As Targets we should be trying to unify in every way that we can. I think one of the most important things we can do in future is to move towards a more common definition that is more inclusive of the various things that we are going through.
I think in future Targets should be moving and working towards a Targeted Individual (TI) culture. A TI or Targeted Individual culture just means that we use the same umbrella to define ourselves in relationship to the various types of harassment’s that are happening to us. This is already being done in most regards, but we should strive to make in official in the following regards.
Under a TI culture, we could then unite all targets of gang stalking, mind control, electronic harassment, Cointelpro, The Buzzsaw, Mobbing, and other forms of targeted harassment.
A Targeted Individual culture would help to unify the various forms of harassment, but it would also recognise that the harassment target of today, be it sexual, bullying, mobbing, etc. Could become the Targeted Individual of tomorrow.
A TI culture would recognise that along with Whistle-Blowers, activist, dissidents, the average worker who goes against a large corporation, the ex church member, the mom who upsets the school board, could all become future Targeted Individuals. A TI culture would reach out to these individual early with education and awareness, so that they could know what to look for in advance. A TI culture would help them to understand that there is a system in place that would be undermining their efforts and they could act accordingly.
A TI culture would also be a culture that works together to preserve information. Since being online, I have watched just about every site relating to gang stalking except maybe my own and two others tank in every way possible. I have also seen a lot of great sites like Bullyonline.org go offline, and the information that was stored there, be virtually unavailable. A TI culture would work towards preserving this information, so that the next target, and the next does not have to start from scratch trying to figure out what is happening to them.
A TI culture would also work towards chronicling the shared experiences that Targeted Individuals are experiencing. We know that what is happening is not isolated. We know that it is happening on a global scale. A TI culture would be aware of this and find a way to co-ordinate the awareness efforts across the board. Scotland, Brussels, The UK, Canada, America, etc should all have the same information, and awareness.
Fostering leadership. A TI culture would be very big on fostering leadership. Helping each target to realise that they are the best hope that they have for help and assistance. A TI culture would work towards mobilizing and yes electrifying the masses of Targeted Individuals. We have a lot of problems in our various appendages, many people filling leadership roles are themselves working with or for the state, and therefore nothing ever really gets done. This is something that future targets should consistently be aware of, and mobilize against.
Accuracy of information. We live in an era of Disinformation. We had some guy write a book about terrorist (gang) stalking that was 95% fact and 5% disinfo. The 5% being the most important part. This threw many targets off. It made many look insane or irrational when trying to get help or assistance and it was very intentional. Disinformation is a way of life for the state, and targets need to be very mindful of this. We need to try our best to make sure that the information that we are putting out to the best of our ability is correct. We also need to ensure that if we are putting out incorrect information the moment we realise that it is incorrect, we get it corrected. It’s ok to make mistakes, but fix them the moment you realise an error has occurred.
Leadership should not be a pyramid, it should be spread across the board. There are those in the Targeted Individual community who do know a lot, who have done a lot of research, and who seem to be natural leaders, however the problem with this model is that some of these people are not there to help Targeted Individuals. Because they are seen as being in leadership positions everything they do and say is taken as the truth and accurate, and this has in the past and will in the future lead targets astray. Again each target has to be prepared to do their own research, question things, seek out the truth.
A TI culture should also be seeking to bridge the gap between non Targeted Individuals and Targeted Individuals. Someone recently pointed out that it’s mostly TI’s visiting the sites of other TI’s. Though this is not necessarily true, it’s good to be mindful of the fact that none targets will be visiting your sites, blogs, forums. You want to give them the information as truthfully and accurately as you can, but remember that many of them are not going to be ready for some of the deeper truths and conclusions many of us have come to. Many of them are not as interested in what is happening to us. So it’s good to be mindful of the language that we are using, and the message that we are sending out. Try to find a way to bridge the gap and reach the Non-Targeted Individuals. To move forward we might wish to gain their awareness, and corporation. Once they realise that they could someday be in our shoes, it’s a good way to start to bridge the gap.
I think moving towards a TI culture is the best thing to do for future.
There are a few sites and youtube videos that are already doing this and I would like to see more do so in the future.

A lot of truth in what you say. I have just started a blog on here myself, had to finish it actually before I got a chance to write what I wanted. It was hopeless trying to blog, the interference I was getting on my computer was pathetic, seems ok now I’m off the blog. I know a couple of people who I am sure are also TI’s but to try and tell them that would be totally hopeless. When will they wake up? when its too late and a lot of damage has been done. Most non TI’s just don’t understand, and some just don’t want to understand. It’s sad but it’s true. Thanks for your blog.

It would seem that way, but look up Anita Bell the lawyer who tried to sue the CIA for bringing drugs into ethnic communities. They tried to destroy her life, she fled to Canada, her refuge claim got denied, and she eventually fled to Isreal and I have no idea what happened to her after that.
The lawyers, judges, jury, etc use to get bought, or bullied into co-operating as far back as McCarthyism, so finding a lawyer though not impossible, is not very probable. Not a decent one, and if we do, they would likely get targeted. Still it does not mean that we should not try, but we should be realistic. Also the question is can everyones case be heard?

Being united is good. However, when it comes to suits, I think we need to start with the most believable stuff first. Like gang-stalking, breaking and entering, destruction of property, gas-lighting, etc. can be proven and others can see the possibilities that this is real and can happen. Extremists are famous for it. Keep it basic when you’re going public. Best Advice.

I’ve just found your site and am so relieved (yet utterly horrified) that there are others out there in similar situations to myself. I’m a Targeted Individual. I became aware of the campaign against me late last year but I didn’t know what was happening. I suspect I may have been watched for a much longer period of time prior to becoming aware of it. It’s only recently that I’ve discovered terminology to describe the technology and techniques that are being used on me. These include thought implant and monitoring, voice to skull transmission, dream manipulation, and Classical Conditioning. I know my phone has been monitored and I suspect my internet use is also being watched. I’m also being gang stalked. I’ve lost my job and given up my art work because of this. The police are unwilling to listen, and to be honest I believe many are likely to be involved. I suspect there must be many people out there going through this torture silently. I’m finding the sexual nature of the harassment disturbing. It is psychological rape. I think an active support group for Targeted Individuals could help us greatly. One thing I find tremendously upsetting is that people I thought I could rely on, people close to me, simply don’t believe that this is happening, and are unwilling to believe that the technology to do these things exists. Finding others going through the same thing and offering each other support and information is the next logical step to take against this horrendous ‘new’ crime. I understand that any communication or gathering would be subject to infiltration by snitches but the alternative is suffering alone and in silence. More people need to be aware that this stuff is going on and stupid snitches need to be made aware that they are being manipulated.
I was often suicidal, I didn’t know what was going on or why, how many TI’s end their own suffering before discovering what is going on? It’s a travesty, a shocking abuse of our human rights. Obviously this crime is on the increase and we need to do something, more people need to be made aware that the technology exists to do these things.
Any practical helpful advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know of a way to block the incoming signals? I think lead is used to protect from electromagnetic radiation, has anyone tried that? I think a pragmatic, easily accessible, practical approach which details coping strategies for TI’s is a necessity.

Lots of sites cover this, plus the site is about trying to help the average person understand and believe that this is happening, to cover the other things that are ongoing, would just put it into the realm of science fiction for most people. Eg. People still don’t believe that technology like the audio spotlight exists, and they argue on and on that things like that are impossible, then I point them to Youtube and they shimmer down.

I want to start a support group in Chesapeake, VA. I don’t know how. I would like to start a PERSONAL’S COLUMN entitled “TARGETED INDIVIDUALS” but, I don’t know how.
HEY! I do know how to stop that talking in your head: YEP! Five layers of cheap aluminum foil. Make a cap or a beanie. I wear mine inside my hat, so nobody knows. ALSO, they make these thermal blankets which are made out of aluminum. They are about seven foot by seven foot and the pack up tighter than a lady’s nose powder compact. Well, what to do with these: Go up in the attic over your bed. Staple one layer to the roof rafters and another layer over the ceiling trusses. Don’t pull it tight! The little wrinkles in the aluminum is what gives it ‘STEALTH’. YEP! That’s simple RADAR TECHNOLOGY 101.
Here’s another idea. Did you know that your cell phone is never off? YEP! Never! Perps can listen to your conversations while your cell phone is in your pocket. The only real way to turn it off is to wrap it in, you guessed it, fiver layers of aluminum foil. Then, no signal in, no signal out. AND no tracking you wherever you go using your passive GPS.
I ain’t no lawyer, but I understand that engineering stuff like it’s child’s play.
HEY! And did you know that most of us TI’s are TI’s because we’re smart. YEP! The Gov’t recruited the smartest of us and way overpaid them with our money to keep them. The smart ones who they couldn’t recruit, and couldn’t control became TI’s. That’s us. So, don’t be surprised that when you meet a bunch of TI’s that they are really smart, and hurting real bad, too.

The problem is just like any other group, panthers, etc, the groups would be infiltrated. I have now watched people be true targets one day, and just like the movie the lives of others when his girlfriend get’s turned, I have watched them make real targets desperate the next. People are better trying to fight their own battles if they can, but everyone is different so people have to decide what works for them. Based on what I have seen, trust yourself if you are a real target, and watch yourself.

If these famous people are targeted, you would hope that they would have the means to get out into the world all the information as to what gang stalking is. There must be a way for us to make the basic information very public and very visible. Make it visible and in everyones face, so that it does not go away. If you suspect that any star is being gang stalked, get the most vital, least wierd information out to the person, so that he or she can bring all this evil into the light.

You would think so but after Michael Jackson, I don’t think so. His family and close friends believe there was a conspiracy, but there was little that he could do, and he suffered and I believe was brought down, and it was in a similar fashion. I think if each do their part we can lessen the effects.

I would like to know why there is almost no emergency protocol anywhere on the internet explaining how targets can protect themselves. If perpetrators are the only ones who post, that would explain why.
Targets need to network to save their lives. First they need to identify who is a target and who an imposter. Lie detector tests taken regularly may help to determine who can be trusted.
Targets can pool resources, such as housing. Communal living will make it possible to have people sharing patrol of premises twenty four seven.
Targets can purchase protective equipment and materials and share them. They can hire mercenaries to protect them and they can put together equipment that will disarm DEWS. These are the sorts of suggestions I would like to see widely posted on the web. However, the fact that I do not see any such thing makes me wonder.
I have not yet come across any TI and I do not know how to go about finding a community of reputable targeted individuals.
Please advise.

I believe a lot or most of these comments are by informants. I say if they want to gather and start groups, go for it, I can’t stop you, but I know that I won’t. Well when there is an emergency protocol for dealing with government terrorism, you will be the first to know. Yeah let’s identify the targets, so they can be targeted even more. At this stage I don’t mind if they stay hidden, some of us must survive.
Lie detector tests? Targets say that informants are stupid for a reason. Again feel free to get targets into one location so they can be like shooting fish in a barrel.
I loved the idea when I first got online, but after three years plus of this stuff, I believe in a leaderless resistance. Each target has to rise up and figure out how to survive. When we network they pick us off one by one, then you start to see people you trusted trying to lead you down the wrong path, etc.
It’s natural for targets to want to find other targets, If that’s what they need, then I always say go for it, but I will not form a group, because I have seen what happens. I have also seen that most of the other groups formed are run by the informants, so I don’t see the point, of hanging out with vermin that I can’t stand, so that they can feed off of my life energy. To each their own.

Thank you for this site. I appreciate anything that is being done to help overcome the situation and make it widely known to all people everywhere.
I am just learning about gangstalking and trying to figure out what to do about it. I realized that whoever administers a lie detector test has to do so honestly, so I suppose that that idea is circular and does not help –unless there is first a reputable professional who can conduct such tests.
If you do not encounter other TIs and friends of TIs then how do you live* How do you ensure the safety of your premises* I am being intensely fumigated from houses on either side of my home, especially at night. I actually become poisoned and in a partial stupor from these chemicals. I also have to remain awake at night or perps will enter my premises and attack me even more seriously with chemicals, destroy my food and do other damage.
I have never met any other TI and do not know how to begin. Would I just try to meet homeless people and ask them* I tried phoning numbers of supposed support networks, but I spoke long distance to what seemed like wierd, evil perps.
Yes. If we cannot gather or be seen to gather, so be it. Leader or leaderless, maybe. Still we need protocols. What about a delivery service that delivers meals to a local area, so that TIs can stay in their homes unless they have housesitting services.
I have a friend I know from high school. He was involved in a rally and was assaulted by a police offier. The officer tried to accuse my friend of assaulting him. My friend sued and won. However, I have been to his house and it is in total disarray. Over two years or so, it hit me that maybe he cannot keep his house in order because he is being attacked by police and maybe is even a TI. I am not even sure about this. He is very hard to reach these days.
Is there a reason why few TIs mention concrete details about their day to day existance* Maybe I am mistaken, but I keep thinking that if we compare notes, we can help each other more.

You learn to live and become independent. I encounter informants on a daily basis, you interact, but be aware of what and who you are dealing with. Some are decent, many are not.
Some targets get video camera, some just don’t leave anything of value in the home. Some stay at home. I have learnt to not become attached.
Block the vents, and other points of entry, seal the areas where you are getting poisioned, or gassed.
The homeless are not always what they seem. Eg. I know this guy from another area who I saw a couple of summers ago, one day he was the homeless guy outside of a building I was coming out of, and I know he is not homeless. Many times our homeless are no longer what they appear to be. Another time I had what I thought was a homeless guy with a shopping cart, it was an informant. So though many homeless might have been targets, many are now informants. It’s like in the movie the Matrix where anyone can be an agent, it’s that sort of theme.
Yeah support people, right. When I got online and tried some of these emails of these support people, all they did was try to find out who I was, where I lived etc. They used the line, how can we trust you, you could be a perp, I later learned that they were. So I just avoid the waste of my time.
Maybe he just likes to keep the house messy, that does not mean one thing or another. Sometimes I like order, other times I like disorder, it’s a mood thing.
Yeah it’s good to compare notes, thus my three years of blogging and things. However they also use what we give them to find out what is affecting us, since I went into ignore mode and stopped writing about them, I am a lot happier, they don’t know what’s working, what’s not, and mentally blocking them is like breathing air.
There is are a lot of techniques listed on Gang Stalking World, Urban Dictionary, and other places, so though I do agree with comparing notes about what is working and what is not, most of that info is online.
