Technology Corp. in the New York City borough of Staten Island, declined to comment for this article. According to an email exchange posted on the blog, Mr. Goldman said that he had lent the vehicle in question to a relative with “an urgent medical situation” and that he was not aware of any incident. The alleged victim has decided to drop the matter since the damage to the bicycle, which he was standing next to at the time, was under $20. Last month, Aaron Naparstek, editor of the blog, says he removed Mr. Goldman’s home and email addresses from the site after receiving a “lawyerly cease and desist” email asking that the whole posting be deleted.
This is in America and I see very little difference to some of the stories that happened in China.

My name, address, photographs, telephone numbers were all over the Internet,” Kim said. “Tens of thousands of people were busy sharing my identity and discussing how to punish me. My name was the most-searched phrase at portals.” News reports and portals confirmed that his name was at the top of such lists.
The next time someone tells you that people would not waste the time in harassing others, or stalking others, just smile knowingly and point to these articles.
Gaslighting
-This is often covert and done over a period of time, and the goal is to drive the person crazy, or to freak them out, or give them a breakdown.

Gaslighting is a form of intimidation or psychological abuse in which false information is presented to the victim, making them doubt their own memory and perception. The classic example of gaslighting is to change things in a person’s environment without their knowledge, and to explain that they “must be imagining things” when they challenge these changes. The term derives from the 1938 stage play Gas Light, in which a wife’s concerns about the dimming of her house’s gas lights are dismissed by her husband as the work of her imagination, when he has actually caused the lights to dim. His action is part of a wider pattern of deception in which the husband manipulates small elements of his wife’s environment, and insists that she is mistaken or misremembering, hoping to drive her to insanity.
Use in real life
An example of gaslighting being used in real life was by the Manson Family during their “creepy crawler” burglaries during which nothing was stolen, but furniture in the house was rearranged[2].

Apparently this is an ongoing storyline. However if you want to see a really good storyline look up Drucilla being Gaslighted, also from the same soap opera, but from a few years ago. That was so well done, that the character ended up in a mental ward. It was a wonderful example of Gaslighting. I have not seen the Ashley storyline yet.

-Covert and ongoing. On an emotional and psychological level this is very similar to mobbing.

Male Rape. Part 3.
Over crowded Prisons.
American prisons went from semi reasonable numbers to being the overcrowded, violent, dangerous places they are today. This in large part due to the war on drugs.
The aspect of American jails that gets joked about, brushed aside, but not discussed in a serious enough manner is that of male rape.
Racism in Prison.

Apparently prisons are divided along gang line, racial lines, and so forth, so it turns out it’s a wonderful breeding ground for racism. Apparently many enter the prisons ignorant of racism or without any gang affiliations and in order to survive that is one of the things that happens you join a gang, crew or stick to your own kind along race and color lines. Thus why any attempts to desegregate prisons have to take this into consideration. They also have to take into consideration that this set up in some ways is ued for protection of some prisoners to stop other groups from brutally raping some group members.
The Rapes themselves happen in a variety of ways. Some of them are physically forced rapes, some are threats, some are extortion, many are psychological or praying on vulnerabilities. I was surprised that many of the same techniques that are used on women in society are also used in these jails. Meaning that rape is not always about force, it’s often about getting power over your target. Men in jail do use force, but they also use psychological techniques to break down their targets and to get them to submit, or become indebted to the aggressor.
Part of what happens with rapes along race lines is likely what is playing a part in changing attitutes and creating racism in these jails. Eg. White males, young males, gay males, and effiminate looking males are prime targets for sexual assults and rapes. However there are no hard and fast rules, in jail anyone can be a target.
Dividing along race lines can provide some protection, but only so much, because men are then often hit upon by members of their own groups for sex as a means of protection.

HIV/AIDS
HIV is a very real concern for the US prison authorities. An estimated 2% of the US prison population is HIV-positive – a prevalence four times greater than that of the general American population. The exact prevalence of HIV in prisons varies from state to state: in New York 7% of inmates are infected with HIV, compared to less than 1% in California.
This is a real problem in prison, the prison population has a 4-7 times higher HIV rate than the general population.
HIV rise in the Black Community
I found what I thought might be a correlation between the higher rates of HIV in the black African/American population and the incarceration rates. I was happy to find a couple of articles on this and one study.

What I also found surprising is the number of men estimated to be having male on male sex willingly or unwillingly behind bars. Some research has it at 50%

Remember there are 2.1 million men behind bars. if the studies are correct that would be about 1.5 million at any given time engaging in male on male sex at some point, in many cases unwillingly and unprotected. When I say unwillingly, I mean that outside of forceful rapes, and psychological cohesion, some men do engage in male on male sex, but if they were not forced to for protection, many men would not choose to engage in male on male sex.

The men are being released back into the communities and then they are infecting new partners. This most likely why there is a rise in HIV amongst the black population

Male Rape Part 1.
I started doing the research on male rape in US prisons last week. I spent the whole weekend inside doing research. What I found was horrible, disturbing and it’s hard to realise that there are segments of the population that have it as bad, or worst than Targeted Individuals but there are.
Psychological and Health Issues.
After being raped in jail the problems do not stop there. After having their cries for help ignored, their rapes treated with indifference and disdain, and their attempts to seek out justice denied, then these men are released back into society. Some are suicidal, some emotionally disturbed, unable to cope with what has happen to them, which sometimes involves years of sexual assaults, rapes and other forms of victimization’s. Some have to deal with issues of HIV and other diseases. Many are hostile, angry and some even violent. Many have other issues that were not dealt with in prison, or more accurately were created in prison, and then these problems become societies problems.
Repeat offenders who get into crime again because they can not find way to take care of themselves, many have trouble getting a job, society penalizes those who have been in jail or prison. Some are violent and will rape on the outside. Many spread diseases, such as HIV, and other diseases back into communities. Many acquire psychological issues that were not present before their stay in jail.
Some become racist and continue with their new group affiliations that they gained in prisons.
Many never talk about the horrors that they went through, too ashamed to let family and friends know what they had to do to survive, finding very little support on the outside, and the topic of male rape being a punchline for late night comedians, who have no idea how truly disturbing the reality is.
That is the reality of male rape in American prisons, and society, because the problems clearly do not end in the prisons, they branch out into many areas of society and have unforeseen consequences for many communities, health care workers, financially, socially, society in many cases may continue to pay for the care of a former inmate and their multiple unresolved issues.
The only time focus really shifts to prisons is when there are riots, such as the two recent ones that occurred. California where they are trying to desegregate, and in Ky.

Overcrowding, rapes, and a whole bunch of other issues that have been ignored for way too long. Also since California is trying to desegregate it’s inmate population, you might well see a lot more of these riots, but it’s time focus was placed on these prions. They are vacuums of human decency, and conscience and it’s time that they had the proper focus that is deserved.
Terry Tremaine
The reason that this post caught my eye is due to the fact that he sounds like he might be a Targeted Individual.
Now after reading some of Mr Tremaine’s postings, I can honestly say that I don’t agree with his views and opinions. In a democratic society however you do have the right to voice your opinions, within reason. (There are exceptions to every rule however. Eg. M.B.N.L.A.)

Now his postings would be something that a lot of average people would not agree with, but does he have the right to make his postings? Well he was set up by an infiltrator, a Mr Warman who then decided to sue him using the CHRC Complaint process.
After he was sued, he says he was fired from his job, then he moved and according to the above quote, he was slandered, pursued from place to place, etc. I did some follow up research and found out that he became depressed and suicidal, he checked himself into a mental hospital, and then renounced his postings. When he got out he revoked his apology for his previous postings, and then stayed off the Internet, till he made the above post and was re-arrested for it, and is now in jail.
I am going to try to stay away from personal opinions etc, the fact is, if he is a target, then his case might shed some light on the Stasi like system that is happening in Canada. If a clear link can be made between what happened to him and the CHRC, then it might be something that Targeted Individuals can use in Canada to show correlation between the government and the things targeted individuals are experiencing and these investigations.
In his case, we know why his harassment started, and in his opinion he sets a clear stage for correlation of his harassment and the CHRC.

I wanted more details about the specifics, but don’t have enough to make a full assessment, but my early instinct is he went through what many of us call the Gang Stalking process. His is just a better case, because if it can be used to show that the state is employing these tactics, then maybe targets in Canada could use this in court, to prove their harassment, maybe not, don’t know, but it’s why this story was important.
I am not going to lie, for the average person even his defence is going to contain some unplaptable racial overtones that many will find unacceptable, and maybe even assume he deserved his fate, but since Canada is suppose to be a free country, and claims democracy, then this case should be a concern on those grounds, though I realise separating the lines will not come easy for most, I had a hard time with his postings that I tried to research.

He seems to miss the bigger picture, that this is about all of us, white, black, Asian, Indian, this is about humanity, and what is happening with him is a small microcosm of the greater picture and the bigger agenda.
This prosecution did not begin with him, it’s been ongoing since the first immigrants sent foot on Canadian, American soil, it’s about control and squashing dissidence and it always has been.
I wish that he had tuned into the bigger picture, this is happening to male, female, black, white, Asian, Indian, in his case, the persecution started for something very overt, and opinions some might not agree with, but for many others the same type of persecution happened for reasons they are not aware of. What people have to understand is that what affects one, affects another.
When I went looking for answers about the civil rights, and the panthers, and why more leaders had not risen in this time period, it’s because many of those leaders are in jail, destroyed before they even had a chance to rise. When I researched I found a deliberate system that had been implemented to destroy ethnic communities, with drugs, music, and social influences. The war on drugs was not what I thought it was, and society is nothing like what I first believed.
People need to become aware of this, we have one fate, us the little people against a system that has big plans for us, a dumbed down, submissive population, that will eventually be microchipped.
People are being conditioned for this every day, they are addicted to being followed around on twitter, sharing personal details on facebook, and another thousand little ways they are being socialized to give up their privacy, and to think it’s acceptable to live in a big brother society. A society that is being socialized to accept 1984 conditions, George Orwell knew what was coming, and it’s more clear as time goes on.

Anyways back to Terry Tremaine, I think if he does turn out to be a Targeted Individual and it can be shown that the same tactics that were employed against other targets were employed against him, then it will be one of the first times we can show clear correlation with a government entity and the kind of stalking, and Stasi style harassment many of us have experienced. Our free society are becoming more communistic daily, and the Informant system is in place, there is always an informant system in place before these take overs can take place, and that part of the agenda from where I am, and what I can see is set.
People are waking up, but it’s not fast enough, and the problem with waking up is that people do it in their own time. I remember waking up everyday and going I can’t believe the world is like this, it took over a year before acceptance came. Even now it’s hard, but I have had years now, you have read my blog, so you know.
For the average target, many of them want to believe it’s just some vigilante gang doing this, they want to believe the lie, because the truth is just so terrible to behold. Or they want to believe it’s rouge citizens and that they will be brought to jail, but in the case of Mr Tremaine, if a clear correlation can be shown between his harassment, and government and state involvement, then it might give targets in Canada a chance.
Here are some more articles about his case, again Mr Tremaine or rather his views, are not what many will be able to understand, or approve of, but the bottom line is, the state is using it’s powers to destroy lives, and that is not a good thing in a democratic country.

I have read the above case scenario several times. It’s funny because the workplace mobbing that I encountered was very similar in some regards to some of the things that went on in this case. Instead of being on the winning end of a lawsuit, I am on this end of an investigation, which is being used to falsely used to portray me as mentally ill.
It’s funny, someone is dehumanized and degraded for several years and they no longer wish to put up with it, or emotionally can not, and the employer in this case a bank wants to place all the blame on them.
Part of what I have been trying to do is better understand the mechanisms used to place me under this investigation. One that has continued for years.
What’s happening to me goes back a really long time. As mentioned before, I first became aware of the actual Gang Stalking, about three years ago, but my workplace mobbing had gone on for several years before this.
At work I was in a similar situation where workplace mobbing was daily, it was continuous and it made it impossible for me to perform my job functions. I eventually filed a complaint with the human rights commission after trying to work things out with Human Resources.
Shortly after filing the complaint C. Coughlin from HR called me into the office, in the presence of my senior manager at the time and advised me that if I did not drop the complaint, I would be required to see a Dr Brown. If I however dropped the complaint, things would back to normal. This play was disgraceful, and dirty but not uncommon.
Apparently if you decide to stand up for your rights or blow the whistle you need to speak to someone, if you instead choose option b and drop the case against them, you are of sound mind and body. Fascinating how these companies work. They use these investigations to discredit and disenfranchise their enemies. They destroy people’s lives to protect their own interests. That’s the true purpose of human resources in these companies.
The harassment I was exposed to included slander, lies, derogatory comments, rumors, and a stimuli which was anchored to said rumour. The stimuli was what was used for the bulk of the harassment. Because I complained primarily about the stimuli, they used this to try to portray me as mentally ill.

‘It’s been devastating and it’s done what he wanted to do, to try to destroy our lives,’ the 68-year-old said. ‘He very nearly succeeded.’
His wife told magistrates they could not leave the house without Wrobel being there. [/quote]
This couple was harassed using a stimuli, in this case the Addams family theme. It was one man, against this couple, but he managed to almost ruin their lives. In my case, I was one person, and about 80% of the peope I worked with, including most of the managers were taking part in what was ongoing. I worked with about 130 people at the time.
The very things that I complained about, at the time and filed the human rights complaint about are some of the very things individuals are now winning court cases over currently, yet in my case, it’s being used to portray me as crazy, and keep a fake investigation ongoing.
Part of what I complained about is that a manager, let’s call him “hateman the hitman saw”, who was currently working in the same company that I was, had years earlier at a different company started a derogatory rumour about me. I stated in the complaint that I felt that this rumour had continued onto my current job.
Since I was once again working with this person, I had reasonable grounds to believe that this person was helping to fuel the flames of this degrogatory rumour, once again. I had grounds to believe it, because I heard back that this was the case. The bulk of my complaint focused on the fact that the derogatory rumours/comments had been anchored to a stimuli, and said stimuli was being used on a daily basis to make it impossible for me to perform my job functions. Eg. If the stimuli had been keys jangling, you would have the people directly around me, jangling keys for the whole shift, on several occasions, I had customers asking me about the noise in the background.
Sounds pretty simple right, not so simple, since the workplace decided to go along with what was happening.
After researching this, what I now know is that the stimuli and my reaction to it were deliberately created. I had worked with someone at the first job who was in the military. He had tried to sensitise me to three stimuli. I didn’t know it at the time, that it was deliberate, but I do now. The other stimuli was pens clicking, and the actual stimuli which I became sensitive to.
What I also now know is that James, and “Hateman The Hitman Saw”, were both part of the snitching friends network. What James did with the anchoring of the stimuli was deliberate. What I don’t know is if he did this on his own accord, or if in fact this was more deliberate than that. James outside of work did have military connections, so I don’t have the answer to this yet.
The other thing that was happening at that time is the same tactic was being used outside of the workplace to harass me in public. I was aware of this, but I was not aware of the snitching friends network.
So what you have is a target that has been deliberately sensitised. A corrupt company that wants to keep the target quite and stop them from going forward with a human rights complaint. I am not saying that this company is the only place an investigation could have originated from, because I have reason to believe that this might have started years before this, but I do believe that they used my complaint to the human rights commission to try to portray me as mentally ill, when really I was being harassed, and any actions I took to protect myself from being harassed day in and day out were fully justified. I will also state that the harassment was happening outside of the workplace, and the same applies.
So the target is aware that they are being harassed and a stimuli is being used. What they do in the course of these investigations is they try to incite and instigate incidents to further the perception of mental illness, or whatever the target is being billed as. If the target is being billed as a racist, they try to encourage negative interactions with persons of different races. If they are being billed as homophobic, they try to encourage negative interactions with people who are homosexual, if the target is being billed as a terrorist, they try to portray the target as such and make their actions look suspicious.
Since I have been targeted, they have tried the mentally ill angle several times and several different ways. I am aware that one incident that happened recently involved my handing out activism material to a group in a small cafe, about 7 people. I decided to try some viral activism, so I very impromptu handed out some papers directing the informants to visit one of the Gang Stalking websites. I mean I get people coming up to me all the time handing me flyer’s for clubs, and other events, or their activism materials so I don’t see the difference. However my understanding is that they are using me handing out what I consider essentially activism material to further the myth of mental illness. Right because naming informants as such and directing them to Gang Stalking websites is insane? Right. I really have to wonder about the shrills that they are using to make these types of assessments and then further disenfranchise targets?
They could in essence use a simple incident such as this and use it to get employers current to flag you. Yet is not activism what I do on a daily basis? Why should my handing out activism material be seen or evaluated any differently than anyone else?
When they can’t prove that you are crazy, the scope of the investigation might shift. It’s what I call a fishing expedition. Remember these investigations are often the life blood for many. The informants get a bit of money, lot’s of men get construction jobs, and they use these investigations to push targets to the edge, hoping that when they do snap, they will have further proof that the informant network is doing a good job. So every time they can put a target in a mental hospital, get them behind bars, to kill themselves or others, or just attack someone, this gives them cause, and in some cases additional funding, so it’s in their best interest to make you look crazy.
Recently what some informants did is that they started a group with a list of people. Many on that list did not ask to be on that list, but they started sending out emails. In those emails they used some racist or other language that might be cause for an investigation. So for example you find yourself a part of this list, which is in effect a group. You don’t say anything wrong, but others in the group do, surprise, you might find yourself being investigated, because you now belong to a group spewing hate speech. The hate speech will ofcourse have been provided by the informants themselves, but what does that matter?
I had another incident where I was in the park. I had put up with 20 minutes of some idiot informant doing stupid dogs tricks while trying to keep an eye on me. Normally if you were not aware of what was happening it would not be that irritating, but it was. I was grateful when the dog boy left, and was just getting comfortable, when yet another informant showed up, this one even worst than the first, because he just stood there and stared. Well I had it, and I just gave him a glaring look before reaching into my case to get something. I had just gotten some groceries and was pretty tired, and just wanted to sit there without being disturbed.
The next thing I know, the little man pansy is running across the park like a bat out of hell, and I am thinking what the heck? I have been known to give some pretty squelching looks, but I didn’t think I was that good. Next thing I know before I leave the park, there is a helicopter that literally accompanied me home on my walk from the park, and for the next two months I would become acquainted with what I call airstalking.
When I got home, the serve your drug sentence as an informant neighbour above me, decided to make contact with the neighbour below. Suddenly all friendly, can I come and hang out? This neighbour had never spoken to me before. All this other stuff and I am thinking what the heck? Apparently I came to find out that, man pansy, who ran out of the park like a bat out of hell, seems to have given them the impression that I had wires in my case, (which I did for an electronic device, I think a battery charger), and therefore maybe a bomb or incendiary device? So upstairs neighbour was just making sure I didn’t blow myself and him up, and the suddenly friendly Susan above me, as I call him, was just trying to get into my apartment to look around. Well that makes sense.
Now what really get’s me here is all it takes is the word of a snitch. They don’t have to be logical, or truthful, they can make up anything. Now to be fair to man pansy, I don’t know if he did it to be spiteful because I gave him a squelching look, or if he really believed I was dangerous, and I really don’t care. These people are told the target is crazy, or what have you, and normal behaviour that would normally never be questioned suddenly becomes oh did you see that, the target blinked, what do I do, what does that mean? They are irrational and dangerous.
The other problem is positive identification. There have been so many times where I know that I was flagged as someone at a location doing xyz, and I was not. If I could see my file, I am sure I would find several incidents that were attributed to me to make me look crazy, and were not in fact me, but the way these investigations work is that you are guilty, and you never get a chance to prove your innocence.
I have seen so many times where they give the signal that I am away from home, which means that they are following someone else somewhere, and this means that if there is an incident, it will be ascribed to me, and it will not be me. I have been on the train and other locations where they have the wrong target, but they are provoking someone else and I have seen the other person react. Yet this will be ascribed to me.
Corrections will never be made, because the target is not allowed any input whatsoever and most of this is based on the word of informants, staged incidents which are designed to make the target look like anything you want them to look like, pedophile, drug dealer, racist, homophone, crazy, you name it, they can stage it.
The other question I have is about the types of psychiatrists or professionals that are being used. Based on what I saw in regards to the articles that they wrote about Gang Stalking online, you have people trying to write a whole entire community off as mentally ill, when in fact these investigations are on going. Then when that does not work, you write them off as extremists or conspiracy theorists. Yet everything that has been stated just about, has been proven, by external sources. If the same types of people are being used to remotely diagnose targets as crazy, we should be very worried.
As it is, they have been investigating me for years. I was never crazy. I was being harassed. Because I choose to stand up for myself and take the company to the commission, HR used it as an opportunity to open an investigation when I failed to comply with the threat of dropping the suit. Since that time, I have been openly harassed, had my communications interfered with, had several staged incidents, some involving me, many not involving me, but all used to further portray me as mentally ill. I have never been allowed to see my file, or directly address any of the said incidents that would be used to portray me as mentally ill.
Normal activity such as handing out activism material has been used to portray me as mentally ill, keep in mind, I have never had anyone tell me that they did not want something being handed to them. So if this is the case, how can an incident be used against me? Further how can said incident be used to further try to disenfranchise me from employment?
What I do know is we have a very corrupt system. Many informants see about 15-30 minutes of skits and harassment that is running in a targets life 24/7. They perform their surveillance. The ones below me, play human target with my body, often using lasers, radar gun, pulse weaponry, what have you to burn my skin from the apartment below. They still try to do the sleep deprivation thing when they can, much of this by a human rights stand point would be considered torture, and against the law.
These people feel that it’s ok to perform such actions on targets that they have been told are mentally ill, or rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, users, prostitutes etc, because these groups are seen as less than human, they don’t feel that their actions are immoral, or unethical. They think that what they are doing is just fine.
Lastly again these investigations are the life blood of these programs. I had one person tell me that he was offered a construction job. Person had been sent to befriend me. The construction job was to be the benefit. They hire a lot of these people and they put a lot of money into the area around the target where the surveillance is happening and unfortunately these perks makes a targets community more likely to go along with, and take part in the harassment. Remember for the community doing the harassment/surveillance, they are often having the time of their lives, in some cases. They are working together, some feel like they are James Bond, it’s fun for some of them, so fun, that they forget that their is a human being on the other side of the door, as was apparent with the maintenance guy who was so caught up in his role of being informant, that he forgot that the target has rights and the target is not ascribing to their mental pathology.
I have said it before and I will say it again, these people in many cases are not smart, many don’t realise that they are being used to set people up and destroy lives. Lives like Jiverly Wong, Kimveer Gill and many others. When the target kills themselves or shoots others, they see it as proof that the target really was mentally ill, and not proof that their harassment drove the target to the end result. They then feel that they did a good job, that they are valuable and relevant and they continue on as before, feeling more justified than ever.
I also suspect that they have the odd staged incident that also further serves to justify the informant network, and the incidents further serve to make them think that what they are doing is valuable and relevant. When I researched the Stasi, many had been a part of the Stasi by choice and not by force and even after the Stasi fell, they did not see a problem with what they had done. In Hitler’s Germany it was the same as well, with many enjoying a sense of corporation, neighbourliness, not seeing anything wrong or malignant in their actions, they were just following orders, or the laws of the land. It’s the same for our informants.
Thus targets are guilty, we will never be proven innocent because we never get to see our files. The evidence gathered is staged in many cases, normal incidents that would not be questioned if it was done by someone else not under investigation, are being used to further justify their cases against us. When they fail to find proof for one aspect of the investigation, they set up other incidents, go on fishing expeditions and claim the scoop of the investigation has changed. This is used to continue these investigations indefinitely. Remember I recently spent time studying the extremist community, the informants are now trying to set up incidents to portray me as someone that I am not. Think about how this works if you are being investigated as a pedophile. You are likely to get emails containing kiddy porn from you friendly neighbourhood informants, and then the other informant monitoring your internet connection is likely to just focus on the content of that email. Or like the other example that I gave, these groups that you join, or that people add your email to, you have to watch what is being said, because they could use that to change the scope or add to the scope of the investigation.
If you spend anytime reading about how the police are abusing the informant system, then you might begin to have some idea of what we are up against, and then might be able to better protect yourself and others from these deliberate investigations, which have no end, and are continually staged to paint the targets in the worst light, real or imagined.
Is this democracy? No I don’t believe it is, but this system has been like this for some time, and as it spreads more are likely to be affected by it, so it’s very important that people become aware of how the system is operating and functioning so they can try to avoid some of the pit stops associated with it.

Why we must continue to document our harassment.
See I get bored day in day out writing down everything that has happened and I forget that by documenting my experiences of torture, the day in day out harassment’s it’s the only way other targets and in fact the world will begin to understand what we are doing through. I get tired of it, because how many times can I write that the I have blisters on the back of my head and face because they are electronically torturing me, and it’s making my skin blister and it’s burning me? It’s become such a daily and common event for me, that I don’t even write about it anymore, but that’s not correct, because how are others ever to understand what we are going through if we don’t let them know?
I also think that because I have not been sharing what was happening, it’s caused me to be a bit more hateful, because I am keeping it in and not letting it out, so I am going to work on that. Before this started happening, I have always been a very private person and had things gone according to plan it would have continued that way, but things don’t always go according to plan.
Last week I had the building worker enter my apartment while I was home. He claimed he thought it was an emergency, but he has done this one other time before. The first time I just left it alone and pretty much just gave him unpleasant stares whenever I saw him. This time however I wrote him up. If I as a target keep letting them get away with stuff, they will think it’s ok to keep doing it. You have to snap them back to a sense of reality, and the reality is, this is not ok. I also blame myself however, because for most of the year I had just been giving him unpleasant stares due to the first incident which I mostly let go, but on a personal level I just let him know it was not ok, and then recently I decided to be civil, that was a mistake. Well the moment I decided to be civil, the building worker used that to do the bidding of his informant buddies and enter my apartment while I was home, claiming he thought there was an emergency. There is an emergency, the country has been taken over, by a bunch of informants, but you are too stupid to see why that’s a problem.
See what they normally do when my heartrate is not detectable is they will call my phone. I solved that problem. The other thing they use to do is have a stranger knock at the door and make up some dumb excuse as to why they were knocking, well I stopped checking and this stopped working, so he is the only resource left to stupid informants. They used a resource stupider than themselves.
What happens is that the losers who are monitoring me, lose track of my heart rate and can’t detect where I am in my apartment. I have spent months learning how to find ways to make it hard for me to be detected. Most times if they can’t detect where I am in my apartment or if I am there, it’s harder for them to figure out where to burn my skin. Eg. Whatever they are using is mobile and I believe some have hand held items, but at other times I have distinctly heard something mechanical being wheeled from room to room. I suspect at those times, they could well be using a portable X-ray machine or something similar. I suspect at other time they are using a radar flashlight, someone told me once that it might be a radar gun, but I think it could be this a radar flashlight. They are cheap, portable and the informants could have access to them.

What they use detects movement and pulse or heartrates. The little idiots or whoever is on shift in the apartment below me, (including the creepy neighbour) using whatever they are using to detect movement, heatrate, etc. It let’s them know where I am in my apartment. The more movement there is, the better reading they can get. I had a video from Youtube showing something similar, but the video is no longer on Youtube, just like many other good videos. If I lie perfectly still or avoid my pulse points touching any surfaces, they don’t get a reading, and then you notice that they start to bang on the walls, or other items below, to cause vibrations above, eg. Some time the noise might cause an accellerated heart or pulse rate so that they can get a reading. If this fails, they often use something else that causes vibrations in my apartment, again designed to do what their idiotic banging and kicking on the walls can not do. For the banging and kicking on the walls, record and complain, that stops this problem. I have learnt how to overcome much of this, not 100% but enough to annoy the more stupid ones. It’s funny, when I think of learning how to overcome this stuff, I always remember that scene in terminator 1, where kyle is like, [quote]

In every period of turmoil, people have to find interesting ways to survive. Everytime I hear one of those dumb creatures banging on the walls cause they can’t get a heart rate, pulse or movement, I think of this scene. They are not too bright.
I go through this day in day out. Whenever I am employed and working at a job, just to be spiteful, they use whatever it is that causes vibrations at full blast. It’s like being on a construction site, or being shaken all night by a jack hammer. If you don’t find ways to limit the effects you get no sleep, or body aches, which makes it harder and harder to get up and function for the eight hours that a job requires, and gives you a good chance of getting fired if you don’t show up, because you got no sleep. I have found ways to limit the effects, but when it’s on full blast not completely. I have tested it out when it’s on full blast and I go into the hallway, the vibrations can be felt outside of my apartment, so I am sure if I had normal neighbours and not informants around me, they would also be complaining about it. People are just willing to go along with just about anything as long as they convince themselves that it’s for the greater good. How many times in history have we heard that before? Or how many times have we heard, I was just following orders? The Nazi’s used that one a lot. Anyways after reading the other targeted individual blogs recently, I realise that we have to keep sharing our stories and letting the world know what is happening to us. I try not to share the trivial incidents, but with Gang Stalking, it is the trivial day in and day out incidents that make the difference. It’s the accumulation of those incidents that help to paint the bigger picture.
What I realised about other events in history such as what they were doing in Russia with dissidents is that they lied about it, and life in the Soviet Union continued just the same, it was the story after story of the same thing that finally brought the truth to light, so I guess we have to keep bothering the ACLU, or whatever organization in your country that handles these complaints. We need to keep filing reports.
I don’t know if I should waste the time with a police report, but whet if this neighbour is someone who has a history of this, and by doing nothing I put someone else in danger, again keep in mind since they are twisted, he might have been just trying to vandalize my signs again, but there is no way to know for sure. Seriously what would spiderman do? Yes I know he is a comic book character, but don’t we learn from these characters in our darkest moments, and other things around us? Anyways I was thinking of the time he got ripped off for the wrestling match and he decided to not stop the crook who eventually shot his uncle Ben. I always want to do the right thing. Like I said I believe in being a good neighbour, look out for each other, and if it does mean getting others involved I am not against doing that if it’s truly required. At the same time, I deeply believe that you never have to be a part of an informant program to do so.
If I do file a report, I know to type it up and not do it over the phone. As I explained a couple of years ago after two attempts to get my Gang Stalking report filed in person failed, I decided to make my report over the phone. I had researched all about the informant force, and spoken to other officers who even told me some information about how the program worked etc. I gave them some details they gave me details etc. Either way I was well versed and when I filed my report I was very clear about what was ongoing with the harassment. I got a copy of the report via Freedom of Information Act, she had twisted just about everything I said and in the report, she wrote community services might need to get involved. Some of these cops are corrupt. So I immediately tried to get this fixed over the phone, no can do. So I wrote up my own report and requested they change the parts where she had deliberately twisted what I said, or flat out lied. I dropped off report after report. All were lost. I walked into a station and requested the officer change it on the computer, he said he could not do that, but would note that I was not emotionally disturbed or anything like that. Great what good does that do? I finally found out what the process was for disputing incorrect information in a police report was, I went through the process of opening a complaint, and sending in my report to get the correction made, and in the long run they did not change the report. It’s still the same as it was. During the course of this, I found out the officer that had filed the report had taken some time off, etc. See some cops are still good, but there are enough that are corrupt, so that you have to be careful. It’s a balance.
Either way, it’s renewed my belief that we have to keep up what we have been doing, getting our stories told and heard. I don’t mean some of the fake stuff that informants are putting onto Youtube to make us look crazy, but testimony of real targets. The sad part is many real targets do get turned into informants. Either way, I guess the lesson is, keep sharing as best as we can, keep annoying the ACLU, Amnesty, keep posting in the forums, getting the blogs up, and getting our stories told. I still think for the most part, keep some information private. One target who use to post her information online posted her address, and as I pointed out, some people in one forum were discussing her in a very unflattering manner. She also stopped posting to Youtube about a year ago, and I don’t know what happened to her. There are a lot of crazy people in the world, and even outside of the informants that would not hesitate to harm targets, so be aware. Do what makes you comfortable, but I guess we have to keep trying no matter what we decide.
