Security Clearances

I want to see Security Clearance introduced galaxy/planet wide, I think if each
person has their own security clearances, then they will act in a more suitable
manner. Thus each person is responsible for their own levels. The security
clearances would have various classes, and levels.
Pre Crime

I would have a system in place that assists with pre crime. You can’t always
stop things, and I am not thinking crazy pre-crime, as seen in some movies, but
if someone hires a hit man, or make plans to commit acts of violence in advance,
firm plans, I would like to have a system that enables individuals to know if
this crime will be committed.
Help  Grid

I would also like to have as mentioned before a help me grid, this grid would
enable those in various communities to keep track of crimes being committed. Eg.
If a purse snatching is happening, an alert would go out, and those nearby would
be alerted, thus assisting the person in the situation, and those around.
Frequency Suits

I am not fond of how some of the frequency suits are functioning now, so if I am
World Ruler, I am going to have my own brand, which will function. People will
be using them responsibly, and the unsuitable actions that are occurring in
these suits at the moment would be discontinued. I would own them, and manage
them, in a suitable manner, with effective rules and regulations.
Cash Exchange System

I would create a spiritual cash exchange system. Something that enables everyone
to do their banking, and other deliveries, but in an effective manner. The
system would be smooth, everyone would have their own unique identifiers to
prevent fraud, and everyone would gradually use or utilize this system.

It would mean more secure banking, finances, and peace of mind.
Unique identifiers

A system that uniquely identifies the individual, so that identity theft would
almost be a thing of the past, no one could fake being anyone else, because each
person would be uniquely identified. Anonymous could still be used for those
black ops however. Just Joking, but anonymous would be an option, but each
person would still be uniquely identified, if that makes sense.

Bill 184

This would be a universal bill, enabling every citizen to have the chance to
become the correct person, and to do the correct thing. A chance to become the right
person, and to do the right thing. It would also be a bill that would enable
retrobution to the full extent of the law.

Those are some of the things that I would do, or items that I would enact if I am World Ruler.

Ok this is the title and there is no way to say it. So let’s say that the frequency suits hither previously blogged about, were being used to rape, torture, and harass people, would that be the worst thing ever?

It would suck but people would survive, but what if you add those frequency suits to the New World Order (NWO) agenda? That’s slightly different. if the local informants, I mean Threat Assessment Teams are using the frequency suits to rape and molest locate targets, no one cares, let’s face it. But what if they are using the suits to rape and molest famous people? Politicians, actors, actresses, heads of state, world leaders, people of influence, that slightly different correct, right?

What if in part this is how the NWO will do their take over? Raping, torturing, and molesting, those who should become the correct people, forcing them day after day to be tortured with the suits, ensuring they get no sleep day after day, until they either give out, or give in? (I always like to go with option C, removing them from their outcomes, always.) I amnot big on the NWO, so in advance my allegiance is to me, in my situations, it’s to me in my outcomes.

What if humanities fate isn’t being determined in the open as we first thought, but behind the scenes, what if famous pop stars, are being raped, until they agree to become the incorrect people, and finally do the incorrect things? What
if their wills are being manipulated to the stage it doesn’t make sense, what if they are being threatened and forced till they agree to do the incorrect things to others?

What if the suits could be used to rape a famous couple till they both broke, till they agreed to do the worst things to other people, themselves, and the child, or children in their situations? That couldn’t happen correct, right, I mean they would go public correct, they would tell everyone around them correct? They would be on twitter saying this is the situation, this is what’s happening correct, right?

Because in this day and age if something like this was happening, you would tell somebody correct, right, they wouldn’t just put up with it, till they agreed to become the incorrect people right? Correct? But what if they did, and not just them, dozens of other people just like them, influential, rich, capable of jet setting, private jet setting, here and there, all the money in the world, but unable to say anything about what was happening to them, would that be the worst thing ever?

You come across some stuff in life, some things you would never believe, but sometimes things aren’t as paranoid as they seem. Now the other item, I mentioned recently was the Robot Sentient Project, this project out of Boston Massatucettes, enables a remote user to interact with an individual, in various way, at their various etheric, astral, and other levels.
Now what if people were being placed into that program by themselves, without permission, let’s say the users were doing the same things when interacting with these world ruler types, global leaders, famous people, influential individuals, let’s say them and their families were being submitted to this program, let’s say they could watch their children being used by this program, wives, children, friends, family, most have no idea such a program exists, and if the
interactions are forced, such as rape, torture, sleep deprivation for days, an amnesty is required, because those people would be in the incorrect situations, and the incorrect things could be happening to them.

I have been doing the research, getting in touch with such individuals, who have confirmed that such things are occurring to them, not Targeted Individuals, none Targeted Individuals. I have come across one person who gave me a deeper let’s say insight, and what he is going through is Nazi project riffic, for an outsider, believing that people’s consciousness can be transferred without their permission, or consent, to belive that that could occur is difficult to begin with, but add to that people being used, tortured, kept awake for days, till they bend or break is almost impossible, unless it’s true, and it a certain special operations branch, or a specific government, is involved, or loosely affiliated with this or them, then it becomes even more horrific.

I research a lot of items, and have in the course of doing this stuff, the local Threat Assessment Teams are too often full of the incorrect sorts, rapists, child molesters, drug users, squeezy  types, who should not have access to frequency suits, keep in mind their is good and bad everywhere, and not everyone is the incorrect, or wrong sort, but all too often, too many are.

In doing the research I am trying to access some of their spiritual files for research and investigation purposes, and some of these guys have histories of doing the incorrect things to people, I am not sure how they ended up on these local Monitoring, Threat Assessment Teams, but too many of these Shift Commanders, and Unit Commanders, Case Workers, relating to these so called investigations, and they are not the correct sorts. To the Ralphs, (Andrews-Former Unit, them Shit Commander, and nothing but a violent rapist and problem for the community,) Mike’s, too many are the incorrect sorts, on these teams, or pretending to be affiliated with these teams.

Not to keep going back and forth, but the robot sentient project is not the correct sort, the public program that most individuals encounter, it’s neat, innovative, rape, torture, poppycock, hogwash, that couldn’t be happening here, just like in World War Two when rumours of the incorrect things got out, and others said it could be happening, there are things seen and unseen in this world, and things that need to be looked into, the truth is too often out there, and if you want to find it, then you can.

I am going to keep requesting some of the spiritual files, that I have authorization or access to, eg. I want to access or request the spiritual files for X person here, or any other idiot that might be affiliated with these local Teams, most have horrible histories, and should not be around targets, or their children, much less others.

In doing the research I can tell you that I thought this whole NWO thing would be in your face with a bang, not quite, violently behind the scenes, contemptiously destroying families, and innocent people.

When I first heard the bits of things she was saying, and about the types of people involved, I couldn’t believe that such things could happen, pedophile rings, that her and her daughter could be used by such a variety of individuals, and that such things could ever happen in any society, I thought impossible, someone would say someone would say something, but people don’t, there are enough enablers in the world, that people do horrific, monsterous things, and no one ever hears the truth, and if they do, the kids are drugged, beaten, raped, abused, scared, and left so confused it’s hard to get the story straight, but things like that do happen in the world, and all too often, high ranking individuals are involved, and they are all in league with doing such horrific things and covering up for each other. The Project is once again for those who missed it the first few times out of  the University of Boston Massetucettes? The program is managed by the director within that division, at least that’s the feedback I have from someone who claims to be affilated with the program.

My concerns with this program are many. I think again the program is interesting, the fact that you can seperate a persons spiritual layers, and enable others to interact with them in a remote fashion. The difficulties I am having or encountering with this program are, enduction into the program, and ensuring that the guidelines, paramators and objectives of the program are meet. I assume they must have some? If the boundaries for this program are not meet, then will they have accurate results? Many social psychology experiments or programs have such paramators, and objectives, and I can only hope they had some for this program.

As mentioned some familiar with the program have taken to referencing to it as the Nazi Sentient Project, in regards to some of the allegid experimentations that are ongoing within this program. There is now also an unconfirmed rumour of the United States Military, Special Opperations Branch being loosely affiliated with the program, which I can neither confirm or deny.

What has been mentioned is this, the program started in the United States, recieved funding from various sources. (Rumour is that a possible royal source, assisted with funding the program, but what royal person in their right mind would do such a thing, so I am going to exclude that portion for now.)

The program enables someone to interact with the full spiritual being, and layers of an individual, for play, experimentation, invoked, evoked responses, it monitors a person activities, enables a remote user to see through a persons eyes, etc. Some of the stuff sounds awfully familar to items cited here in this report.

Moving forward, the items I am concerned with are the induction into the program, many have come forward to claim that they have been illegally inducted into the program without consent, consent for any such programs are to be granted in advance of the situation. The allegations are that such consents are not happening, before remote induction. Remember, men, women, and children are a part of this program.

When someone is interacting with an individual, or accessing their mind files, there is a world of difference in people’s or individuals views, values, expections, so for example, if a adult is interacting with a young child, their is room for explotation on a variety of levels, I know of no controls in place to prevent these types of exploitations.

Eg. Since you can have remote intimate contact, the child could be in jeporday that way, meaning being physically, and sexually exploited, being accessed by more that one individual or several, or I dare say a group of individuals and exploited that way. They could simply be exposed to someones explicit views that throws the child off his or her natural courses outcomes.

The other forms of exploition could be more subtle, eg. Individuals have different race, religions, gender, wealth, and life expectation in general. Depending on whom one is interacting with, willingly or unwillingly, this could have horrrific consequences for an individual. Young girls could interact with someone who things pay equity is not a good idea, and they could litterally be influenced, taught or programed to not desire equal billing, or a place in this world, they could even be taught to be subservient without fully comprehending the effects of the interactions that are happening or occuring.

If you are one religion, eg. Of an orthodox religion, you might well be exposed to individuals that have not orthodox views and practices against your will, and because interactions are not voluentary, you may well be forced to interact in such manners unwillingly, or unknowingly.

If you have specific race related views, be it yourself or your children, you may be exposed to individuals you deem inappropriate, be it their views or values. Eg. Neo Nazi meets young black panther, or Black power movement meets young white supremsists, indivuals are entitled to their views, and image being inducted into a program, unwillingly where you interact with someone who has very different view, who has access to all your mind files, (mind files litterally means technology, similar to how MRI’s are used to access mind files, brain files, individual memory files.)

Last year around this time, I blogged and posted about frequency suits. They are new technology that enable a person to travel from one location to the next. Basically the person uses a spiritual frequency, and the frequency enables them to go from location to location.

The suits are invisible to the naked eye, but they see to transport either your etheric layer, or another such layer from place to place, you can see and hear, you can interact, feel, touch, etc. It’s not the exact same as full teleportation, because your physical  being isn’t exactly what’s teleported. The closest experience that some might have had is astral
travelling, but where with astral travelling, you have to practice, get good at it, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, the suits are there, they work.

Eg. You could decide to have a meeting with the frequency suits, you would meet, discuss items of importance, and interact, with others, that’s the good part about the frequency suits.

The unsuitable part about the frequency suits are because they are invisible, they can enter homes, apartments, and most people have no idea that they exist. Last summer several individuals asked me to discuss the topic openly, because they were being used to rape men, women, and children in communities, several of the Threat Assessment Team guys, were using the suits to open rape Targeted Individuals in their homes. Someone with access to the items brought the situation to my attention, that it was not just happening on a limited basis, and as usual whenever someone tries to
describe what’s happening, it just sound crazy, because at the time, most individuals didn’t comprehend that the suits exist, or that they were even available for use by some of the Threat Assessment Teams.

It’s been close to a year, the suits continue to be a living nightmare for some, freedom for others. I thought I would update this post, because it’s important that the information is readily and freely available, exposure and awareness is the key.

Most times the suits feel like an astral experience is what’s been described, but the frequency suits have different modes, meaning they can feel a little more real than virtual, and the human mode, is pretty much like a real world sexual assault, the suits have either been declassified or they have not been, don’t know, don’t care, either way, they have been made
readily enough available that blogging about is suitable. They have been made readily enough available at times to the detriment of many innocent individuals, yet on the other hand if used properly and effectively, they can be used and utilized by emergency personnel to quickly and effectively transport to the scene of an accident, or by a relative to quickly visit and identify and injured relative. Even officers could use them to enter a home vs putting themselves at risk first, eg. The suits could have been used to enter the home of James Holmes first, thus alerting officers to the potential danger of live explosives. Lastly the suits could even enable prisoners that are low risk, who have been cleared to visit friends or loved ones, within a specific geographically located area. The frequency suits do keep a log or record, or can, and thus safe visits could be arranged.

The other nice things about the suits is that at this stage and time, they are not know to transmit diseases or STD’s, so it could come in handy for some individuals who wish to interact with others, on the other hand, once again, because the suits are not readily visible to the naked eye, it could make it difficult to determine if the suits were used in an unsuitable manner.

The Frequency Suits are to have been required to utilize something called a unique identifier, I think last year they were temporarily under control when they were at one point required to use a personal or unique identifier, but at one point, someone decided the Threat Assessment Teams and others were not required to keep such records, and that’s when the difficulties with the suits started again, the suits that keep such records and are managed effectively seem to be beneficial for humanity, and the others, well they just don’t.

I have blogged about this before, but I was just getting some more updates, and I had a couple of scenarios that I wanted to throw out there.

Now as everyone knows who’s read the blog, it’s this type of experimental project that happening out of Boston Massachusetts The idea of the program is to turn humans into robots remotely. By turning them into robots it just means to be eligible or able to remotely manipulate their movements, speech patterns, vision, hearing, etc. The idea is for a remote host to enter the persons etheric, and other realms remotely, interact, and eventually take over some of the hosts functionality. Now it that wasn’t interesting enough, it actually enables some pretty intimate interactions between host and handler.

I am not fond of the program myself, but it does have interesting implications for humanities future. That’s the tall and short of it, now I am going to put a few scenarios out there, and see if this makes sense.

What if the people at the robot sentient project, started getting sick, let’s say something jumped from the etheric layer, or one of the other layers to the to the material layer, our flesh and blood selves, what would happen them.

Even if it was something like the rhino virus that could be uncomfortable for many people that are taking part in this program, knowingly and unknowingly. Because at the robot sentient project some are participating willingly, and some are not, so that could be a very uncomfortable scenario.

Also some people believe that at those other levels pre-existing beings get created, image if there were astral, or etheric being being created, because of some of those close interactions at the robot sentient project?

As mentioned before it rumoured the project is getting funded in part by two possibly royal individuals, who use the program to enhance their utter most layer, by literally utilizing other individuals etheric, astral, and other layers. Need better vision, a new soul, more graceful moments? This is the program for you. Sounds crazy, but that’s where the program is.

Now image if instead of the rhino virus something else broke through? I don’t know, let’s say H1N1, it’s so retro, and we haven’t even heard a peep about it online for sometime, but image if something like that broke through, hum?

Now I don’t know how many people are being utilized at the robot sentient project, I have heard anywhere from a few thousand to several hundred thousand, including men, women, and children, if the incorrect thing occurred, and God forbid that it did, imagine we could have another Spanish flu on our hands or something like that, but that’s only if something crossed over from one of those others layers, they are always assuring everyone that nothing ever will but, I think some additional monitoring would be the most suitable thing for this program.

Also with all the intimate contact that i am hearing about, I am wondering, and hoping that they are keeping the children away from the adult handlers, because things can get pretty sticky at times with such programs, figuring out who’s who and what’s not. Anyways it all sounds very interesting, and I will keep you updated, with the little tidbits that I get here and there.
